But the wonderful staff of the flight chose a san node in Chernihiv, probably built in the 50s, for one of the stops for this case. To the numerous complaints of the female part of the passengers, the attendant philosophically replied, "the toilet is the toilet." You can't argue with that.

We traveled to Kiev from Minsk by Intercars buses recently, the company worked well and served us well. The bus was provided with a roomy one, as requested, since there were quite a lot of us, the driver was excellent, knew the way and brought us at the agreed time. Thank you, we will contact you here again in the future, the tickets were inexpensive.

I bought and paid for tickets on the Warsaw-Minsk route with departure from Warsaw at 23.30. We were returning by plane from Spain and we had half an hour to catch the bus, in the comments we noted to the carrier that we might be a little late so that he would wait a couple of minutes in case of something, we warned the dispatchers of this company, they said that the carrier saw everything, if anything, he will wait, but... Not only did he not wait, although we were there at 23.28, but he left at 23.10, so said the Polish drivers who were at the station on the next platform at that time.
Other Belarusian carriers tried to contact the driver by phone in order to catch up with him by taxi, but ...
the driver did not pick up the phone!!!
The most terrible service. I paid for the tickets online, as a result, the amount was re-debited 2 times (in the amount of ~ 200 b.r.), to which the company responds "these are problems beyond our control"
The company's employees write positive reviews! We took tickets DIRECTLY through intercars. The bus didn't come! We called them directly, there was NO flight planned at that time. The plans are thwarted. The letters are answered with arrows to some other companies that are not involved in the incident. If possible, use another company if you don't want to get into my situation!

how much and what kind of luggage, what number of the bus, exactly where it stops, and so on...(everything was down to the smallest detail) they even wrote in the message whether I left or not!

Cons:
1. Tickets in electronic form after their full payment via the Pay Pal system did not arrive at the post office until I called the Intercars Minsk office.
2. The interior of the bus was dirty.
3. The WI-FI was not working.
4. There were no outlets for the charger next to the seat.
5. There was no toilet in the cabin.
6. The bus was delayed leaving Kiev for 15 minutes.
Positive:
1. A competent manager of the Minsk office, who answered all my questions in Viber and promptly corrected the situation: he sent e-tickets to my mail.
2. Polite driver.
3. Silence in the cabin, a quiet trip "without adventures".
4. Working air conditioner (a warm jacket will not hurt).
I often travel on the Minsk-Moscow-Minsk route. With this organization, the trip is like a lottery game, either everything is fine or nerves are spent.
Situations that may arise on your way:
1) at the border, it may turn out that the driver has no reason to cross. The borders have been closed for almost a year, but this carrier still has a problem. Waiting hours while the situation is resolved
2) the driving style of some drivers does not provide for a night's sleep for passengers (sudden braking is one of the frequent dismantled maneuvers)
3) as a last resort, passengers INDEPENDENTLY took out their luggage from the compartment of a double-decker bus. On a note, help at least the elderly and women ,

Intercars is a good comfortable international carrier, it will take you from Moscow to Minsk and back in the best way, makes stops on duty along the way, where you can refresh yourself...I recommend it!
We traveled to Minsk and back in late December 2020 - early January 2021. There are no complaints about the buses themselves - they are very comfortable, clean, double-decker. It even seemed to have Wi-Fi, but we didn't use it. The visitors were polite, made regular stops at gas stations for 15 minutes every 2-4 hours. But! Bus drivers were not allowed to enter Belarus at the Russian-Belarusian border. 5 buses full of people got up. The reason is that bus drivers have no reason to leave. Of course I understand everything...politics, covid measures, but drivers carry out this route on a regular basis....Since the time was earlier, around 4-5 in the morning, they were told to wait for the offices to open, contact and resolve this issue with the management. Well, we had to go through the control ourselves and call a taxi to Minsk, like most passengers on buses.

There has never been a problem with rescheduling the date, or a malfunction of the bus, so that they would stand for 5-6 hours, but with others it was))), the equipment may break, there is already a question of how the company reacts, there were no complaints, they always arrived! And with rudeness, it rather depends on the person himself, no one has ever been rude, the girls are always on the contrary very pleasant and patient.
We wanted to use the services of this company for a trip from Brest to Warsaw. But when I said that my husband was an Indian citizen, the operator girl rudely replied without explanation, "we will not put an Indian on the bus." With such an attitude, even at the design stage, it's scary to imagine what would happen next.
