I went on the Minsk-Moscow-Minsk route in February. The buses are comfortable and warm, the drivers are polite, Wi-Fi is working in the cabin (for some reason only in the territory of the Russian Federation), there are sockets for charging gadgets. There were two sanitary stops on the way. Taking into account the budget cost of tickets, it is a great option for a trip! The support staff is also friendly in communication.
I will share my experience. 03/22/2023 saw a promotion for the purchase of tickets on March 23, but did not know the exact dates when it would be necessary to go, called, the girl in a not very respectful tone, saying "go find out the dates", "then buy for full price", etc. when I said that it was not necessary to tell me what to do, but you can just tell the conditions - hung up. After that, the feeling was already screwed up and the only reason to work with them is the price. It turned out that at least crack, but you need to know the dates for sure already on the 23rd, even if you say that at least now you are ready to pay 100% of the ticket price (according to the essno promotion), but no, they cannot be with "floating" dates or then rescheduled to the right ones when you know about work. They are also non-refundable, cool. Well, OK, the day has passed, I tried to strain everyone at work, agreed on the dates, I have to go on the 26th in the evening, I was a little confused that it says on the website that the trip starts on the 27th, I'm calling again today. 3 times they pick up the phone and silence, once they say "Intercars, wait" and again they are silent, I waited there for exactly half a minute, then I couldn't stand it and called back. On the fourth time, I just got through. The girl said in an impatient voice that, they say, yes, you can leave on the 26th, but at 22.30 all the promotional tickets were disassembled and at 21.45 there was another promotional one that I can buy. The time is close to me, but I agree. I'm asking about paying with a white card in white. rub says go from .ru to .com. Well, OK, I hung up, switched to .com, it still seems to me Russian rubles, not Belarusian ones.

Again, the hammer is "Intercars, wait", plus a robot was added to this, "you are second in line", "first", but then after the robot again silence like in a cemetery, waited for more than a minute, shouted Alo, nothing helped, again I had to throw it off. As a result, I probably spent 10 minutes on dialing and once again during "Intercars, wait" I just managed to shout out a request not to put me on hold on the line and a live operator agreed to talk to me. I must say, this girl was completely respectful and obviously tried to help, it pleased me.
But the jokes didn't end there. I confirmed several times that I was going to the .com site, as a result, she offered to send a link to the messenger, I added them to my contacts, wrote to them in the Cart and she still sent me a link. This is a plus that it is possible to communicate through modern messengers. But there in her link was the same site on .com that I typed myself. And even by clicking on her link, prices were still opened in RUB, not in BYN. After that, she said that the site puts it up like that because, you see, it tightens my geo-location, without my knowledge and despite the fact that I changed .ru to .com. Cool.
OK, let's move on. We issue this single "promotional ticket", and it passes at full cost. We check the promo code with the operator, it turns out that it is necessary to enter not "MOSCOW!" but "MOSCOW". Although in the newsletter about this Intercars campaign they clearly wrote with an exclamation mark at the end, and even highlighted this sign in red as well as the word Moscow, here I am specially attaching a screenshot to the review, please tell me how else it can be understood?
Let's move on. I change the Promo code to just "MOSCOW", it still seems to be the full cost of the ticket. Again, the girl and I do not understand why this is so, and here I say, maybe because the website indicates that the promotion only includes trips from the 27th? So far I'm giving three stars, from the good I see only the daily flights and the fact that there is wi-fi and sockets (although this is probably the minimum minimum in 2k23), but also the Intercars has a lot to work on in terms of service. There are clearly not enough operators, it is clear that they are loaded through the roof, this creates pain for both them and us. The site does not understand why it shows that there are promotional flight tickets when in fact it is impossible to buy, also the site does not give the user a choice of currency with which card it is convenient for him to pay (Belarusian, Russian), but pulls up hidden by geolocation.

I was traveling with Intercars on June 24, 2023. This was my second trip with this company, and I think it will be my last. For the first time, I was unpleasantly surprised by the attitude of the drivers towards the passengers, it seemed that the drivers were going shopping in Poland, and the passengers were just interfering with them. On the second flight, we crossed the border for 8 hours (this is not the fault of the carrier), but when the Belarusian border guards released us, we waited for another 2 hours for the bus driver, who solved some issues with customs officers. At the same time, the second driver convinced us that it was the fault of the company's management, who did not make the necessary documents. When asked to give the phone number of the management, he replied that all the phones are on the company's website, and the dispatcher informed that since it was Saturday, none of the management, of course, was working. The service is terrible! I do not recommend it!
We went to Simferopol without any problems, the temperature was comfortable in the cabin. Today, on 07/31/2023, we left Simferopol at 10:20 a.m. and smothered all day. In the cabin, it showed 33 at first and jumped to 27. At 20:40 p.m., unable to stand it, he asked the driver to turn on the airflow, which was installed under the shelves and turned off. Only after that it became a little easier to breathe. It showed 32 and jumped to 24'S. What kind of service are we talking about? If people travel for days and take a shower. I was traveling with children aged 8 and 12 from Minsk to St. Petersburg. I regretted taking the bus. During the submission, we learned that the bus had been replaced for us, the seats were in disarray. We agreed with the passengers, sat down almost next to each other. The toilet was not working! Along with the postponement of the departure to the earlier morning, the place of departure was also postponed, instead of the airport - the train station, which is far away and which still needs to be reached with suitcases. After the cancellation of the trip, the money was not returned to the card of a foreign bank. The Belarusian bank card became a minor annoying misunderstanding, but the money was not returned to the Belarusian bank card either, although they promised a refund within 5-7 business days. Now they promise to return the money paid in 60 days.. maybe if the stars converge in the sky. Are we waiting and believing?

We regularly buy tickets here for short and not only vacations. Convenient ticket purchase process. An acceptable price is not only for the promotion, safety and punctuality. This is the company that I recommend my friends to use.

We bought tickets from St. Petersburg to Minsk with departure at 21:15.
The first thing that we noticed was the lack of Russian numbers to contact the carrier. Only Belarusian numbers were indicated on the ticket. We had to ask a person from Belarus to get through to the carrier and clarify whether it was possible to land at the Moskovskaya metro station. They began to clarify the place of landing - nothing concrete could be achieved from the driver. I tell him the exact location - he makes incoherent excuses. We offer to turn around - again excuses, they say, the moose broke the glass, and we will not turn around because of this. We called the dispatcher and they replied that we could take a taxi at our own expense and follow the bus 150 kilometers at our own expense... and they would allegedly be waiting for us at the gas station. There are a lot of gas stations along the highway, they tried to find out the address, asked to reset the coordinates - and again some kind of porridge in response, instead of a normal answer. Money and time are lost , you can 't call anyone - it 's impossible to achieve any sense

We drove on March 14 at 9.00 from Minsk. The driver, while waiting at the border, arranged a shower stall, 26 degrees in the cabin. Apparently, he did not turn on the ventilation to save fuel.
The bus is great. Drivers smoke one by one (every 15-20 minutes !!!), the cold is incredible on the bus. It blows, pulls from all the cracks, but he doesn't get high.
Cheboksary-Nizhny Novgorod flight has not arrived for the 2nd time, I strongly advise against it, the operators are as responsive as my father said to take and flog!!! We purchased tickets from Kursk to Minsk for a disabled grandmother and a 7-year-old child on 06/04/2023. We paid in full. We waited for the bus for three hours. The bus was canceled and no one reported anything, phones and representatives on the website were not available. It would be possible to inform in advance about the cancellation of the bus, given that now is the age of information technology!!! The result is lost time and money!!! To begin with, be prepared for the fact that the places that you choose on the site and those that will turn out to be in life are absolutely not true. There are only one such reviews! I used to travel on the Minsk-Moscow flight very often and in 80% of cases there was a discrepancy.
Now I want to get answers to my questions. Why do you withhold from 50 to 100% of the cost when returning tickets, but you do not consider it necessary to inform me that the bus will be replaced with another one and a wreck with other seats awaits me, without a toilet and without wi-fi? And????
Why should I sit at the end of the bus with a drinking group instead of my seat?
Why do you allow people to join the flight who are drunk to the point that they can't stand on their feet and they drink for the next 4 hours until I threaten the driver with the police if they don't calm down? Yes, the driver made a remark to them, but why are they not dropped off IMMEDIATELY in case of conflict? Why should everyone put up with their stink, mats, snot, saliva, cough, bottles rolling around the cabin for 10 hours and wait for them to start throwing up on their neighbors, huh?
Why don't you check people for any tuberculosis databases with these drunks, obviously not sick with SARS, cough for 10 hours at all people spitting out parts of their lungs, practically puking in the cabin, huh?

The most substandard carrier. We drove on 21.01. 2023. There is no Internet at all on the bus or its use is denied. Drivers have no subordination - when they meet at the entrance to the bus cabin at the sight of a pizza in a box, they do not hesitate to say that they also love pizza, especially "Fox"). The toilet in the salon is not working. Tea, coffee, and microwave are not available at the request. At a short stop at Modlin airport - although the second driver himself smoked a cigarette, he directly refuses. The reason is that there is no stopping for a smoke break right now. They communicate very brazenly. They were in such a hurry that they did not make more than one prescribed sanitary stop at night after passing the border all the way to Warsaw, although they were ahead of schedule by as much as 2 hours (arrival at the final destination of Warsaw according to the schedule was at 22.00) as a result, they quickly dropped off at 20.00 and quickly left. That's the whole service). As a result, it is better to choose another one, even if it is a little more expensive than the carrier.

Krakow-Minsk trip, we went in autumn 2021. We recently traveled with another carrier and now we have something to compare it with.
Pros: The drivers are experienced, the bus is comfortable. We got there well.
Cons: The organization of the trip itself - we spent a lot of nerves and got there only thanks to luck! Otherwise, I would have to pay for a night at the hotel and leave a day later, and to hell with all the plans.
We were traveling along the route for the first time and did not know that this was not a direct flight, it was not said on the website or maybe it was in super small print somewhere. After paying for the tickets, tickets for two flights were sent to the post office and it turned out that this was a FlixBus connecting flight to Warsaw, and their bus from Warsaw. Well ok.
We bought tickets for FlixBus from Krakow to Warsaw from the terminal station on the edge of the city, although the bus then arrived at the main bus station, we could have clarified where it is more convenient to leave. The bus was traveling from Zakopane and was late for Krakow, we might not catch the next flight from Warsaw. To this, the dispatcher suggested rescheduling the trip to another day - yes, this is an ideal option when you have planned a trip and have been standing with suitcases for an hour on the other side of the city, at an ordinary bus stop in bad weather! They also said that if we don't make it to the connecting flight, then this is our problem, there can be no question of any compensation. The maximum we managed to get is that they will warn the drivers and they will wait for us for 5 minutes. But this was not passed on to the drivers! When we arrived at the station, we saw that the bus was already leaving and at night, we ran after it while it was standing at the traffic light. In the dark, while running through the grass, I caught my foot and fell, severely skinned my arms and legs in blood, tore my jeans.
Just because of the organization and the attitude towards customers, I will no longer use the services of this company, it's not worth it.
