I will start my review with positive emotions and very good first impressions. we drove into the village purely by accident using the navigator, we were just going to the beach.... he led us to an outwardly chic hotel with its own beach, which we were pleasantly surprised by. Without hesitation, we decided to stay. Because outwardly the hotel was amazing... parking is huge, even underground! There is a swimming pool on site (though with ice water for walruses). Everything is very beautiful, the reception also did not leave anyone indifferent and the staff was very polite.
And now let's move on, so let's say in the reality of this gorgeous 4**** The hotel.
We went into the room and were surprised, there are no disposable slippers, no bathrobes, no phone, no hot water as such, one person does not even have enough to swim, Wi-fi does not work, no night lights, no kettle, 1 duvet cover, but there are dirty towels scattered around the bathroom (they just hung and crumpled lying around) we were asked to correct this misunderstanding, we were replaced with towels! There is a lot of dust, I will attach a photo. Then I asked to wash things, they were washed for a small fee and returned to us wet, in two garbage bags, one of them was torn, if possible, I will attach a photo. It's a pity I didn't take a photo with dirty hanging towels. But at that time I wasn't planning to write a review! Then we went to lunch... the choice of food is very poor, I went out half hungry and decided that in the evening I would eat something delicious and go to bed with a full stomach, but alas, dinner did not please me, it was even tastier than lunch and I was hungry again. Before going to bed, I decided to drink coffee, there was no kettle in the room either. I decided to go ask for boiling water, they did not refuse me and offered me a mug from which the girl drank water in front of me, then rinsed it under running water and gave it, after which I simply refused.... well, I can't drink from dirty dishes, after someone. And before that, I was offered to drink coffee from a glass, again from a dirty one, because it was served to me by taking the glass in my hand from the outside and inside. I'm in shock, comrades!

We are vacationing in this hotel now in July 2021.The rooms in the main building were paid for upon check-in, they said that there were no places, they offered to live for 3 days in another building , and then they said they would move from there.We refused to move every 3 days.After 2 hours, they agreed to another building without relocation.We came to the room and there was dirt and the beds with dirty linen were not cleaned .We were found a room in the main building after 3 hours of scandal.The rooms are not cleaned.Towels and linen are not changed.They don't have enough underwear.The dining room is a mess.They cook the same thing every day. There are not enough dishes either.The coffee machines are broken.The waiters are angry. Dinner from 18 o'clock to 21.30. Empty trays of food arrived at 19 o'clock, a tray of pasta , chicken, a few pieces and leftover vegetables. When asked what to have dinner, they replied that they did not count on eating anything else.They offered to eat what was left and not be nervous. We have never seen a more terrible attitude towards guests anywhere.We will never go to this hotel. My story is only a small part of all the jambs. Guests swear here every day.

In general, probably, someone was satisfied with everything - and the unobtrusive service, and the meager food, and the rotavirus according to the results, but not us. I strongly do not recommend it!

Apparently, because of this, their products began to deteriorate, as we eventually got so injured that we then ran past this dining room!!! Terrible service, terrible food, no entertainment! The prices are the same as in St. Petersburg, and in some places as in Moscow!!! It's better to go to Turkey or Georgia, but not there!!!! I'm betting one!!!! The only thing I liked was the sea and two excursions.
The hotel is good, the food, the grounds are all good. I really want to draw the attention of the hotel management to room cleaning. We are currently resting for 4 days. During all this time, they threw out the garbage once and were told several times. There is dust in the room, the floor does not feel like it has ever been washed, sand underfoot. Towels are not changed, they were taken away for the legs today and they did not give clean ones. I do not know what the cleaning setup is. But it's a nightmare. We are resting at the hotel at the moment, I will start with the fact that we arrived at 6 a.m., and we were only settled for half 3 days, and this is with a small child. The staff did not want to move at all, they had to come up and remind themselves of themselves, absolutely not caring!
Next, the restaurant, if you can call it that, is an ordinary canteen, the food is terribly monotonous, the porridges are sweet, the coffee machines are empty after half an hour of work. There are not enough plates and cups for everyone, the tiny dining room simply cannot accommodate such a stream of people. At the entrance, they will find out the room number, so if you are from the second building, then you will be satisfied with the leftovers, gentlemen. Baking is always disassembled for the first 10 minutes, on the first day they took out grated carrots instead of baking, they were just shocked! There are no fruits either, we bought our own every day.
Now the cleaning is the first day when we settled in, there was sand everywhere, there were no slippers, there was no phone in the room either, the water was replenished every day and the garbage was taken out, bed linen and towels were changed once in 10 days, and then I had to be reminded! In general, the cleaning is two-fold, since they do everything very slowly and constantly do not have time to do anything. All I could hear was people complaining, but no one did anything special, just wrote down all the problems on a piece of paper.
There are no coolers anywhere, the water is only in the room 0.5 per person. And even in the dining room, the water is ordinary and with lemon, since juices and compotes are almost never given.
The only plus is the sea, transparent and clean, there have not been enough sun beds for everyone in recent days, because everyone has been occupied since the morning.
In general, the impression was not very good, especially from this hotel and the "wonderful" staff at the reception. We will not come here anymore and I will not advise anyone!

There is a grill bar on site where you will be fed khachapuri without cheese, and pizza, which will be over-dried, even if you ask not to do it. Sunbeds on the beach should be occupied at six in the morning.

We had a rest from May 28 to June 8. A great all-inclusive hotel (literally). The sea was still cold at that time. But I was swimming. There is a solid village all around, there are souvenir shops. If you are eating together, this hotel is not for you. There are just a huge number of families with children. The pool is great - but it's the only one. And there are always children in it. The room was cleaned, the view was on the sea. The beach is private, pebbles, there are sun beds.
The hotel, namely the reception staff, completely ruined the impression of a vacation in Abkhazia! Specifically, the girl Victoria brazenly lies at every step! We had paid for a vacation in the main building, but when we arrived, they said that there were no places and we had no choice, and they just moved us into another building. Two days later, we got to our building, which we paid for. Then the girl Victoria promised us, as compensation for the inconvenience, to evict us on the day of departure not at 12, but at 15 o'clock, but at 12 o'clock we were rudely asked to vacate the room! Of course, the restaurant cannot cope with the number of visitors, the poor waiters are working with their last breath.
Overall, Abkhazia is very beautiful, but both the beginning and the end of the vacation completely ruined the hotel! Think carefully when you choose a hotel for your vacation. This is the first time we have met such an aversive and indifferent attitude!!!!!

The hotel is generally good, the best of what is there. But there is not enough hot water for everyone, if you do not walk with the main body, the pressure is good. The food is delicious, buffet, meat, vegetables, salads, etc. I really liked the sea. The excursions are terrible. Just take a separate car and go. There is rotovirus, but it passed us by, they gave the children sorbents.

The kitchen was good. I am more surprised that everyone writes about the "bad" cuisine, but no one writes that 10-15 stray dogs are walking along the beach, half of them with sore paws, ears, eyes, they (sorry) pee on the beach (I saw myself how one of the women came to mark the blanket), lick their own the accessories (sorry), they are not aggressive, but very sticky and brazenly, those who are not on the sun beds can trample on towels / bedspreads, climb with their muzzles to your hands, wipe themselves on you. There are a lot of small children on the beach and they play with stones, crawl on the beach, etc. I love animals, but I think that dogs (especially in such quantity and quality) have no place on the beach.

We stayed at this hotel from August 18 to 28 in 608 and 610 rooms.A modern hotel, excellent renovation and good furniture.Private beach (not fenced), umbrellas, sun beds. There were always enough sun beds, umbrellas could be overslept). The sea is gorgeous, clean. The beach is not crowded (that's what we went for). There is a good playground. The kitchen is a buffet, without any special frills, but we were satisfied. The soups were so-so, the rest of the food was even very nice - there were always fresh fruits and vegetables, special thanks for the fried fish))).The main thing was that everything was fresh. The children really liked the pool.The room cleaning is excellent. Special thanks to our maid Irina, a very friendly and helpful person!!!!

We stopped by by accident, having read other people's, apparently fake, reviews. We took a suite. The water is barely warm, the pressure is weak, the electricity is constantly turned off. There is a combined bathroom, there is no air freshener, it smells musty. The suite is only in the photo. In reality, it can hardly be called a suite. To tell about any problems, you need to run to the reception, there is no phone to contact the administrator. The Internet was practically not working, although when booking a room we clarified its availability, as it was necessary and important for us (we work remotely). Of the advantages, only a good view from the balcony. But these are just flowers compared to the kitchen. A small selection of dishes and they can't cook properly. Apparently, the quality and shelf life of products are not monitored. Almost the entire vacation, after the "stupid kitchen", we spent in the room. We do not advise anyone to come here!!!!! It is expensive, and the quality of services is at zero.

Good afternoon. We stayed at this hotel from 08/27 to 09/05. In my review, I want to write in detail about the pros and cons of the hotel, perhaps this review will help someone when choosing.
Let's start with the pros:
1. The Garuda transfer picked us up from the airport, everything was very fast, 40 minutes after arrival we were already at the border, passed very quickly, after another 50 minutes we were already at the hotel.
2. We were checked in 2 hours earlier, thanks a lot for that.
3. I was very pleased with the proximity of the sea. The hotel is literally a minute's walk away. A wide beach strip.
4. We had a room on the 7th floor in the main building. The view is very beautiful (sea and mountains). It is spacious enough, the furniture is good.
5. It is very convenient that there is a shuttle service from the hotel every day to the other two hotels of this chain (Amra and Amza). Both are located in Gagra. You can go to see the hotels and at the same time take a walk around Gagra. It turns out to be cheaper than by taxi (life hack!).
I think that's where the advantages end. Let's move on to the cons:
1. The most terrible minus. We got sick with rotavirus on the 4th day of rest. We had a whole 2 days of rest, then we were treated until the end of the vacation. The temperature of 38.5 was kept for several days by both me and my young man. As it turned out, everyone in the hotel is sick. The nearest pharmacy is a 30-minute walk away, take all the medicines with you, as we did.
2. Upon check-in, we were first given a room on the 3rd floor. It was a horror. View from the window to the construction site. There are huge stains all over the linen. On the curtain, excuse the expression, as if someone broke in and it was left like that. We immediately asked for another room and were given ours, on the 7th floor, everything was decent there.
3. I want to say right away about cleaning the rooms. It doesn't exist in principle. During the 10 days of rest, the towels were changed for us 1 time, and then when we asked for it ourselves. It is not very pleasant to use the same dirty towels for so many days (this applies to both beach and shower towels). The whole cleaning consists in throwing out the garbage and putting 2 bottles of 0.5 water. Floors are not stretched at all, sand and stones are everywhere. They don't even make the bed. This is unacceptable for a 4* hotel.
4. Nutrition. In principle, you won't stay hungry, but it's sad enough. Everything is very monotonous, the same thing every day. There are almost no fruits. If you don't get to the beginning, you'll finish what's left. There are a lot of flies.
5. I consider it a huge disadvantage that not a single sauna has ever worked during all the rest days. In bad weather, I wanted to go at least to the sauna, but in fact there was nothing to do at all. The rooftop restaurant wasn't working either. It's all stated on the site, you pay for these services, but it turns out that they are not available to you.
6. There are a lot of dogs on the beach, but they are kind and do not rush at people. We didn't care, but for some, maybe it's a minus. There were always enough sun beds, but there was a shortage with umbrellas. People carry sun beds themselves, the beach workers are not visible.
We concluded for ourselves that the hotel does not match the price-quality, it is definitely not 4*, it does not hold up. For that kind of money, you can fly to a good Turkish 5*.

We rested there from 5 to 10 June , spoiled rest , they kept us at the reception for 40 minutes , then they settled us next to the kitchen , listened to the noise of plates until 11 o'clock and after the noise of the compressor, I approached Margarita several times, but to no avail, in short, zero service , spoiled rest. I do not advise you to go there, the towel was changed before leaving , the blanket was dirty when you checked in , as if in a hurry it was rolled up and thrown into the closet. I would not advise anyone , they spoiled their nerves and left . And I booked it already in February, without reading the comments, I had to look through it, but alas …
The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, the furniture is good. There is a swimming pool on the territory, two minutes to the sea, there are sun beds, umbrellas. There is a playground on site. Three meals a day, buffet, there are always three dishes to choose from, salads with fresh vegetables and fruits, a cake for tea. Even sometimes a glass of wine. After this hotel, only positive emotions from Abkhazia!
A nice hotel right on the beach, dolphins were seen every day, the sea is very clean, the food is homemade, simple but delicious, very friendly staff, especially the girl at the reception.

To say that the hotel is super is to say nothing! We had a rest with the whole family, two adults, two children! Swimming pool, sauna, sports room, Playground (and it was arranged so that in the sun the children are always in the shade)! The helpful staff, as if everyone has known you for many years, are always smiling and ready to help with any questions! We will definitely come again!
After the change of the owner of the hotel, the attitude towards the guests became boorish, the deposit we made in 2020 was refused to be returned and credited to the account of the stay in the summer of 2021. They are rude, rude and hang up on the phone! The price tag has become cosmic! The place is certainly good, but the village of Alakhadzy is not worth it!!!))) There is no infrastructure, there is nowhere to walk in the evening! We will remember our holidays at this hotel in 2018 and 2019. It was the last favorable season)
