By the way, someone was already sitting in our seats, maybe they just sold these places to other people. The money for this ticket was not refunded to us, we had to buy a new one an hour later from the same carrier. When we boarded this flight, for some reason we still stood for an hour and did not leave. Later, we were told that there was a problem with the documents, there was no insurance, when the passengers of the bus began to be indignant, to defend their rights, then a new insurance suddenly appeared from somewhere and we left. It was a very nervous trip and I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO CONTACT THIS CARRIER!

We were traveling from St. Petersburg to Minsk. The bus came just awful. There is not even a place to turn around, the seats are located as close to each other as possible. The seat in front of me is broken, so I have even less space than I should have, and a wonderful creak all the way. An unfriendly driver.
When there are competitors with comfortable buses at a lower cost, your option disappears...
I want to share my impression of a "wonderful" trip through INTERCARS. Our trip took place in the direction of MINS-MOSCOW on 05/06/22 at 22:45. The transport was not suitable for transporting passengers. Somewhere near the border, we stopped because of a broken wheel, and we stood for another 2 hours so that they would solve this problem. Oh, yes, even before this stop, we were being shuffled from side to side, there was a feeling that we would turn over. It was impossible to breathe on the bus, it was impossible to open the hatch, it was tightly closed, the air conditioner did not work, and there were only 2 stops for the entire route.
Our journey does not end there, on the way back in the direction of MOSCOW - MINSK we had a bus at 21:45 - 06:00. We were at the station at 21:43 and the bus door closed in our face. The woman who was the responsible person of INTERCARS argued that we were "late" and she had already closed the statements. And she offered to buy us NEW TICKETS for the next bus.
*NOTE: Some people were already sitting in our seats when we arrived. Our seats were at the entrance we ordered, so this is 100% information. There are even similar reviews that we read after the incident. This happened to none of us, and some other people were not allowed in there. Some kind of sharashkin's office.
But even here the adventures do not end. We bought tickets for 22:30 and THE BUS DID NOT LEAVE. We stood for about an hour because we were "checking documents." Naturally, none of the passengers were informed about what was happening. We found out everything after we went to figure out what was going on. And the problem was that THERE was NO INSURANCE FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF PASSENGERS, without which the Moscow railway station does not have the right to release. WE WERE SOLD TICKETS FOR AN UNINSURED FLIGHT. It was only after our proceedings THAT THIS INSURANCE ABRUPTLY APPEARED. In the worst case scenario, the STATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for the fact that we could be stuck there. Thank God we got there. Immediately upon arrival in Minsk, we went to this "wonderful" company to refund the money for the FAILED TRIP. The girl was ALONE at the reception, constantly on the phone and asked to WAIT MORE. Well, that's okay... as a result, we were told that A REFUND was NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE WE WERE "LATE". Their boss also did not say anything significant, like that "they will figure it out and give us an answer to our complaint."

I bought a ticket for flight 555 from Warsaw to Minsk on 07.08, departure at 23:50. We have encountered extremely rare rudeness of the staff, in particular the driver. We asked him at the boarding in Minsk if there was a toilet box on the bus. His answer was startling. Quote: "So that the whole bus stinks of excrement (there was an obscene word beginning with the letter g)? And where have you ever seen toilets on buses?" What's that supposed to mean? Firstly, even your direct competitors in buses have working toilets. Secondly, the manner in which the driver spoke is unacceptable. You should have seen his indignation and at the same time his desire to read someone. That's not all either. We were carrying a grocery bag, so for some reason the driver continued to threaten us in an aggressive manner, almost threatening that if even one speck remained, we would clean it up. We are experienced and careful travelers and it was unpleasant for us to listen to such visits from your staff. Why on earth should we face such a thing at all? Deal with the driver and take action, please.
P.S. before the pandemic, we somehow rode your Warsaw-Minsk bus and everything was terrible there too. Something broke on the bus 130 km from Moscow and there is no way to notify passengers and somehow maintain adequate conditions and atmosphere, the driver opened the bus doors at subzero temperatures and organized a whole refrigerator with people.
I asked him to close the doors, as I could no longer feel my legs, but the driver informed me that his engine had broken down and he could not. I didn't quite understand the relationship... how you can't close the doors because of the engine, but being pregnant, I realized that if you stay and wait for a new bus in the cold for an unknown amount of time, it means that you can get sick.
