If you want to refund money for unused days for one reason or another, then this will be a great hassle for you, the accounting staff are either incompetent or are deliberately dragging their time as long as possible. This year there was an outbreak of rotavirus, my wife and I got sick, I also met a colleague, he lived in another building, they got sick with the whole family. We stayed at the hotel in the first half of September this year. I liked everything very much. Nice girl Ole I'm at the reception. The room was standard on the 5th floor. Everything is within normal limits. Towels and bed linen are changed after 5 days. In addition to a set of white hotel towels, blue beach towels are also provided. The rooms are cleaned regularly (almost). The interior of the room is modest without frills. But, in principle, there is enough of everything. A bed, a wardrobe, a sofa, a coffee table, a small refrigerator, bedside tables and a large bedside table under the TV. The air conditioner is quite silent, it worked properly. The food was very good. I gained extra kg (((. There was plenty of everything. My husband and I are meat eaters, we were pleased. There was a lot of meat for lunch and dinner. Separately, I want to praise cottage cheese with sour cream for breakfast. I haven't tasted such a homemade taste for a long time. For breakfast, omelette (2 types), sausages, sausages, milk porridge, side dish, salads. Lots of fruits. For lunch every other day, chacha or wine. I'm not a fan of alcohol, so I can't say anything about the quality. But people took it actively, they also ran for more))). The beach is across the street, there are enough sunbeds. The sea is just amazing. There were power outages, they were quickly adjusted. There is a grill bar on site. Julia makes delicious cocktails. There is also a sauna. My husband was there several times. The pool is cool, but after the sauna it's the best thing. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. 10 days flew by like one. There is a clothes dryer and plastic chairs on the balcony. We had a view of the pool and the grill bar. A minibus runs from the hotel every day in the morning towards Gagra and Pitsunda. 100 rubles a trip. It is convenient to walk and see nearby places. It is cheaper and more convenient to arrange a tour with taxi drivers. We went to the Ritsa and New Athos. 2500 trip turned out well. Of the disadvantages, I would like to note: the season started late and, apparently, did not have time to swing. There is clearly not enough staff in the restaurant. The boys don't have time. And it would still be necessary to provide standard rooms with kettles, not only suites. And in the previous review we already wrote that a couple of times there was smoke from the landfill. Of course, this does not apply to the hotel, but to the district administration. Is it possible not to burn garbage during the holiday season? I recommend the hotel! Especially for older couples, to relax after working days. Don't bother about anything - isn't this a vacation!?

We just returned from this hotel. We lived in a two-room suite. Everything was fine, there were bathrobes and slippers, there was a kettle in the room, they cleaned every day, the bed and towels were changed for the 5th day. The food in the dining room is good. For breakfast there are 2 milk porridges, cereals, cottage cheese, sausages or sausages, omelets of 2 types, and side dishes, sliced sausage cheese, vegetables, fruits. For lunch there are 2 first courses, for the second chicken, pork, beef, 1 time there was liver, once chicken stomachs, fish several times. To garnish with cereals, mashed potatoes, vegetables in sauce. Salads with vegetables and mayonnaise are different. There is always wine or chacha for lunch. For dinner, too, meat of various types and fish with side dishes, salads. Baking is always worthwhile. The lights have not been turned off once in a week. The pool is really cold, but there is a sauna nearby, when you steam up properly, it is very pleasant to dive into the cold pool. The sauna was working all the time, one day it was broken, the stones were filled with water and the wiring was closed, quickly repaired. The sea is clean, the beach is large, there were enough sun beds for everyone. Last year, music was blaring from the bar on the beach until morning, this year there was silence.
Of the cons: the city dump is burning nearby, sometimes the wind brings a pungent smell, but it was 2 times a week in the evenings, the windows were closed and that's it. And small children without parental supervision. They are messing around, in the same sauna, the boy opens the door on purpose and does not let them close and does not listen to anyone, mom came in 15 minutes. The boy is about 5 years old, he is alone in the pool and in the sauna. They are constantly shouting, their ears were ringing in the dining room, and mothers cannot calm them down, because they are not alone there. I also have 2 children, but I would have failed out of shame if they had behaved like that.
And so in general, a great vacation, a beautiful beautiful country, an excellent hotel.

We stayed at the hotel from 08/06/2011, took 2 double rooms.
Cons: water interruptions, there were moments when there was no water at all or it was cold, all the time they rested they watched and caught water to wash after the sea!
Light outages, but quite minor.
And the most annoying thing is that the staff rummages through suitcases during their absence!!!
Personally, my dress was stolen.
I've been to a lot of places, but this is the first time. After the hype, the dress was returned, but it cost me so much nerves!!!
There is nowhere to go, the village is a village, but for us it was more a plus than a minus.
There are a lot of Mosquitoes, they devour you, after sunset, it is very difficult to escape from them.

Now about the cons - let's start with the beach. The beach is pebbly. The entrance to the sea is bad - if you swim badly or small children, I would not choose this option.. when entering the sea without slippers, it really cuts your feet... It's still tolerable with slippers. Plus, the depth actually comes immediately... There are almost always strong waves... but someone likes it of course. Stray dogs run along the beach itself. A huge amount, cigarette butts are lying around. That is, there is no purity as such. Now about nutrition - simple, rustic food.. the simplest familiar food... but... The hotel is not designed for the number of guests who are coming here now. There is constantly a shortage of black tea and literally 5 minutes after the start of breakfast, coffee ends - breakfast and lunch with dinner turn into some kind of race. I want to say separately about the staff - I have not seen such horror as that of the canteen staff in any country... they are lazy. Nothing is being cleaned, there is some kind of neglect and complete disrespect for the guests.. for breakfast, for example, it was launched 15-20 minutes after the appointed time. The packaged juice was diluted with tap water.... on the penultimate day of our vacation, I and a large number of vacationers fell ill with rotavirus. It's just a shame!!! The dishes are not properly washed, cleaning is not really done. Speaking of which, during our entire stay, we were cleaned once and then after numerous kicks ... Room 307, Building 2. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the cleaner. But it's a complete disgrace!!! She claimed that she was forgetting. She has a lot of work to do. However, she saw that instead of working, she runs to swim in the sea. Instead of doing your duties. Towels have never been changed. I actually had to swear. To the staff, except for the girls at the reception and Natalia, I boldly put one! We have never seen such a disgusting service anywhere. People, please do not be fooled by good reviews and if you are coming here, be sure to take enterosgel - the pharmacy is very far away. And with this attitude, rotavirus is provided.

I'm telling you about the restaurant that we had to visit. The interior is a fire. The view is beautiful. The prices are like in a decent restaurant. We noticed that the guests are annoyed, ask to cancel orders and leave. Those to whom they were still brought are unhappy (unfinished pizza, tasteless nuggets). The desire for a delicious dinner did not leave us. The waiting time for someone to come up to us was long. We have been waiting for the order for a long time. It was brought in parts, in the end, and in fact I already wanted to cancel everything. The waiters apologized, said that there were only two of them today, they did not have time. We are people too, we can understand. But in fact, we shouldn't worry about it. We worked for a whole year and paid a lot of money to relax in this hotel. And a restaurant for an additional fee. There were 4 tables for guests in the restaurant. What will happen if a full landing happens?! The wine saved the situation! All the other days we tried to cry in this place, as there was no more entertainment. At least I could sit there. They left a lot of money for the evening!

BUT there will be a small place in this beauty! There is a main hall and a veranda. There are absolutely few places… Let's start with the fact that at the entrance we were initially told that the hotel has two buildings. Everyone has their own time for breakfast, lunch and dinner. When we came to lunch, it was a collapse (Not that there are no seats, but they didn't even let us into the dining room. And when they let us in, there were still no seats ... From the third time, pushing our butts against each other and about the eating guests, we got to lunch! Every day there was a problem with the availability of plates and forks. It might not have happened at all! The same situation was with coffee/tea cups (the edges of each cup are beaten, even the girl was swearing because her child was cut off on the edge). By the way, the dishes in this hotel are washed with their hands and the forks washed are thrown into the guest basket straight wet. I found the remains of someone's food in my fork (There was not much fruit. Apples and kiwis. And then they were cut up like cattle, not people. The menu could have everything from chicken, only in different versions. If you come to lunch an hour after the start, you can stay without mashed potatoes or fish. She just won't be there anymore! (This is to talk about the separate time of the buildings).

My husband was swimming, I went into the sea several times (you can count on your fingers). There are enough sun beds and canopies for everyone. I was very worried about this topic, it wasn't worth it) Enough even for those who leave their towel the old-fashioned way 🤦♀️🤦 The beach could offer grilled food from the hotel. Let it be for a fee, but without "hot corn" or "fresh lamb".

Well, this topic is separate… I wanted to take a glass of wine at lunch. There were women at the counter, I thought they were getting juice. I didn't even have time to make it clear that I was at this very glass... two standing girls remembered about it. I thought there was going to be a fight. As a result, the third woman, who already had two glasses of wine in her hands, takes this one and pours it over her two to the brim. And she also cursed those women. I'm in shoke… Are we really such savages?! Therefore, Russians are often no longer loved in Turkey. Only a few do this, they judge everyone in general.
The room was clean and cozy. I got a good view and looked at the sea. When they cleaned up, I don't know. The sand remained as it was. Water was supplied every day! But with bed linen in general, a separate topic. No matter how many times we flew and stayed in hotels, I never thought about bed linen. It was changed on time and no one ever focused on it. Here, on the 6th day, we went to the reception three times to have it changed for us. Yes, yes, they said. Already at 9 pm, they calmly said that there was no spare underwear! They probably didn't know that before… Tell me, is this a normal service?! And if you are resting with a small child and a change of bed linen is absolutely necessary?!

There is no kettle in the room, there is also no table on the balcony, there are also no coolers with water on the floors, they suggested that there is water in the dining room, but it does not happen there, they do not monitor, often empty containers! As for the kitchen, the food is edible, but not always))) they gave porridge solid starch for breakfast, meat, dry cutlets, I did not observe salads at all, the assortment is not large. Due to the large number of people, they can not cope with taking out trays of food and dishes! The first day at lunch, we just stood in line for soup, this is certainly unacceptable in hotels, especially since it has 4 stars! In the morning they occupy, sunbathe, leave for lunch and press down with a stone, they are not there for half the day and the deck chairs are occupied, and everything, especially under the canopy! People, what kind of disrespect to other vacationers!??? Dear Hotel Administration, put an employee on the beach who would pick up a towel from the sun loungers that are not in use! We also pay money and want a comfortable stay! Among the advantages, this is an on-site heated swimming pool, sauna and a beach equipped not far from the hotel. The rooms are comfortable in principle, the rooms are cleaned every day. The sea is clean, the scenery is interesting.
One of the disadvantages is the kitchen. It is necessary to improve the quality of the prepared dishes and slightly expand their range.
Those who like to stretch their legs can walk along the coastline to Gagra. There is a market, cafes and various shops. The return trip by taxi costs 300 rubles.
Speaking generally about holidays in Abkhazia, there are places interesting for excursions, lots of sun, clean air (Pitsunda) and of course the sea. In terms of catering, there is much to strive for in terms of development. There are not many interesting and comfortable places where you can go and spend your time with pleasure. There were no dressing gowns either. The hotel is located in the village. There's nothing to do there in the evenings. There is no animation either. I want to write about a big problem in my opinion in this hotel. There is no basic equipped first-aid kit, there are a lot of children who are prone to injury. My grandson injured his leg and there was nothing to do even a bandage, except for peroxide and cotton wool in the first-aid kit.The nearest pharmacy is a few km away, thank you very much to the hotel employee, his name is Vachik, unfortunately I did not have time to find out his last name, he took me to the pharmacy in his personal car and did not even take a fee, the world is not without kind people. Otherwise, everything is fine here.
The hotel administration will pay attention to this flaw with the first aid kit, any kid can be in our place.

During the week of stay, the bed linen was never changed and this is for 8000 thousand per day plus 1,500 children. I am generally silent about dogs and cats walking around the dining room. The food is certainly not bad, but for that kind of money we won't go to Paradise Beach anymore, like four stars, but in fact two. The name earned by the previous owner is completely lost. It is very expensive here for Abkhazia.

But a huge plus, it is very close to the sea, an elevator on both sides of the building, a beautiful view from any room, free very tasty food!!!very tasty!!! The most terrible hotel for 8000 rubles / day . Out of 12 days, water and light were turned off for 8 days in a row. We were with a small child, without water. The water in the sink was always a trickle and cold. Family Hotel - baby cot 500 rubles/day. How is this even possible? The elevator also did not work periodically . The menu in the restaurant is the same, no variety. There are not enough dishes and people for 8000 / day have to eat soup for plastic disposable dishes. How is that? The pool is muddy, no one cleans it, they dragged sand there from the sea. There were no threads in the hotel either. The bed linen was changed on the 8th day and I asked for it myself. The towels have not been changed once. But the room was cleaned . The maid Karina is well done, thank her very much. We only liked the beach - there were always sun beds and umbrellas.
The declared sauna has not worked for a single day. There is no coffee or freshly squeezed juice in the lobby bar (although it is all on the menu).
In the reviews, people complain about poor room cleaning, but the glass front door was washed every day and the front staircase.
They called a taxi at 12.00, arrived at 13.15, and we were with a 6-month-old child.

I will not go to this hotel again for any money! Upon arrival, it turned out that all the rooms in the main building are occupied and we need to stay in the second building for one day, and then we will be moved to the main building. As a result, we insisted on our own and we were found a room in the main building, but due to the fact that two ladies refused this room, as they were not satisfied with one bed for two (the ladies booked two separate beds) As far as I understand it, this is a problem for many who booked one, but eventually received other rooms. Food, nothing special, but I managed to get poisoned. Also, many people were poisoned there. Constant queues came an hour after the start (lunch, dinner, breakfast), because the crowd and there are always not enough tables, and it often happened that there was little food left and they ate what was left. There is simply no room cleaning. The staff is constantly on the phones and on our floor, one lady (the cleaner) was constantly calling some kind of Karina and yelling at the whole floor. And it happened every day. I wanted to rest and sleep after lunch, but I couldn't do without Karina. The towels were changed for us once, but as they were changed, they forgot to put them to us and we went to the reception and asked, they told us that there were no towels. As a result, they apparently took towels from another room and we received them an hour later. There is nowhere to go, there is no park or promenade area nearby. There is one street with local stalls, but it's scary to walk there, crazy "drivers" drive so that your heart sinks into your heels, you just have time to jump off the curb and constantly look back. And at least one thing in my head wasn't knocked down. There are also a couple of cafes where one of them sang a song every day about a glass of vodka on the table by some local singer. And that's it, and there's nothing there. Yes, the sea is clean and warm. Of course, there were not enough sun beds. And they were constantly smoking on the beach, the whole beach is strewn with cigarette butts. Well, what kind of pigs, is it really difficult to step aside and smoke, throw the butt in the trash. You can get to Pitsunda by taxi for 400 rubles (one way). There we walked in a dream. We went on the tour on our own. We like it better that way.
