At first, acclimatization was thought, and when the child fell ill for the second time after bathing in the basika, everyone understood (in the bars adjacent to the hotel, the staff is just disgusting, the youngsters are not completely customer-oriented, I think their owners lost enough profit because of these guys. Perhaps the only plus is the sea, it is clean, the beach is pebbly.

We had a rest from August 17 to August 27, 22. For the money it costs, there is a complete discrepancy between price and quality. The staff was rude, boorish, the food was the same all day, a lot of vegetables, and fruits in small quantities and were sorted out instantly, it was still necessary to have time. Complete unsanitary conditions, they are not well-groomed and do not know how to clean, they have never seen any table treatment, but what can I say, they wipe the table, a rag falls on the floor, they lift it and wipe the floor again. To be honest, I did not expect this. In the rooms, God forbid you drop something under the bed, there's probably no dust there for a year. In general, I will not advise anyone. Emissions are also clearly occurring in the sea.

We have been coming to this hotel since its opening: in 2017 and in 2018, and we arrived this year! Oh, the horror! What has been done with one of the best hotels in Abkhazia? The owner changed and the hotel turned out to be a bottomless one! The staff are louts! They are rude to the guests' requests! They do nothing to improve the service! The food, of course, is buffet style, but there is no variety from the word at all! It's the same for breakfast, lunch and dinner! (In 17 and 18, the food was magical!). Fruits go to those who came to the meal first, the rest chew bananas! As for sweets, this is generally a "fly away": purchased sponge cakes, which are laid out every day from morning to evening, until they run out. Thus, after trying one of these "phenomena", I spit on it - the cake turned out to be sour, and this is not surprising! After making a comment about this to the restaurant administrator, I received a huge pile of rudeness, they say, in the only one who complains. When I tried to compare it with 2017, I was told not to talk nonsense, there was no hotel that year yet. I showed a photo from the reception that year, where I was in the background, the receptionist bit her tongue.
The hotel positions itself as an "all inclusive" 4*, but in fact "EVERYTHING IS EXCLUDED" barely 2*. The owner of the hotel does not happen at all, so you will not be able to ask a couple of questions. The previous owners were always at the hotel and responded to all comments.
Oh, yes, eating only in the hotel restaurant, I got a notable poisoning. And I wasn't the only one like that. Naturally, in response to a comment about the quality of the food, I was told that I was the only one.
The beach is a horror! It is dirty in itself, with stray dogs, traces of the life activity of artiodactyls. Umbrellas are flying away, you need to hold them constantly!
There is 1 plus of this hotel - the cleanest sea in 2 minutes walking distance!
To summarize. The rest is ruined dramatically! I don't recommend you to set foot in this hotel anymore.
Nice hotel. Friendly staff. The accessibility to the sea is ideal. The food is good. Room cleaning every day + water renewal. Towels are changed every 3 days.
We rested from May 23 to May 30, 2022. I want to immediately warn all vacationers that if you have a transfer in the evening, then at 12.00 you will be evicted from the room and will not be allowed to have lunch. And they also told us to be glad that they were allowed to sit at the reception, like you are no longer our guests and we do not want to see you. They don't even let guides into the hotel, like you can only go in for money. During all this time, we have never had our bed linen changed, only a towel for our feet. Cleaning is a blunder, superficial. The food is good, yes, but coffee is only for breakfast and queues, since only one of the three coffee machines worked. The waitresses clean everything up quickly, there are no complaints about them at all. We had a second floor with a view of the sea and mountains and frogs croaked loudly under our window, almost around the clock, and it was very loud!!! There are a lot of stray dogs on the beach!!! The pool was heated only in the first days, on May 30 it was already without heating, although the wind was still cool, in my opinion. The hotel lacks a good manager who trains the staff. We never set foot here again.
We stayed with our family at this hotel in July 2022. In my opinion, the hotel does not match the price they are asking (130,000₽) for 7-8 days.
For some reason I thought that everything was included, but it turned out to be only monotonous food and,, diluted,, supposedly wine for lunch. Tea bags, etc.
There is a swimming pool, but it is not big and I doubt that it is being cleaned. There is sand on the bottom, and the bottom of the pool is covered with swollen linoleum.
The territory is very small, you will not be able to walk there.
There is a lobby bar and a beach bar, but there you can only be offered beer, chacha, vodka and sweet wine. There are no cocktails at all (except vodka and beer)). And of course, even what is for the money.
The beach is like a beach. There are sun loungers with umbrellas, it seems there were enough of them, there are lifeguards who are not allowed into the water during the excitement.

In short, do not think that it will be like in Turkey. The price will be accurate, but the rest is alas....

There are no dishes, no food, fights for places and food, queues are scary.... We are horrified how a place can be so ruined in one season.... Plus, the hotel has one - the sea is 20 m away, and that is the merit of the past owners....
Everything is fine! Service , cleanliness , excellent food , warm pool , 50 meters to the sea , the room was cleaned every day , in a word, SUPER! I recommend
We have been coming to this hotel for four years in a row. I like everything. Food, service, this year there was a safe in the room, a kettle, a table on the loggia. Very pleasant. But there is one thing. Signs have been installed on the beach, the beach is for hotel guests. In fact, there are a lot of outsiders there. At seven in the morning, vacationers from the private sector come, take sun beds and sit under umbrellas, and the same thing happens throughout the morning. Of course there are a lot of places on the beach, but I don't want to lie 10 centimeters away from a stranger. A sunbed and an umbrella are included in the price of the tour, and outsiders use it for free. Two years ago, a hotel employee walked along the beach and politely asked outsiders to leave the beach. People weren't lying next to each other. Why is this not being done now? Why does the administration not take care of the comfort of the hotel guests?

A worthy replacement for Turkey!!! The hotel is worth the money , delicious , clean , quiet , everything is new . We are thrilled! The only thing is that the hotel is family-run , it's quiet in the evening, but otherwise it's just a delight! We 'll come again . It also turns out that the hotel has two buildings , the second one is kept silent everywhere . It's also a great new one, but! There is no elevator and we are tired of walking ten times a day to the 4th floor and back.
July 15, 2021 rotovirus epidemic. The sea is great, but it's better to swim in special shoes. the food is quite decent, there is a cafe-bar for gourmets, but the assortment is often meager. Cleanly. It's quite decent.
Of all the excursions, the Geghi Waterfall. Uniquely. But it's scary.
With this review, I would like to express my "gratitude" to the Paradise beach hotel and the tour operator Pegas touristik for the spoiled vacation of the newlyweds!
For some reasons and circumstances, we were unable to go on vacation abroad and the choice (now unfortunately) fell on Abkhazia. We didn't expect anything unusual, but we wanted to relax comfortably. The agency recommended the Paradise beach Hotel, which positions itself as a 4*.
As a result, they settled us in a room on the ground floor with ANTS - the "guys" were very welcoming, they met us with the whole colony, even helped us move things! The hotel managers ignored our complaints and refused to move us to another room. So we had to get along with these "neighbors", some of them even illegally migrated back to Russia with us. Wet cleaning of the room, change of linen and towels, replenishment of water, tea and toiletries were carried out ONLY upon our request (although these services are declared as daily), probably the hotel staff were afraid to disrupt our ideal cohabitation with our younger brothers. Water was given out at 0.5 liters per person per day, otherwise if you want to drink, drink tap water or buy it yourself.
We didn't have to worry about sleeping through breakfast, there is no sound insulation in the room, so every morning from 7 o'clock we were woken up by the clink of plates, appliances and music from the dining room. There was a one-time meal, there was a choice of dishes, but the same thing every day, by the way, eating only in the hotel dining room, we caught rotovirus (later we learned that there were many like us and pharmacists did not have to be bored in the pharmacy next to the hotel), we spent most of our vacations in the room and did NOT see the rich nature of Abkhazia at all, so there were no photos left, and it would be difficult to share our impressions because the promised Internet in the room did not work, Wi-Fi caught only at the reception desk and supported no more than 3-4 devices at the same time.
But at least I was pleased with the clear sea near the hotel. However, we did not manage to lie on the sun beds under an umbrella, because particularly outstanding individuals occupied them from early morning and all day, leaving their towels on the sun beds, and at the same time they could go to the room for several hours, as they say "neither to themselves nor to people."
The result is that Promises are not fulfilled, hopes are not justified, and complete disappointment.
Vouchers for 120,000 rubles for 6 nights for two: Pegas touristik we feel cheated! The Paradise beach Hotel overestimates itself too much!
In general, I strongly do NOT recommend the Paradise beach hotel for a holiday!

We were with our family in July 2021.The deuce is confident. Dirt, disgusting food, zero service, uncleaned pool. As a result, vomiting and diarrhea with fever in a 9-year-old adequate child. Oh, and the noise from the mining booth, which is right behind the building. Why did we go? Because we bought a tour in February with 100% prepayment, focusing on the positive feedback from tourists. In June, the positive reviews ended, as the owner of the business changed in May with all the above-described consequences. But the money was, as they say, spent, I had to go. The only big plus is the warm sea and the magical nature. But be careful not to swallow seawater if you don't want stomach problems. And yes, the sun beds need to be occupied at 7 a.m.
We rested in September 2022, the hotels have a heated pool, but if the sun is outside, it is not turned on , the reception refers to the fact that they will now clarify or lie that it is turned on at a minimum ! We rested with a 1.5-year-old child, respectively, you can not bathe every day! Wi-Fi is always intermittent , in our case , it did not work almost always .The rooms are cleaned every day , the linen is changed every 4 days , the buffet food is varied ! The territory of the hotel is not bad, clean, neat, a couple of steps to the sea, but that's it!The beach is full of cigarette butts, There is simply nowhere to go for a walk around the hotel! Although they say nature is untouched ! The village , the mud , always burning something in the evening there is some kind of stench .either go on excursions all day long , or sit stupidly in the room, in general, the vacation is ruined, we will not go there again in our lives!!!

We had a rest in 2019. I just liked everything. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious. A beach with sun beds. Transfer to the hotel. We met the owner of the hotel. We were very pleased. Last year, we couldn't go because of the pandemic. We were promised to keep the reservation and in the end they said they would refund the money for the reservation. I sent them all the checks and confirmations. They said that all the documents were sent to the
accounting department. As a result, silence.... The old number now says that they do not deal with refunds. And the new number also does not deal with old refunds from the old owner. Now I can't find anyone who owes me a refund. The impression was spoiled not only about the hotel but also about Abkhazia in general.
Everything would be fine, but the approach of the management and the booking department is not set up to solve problems with guests at all. We were told that there is an indoor swimming pool, which was spelled out verbatim in the paid voucher. Upon arrival, it turned out that the pool is only open, there is a possibility of moving to another hotel, but all this is at your expense. As a result, I am not satisfied with the approach of the hotel management. And so the hotel is clean, the food is good, alcohol is not included in the price, from entertainment only an outdoor pool and a paid sauna. Repairs and rumbling are going on all day now. I think that a hotel of this level should match it and not just declare its stars.
The hotel is good, located on the first line, views of the mountains and the sea, the staff is polite, the food is generally not bad, but there were not enough leafy greens: green onions, dill, coriander, parsley...And this is in June!!

Comfortable wooden paths all over the beach, no need to drown in small pebbles, changing rooms, cold shower. The rooms are spacious and have balconies. I liked that you can have dinner on the outdoor terrace or even in the gazebo.
I am writing a review now, July 2021 was on vacation, The water was turned off hot and cold for three days in a row. There is a landfill nearby, which stinks of smoke, a lot of Mosquitoes and midges, the hotel is dirty, you can eat food for no more than three days, then it makes you sick. The price and quality do not match.

It's a great hotel. I really liked it. We had a rest at the end of July. I recommend it to everyone, you will be pleasantly surprised that you can relax in Abkhazia no worse than abroad.
We have been to this hotel several times over the years. But this summer we were extremely disappointed:(unfortunately, the change of ownership has left its mark! The advantage of this hotel is only the location. It's time to repair the outdoor pool, the benches are broken, the playground has also been repaired for a long time:(room cleaning leaves much to be desired....
A good hotel for the whole village. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and is clean enough. The food is varied, but if you come closer to closing, you can go without food. The coffee machine did not work all the time, there was not enough tea and coffee for everyone. The rooms are poorly cleaned.
I recommend taking a room on the opposite side from the sea. There's a cafe, noise, people, children. Therefore, we had a good and quiet rest at the end of the building. Good staff. The food is always delicious every day. The sea is two steps away. Shops and cafes are all nearby. Payment is at least cashless. Lots of excursions. They will do everything for you. Your task is to have fun!!!

A wonderful hotel. Comfortable rooms. Delicious cuisine. Stunning beach, nice seashore. Lots of sun loungers. There is also a nice heated swimming pool on site, a children's playground. There is a bus from the hotel itself, which takes you to Gagra, Pitsunda. Friendly driver😉
The only disadvantage is the reception. Nowadays, this is the business card of the hotel and I would like the staff to be more friendly and tell us about everything that is in the hotel, and not to "squeeze" out of them themselves.
But, overall, a positive review. Thank you. We liked it.
A friend and her daughter are currently resting there, full of enthusiasm about good food, the sea and the hotel itself. There are not many people, the place is quiet, everything is on the level.
