Ottel's appearance made a good impression. The suite has two rooms.There were some snot on the couch (no kidding.) and the couch was ripped off. There was a mattress with a hole on the bed, although the room is as it says on the lux website.But the food was delicious. Anyone can find something. There are sunbeds on the beach nearby.

The suite was not cleaned, there were snot on the sofa from previous residents. The mattress on the bed was sagged, the toilet tank was leaking, and swallows were building a nest on the balcony.

An overrated four-star hotel.I WOULD NOT WRITE A REVIEW IF THE PRICE MATCHED THE SERVICE! HIGHLIGHTS: MUSIC SCREAMS UNTIL ONE O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING, CONSTRUCTION WORKS ALL DAY UNDER THE WINDOWS, FOOD IS COLD, THE INTERNET DOES NOT CATCH, ROOM CLEANING IS DISGUSTING..It's not worth the money. Let's start with the check-in. We came to the room. There was no water for 4 hours. Everyone out of the way, no one could wash up. The food is cold all the time, it doesn't matter if you come to the beginning or at the end of the meal. If you come to the end of a meal, something may be missing. There is no phone in the rooms, God forbid that they will find you the next day (at best). Room cleaning is poor. The saddest thing is the music screams UNDER THE WINDOWS until one o'clock in the morning. We asked to go to another room, came to look, and on the balcony the whole floor is polluted with piles of bird poop, really just piles, like from cows. It turned out that there were nests of swallows. And that's four stars!!! The water in the hotel pool is cool.There is no heating. Its own beach, the sea is mostly clean, but very rarely calm. The hotel is for those who came to sleep, eat and enjoy the sea! The purest sea. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings! Audibility is zero. We got a two-room room on the 1st floor. The view of the construction site, but I didn't care, because the peace and quiet. The food is delicious. Swimming pool with sauna in the courtyard of the hotel. However, in my opinion, the pool is not cleaned enough, so we got sick. We lay in the room for two days. We made a remark to the maids that they do not treat common areas with bleach enough. We went out into the hall: the smell of bleach is persistent. Indeed, the whole coast is sick with enterovirus om. They also sinned on local bottled water from the hotel.
In general, I liked the rest. We got what we wanted.

We visited this hotel in 2022 and now, There is something to compare and I will say far from for the better. Arrive.
Let's start with the nutrition: they are very spoiled. One chicken is made of meat, you can cackle in 10 days.
Beach : birch trees are not cleaned from garbage, although they did it a year earlier. The rescuers are either asleep or on the phone.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, private beach, clean pool. Delicious food and excellent cafes.
No need to reinvent the wheel - the best alcohol is local wines! They are good and the price pleases.
You need to choose external excursions carefully, specify all the details, what you need to take, how to dress, where you will have the opportunity to have dinner. We were not lucky with all the excursions.

People who came from a hungry land are amazed, it's a disgrace, in a restaurant in the morning, at lunch, at dinner they don't look at their feet, they go with plates, they don't look at what's going on around, it's already infuriating, people behave properly!!! I'm not talking about old grandmothers at all, they won't even take half a step to the side to miss each other.... The staff at the restaurant is excellent, they do their job 100%, according to the menu from last year, there is nothing left, the main dishes are plus or minus.There are questions about the service, this year there was no wi-fi in the main building for the most part, these created their own inconveniences, but thanks to this they spent more time on the beach, the beach did not get away from the sticks that the waves beat, periodic power outages, most likely due to the construction of a row of buildings.

We had a rest in late June-early July for 23 years.
Everything is fine except:
They were poisoned once on a Swedish woman during their vacation. Definitely in a hotel, because they didn't eat anywhere and didn't overheat in the sun.
It was a birthday during the holiday period, but the hotel did not provide any compliments. For 4 stars, this is an omission. In general, I recommend it, but do not expect that the service will be perfect and that the staff will be ready to do a little more for the guest than you expect.

We rested for 16 days . From July 25th to 12th . There is cold food in the dining room, the fruits are unripe, meager, even bananas are cut into several pieces. In general, the food is not bad..but monotonous. The sea was cold, there were a lot of jellyfish. The room service is good.. the towel was changed as we asked..although the beach shoes can be changed every day. But we met very good people. Abkhazia is an interesting country, of course. But it is necessary to choose a hotel very carefully and watch the sea...of course, another type of recreation is closer to us ..warm sea, sand..Of course, there was no such thing here

We had a rest in this hotel in early June.The tour operator recommended it to us.The hotel itself is not bad, BUT the stars are too much. Maximum of ⭐️⭐️⭐️.But I'll put ⭐️⭐️ in the review because it seemed to me that we were ripped off at the reception.

- One sauna was working , the other was not
- Dogs, yes, I understand that they are everywhere in Abkhazia , but I consider it unacceptable on the territory of the hotel
- The Internet is weak , it does not roll according to the level of stars
- Room keys , disaster , constantly jams or does not open , like a fool you run to the reception
- THE MEDICAL CENTER is not working , how is that ? JUNE is full of tourists , children fall on the slippery floor next to the pool , and it is closed , even to process a little.I don't say anything if it's serious.
- There is also no basic first aid kit at the RECEPTION, thanks for having at least a thermometer.TIP basic medicines: peroxide, zelenka, cotton wool, bandage should be in any hotel.

There is a construction site next to the hotel, it constantly smells of concrete , wood and other materials, you can't really walk around, especially with children, this does not apply to the hotel, but it is not geographically comfortable.In the future, so that you understand what will happen in the surroundings of this hotel.

Now I came across that tourists pay a 200p state duty for over 14 days, but we were less.The hotel collected the money from us anyway.I was also surprised, I think the tour operator did not tell us anything, but at the reception they strictly demanded without explanation.I think either the Internet is lying, or the people working at the reception are arrogant.

Good homemade food. The service is excellent. The rooms are good. The staff is excellent. It is clean and beautiful both in the hotel and on the territory. The location is close to the sea. The beach is pebbly, special shoes are needed. There are many sun beds, towels are given out immediately and changed every other day or on demand. The heated pool is very clean.

We visited the hotel twice: the first time in 2020, the second in 2022. Compared to 2020, things have become much worse in terms of value for money. The rooms have been worn out for two years, very much. The cuisine is tasteless, individual dishes sometimes succeeded, but in general, after three days you think about where to eat. You can't drink alcohol from the word at all. The pool is not cleaned with chemicals, at least it has never been seen closed. The sauna, which was opened in 2019, is not working. The hotel restaurant across the street is also working strangely, then there is no cook, then the waiter has gone to the toilet and there will be no coffee. total: the price-quality ratio is two points. however, special thanks to the staff - waiters and cleaners. girls and women are great. always clean and with a smile.

From 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., a construction site is thundering here. Several Dagestanis are building a building (apparently also a hotel) close to the territory of Paradise Beach. It's about 20 meters, no more. The noise, the dust, the stench - the balcony cannot be opened. And there is no peace even on the beach. It negates all the good things that are here. Nice, helpful staff, clean rooms, good food. It would be all right... BUT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE!!! Is it really impossible to freeze construction during the high season? Is this a question for the owners? I'm not coming here anymore! And I don't advise others. Until the construction is over!

We will tell you about our vacation in PARADISE (Paradise beach Hotel Abkhazia). Let's start from the beginning. The July southern generous sun caressed Sochi and a little bit of us). Two interesting ladies of Balzac's age with far-reaching plans entered the arch of the Sochi airport teeming with tourists. We were met by a stern mountain woman who held a roll call (I remembered the Soviet times in the queue for Yugoslav boots).
- Stay here! – the representative of the Fun and Sun company said sternly!!! After waiting another hour for those who were late or did not board the plane of our group, we were handed over to the Roman guide. After some manipulations in whatsapp, VOILA – we became the happy owners of a booklet with a list of unforgettable Abkhazian sights that we definitely had to visit (more on that later).
The next stage was a "brisk" young man who met not the first group of tourists and put them on buses to the border. His eyes said, "I wish I could get rid of you!" Having spent more than an hour on all these delights, we did not even imagine that the most interesting thing was waiting for us ahead!!! This is the magic word TRANSFER!!!
Comfortable, with air conditioning (open windows) and battered seats, the bus on all gasoline fumes rushed us to a beautiful place. A separate chapter is dedicated to our driver – Schumacher!!!) Swiss knife man: Penelope, waiting for tourists on the bus at night (without sleep and rest); local Pushkin, who knows all the Abkhazian tales, fairy tales, legends and toasts; easily overcoming speed bumps (of which there are an infinite number) as a famous pole vaulter – Sergey Bubka; Susanin, who does not know the local roads, but is perfectly guided by Goga's advice; violating all imaginable and unimaginable traffic rules, like the golden youth. This many-faced man left in our hearts a kind touching feeling of gratitude for bringing us to the Abkhazian hotel unharmed!!!
To our pleasant surprise, the hotel turned out to be a worthy answer to the Turkish Sultan, Chamberlain and all other foreign "evil spirits". Located on the Black Sea coast, the hotel towers over a 7-storey snow-white ship, with cozy modern rooms, comfortable foyers, mirrored elevators, large balconies- terraces. A panorama of mountains and the sea, snow-white clouds and an infinitely blue sky opens in front of you. LEPOTAAAA!!!
"Moscow was not built right away..." (a painfully familiar song)) And we remembered her for a reason!!! The desire to keep up with the times encourages the local owners of the fabulous land to erect more and more new buildings, eager for tourists! So in front of our balcony, diluting the beauty of the Abkhazian nature, the building of a new building is being rapidly built (knocking, buzzing, rumbling and something falling).
Naaas music connected....from Sev-Kav-TV. Every evening from 21.00 to 00.00 (and sometimes until 02.00 ((from different cafes and dance floors, racing (who is louder) sound waves strain our eardrums, creating chaos in our head, and crushing our soul – to sleep or not to sleep??? Who is not in this cacophony: Lucy Chebotina with her Hollywood; Arthur Pirozhkov with his eternal intimacy; Lolita with the sunken Titanic; Federico Fellini, who asks for an Oscar for his Goddess; Black Eyes; The Crazy Empress with a full list of her songs; the well-known obscenity and seditious Cord with Van Gogh; as well as modest inclusions foreigners (Mile Jackson, Whitney Houston, Italians in Russia, etc., etc.).
Cabbage soup and porridge are our food!!! Let's talk about the place of pilgrimage for all tourists – the restaurant. "Fedya, game!!!" The menu is varied, hearty, appetizing and healthy!!! You should not bring lard and dried fish with you), alas, there is no chance to lose weight!!! Speaking of sweets, the pastries are gorgeous, and there are not enough local fruits. The aroma and taste of magic coffee with natural milk will cheer up anyone after a long night of adventures (if you are lucky))).
Why do people go south??? Good question! The answer is obvious – the SEA... "Oh, the sea, the sea, you will give the surf to the faithful rocks for a short time..." Turquoise, blue, transparency, complete calm or stormy waves, the gold of the sun's glare in the water, is all about him. THE SEA IS A DELIGHT!!! (when the sea was cool, we swam a little bit - "Kuptsi Kuptsi"))). "And there is white sand on the sea..." - this is not about us. To enter the sea effectively, and not like a crouching tiger, we advise you to take care of the purchase of cherries (slippers) in advance Haute couture, which will soften your communication with the sea pebbles. "A warm wind blows in your face..." - this is about us. The number of sun beds is not always the quality of use, because they are available from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm!!!((and there is no way to roll your dice after an early morning swim and dream about your own, about women's, looking at the stars under the sound of the surf. You will not be bored on the beach: local touts constantly offer excursions, walks, concerts, mixed with hot corn ("juicy-exact-milk"), pieces of fruits and berries, and other local goodies!!! (A regidron as a gift! A JOKE!, but it would be nice)))
One-two-three-four-five -the ladies went out for a walk! If you go left, you'll get into a ravine, if you go right, you'll get into shopping malls! "Sim-Sim, open up!..." Like the cave of Ali Baba, you can see: an abundance of dishes; wines; sweets; souvenirs of "silks and brocades" of Chinese bottling; overseas fruits (there are practically no local ones - July is not the season ((Everything that a tourist darling wants!!! Actually, that's the whole walk))).
As the sages say (we do not remember the names): "The truth is in wine." Red, white, sparkling, velvety, dry, sweet! We have tried everything or almost everything!!! And, as the famous movie hero said: "Well, for a vacation!!! Well, beyond the sea!!! Well, for us!!!", - you can't say it better)))
"Vava, you're going to fall!!! Yakin abandoned his kikimora, well, and persuaded me to go with him to Gagra..." And without waiting for Yakin, we bought an excursion "Evening Gagra" - and off we go!!! MAGIC!!! Probably, even this word does not convey all the emotions that overwhelmed us!!! The highest mountain Mamzyshka; the most magnificent bird's-eye view of the city of Gagra (observation deck); the indescribable fragrance of flowering trees and shrubs; cozy, beautiful town houses, restaurants, hotels; historical buildings; snow-white Colonnade (the heroine of many feature films), a restaurant built without a single nail; the castle of the founder of the city. Our guide-driver, who has deep knowledge and knows how to present them in an unforgettable Abkhazian manner - with jokes and jokes, told us about historical facts, a variety of fauna and flora.

We had a rest with my husband from June 10 to 19, just absolutely delighted. The hotel is at the European level! The staff are just great. The food is at the highest level, I miss your cheesecakes so much, I miss the hotel, our room, a wonderful place, there is entertainment. Everything is very civilized, I have been abroad a lot and in expensive hotels, but the warmth of the hotel staff and local residents has sunk into my soul so much that I will come again if I have the opportunity, all illnesses go away there. We had a rest from July 29 to August 5, 2022 at the paradise beach hotel in Abkhazia
Positive:
- Beautiful building
- swimming pool (heated)
- the sea is 50 meters away
- decent rooms
Minuses:
- they say that everything is included, but in the end the bar is paid, the sauna is paid, they are allowed to buffet only once (write down the room number)
- all the food on the buffet is COLD, it is impossible to eat. (Hot soups only)
- there are no national dishes on the buffet. Even the tea is not Abkhazian, but a standard "Greenfield". Of the desserts, there are solid biscuits of the same type that make you sick after a day.
- instant coffee only, the coffee machine in the dining room appeared only on the 5th day of your stay, but it never worked. Normal coffee can only be bought at the bar, everything works there for money. (Let me remind you that this is "all inclusive")
- an additional place was discussed at the time of booking (a bed), but in fact they brought a cot and only after our request.
- during the week of stay, the key card never worked, I had to use a regular key. They said every day that they would fix everything, but nothing has changed.
- the hotel does not have a duplicate key, for this reason, the cleaning lady came into the room only 2 times during the whole week when we were on excursions (the horror is utter)
- the sheets and pillowcases were dirty initially (most likely in wine), they were changed only after our third request
- the lock in the toilet does not work
- lights and wi-fi are constantly turned off (stable interruptions in the morning and at lunch)
- the beach is closed, but no one is watching it. Left-wing tourists constantly come in from the common beach and steal sun beds. Garbage is often found on the beach.
- no one is watching the pool either, and children freely jump from the sides onto other people's heads. It is impossible to swim there quietly.
- there is absolutely nothing to do on the territory of the hotel. Animation for children takes place only once every two days for an hour or two. There is no entertainment for adults except the pool and the paid bar at the hotel.

Wi-fi works only at the reception and is very poor, with frequent power outages. There is a construction site nearby and in the evening a cafe with karaoke is open until 00 hours, which does not allow you to fall asleep. Beach towels are changed once every four days. The food is varied and delicious. Very nice cleaning ladies. The beach is pebbly, you need slippers for swimming. There are sun loungers from the hotel on the beach, which is very nice. The flow of guests is large, so the reception does not want to solve the issues.

We were from 6 to 13 August. Excellent room , daily cleaning, change of towels, linen in a timely manner. The cuisine is simply amazing: a variety of dishes from meat, chicken, fish, fresh and stewed vegetables, cottage cheese, yoghurts, kefir, soups, fruits, sweets, not to mention everything! The beach is clean, the sea is warm, the water is clear. We are very happy with our vacation. Thanks!

Nowhere do they write that a second building is being built nearby. 20 meters to the right. And they are constantly sawing something with a grinder. so the windows won't open.And half of the hotel has a great view of the sea, and the other half has a view of the construction site. Plus, the generator is hammering all the time. Plus, the music from the street cafe across the street screams until 12 at night. And this covers all the advantages of staying yes, in a comfortable room with all amenities. And this is for 12,500 per day.

We did not even expect to get to a hotel of this level in Abkhazia. There is no point in talking about the advantages, because there are a huge number of them. The hotel is wonderful! I would like to express my gratitude to the maid at the reception. It's not easy to keep such cleanliness at the entrance to the hotel, but she did it perfectly! And special thanks to the maid of the 6th floor, Irma! A bright, sunny person, always with a smile, very friendly and attentive, a wonderful employee! The accommodation was very pleasant. The food at the hotel is also very good, both in terms of taste, assortment, and service. Therefore, we thank all the staff of the restaurant.
And a few comments. 1) for future vacationers at this hotel. People! No need to wash your feet in the pool! There is a special place for this when leaving the beach. 2) The hotel administration must definitely resolve the issue with dogs. Yes, they are not aggressive, but not everyone likes such a neighborhood and barking at night, and also, to repair part of the road leading from the beach to the hotel, because the main dirt stretches from there.
In general, the hotel is "super" and up to the rating "above all praise" it lacks only its embankment, promenade, and a zone for walking along the sea. We thank the hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Great hotel. Always fresh food, never had heartburn, for me this is an indicator. The staff is friendly, always trying to help. There was not enough water, so at our request, the maid gave out 2 more bottles of excess water. Water is not a problem for them at all. Fruits, vegetables, meat, cheeses, dairy products and pastries - every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Linen and towels were changed every 4 days, soap accessories - every day.

We stayed at the hotel in August 2022, building 2 was chosen deliberately and did not lose.The food is varied, delicious, the pastry is maddening)))There is plenty of everything.I fell in love with this place, next year I will return only to Paradise.The sea is cleanest, warmest in 2 steps.They lived like Christ's in a hurry (not a tourist in a hurry.cities).Classes in the evening can always be found if desired, there are many coastal cafes, a street of shops.The only bad luck was with the cleaner, she washed the room for three ((((we survived!

Great hotel. It depends on what to expect. When coming to Abkhazia, you should not rely on Turkish service, then everything will be OK. The food is somewhat monotonous and a little boring at the end, but everything is delicious - fruits, vegetables, salads, soups and pastries. The sea is very clean, dolphins were seen almost every day, and the sunsets are very beautiful. The territory of the hotel is pleasant and green. The pool is clean, heated in cold weather. Children's animation in the evenings every other day. It's really a bit boring in the evening, there is no huge promenade with dancing and restaurants, but there is the sea and the stars. Roosters can be heard in the morning, dogs sometimes come to the beach, but they are very friendly. With the observance of basic hygiene rules, intestinal infection was avoided (although they rested with a small child, and water from the sea was sometimes swallowed). One of the disadvantages is the presence of a landfill in the village of Alakhadzy, and two evenings out of ten smoke came. In general, I liked the rest, I managed to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. I would like to say a special thank you to the maid of the 5th floor, Diana, for her cleanliness and responsiveness; and to the staff of the Swedish line for their conscientious work and congratulations to their daughter on her birthday.

Good afternoon. We were at the hotel from Intourist from 16.06 to 23.06
The hotel is quite decent, 1st coastline, 3 meals a day according to the buffet system. We enjoyed our vacation here in Abkhazia for the first time, and were not disappointed. Now, between Turkey and Abkhazia, I will think: why fly to the Turks when you can have a great rest and get closer)) the food is varied, there is plenty to choose from, without semi-finished products, everything is delicious, even dumplings were for breakfast every day (hand-made), they definitely did not stay hungry. The room is spacious, air conditioning, TV, a spacious balcony with mountain and sea views, an ironing board with an iron is freely available on the floor, blue towels for the beach, there are enough sun beds on the beach, the boys (working on the beach) will easily put a sunbed on request where YOU need it. We went on an excursion to Lake Ritsa, Blue Lake, Yupshar Canyon, waterfalls. Very luxurious nature. Dolphins and jellyfish have been seen in the sea. The rest was a success, but NOT ENOUGH for us.

Answer: we do not have such information. What kind of bible globe is this, why can no one give a clear answer to the basic answer on the availability of numbers for the main number.... It's probably for the best that I couldn't book, I can imagine what kind of junk is inside.

We stayed at this hotel in June 2021.
Overall, we liked everything very much.👍
The room was cool, even cooler than the 3* in Turkey.
The room had everything you need: a large wardrobe, a safe, a chair, a table, a small sofa for relaxing, a coffee table, a TV, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a kettle (tea, sugar, mugs, glasses), a clothes dryer, there was also a table and 2 chairs on the balcony. The room also has air conditioning.
Wifi was available throughout the hotel, even on the beach, but it works very poorly, it often turns off, apparently the network is very overloaded. It works fine at 7 a.m., but at 8 a.m. it is already intermittent😄
The hotel has 3 meals a day, the food is delicious and varied, we liked everything. The pastries are very tasty, but they are quickly disassembled as well as the fruits. There is a slight disadvantage that the staff did not have time to clean the tables and the dishes were clean quickly, sometimes they had to wait for clean dishes to be taken out. But to be honest, the claim here is no longer to the staff, but to the vacationing comrades who ate like pigs, collected food in 33 plates, and as a result did not eat what they had collected. I honestly don't understand, why are you picking up so much food??? Because you paid for it? So other people have also paid the same price as you. But someone didn't have enough oranges, and someone had a mountain of uneaten oranges on the table....
And I don't understand, honestly, why can't you put the second course all in one plate? The plate is large, you visually divide it into 3 parts, for salad, for meat and for potatoes, for example. Why do you take so many plates? The poor waiters and the dishwasher can't cope with such a lot, and other people stand and wait for these clean plates for 15 minutes ...
People, you didn't come abroad at 5 * all inclusive!!!!!!!!!
Why does everyone owe you everything?
To the question "I paid for all this," I'm sorry, but for the money that you paid, you won't even rest abroad!!!!!!!
Be more well-mannered, more polite and respect each other, clean up after yourself! At least put your dishes in a "pile" and leave them aside, so other people can sit down and eat. My husband and I had to clean up the pigsty a couple of times because there were no empty tables.
Sometimes it seems that people do not come to the sea, but stupidly to devour!!!!
Only ill-mannered citizens-vacationers were enraged, and so in general everything is very cool😊
The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna, but we did not visit either one)
The pebble beach is by the sea, and at the entrance there are small pebbles, it looks like sand. There are sun beds (the guys-workers help to drag to the right place), there are changing cabins and showers, there are also umbrellas 🏖
There is also a volleyball net on the beach, people were constantly gathering and the guys were playing volleyball)
There are shops and stalls not far from the hotel. The prices are of course space, but not for everything)
In general, they are the same as in St. Petersburg, and of course something is more expensive😁
Oh, I forgot to tell you, our room was cleaned almost every day, one day they didn't come to us, of course, only they brought water. But this did not particularly upset us, we are decent and not picky people and we can clean up after ourselves😉 Still, there are arms and legs) Once we refused the services, the cleaner came around 7 pm, all tired and we felt sorry for her, took bottled water and let her go. We can clean up after ourselves)
And also, there is a Playground on the territory of the hotel)

We rested at the Paradise Beach Hotel in August 2022. We chose a quiet, peaceful place. From the series EXPENSIVE means good. In fact, we received that music from 4 establishments is playing under the windows of the hotel all day and until 12 at night, from a series of louder speakers. It is impossible to fall asleep in the room even with the double-glazed window closed. And at 5 a.m. we woke up to the noise of a hammer, welding, as there is a construction site 10 meters from the hotel, a new hotel is being built. Welcome to Abkhazia! The hot water is turned off every day. We came from the sea / before going to bed, we wanted to take a shower, but there is no water (if we are lucky it will be cold). Constantly breaking elevators.
The reception staff listens to complaints, blushes and throws up their hands.
The hotel is located in the village of Alakhadzy, nature - steppe. I didn't even imagine that Abkhazia could be so ugly. There is nowhere to walk outside the hotel, 2 streets near the hotel, crazy people are driving along the roads at breakneck speed.
All rooms have a sea view. We had a standard room with 2 single beds and an extra sofa bed. At the reception, they asked for an additional set of bed linen for a sofa for a child, the cost of 2200 rubles / day was announced, multiplied by the number of days of stay, you come to a loss. No, thanks. Unreasonably expensive.
Room cleaning is superficial. They do not wipe the dust. There is a thick layer of dust on the cabinet and TV. Bed linen and towels are changed upon request, in our case it happened on the 4th day.
The restaurant is clean and beautiful. The staff is friendly. Meals are served 3 times a day buffet. A large selection of food, but it's the same every day. There are always fresh fruits and vegetables. A large selection of sweets. Wine is only for lunch, the quality leaves much to be desired. The tables are cleared quickly. And there are only 2 high chairs for children.
We had dinner at the beach bar, which belongs to the Paradise Beach Hotel with an unclear pricing policy.
The service and quality are deplorable. Less than half of the dishes from the menu are available: tomatoes are out (ordered, but not delivered), cheese is out in front of you, etc. The ordered was served an hour later (yes, the time was timed). And this is when landing 6 tables. 1 serving of shish kebab in the photo costs 700 rubles, the meat is dry, hard. The salad portions are small. A picture of Caucasian hospitality immediately popped into my head: tables bursting with food, beautiful serving, juicy delicious kebab.
Its own wide sandy and pebble beach, equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas for hotel guests. The sea is clear. Cows and stray dogs walk along the beach. The beach is located across the road from the hotel (And this is NOT the first line, as stated). Crazy locals are driving along the road.
The hotel grounds are small but green. Outdoor swimming pool (WITHOUT heating), gazebos, outdoor playground (slide is broken, swing is cracked, rope is torn, mat is frayed), children's animation (not every day).
Wi-fi works well only at the reception.
The transfer was included in the price of the tour. The driving style in Abkhazia is terrible. Drivers do not observe traffic rules at all. They gain speed, accelerate, then brake sharply. They overtake in the oncoming lane, in the blind zone, on the bridge, where there is single-lane traffic. The tourists on the bus were outraged.
If you do NOT travel outside the village of Alakhadzy, you get the impression that Abkhazia has poor nature, evil locals, who only care about one thing: to squeeze maximum money out of vacationers.
If your choice fell on Abkhazia, and you do not want your vacation to be ruined, DO NOT CHOOSE the Paradise Beach hotel in the village of Alakhadzy. Consider other resort locations with beautiful/picturesque nature, polite, smiling residents/vendors. It's time for the hotel and the villagers to relax and draw conclusions.
The hotel pulls in 2**. Before 4**** still work and improve.
