The hotel is clearly not 4 stars for sure. From the top three. The whole week we prepared a monotonous menu to the point of nausea (we did not change the set of dishes at all). There is no cleaning at all. There was dirt even in the room, even in the toilet on the ground floor (just a pigsty). With this staff full, all day long just talking, nothing else. I strongly advise against it, the price is too high. It's not worth it.

I really liked it, although it doesn't pull 4 stars. I consider the main advantage to be a lot of free space around the hotel (unlike hotels in Gagra), its own beach (very clean, not counting branches that were washed ashore in one of the storms, for some reason no one cleaned them) with mushrooms and free sun beds, plus music from the beach bar and hotel wi-fifi catches on the beach. The food is like in a Russian canteen, but delicious. And although I ate too much every time, no stomach problems were observed throughout the rest. The administrators are very pleasant and responsive, they go to a meeting under any circumstances, it is clear that they appreciate their customers.

We vacationed there for 2 years in a row (2018 and 2019), booked in 2020, but due to the pandemic we never got there. The hotel administration has sent us vouchers that we can use our prepayment at any time. But since February, they have been sending us, claiming that the hotel has been sold, and the new owner does not bear any responsibility for the old prepayments, I wonder how this is so! Once you bought a hotel, you bought debts! The new booking department is homicidal, and even threatening....

A place with huge potential. BUT for your money, they will tell you here only about how hard it is for them. The rooms are cleaned very poorly. The pool has not been cleaned more than once during the entire stay, so flies and dirt in it are normal, the elevators are stained and the buttons and mirrors.... You can describe this place for a long time.

It's terrible!!! Please don't waste money on this hotel. Yes, the sea is close. That's all. So many people have been sent, children. Someone even called an ambulance. The children vomit, they don't get up from the pot. It's horrible. And of course Natalia, who sells excursions, finished it off. She just forgot to book us. It's actually some kind of circus. Don't go to this hotel!!!

The price does not match the quality. The service is just at zero, to change the bed linen and towels, I ran after the staff for half a day. The food is spread out, in the dining room, for a second, the swallows have built a nest above the table... Very hygienic)) The only good thing there is the sea. I had a rest in 2021 . Honestly, I didn't like it. 1. Cleaning problem. Floors are not washed, bed linen is not changed, sometimes even toilet paper is not brought to the room. In fact, only the garbage bag is taken away. 2. The problem with the kitchen. The seats in the dining room are not designed for a large number of people. Sometimes you have to wait 15-20 minutes for a free table. There are two buildings and all in one dining room :/ The menu is almost the same every day, it's frustrating. Workers are like sleepy flies. For example, in the early days, the girl who should ask for the room number at the entrance of the dining room was stupidly sitting on the phone. And the worst thing is that wifi catches like from grandma's village. One moment he is there, the next he is not. The only advantage is that the sea is nearby. The situation with the beach is generally different. Funny. There was music playing in the bar, only the employee was playing it from his phone and every second the sounds of WhatsApp messages were heard. He was waiting for his phone to ring. This concludes my story, and then it's up to you to judge.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, polite staff. The kitchen is good - a buffet, not a very diverse selection of dishes, but we did not go hungry. The pool is open from 8:00 to 20:00 - I would like to stay longer. There is a playground, but there is no children's room and animation. If you choose rooms with sea views, be ready for music from the beach until midnight.

The most excellent hotel!!! I want to go back there again. The staff is at the highest level, the Cook is generally the most gorgeous (especially his lentils!!!) . We were at the end of September, we really liked it. It's less than a minute to walk to the sea. Sun beds on the beach, umbrellas, sauna, gym, swimming pool, Playground, if you want privacy there are gazebos. Once again, we really liked it.

This is really a paradise! Cleanliness, coziness, comfort.The food is delicious, homemade, there is a large selection, and most importantly in the direction of both children and adults, the chef took care of this. A unique location for a hotel of this class. However, there are many amazing things in Abkhazia. There is a plain around with ordinary rural streets and quite rustic houses, almost every third of which has a sign "I rent a room". However, among them there is sometimes a new building and even some kind of mini-hotels with a height of a couple of floors. Somewhere in the distance, neighboring villages are visible, and beyond them the mountains. And against all this background, the seven-storey building of the Paradise Beach Hotel rises almost by the sea coast. The elevator, however, allows you to climb as far as the eighth floor, but there is nothing there yet except the undeveloped roof space and closed exit doors to it. The territory is very cozy. There are many different flowers and other outlandish southern plants. To the left of the entrance (if you look at the hotel) there is a small pool with a depth slightly less than human height, but quite enough not to hit the bottom when jumping from the side. Next to the pool there is a sauna, and directly above it there is a grill bar where in the evenings you can drink a glass of your favorite drink and dance. There is also a kitchen in the bar, but it is unlikely that there will be any serious need for it, because the meals here are three times a day with a sufficient selection of various dishes. At least four hot dishes and four side dishes plus various salads and vegetables. Two different liquid porridges are also served for breakfast, and two different soups and alcohol for lunch. However, you need to be prepared for the fact that you will not see kefir and yoghurts on the menu, only milk. And only instant coffee.
In general, the entourage of the hotel is with a swing towards Turkish, but in fact it is more of a "lack of tour". Almost at every step you have to deal with some kind of imperfections, such as the absence of a wall lamp by the bed, and in general the absence of any other sources of electric light other than the chandelier. By the way, the bed is not a double bed, but single beds placed next to each other, which are constantly moving apart due to the lack of fastening among themselves. (lifehack: hang the bed legs 🙂).
The hotel has its own pebble beach. There is an area with stationary umbrellas. Sun beds are provided free of charge, but during "rush hours" they are not enough for 10-20% of vacationers. At the same time, they are stored in rather large quantities on the territory of the hotel (see photo). However, this is not the only sad blunder in the service on the part of the hotel. Upon check-in, they will smile at you and say "Contact us with any questions" until it comes to these very questions. For example (upon check-in) They won't tell you how often towels are changed. You may expect that, as in many hotels, towels will be changed every three days, and if an earlier replacement is needed, it will be enough to leave it on the floor (in many hotels you can often see the corresponding signs). But this is not the case either. The maid simply hung a towel left on the floor, wet and already with visible traces of dirt, on the side of the shower to "dry"… And so, after asking for clarification at the reception, I heard "Do you want to replace the towel earlier, and not once every four days, as it should be according to the rules of the hotel?.."
- "... E.. Yes!"
- "Then contact the maid, I do not deal with these issues!"
I still managed to convince the girl at the reception to convey the request to the maid. And after half an hour, she (the maid) even knocked on the room in order to ... tell her how often she should change towels according to the rules of the hotel! 😅
However, the next day my request was nevertheless granted and in the future the foot towel was changed daily…
