We had a rest recently (July 12-20), we were satisfied. at the reception they gave the opportunity to choose a room, the receptionist showed us, we had a 610 room-you can see both the sea and the mountains. the beach is great, the sun beds were brought by the employee Rustam as soon as he saw us, you can play volleyball on the beach, there is a net, a ball, there was always a place under umbrellas, and in general, after the crowded Sochi beach, wherever you can crowd, the hotel beach was very pleased. our maid (like Jan) is just a smart girl, she is at work all the time, the floors are always clean and cleaned when she returns to the room. all the staff are great fellows, responsive, polite, thank them very much. the kitchen exceeded expectations, thanks to the cook and his team, even my daughter (a little less than two years old) ate everything with pleasure, even though she was ahead. The girls in the kitchen work great too.
there is also a playground - everything is fine there, so much so that a child from the beach ran to play on it, there is also a gym, which, to our shame, we did not visit. swallows fly in the restaurant, on the summer terrace, dolphins have been seen in the sea). nature, of course, is not as picturesque as in Gagra, but the service, delicious cuisine, and general style of the hotel (it is decorated in snow-white tones, including structures on the beach) compensate for this. among the disadvantages: closer to our departure, the hotel was almost completely occupied and, accordingly, there was a rush in the kitchen, all the tables were occupied and high chairs were no longer available; on the day of departure, there were power outages all morning, and we even got stuck in the elevator with suitcases before the transfer, we were rescued in 15 minutes, fortunately, the child I was not too scared; weak wi-fi signal in the room; there is no phone in the room to communicate with the reception; there is a kettle only in the suites; the water in the pool is a little cold, you get used to it for a long time, which is not very comfortable, especially for children, but there is a sauna nearby; rarely, but there were interruptions with hot water in the room.

We stayed at the Higos Hotel in Alakhadze. We saw a beautiful building and went to investigate. Of course, this hotel looks very different from everything you've seen. Let's go to the reception to find out what's what. Having crossed the threshold, they received two blows at once: one in the nose with sour cabbage soup, the other in the ears with the ringing of plates! It turned out to be a canteen on the left. There is a reception on the right, and we went there. My first question was about the smell and the ringing. To which the girl replied in surprise, they say, so we have a restaurant here! Started to communicate. according to the prices and what is included. Guys, did you draw yourself 4 stars and give only shampoo and gel to the room once upon arrival + ambergris from the canteen and all this is 5500 rubles per day? Are you serious?? Put the aroma sticks in the foyer, turn on the music in the dining room and the hood! What are the 4 stars?? You look good against the general background of Alokhadze, but guys, you need to invest in development!! It's good that in our Higos there are no additions to the cost and shampoos at least pour)))))

The food is delicious, but the dishes are dirty or chipped. The rooms are cleaned disgustingly, after cleaning there is sand on the floor, in 6 days neither linen nor towels have been changed, dust is everywhere, curtains with a fingerprint and lipstick, windows are all in dust. Tea and sugar in the room were not replenished once, with water norms. The pool is clean and warm. The sauna is in place. The elevator was constantly breaking down, and there was trouble with the Internet at all. We will not go to this hotel anymore and I will not recommend it.

We arrived, decided to swim, the hot water in the shower was no more than 5 minutes, we had to buy more ice water.
Turning to the administrator, she advised us a plumber, coming to our room, he said the boiler does not have time to heat the water, wait 30 minutes until the water heats up.
After 30 minutes, the situation I described above was repeated.
Moreover, this room costs 4,500 per day.
Having straightened the bed, I was horrified by what I saw, a huge number of dirty spots, calling the maid to the room, she justified herself by making our bed in the evening, the stains were not visible.
Having brought 3-4 other sets of bed linen, the situation did not change, having laid dirty linen again, she silently left the room, the same situation with towels.
The hotel is separated from civilization, there is nothing in the nearest 5 km, no pharmacies, no shops.
The pool is not heated, the water is icy in September.
The girls at the reception are not polite, no one escorts to the room and after leaving the room, no one examines it.
Upon arrival, card payment is not possible, as well as online transfer.
After leaving there a day later, I do not recommend this hotel to you, do not repeat our mistakes.

There is only enough hot water to swim for one person. The crane is a miracle! A little to the left - boiling water, a little to the right - icy mountain water. If you have a small refrigerator on the floor in your room, and not in a special niche - do not worry! The guy from the reception desk will always tell you that if he stands like that, then for some reason he was put like that. If there is no reception or security at the entrance, do not worry - they are celebrating something in the restaurant. And so everything is fine, the chickens in the backyard are very cute!
