We visited this hotel for the first time in 2021.everything was fine, we decided to return this year.We arrived in early December, I've never seen anything worse, although I'm not a whimsical person.The food is cheap, there are practically no pastries, there were puffs that did not rise, that's all.The food itself is monotonous, there is nothing to eat with children at all.The rooms are dirty, there is no difference after cleaning, there has never been a change of linen for 7 nights.The staff is not friendly, in general, the rest was ruined.

The hotel is for 3+. They were in November 2024. We chose this hotel because of the large "warm" pool, because we went with the children. But, in fact, it is a puddle with smelly barely warm green water. The reception staff is not friendly. There was one girl with a very dissatisfied face all the time))) She settled us. The rooms are good. More or less clean. Bed linen is changed every 7 days. Huge packs of dogs roam the street at the entrance to the hotel and outside the territory. There are a lot of them. There are aggressive ones, although the locals claim that they are peaceful, but not all of them. Be careful. The food in the canteen is delicious homemade.

Hello, dear friends who read this review. Why friends? Because by checking into this hotel, you will definitely become one. Friends in misfortune. Our vacation in the beautiful land of the soul began on May 4, 2025. And we arrived on the outskirts of Novaya Gagra, to check into the Europa Hotel. The reviews were read, but none of us considered them seriously. (Now, after staying here, I highly recommend reading the reviews very carefully) Arriving at this huge, seemingly beautiful hotel, my family and I experienced such a feeling of chagrin. From the very beginning. Because there was a queue to check in at the respawn right up to the very entrance doors. There was nothing to do, I had to stand. We had to stand for almost an hour so that we could be sent to another building. And that's it! It turns out that it is possible. Naturally, none of this was previously mentioned. We went humbly. Having barely found a new territory among the dormitories for construction workers, we came to the reception at Europa 2. The reception of Europa 2 is at some obscure stage of its renovation. Europa 2 is a huge construction site that is in full swing: workers (Uzbeks, Tajiks, Turkmens) scurrying around all day until late at night; floors covered with construction dirt, including rooms that do not even have thresholds (even the grueling work of cleaners who wash IT all during the day does not save); and View from the balconies: mountains, but not the ones you think about. Mountains of construction debris! The pool is a separate "song": during a 10-day stay at the hotel, it was cleaned once, only after the water in it turned green. As for the rooms: there weren't even hangers in the cupboards. Drinking water, slippers, kettles, and a bottle of wine were given only to a select few. In general, according to an incomprehensible principle. Don't even ask about the iron. The room was cleaned every other day, and that was purely formal. The batteries on the electronic lock on the door were depleted twice during our vacation. It was impossible to get into the room. The question at the reception was handled with great difficulty. An employee named Emry deftly evaded our requests. Meals: a wide range of dishes, for breakfast/lunch/dinner. The food is cold. The vat of boiling water for tea and coffee did not work for two days. They boiled a huge pot and poured it with a ladle. The promised alcoholic beverages are a kind of surrogate. It is impossible to drink compote. The kitchen itself is still in an unfinished state. The food is imported from the first building of the hotel. Now let's talk about the road to the beach. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea, and the only path leading to it is a "minefield" strewn with broken glass, sewage, and debris. There is a large construction site (trash can!) everywhere. The beach is in accordance with all the specified claims. No one looks after him, no one cleans anything. Therefore, everything is gradually overgrown. And finally, there is no water for the last two days of vacation! Here is such a service. Please be careful when choosing a hotel. But we strongly do not recommend the Europa hotel!!!

I stayed at the hotel during the period 25.06-09.07.24 with my family. I definitely do not recommend the hotel. Let's start with the advantages of Abkhazia. Turquoise warm sea. Green velvet mountains. It would be possible to return. But it's unlikely. Now about the hotel. Positive. 1. The territory will be very beautiful someday. It is clear that they are trying - roses and trees have been planted. A nice playground in the shade. Benches, wooden figures. 2. A large swimming pool, the children liked it. There were always enough sun beds. 3. If you're lucky, the mountains will be visible from the room. 4. There are not a lot of animations, but it seemed to me that the animators were sincere, it was clear that the children liked it. 5. There were plenty of dishes to choose from in the dining room. There was always meat and fish. 6. Air conditioning in a room with multiple modes is a definite plus. Minuses. 1. Boorish staff. Almost all of it. The cleaners raise their voices to the guests, they can easily switch to you. In a bar, employees may not notice, for example, napkins lying on the floor, just step over them. It seemed that no one cared. Especially the girls at the reception. Striving for zero smiling, politeness, hospitality, customer orientation. 2. Clean towels have to be begged for a change. There are clearly not enough of them. We were given large towels only a day after arrival. And then after a few reminders. 3. Sometimes there was no water in the room, including in the toilet. 4. "Tired" vegetables in the dining room. I sincerely do not understand HOW you can have such vegetables in July. Of the fruits, only apples and oranges were given. 5. About half of the hotel and my whole family, including, have had rotovirus. But, according to the hotel staff, this is because we swallow water in the sea. Well, maybe. 6. Rusty playground. I just wanted to buy a few cans of paints and ask them to allocate workers for a couple of hours to paint a rusty fence… Broken basketball hoops on the playground. 7. Very weak wifi. He was almost not in the room. If you need to work on vacation (as I do) - "Europe" is definitely not your option, Wi-Fi is poor even near the reception. 8. The beach.... Leaky dirty umbrellas. Dirty sun beds. Around the beach there is devastation, a construction site, a garbage dump. The road to the beach itself takes 10 minutes, also through the devastation, construction site, garbage (see photo). They constantly go to the beach to sell something - beer, chebureks, etc. 9. The cherry on the cake - we did not receive a transfer at the reception. We approached and clarified - yes, yes, everything is there. It's time to leave - oh, we didn't hear, oh, we thought. And not a word of apology or attempts to solve the problem. They left by taxi themselves. The hotel staff - see point 1. It is a pity that the Europa Hotel completely negated the hospitality and natural beauty of Abkhazia.

They settled in the so-called Europa-2 - this is something terrible that is just being built and is not suitable for exploitation. About the dirt: She's everywhere. The rooms are not cleaned even after construction. In principle, there is no cleaning - at most they will change the bag in the bucket and report the shampoo bags, although I did not use them. The territory is covered in garbage, it flies in the wind, as construction is underway. The pool is dirty - it is not cleaned from the word at all. About food: The food is inedible. There is no half for breakfast in 45 minutes. An approximate breakfast menu includes bones with chicken, casserole, string beans, coleslaw, and at best (not every day) an omelet or boiled eggs. Lunch - meat in some kind of creepy gravy of a couple of types, a couple of side dishes and soups. Dinner is something that is not finished for lunch, but without soup. Since the second day, I stopped going to lunch and dinner. About the service: The service is at zero. The authorities are appropriate - hands on your hips, you look smart, there is zero action. Sometimes there is no light, sometimes there is no Internet, sometimes there is no water. There are zero reactions to everything.

Great hotel!!! Competitors probably write bad reviews. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day! The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Next year, if we don't go to Sukhum, then only here in Gagra. In addition to three meals a day, there is also a lobby bar where you can have a snack... We are non-drinkers, we tried only beer, we were satisfied 😄 They write a lot about rotavirus, it is in any hotel, do not start from this, when choosing a hotel, in season it is everywhere!!!

We stopped by on May 8, there are crowds of people, the reception can't cope, for some reason they create kilometer-long queues first to register at 10 a.m., and then to issue keys at 14, everyone is swearing, nervous, a madhouse. The anthill.... There are a lot of sun beds near the pool, but there are no umbrellas and no shade, the pool is heated, the food in the dining room is very simple, generally normal, even varied 3 types of meat, pasta, buckwheat, potatoes, salads. There is only one type of pastry for lunch and dinner, instant coffee only. There is no service in the hotel, there are no beach towels, there is only one towel in the room!!! The reception does not respond to requests, no paper, no soap, you need to ask 10 times. There are ruins and rows around, there are shops, markets. In general, if it's cheap to come for excursions in the off-season, then it's fine for 3*, not a foot in the season. ...

It was a good hotel, the food was good, and we didn't starve. But with the "no smoking" sign in the room, it smelled very strong, there weren't enough towels, I barely knocked it out on the second day, they took it well with them. We weren't bored, we went for a walk, and you can buy delicious food at the bakery. There is no passage to the sea, but it is indicated that the first line. It was possible to take snacks, beer, and ice cream by the pool from 15-18 o'clock, which was nice. The territory is good, it is still growing. The Wi-Fi is very bad, it catches at the reception only well.

It's a terrible hotel. Towels were given only for the 3rd day! 3 days without a single towel at all - how is that at all?! They gave me a duvet cover to dry off after a shower… This is the first time I've seen this in my life! If you are selling hotel rooms and you see a full hotel load, buy towels! The concept of the hotel included the availability of beer. He doesn't exist at all. We were checked in only at 5 p.m., because the rooms do not have time to clean. There were no batteries in the remote control! The receptionist said they didn't have any batteries. On the third day, we went into the room where the cleaner was cleaning and pulled the batteries out of another remote control. All in all, a terrible vacation! We visited the Grand Hotel Russia that year, we didn't think it was very good, but compared to this Europe, Russia turned out to be just a luxury hotel.

Three meals a day, quite tasty, at home. The only thing was that the pool was not working, and there was no way to swim in the sea. The ticket was burning with a direct flight fromSyktyvkar.I had a rest with the children from 12.05-05/31.24 we liked everything!The staff is helpful and always friendly.A heated pool where the children were ready to swim and not climb out.Many thanks to the animators Tanya and Dana (entertained from morning to evening) young and positive!I am 1000% satisfied with the dining room, just like at home!A great lobby bar on the pool and good guys (George, Nukri), I didn't remember the rest., because they changed.The maids are smart, they always put everything down and clean it up.The medical office is right on the 2nd floor.Near the hotel, bakery,pyaterochka,hospital,bus stops,market,dolphinarium.We will come back more than once!!!I didn't want to fly home((

The pool bar is only in clothes, in a swimsuit, beer, wine, French fries, popcorn and ice cream are the cheapest, a cup. They do not have a beach, respectively, there is also no beach bar, but it is stated in the contract. The mattresses are great, but the pillows are tiny. There is no drinking water on the floor, only to buy on the ground floor, 5 liters of 250 rubles. Tea bags of 5 pieces 250 rubles. The pool is open from 9 to 19.00. Rooms are cleaned once every 4 days. Towels are changed once every 7 days. There is no medical center in the hotel this year. The dining room is full of unsanitary conditions, flies and pigeons. There are few dishes, they do not have time to wash, the dishes are always wet and unwashed. The dining room is stuffy, there are no conduits, actually the doors are open and birds and flies fly in. We arrived early in the morning, they don't even have early check-in for a fee. I love Abkhazia, I have been going to different hotels for 15 years, there is something to compare it with. Aquamarine 5, Amza 5, Gagra 5....Europe does not even pull for 2. We lived in private sectors, we are not superior, but we did not like it in Europe

We rested at the Europa Hotel from 19.08 to 28.08.24. There are exactly as many advantages as there are stars. Firstly, there were a lot of fruits, which were varied, fresh and in unlimited quantities. Secondly, the view from the window to the mountains. But here we were just lucky! Unfortunately, the advantages ended there! Minuses: 1. Maintenance! The hotel staff are rude, do not engage in dialogue, do not help in solving problems, you have to beg for everything! 2. The dining room! I was horrified that the hotel provides disposable dishes. Most likely, this is due to the fact that ordinary dishes are washed by HAND! What can we say about sanitation??? 3. Nutrition. The menu has not changed once in 10 days! All the food is cold, tasteless, lean! It is impossible to eat!!! It is not surprising that on the 5th day they came down with rotovirus… I even had to see a doctor! 4. The beach. The website says - the first coast. In fact, it is 700 meters to the beach through a construction site and mud. There are no signs! It's terrible on the beach itself! Ruins! Umbrellas are torn and dirty!!! There is no toilet, no shower, no rescuers. It feels like we were sitting on a wild beach! 5. Lobby bar. The drinks are diluted. It is impossible to drink wine and beer! 6. Swimming pool. The pool is big, that's a plus! But there are no umbrellas, although the pool is under the scorching sun. And although it was stated that the pool was heated, it was impossible to go there after the storm. But the funniest and most disgusting thing is the facilities in the hotel itself. There are no coolers on the floors. Instead, there is one stool per floor along with a kettle. There is no security!!! And at the end of the day, it's impossible to find a kettle at all! Someone's taking it! In general, the rest was ruined! We love Abkhazia very much, it's not the first time we've been here. But this is the first time we have faced such a nightmare! We do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Well, I recommend buying it. 2) the white walls are polluted with dead mosquitoes. drive with your Raptor, or don't open the windows in the evening. 3) Split system.. It raised questions. They didn't warn me about this. If you arrive after 8 p.m., you will not be fed as guests - go to the city and eat wherever you want. There is one kettle for the entire floor. No water is provided. You just buy it yourself. There are a lot of dogs around the hotel, it seems like a plus, but they bark all night, the security does not respond. The dining room is for three people- according to the variety. Everything is always fresh, but I would like innovations. There was often no hot water. As well as electricity, respectively. The pool, which should be heated, was warm for a couple of hours a day.

We have been since May 14 for 2 weeks, we liked everything, everything is included, there is enough food, alcohol too, the beach is not equipped, they said the season opens on June 1, excursions were taken to hotels, prices are like on the street, the location of the hotel is the best, near a pharmacy shops, a market. Every day barbecue, ice cream, etc. Wi-Fi was in the room even on the 6th floor, there were 4 elevators with them, if you go from the 6th floor you can stop on each floor, but everything is fine, the territory is very large, fenced, we read a lot of reviews, and there were a lot of bad ones, but in the end we will return there again.

Terrible hotel , location - far from the sea , there is no beach , there is a construction site around . The room was taken for comfort - I have never seen this in more than one hotel , it's just a shock , there is no kettle, towels, slippers, bathrobes, but the most interesting thing is the door to the next room, through which everything is very clearly audible ( I had to sleep with the TV on. About food , it 's better not to go and try ( - if you don 't want to spoil your vacation ( . This is not the first time we have been vacationing in Abkhazia, but the Europa hotel has ruined our impressions and rest ( we were very disappointed in the choice . I do not recommend it in any case!

An air conditioner that will save you in hell.5 minutes to the sea, nice pool. Minuses: We are not particularly picky people, but.. the food is the same every day, of mediocre quality. Wi-Fi is generally something, consider that there is almost no Wi-Fi, the benefit was saved by roaming. If you want to drink tea, find a kettle in the hallway. If you want to iron it, finding a board is not a problem, but finding out where the iron is missing is much more interesting. There are no shelves in the bathroom, you put everything on the sink. There is not even a banal trash can in the room - it is not allowed. Not even slippers are allowed 😂 Let's move on ... towels smell rotten, it's time to buy new ones, and not wash them 1000 times. There will be no dishes in the room, only 2 glasses. They forgot about spoons, forks, and plates. Music is playing until 00:00 at least from a nearby restaurant, if you feel bad or have a headache, it will be hard to fall asleep. In general, you can add a lot more about this place - for us it was a mistake when choosing a hotel. Unfortunately, they took it through a travel agency. It is clear that many people will think, but what would you like in Abkhazia for such money - I will answer : at a minimum, a kettle in the room and the adequacy of the staff. This is the first time I am writing a review, because I am shocked by what I saw and I would not like people to unknowingly get into such a "trash"

Everyone is wondering where to go and where to stay. This autumn, my children and I decided to go to Abkhazia and we made our stop at the Europa Hotel in Gagra. The hotel is 3 stars. At first we were settled on the 1st floor: a large bed, a TV, a kettle.... in general, all the amenities. But the only drawback is the tiled floors. They're cold and slippery if you get out of the shower...then be careful))) we asked to be converted into a room with carpeted floors, as the tiles are suitable for a small child. We were converted to the 6th floor. The room is spacious, they gave a cot for the smallest one))). Food. Breakfast - various cereals, amlet, casserole, cookies.... well, the menu for those who like to have breakfast: pasta, buckwheat, sausages, boiled chicken, sausage, cheese. Tea, coffee ☕️ Lunch: soup (broth with crackers) and a choice of hodgepodge, pea or mushroom. Various side dishes, cutlets, sausages, fish, salads, vegetables. The fruits were melon, apples, pears, grapes. Dinner: various side dishes, meat, chicken and salads. There are entertainments for children during the day, which is very pleasing. The pool is clean, heated. And also a looby bar opens from 10 a.m.: tea, coffee, pies in the morning. Well, those with a hangover are chacha, wine and beer. As well as ice cream, French fries with grilled sausage or fried wing)) There is a market near the hotel where you can buy souvenirs)) If you decide to go somewhere, the hotel has all the information about beautiful places))) And it's better to rent a car and drive everywhere yourself! Download the maps map application and even in flight mode, this application will take you to the right place. And you can rent a car from a local 007 rental company. The cars are clean, well-groomed, refueled. 2000 per day and ride around Abkhazia;) Special thanks to the staff in the dining room)))) Well done guys!!!!

I don't like negative reviews, but I decided to leave it here, not because I want to embarrass the hotel, but I want people to be warned about this turn of events before their vacation and not spoil their vacation! Disgusting service, complete deception. Upon arrival at the hotel late in the evening, it turned out that the hotel has two buildings, one of which is an unfinished structure. People are settled in these conditions (attach photos). When asked about relocation to the 1st building, they answer: "There are no places in that building." The next day after check-in, the guide decided to move to a completely different hotel, which we were very happy about). They said that a taxi would be called at the reception. At the reception, the girl brazenly lied that she had called a taxi (9 people were moving at that time), waited 40 minutes, periodically approaching the girl. As a result, we managed to bring her to light that she did not call a taxi and was lying to us. Another employee came up and eventually called a taxi to another hotel). From that moment on, the rest began to improve. I have no doubt that when the hotel is completed, it will look cool and welcome happy tourists! BUT NOT NOW! When there's a construction site all around!!! The rooms are covered in construction dust, cement, and I'm generally silent about the availability of hygiene products. The dining room is also unfinished, all the doors are not inserted there, because of this it is cold. By the time you bring the food to the table, it's already all cold. After checking in at 12 a.m. (although I really didn't want to check into this hotel, but the issue with the guide was resolved only in the morning), we went down to the reception and asked to bring personal hygiene products, to which we were given slippers and told that everything else would be brought now. In the end, they didn't bring anything ... THERE were A LOT of DISADVANTAGES ... It's impossible to describe everything in words, a lot of nerves and strength were spent for such a short rest. Carefully study all the information. Have a wonderful vacation!🥰

I want to share my review of the Europa Hotel, which has only one name from Europe. I'll start my story with the settlement. After standing for an hour at the reception, it was found out that we would have to live in another building altogether. I had to look for it on my own, as the receptionist waved her hand and said "there!". They found an unfinished building among the dormitories for workers. This was the second building of the Europa Hotel. They settled us right away. A room that was just finished by the workers. With major flaws. I was only pleased with the clean bed and towels, which were not changed during the ten days of rest. Cleaning was done every other day, barely mopping the floors, and thanks for that. We bought floor cloths and washed the floors, which were not cleaned of ingrained construction dust, on our own. It is very unpleasant to walk on the floor with bare feet, as there were no slippers in the room. As well as glasses, drinking water, a kettle and hangers in the closet. We couldn't get into the room a couple of times because of dead batteries in the door locks. The administration did not want to solve this issue. Just like all the other questions. The staff is indifferent to the requests and appeals of vacationers. Just ignore it. Construction workers give and provide more assistance than the administration. We were lucky enough to be left without electricity during our vacation, and we have been sitting without water for almost a day now. We flush the toilet by collecting water in the pool. Speaking of the pool, it was cleaned only once in 10 days, and that was when it turned marsh-colored. There was no smell of bleach anywhere near it. Canteen. Just like everything in this hotel, it is unfinished, not brought to mind. The food is imported, cold, and tasteless. There is one microwave for 200 people. Boiling water for tea is scooped in a large saucepan. The view from the window and balcony is only of the construction site and construction debris. He's everywhere. After the hurricane on May 10, the garbage scattered to all corners. It's the same story on the beach. By the time you reach it, you'll have all your legs pierced by shards from bottles. Since no one cleans the passage. I advise you to take care of such a hotel and rest in it.

I do not recommend the Europa hotel to anyone !!! Everything is beautifully painted on the site, but in fact it is not. There is no entertainment! On the first day, there was water aerobics and we played a little ball in the water with the kids, that's all (we were there for 5 nights). Billiards was removed ((as they said at the reception that the place for the bar was made, instead of it) but it is listed on the website. On the second and sixth floors there is one shadow table each, but unfortunately there are 2 broken rackets and one ball that needs to be found to begin with. When booking a room, specify where your windows will go because we booked on the ground floor with access to the pool, but we settled without access to the pool and refused to change the room. There are rude girls at the reception! There were many questions that were not answered, but almost sent!! Meal:the buffet! They gave the same thing for five days, there is no variety from the word at all! Soft drinks are KARKADE COMPOTE, that's it! Alcoholic beer, wine, chacha . To get ice cream and popcorn for children, you need to go to a bar where adults smoke and drink at the tables. Beach.... To get to the beach, you need to go through the ruins of concrete, protruding rebars from the ground, go down the stairs where two concrete platforms will be waiting for you and older people will ask you for help to get down. But, there are sun beds, but the umbrellas are all torn and do not even open. And also during our stay there, the child had a birthday, usually the hotel where you are always congratulates, but not here. It's a small thing, of course, but it's still nice. We can offer you accommodation in another hotel, which is located 30 km away from us, in Gudauta. The question is, how can you sell something that doesn't exist? At the same time, shifting responsibility to the tour operator, who is the intermediary and buys what the hotel offers. As a result, with a lot of wasted nerves and time, through the support of a tour operator, we checked into a nearby hotel. The absolute indifference and disgusting attitude of the hotel staff towards the guests. There is no desire to help sort out the current situation. No one has badges. It's not clear who's talking to you. Upon request to invite the manager, they did not see him. Completely ignored. Never set foot in here again. We also received a wish from the reception staff not to come here anymore. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at this hotel from May 3 to May 9. The impression was spoiled by checking into the hotel, one receptionist and a kilometer-long queue. The time is twelve at night, we are told that the rooms are over and we were sent to spend the night at another hotel, checked in the next day. The first day of vacation is full of stress. The comfort room was paid for. but the expectations did not match reality, the bed linen was dirty and had never been changed. The food is of the same type and the smell in the dining room is unpleasant. I picked up some kind of infection in the pool, the sun beds are dirty, there are few dumpsters on the territory, and even in the city itself! They obviously don't like the frequency there! But after talking with the travel agent and those who have vacationed in those areas in recent years, we realized that rotavirus is a problem for all Black Sea resorts, and it is important to simply take precautions, many tourists liked the hotel, and reviews are mostly written by those who need to put their own somewhere, it is not clear. Where did the outrage come from? Every day of our vacation, we wondered several times a day who was writing these reviews. Rooms: We booked the economy category, but it seems that we were settled in the standard, because we lived on the 8th floor (room 820), floor-to-ceiling windows, mountain views, without a balcony. There wasn't much room in the room, it was mostly felt when you walked between the bed and the table. But it wasn't critical for us. The floor covering in the room is carpet; there is also carpet in the common corridor, so that no sounds of movement can be heard. The bed is big, the mattress is comfortable, and the pillows are too. The room also has a small refrigerator, a stool, a chair, a TV, a table, 2 glass cups, a clothes dryer, a bedside table, bedside tables, hangers, a small closet with 3 hangers and 3 shelves. There was a blanket in the closet, but we slept under the duvet cover and it was warm. The sound insulation is good, only at night you can hear roosters and dogs from the street, since we sleep with the window open. Minuses: - service for two, employees don't care about the fact, they don't care about pure water. There are not enough towels, at first they said that they were not supposed to, but it turned out that the reason was simple, this hotel is part of a hotel chain and there is only one laundry that does not have time. The room was not prepared for check-in, it was small for three (they took standard comfort). - the dining room is just a mess, the organization of its work is at zero, there are not enough places, there are not enough dishes, we were able to take glasses a couple of times during the week. But when they saw the plastic dishes, it was something. Of course, people were surprised, just a herd running to a watering hole in the heat, a queue for soup, older women pushing children aside so as not to miss their soup. For 3 stars, it's humiliating for a hotel. - if there are such disadvantages, the price is high for the hotel. Tips: it is better to take only breakfast, and eat separately, in particular, next to the cafe chegem is just a supper. We stayed at this hotel from 06/21/2024 to 07/03/2042 . The room is not bad with panoramic windows overlooking the mountain. We had a comfort room on the 8th floor. The food here is for an amateur, there is no variety at all, we ate the same thing every day. The dining room is dirty, it stinks of conalization, pigeons fly over your heads when you eat, in general, the antisonitorium is full. The rooms are very rarely cleaned. They are poorly cleaned. Bed towels are not changed. It is necessary to go to the reception to ask for a change, but not the fact that they will change. The staff is all angry, sullen, not talkative, not friendly. Vacationed with my husband in September 2023. The hotel is in a beautiful style, we occupied a suite on the third floor. The room is very nice, large, bright, clean, there is a huge balcony around the perimeter, a toilet room without complaints, a good shower cabin with a rain shower, there is a bidet, hairdryer, toiletries. The room has a large TV, air conditioning, refrigerator. That's where the pros ended. Despite the fact that the food in the dining room is varied, I did not want to go there. Crowds of people, queues, plates, cups are not enough, for the first time I drank coffee from paper cups. The tables are sticky, The waiters wipe them slowly, at the moment when a new eater sits down at the table and tries to put a spoon in his mouth. Not very nice. The waiters are gloomy, not friendly, taking the trays speak their native language among themselves, clearly do not thank for the tray brought. My husband got sick, I asked the canteen administrator for a container to take food for my husband, they gave it to me, but they said that it was impossible to take out food! The guests in the dining room gathered takeaway food, hiding it in bulky bags, even drained water into bottles from decanters! This is certainly not a minus of the hotel, but rather the lack of education of individual citizens, but the impression was spoiled by this too. A private beach is generally a song. It's not far to go, 10 minutes at a slow pace, but it's not possible to find its location right away, we went out in several beach areas, we were oriented. The descent to the beach is carried out by a metal staircase, the beach area is narrow, no wider than 3 meters, the sun beds are on top, the beach area belonging to the hotel is not tidied up, looks abandoned and it's very sad. I didn't want to go to the beach. The hotel has of course a swimming pool, not bad, but the water is cold and there is always wind. I also forgot to write that we arrived at the hotel around 13 o'clock, check-in from 14 o'clock. At the reception, we were informed that our room was already free and tidy, that we could already move into it, but...by paying 800 rubles. This is also strange, because the room is already free and even cleaned, because no one would have occupied it for an hour. I had to pay.

But that's not even the most problematic part. While we were waiting for check-in, we were offered to go out for lunch. It's the worst place I've seen in a long time. The dining room is fully clothed, the food is piled in containers of the cheapest quality, cabbage and carrots, there are no drinks except tea and boiling water, terrible plates, spoons, glasses, trays. Complete unsanitary conditions. They didn't have lunch! They were disgusted! Then we decided to take a walk around the territory. A company was sitting near the playground and singing alcohol on a large tree stump. And no one even made a comment to them. Since security is only at the entrance for cars, the hotel has a passageway. Anyone can enter through the cafe from the street. Next is the pool. Yes, it is also heated. That's all. Construction is underway on the side of the pool and the recreation area with tables and armchairs! Dust and noise. There is also a barbecue joint. Where they pour wine and chacha from under the counter! Chacha from a plastic bottle. The wine is filled with some kind of jug. Also of unknown origin. The bartender is having fun and funny! The cheapest sausages and frozen French fries are also fried. But I don't understand how you can feed a child with such food. This is terrible! The rooms are ordinary. We had a great rest from 23.07 to 29.07. Room 1017 sea view. The food is great. You will definitely not stay hungry. The room is clean. They even asked me not to clean every day. Soap, shampoo, gel are as fresh as they should be every day. The coolest pool in the afternoon while the sun was hanging on it + beer by the river as much as your heart desires. There are stronger drinks, but we haven't tried them. Entertainment room for children and adults. But after 21.00 there is really no music, as they write in the comments, there is really not enough of it. But we got funny neighbors with a column and everything was great. There are many cafes nearby. You can break away. It's really difficult with tea. There are kettles on the ground floors, but we don't have them. I had to buy at the bar on the ground floor. There is a bakery that cooks perfectly. We ordered pizza more than once. I liked everything very much. We had a rest for everything. We recommend it. We will wait for next summer.

What is confusing : 1. Change of towels and linen. You arrive, check in , and no matter how long you are, towels are not changed, as well as bed linen. On our first visit , everything changed after three days , this time there were 9 nights , neither towels nor linen were changed . The maids say there are no towels, sorry. Everyone writes about it too , and not once , but the situation does not change 2. The dining room deserves a separate post. 2.1 The smell in both compartments is simply nauseating. 2.2 There is not enough space , people are jostling around the food , because for such a hotel and such a number of guests , the food distribution is too small . 2.3 One table with three vats of soups, which have a queue almost from the middle of the dining room. Guests stand in line for 15 minutes for a bowl of soup 2.4 Dishes are constantly running out. People stood in line for soup, it was the turn to pour soup, but there were no plates. But if you have an early flight and you arrive at the hotel at 10 a.m., be prepared to sit until 2 p.m. There are no storage rooms , there is no additional payment for early check-in . Positive : - A new, clean hotel. - mountain view. - air conditioning. - refrigerator. - they offer guided tours. - the sea is not far away - there is a separate beach, but all the places there are occupied most often -swimming pool - the hotel is beautiful from the outside Minuses: - not a very convenient system with cards - WI-FI IS TERRIBLE! I tried to find Wi-Fi, I only caught it at the router on the 2nd floor. I was lucky to find him, because sometimes I wanted to talk on the phone and communicate on the Internet with those who were in Russia. -prices for everything at the entrance are 3 times higher than at home. - the food in the dining room is monotonous, despite the fact that there was fish by the sea 1 time, they cook well, but not all. The biscuits are the same every time, and the food changes only for breakfast. Abkhazian men and young men work. They look at the girls. - the worst thing is that it is impossible to sleep at night. I arrived at this hotel from May 8-13, 2025, they sell vouchers and move into a hotel under construction without warning about it, construction is in full swing on the territory, noise, the smell of repair robots, workers everywhere, dirt. and everything is not included, and there is nothing , the food is brought from another building, cold and always the same food, they do not indulge in variety, we personally had heartburn from eating. During this time, the lights and water were turned off, the second time there was no water for more than a day. Room cleaning is just to throw the trash out of the room, that's it.They can easily turn off the pool heating when it's cold outside, and it's not yet the season for the sea.

We rested at this EUROPA hotel on 06/20.23,the hotel itself is beautiful, fresh and clean,the territory is small but well-maintained,the dining room is separate from the building and it is a pleasure to walk through the territory to the canteen between fruit trees and gartensia bushes and huge roses,the mountain view is stunning, the sea view is not necessary to take, because there is an unfinished ruin nearby, but the mountains are cool, there is animation for children, the food is very tasty, there was enough for everyone and everything, there are a lot of places.The pool is also worthy, especially for children!There is a private beach with free sun loungers and umbrellas, the boys on the beach are working properly, they will always come up and arrange everything.WI-FI is very weak, but there is.There are polite staff at the reception, at the reception there is a cafe stall with beer, water, cake, ice cream, chips, fish, nuts, etc.Right outside the territory there is a huge market for fruits, rural products and clothes!
