We rested for 4 nights. I really liked it. The only drawback is check-in no earlier than 14 o'clock. For those who come by morning trains and planes, there is a significant disadvantage. The rooms are cleaned daily. Toiletries are also brought every day. Food: if you are waiting for restaurant delights, then you will be disappointed. The food is simple and varied:to garnish, potatoes, pasta, buckwheat, vegetables, first courses soups (mushroom, noodles, ear), chicken broth, borscht. The meat was mostly chicken, there was also pork. Baked fish. Pilaf. Dumplings. Dumplings, pancakes, casseroles, porridge in the morning, omelette. Fruits for lunch and dinner. Baking biscuits, charlotte.. The pool is clean. Cleaning is carried out from 19h to 10h, swimming is prohibited at this time. In general, the expectation coincided with reality. We will definitely come back again. There was no rotovirus. They did not see rudeness.

The hotel is wonderful, the reception staff is very responsive and understanding, God grant everyone their patience.Yes, there is always a small "but" everywhere, but again I came to look at wonderful Abkhazia, and not at the four walls of the room. We were in November for 6 days, starting on November 10, everything seems to be fine,we checked in at 15.00, the room is normal, the food is the same almost every day, well, yes, I understand that it is not Turkey, etc., but not cake.and there was no such thing, purely 1,2 + tea (or diluted.juice),

The room is damp ( mold on the walls , wallpaper is coming off , there is a constant smell of sewage in the bathtub ) , room service is at zero level ( towels are not changed , the room is not cleaned , even after comments ) . No, no, and no again! A spoiled vacation, thanks to the Europa Hotel! The only plus is the pool, which is quite large, and there are very few umbrellas, the pool closes at 19:00.
The staff are not friendly at all, with unhappy faces. The maid can enter your room without knocking as if she were at home. Constant water shutdowns, and for some reason it is at the time when people return from the sea or the pool. They say that the whole city was turned off , and outside the territory, the locals say that nothing was turned off. I won't say anything about cleaning. Wi-Fi practically does not pull, early in the morning and even less at night. Nutrition is a separate art form . Pigeons live in the dining room, and this is probably the norm. The food is terrible!!! The food is better in the hospital . Crazy women are ready to fight for pasta. I've never seen such a full house before. There is no normal coffee. There are also so-so snacks at the pool bar.. beer for three. They didn't even try the rest. There is no evening animation. Just the music started playing and that 's it . The beach is even worse than food) leaky rusty umbrellas, you need to go to the beach through fittings and mayhem. A narrow strip of beach without any bars, cafes, etc. We had a double room, but we were with a child, and they didn't even give us another pillow and a sheet. As a result, we paid all inclusive and ate outside the territory . We paid for everything inclusive , and went to the nearby paid beach, with normal umbrellas and infrastructure. Having been there for the first time, this is the last one. Unsanitary conditions are everywhere. Of course there will be rotovirus! Dogs and cats run around on the territory of the hotel, they immediately empty themselves. There are not enough dishes in the dining room, which are washed quickly, so that leftovers remain on it. One plus that saves this hotel is the pool bar with free drinks and snacks, in our room (it was room 216) there is an air conditioner with black mold that has been gathering for years! It's the same in the other rooms.It is impossible to turn it on, because it starts to smell, as well as throughout the second floor. And without it, the room is hot, the windows cannot be opened in the evening, because mosquitoes are flying, and there is no net. It looks like they don't know the air freshener at all. With the all-inclusive service, you have to ask for shampoos and gels and soap yourself, although it should be every day. The bed linen was not changed for 8 days, the towels were changed on the sixth day and we asked for it ourselves. In general, the impression of this hotel is not wow. I gave one star only because I couldn't write a review.

Wonderful, just wonderful!!! I don't know who writes negative reviews, but after the trip my husband wants to go on vacation only to Europe, not to Egypt or Turkey. The reception, the girls are not friendly, well, okay. We talked to them three times (check-in-there was a question-check-out). The room is the cleanest, cleaning is on the third day, but we asked to vacuum at the entrance ourselves, the maids are as kind as possible, that's it! The pool and animation are gorgeous. As in foreign hotels, there is no smell of waste products. Water aerobics, children's animation, games. Well done! There is a pool bar. Chacha, wine, beer and snacks-I don't want to drink. The sea is 3 minutes away. Canteen. Thanks to our chefs that they cook very tasty for us!) Both the child and my husband and I left with full bellies, we brought extra pounds home. Thanks for the food, it's your own fault for the kilograms)

Do not expect that 5 ultra stars will fall on you, with high-speed Wi-Fi and impeccable service (there have been and there is something to compare) impressions after the last vacation at 5 + may remind and not meet expectations. The hotel is clean, the food is not full of variety, but everything is very tasty and understandable, snacks, beer, wine, chacha all day at the pool bar, requests for problems in the room respond promptly.

We rested at the Europa Hotel from June 29 to July 6. I liked everything. The room is standard, clean, the beds are comfortable, we had a balcony overlooking the sea. We lived on the 6th floor, the sea is visible directly from the bed. The staff is polite. Animation for children is a disco in the evening, then modeling, then drawing, then weaving in the afternoon. Very interesting. There is even a "Child Mafia". The beach is 8-10 minutes away. There are sun beds and umbrellas. There is enough space for everyone. The only thing is to take your towels for the beach, you can not take their towels outside the hotel. The food- we liked it, the food is almost like at home. They ate heartily. Everything is clean, the dishes are cleaned immediately, the tables are wiped. The territory is still being developed, there are many young plants. The territory is clean and well maintained. There is a market near the hotel, there is a Pyaterochka store, a cafe, and a Ferris wheel is 20 minutes along the embankment. It's a long way to the colonnade, we took a taxi. I bought into the "all inclusive* in fact, it's only 3 meals a day in the dining room, like a buffet

For the money we gave for this hotel, it's just gorgeous. 27,000 for 1 adult and 2 children for 4 nights. Quite a good and varied meal, beautiful and well-groomed territory, there was a good view from the window to the mountains, without a balcony. All activities in the hotel are up to 20, so it's not so noisy at night.

An amazing hotel!
From the first minutes we were warmly welcomed and settled in. The hotel is very fresh, clean, well maintained. The staff is friendly, the manager keeps an eye on everything. The food is excellent (we were with a child of 2 years old), delicious homemade wine for lunch every day. There are animators with a daily sports, children's and adult program. The pool is heated in May. There is a grill cafe and a bar on site. Pyaterochka is 30 meters behind the fence of the hotel at the gate. We really liked everything!

The hotel is very dirty. There is complete unsanitary conditions everywhere, in the building itself, in the dining room building, in the pool. Positive feedback, I'm sure, has been paid for. We had a rest with friends from 5 to 13.10.24. We stopped at the suite and comfort room with two families. There is black mold in the tile seams in the bathroom, the toilet seat is not something that is not disinfected, it is not washed at all. Pour everything in yellow from urine. We went down to the reception, asked to clean the room properly, said that tomorrow at best. I had to buy disinfectants and launder them myself. The bed linen is grey, not washed. The pillows are terrible, crumpled. The staff does not have time for anything. The laundry is not coping. Towels are not changed, they are not enough initially. Friends were given only for hands and feet, for the body was not available at all at the hotel on the day of arrival. They only gave me 4!! day. Black mold in the air conditioner, the smell of dampness in the room. It does not fade at all. The dining room is a separate song. The food is not edible, in principle. The canteen staff is also not coping. There is a constant problem with the lack of dishes. Glasses, spoons, forks are constantly running out. The boiling water for tea also runs out periodically. They suggest scooping with a ladle from a saucepan. The plates are always wet, we concluded - they are washed manually, not steamed. The result is that the entire hotel periodically suffers from an intestinal infection. Our entire company of 4 adults also stayed ill for 3 days. Vomiting, diarrhea, fever, wild weakness. The pool is not transparent, the water looks like broth. They didn't dare to swim once. Alcohol is suspicious in the bar, they did not dare to try it. You will make your way to the beach through piles of garbage and bottles. The beach has no toilets or changing rooms. The study is narrow and cramped. There are piles of concrete slabs with protruding fittings nearby. We went once and did not visit him. We walked far enough to a decent beach. There are simply no advantages in the hotel. Our balcony overlooked, moreover, a cafe with loud music until 2 a.m. Even tightly closed windows didn't help. Bottom line, if you want to ruin your vacation, you definitely need to go to the Europa Hotel. We are not picky people, we are always positive on vacation, we do not find fault with the little things. But this is a blatant outrage.

We rested with our daughter at this hotel from 07/29/2024-08/05/2024. I would like to start with the positive, but apart from nature and the warm sea, nothing comes to mind. Another advantage is that our Comfort room was quite cozy, with a view of the beautiful mountains. The air conditioner in the room was working properly. My daughter liked the pool, but it smelled strongly of chlorine, although maybe this is a plus in the circumstances. That's where the advantages end. On the second day, they came down with rotovirus, although they tried very hard to observe hygiene, they did not swallow water, they washed their hands. We spent the third and fourth days in the room, taking turns being sick. All this was accompanied by a lack of water. By the way, the water was turned off daily, there was no warm water in the room at all. The cleaning in the room is bad, despite the fact that the maid came, it is difficult to call it cleaning. The dirty sink and toilet bowl, everything else they tried to clean themselves.
Rotovirus is raging in the hotel, but no measures are being taken, it is simply not possible to wash your hands before eating. No matter who we talked to from the hotel, everyone had an intestinal infection, someone even more than once during the rest period.There is a terrible sanitation in the dining room and pool bar, birds fly in the dining room, poorly washed dishes. I do not recommend going on vacation to this country and hotel if your health is dear to you, because this situation is not only in the Europa hotel, but also in most hotels in Abkhazia

And the hotel has changed for the worse in our opinion and I will explain why!
We stopped at Europa on 26.08. Prices have risen compared to last year, but we hoped for an improvement, but it turned out:
1. The room is poorly cleaned.
2. Towels are changed every 5 days! I'm sorry, do I have to be dirty? Bed linen once every 7 days!
3. In san. the node is given one soap (probably for one person)
4. The food is terrible compared to last year!
They earn money from tourists, and the level is below the baseboard!
Oh, not that Europe!
I do not advise you and we will not come ourselves!

A wonderful hotel!
The staff is extremely polite, the food is great, although there are questions about the dining room itself (there are questions about its organization), and the food is very tasty.
The territory is not large, unfortunately there is no private beach (yet), the rooms are very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day.
The location is convenient, there is an extremely large market very close, it's cool. The pool is small and warm (for children it's the best thing), but on hot days, it's unlikely to cool down there.
The rooms and grounds are very clean.

The hotel itself looks decent for Abkhazia, the rooms are clean and surprisingly the mattresses are decent, but the pillows are deadly creepy. Otherwise, everything in the rooms is decent. We were at NG 2024. Apart from the Christmas tree, there is nothing decorated in the entrance hall. There was trouble with the music by the pool, there was always a vayfal, but sometimes it was very weak. The pool, as stated, is heated.

The organization is outside, but the canteen (scoop) is on site. Director Alexey tried to do his best, but he is not a warrior alone in the field. The banquet was just terrible!!!!! Everyone left hungry and angry. There were not enough tables, there was nowhere to put people, there were no aisles between the tables, the dance floor was a scanty stage. They took a lot of money, but there was absolutely nothing to eat. Dried shish kebab, lula from the last century, everything peppery and over-dried, olivier salad for four- by our standards, this is a portion for one, you can talk for a long time about what was on the table without a tablecloth, but it was all inedible. We did not see the declared alcohol, the children were generally bored. In short, the new year has been ruined for us!!!!!! The hall is designed for a maximum of 100 people, and more than 150 were pushed out. What 6800 was paid for from the nose is a huge question. I do not recommend meals and banquets at this hotel!!!! Nearby there is a cafe ORA where you can eat and celebrate some of your own events. The score is only for the spoiled NG, the rude girl who tried to put us out of this canteen into the room, despite the fact that the banquet was paid for in October and a specific table was booked!!!!

We went with relatives to the Europa Hotel, it is in Gagra. The hotel is very large. 11 floors, we lived on 6. The elevators work perfectly. The rooms are bright, we had a view of the sea and the pool.Your own beach. But construction is still underway, but it's okay, the sea is gorgeous, we swam and sunbathed.
Meals 3 times a day, buffet. And fresh fruits and vegetables, but there's plenty of everything. We went on an excursion, Lake Ritsa, Mount Athos. 👍👍👍

I stayed at the hotel in September. The hotel itself is not bad.
The room was on the 1st floor with a mountain view.The room has a TV, refrigerator, kettle, glasses, hair dryer. Cleaning every day, bed linen and towels were changed , shampoo , gel and paper were added daily , but pillows and mattress were not very good.Water and light without interruption.There is an observation deck and billiards on the 11th floor.The territory is well maintained, roses, trees, palm trees, but there are a lot of cats and dogs.
There is a spacious swimming pool on the territory, there were enough sun beds, but not many umbrellas.
5-7 minutes to the sea , the road to it is not very good , first on asphalt, then a dirt road. The beach itself is narrow and equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, the umbrellas have one name.
In the dining room, the food is not bad: porridge soups, cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, fish, meat, fruits and much more, in principle, you can choose to your taste. A lot of flies and cleaning leaves much to be desired, rotavirus is thriving!!!!
The choice is yours, personally I will choose another hotel!

There is no smoking area, which means cigarette butts are everywhere. And most importantly, there is no toilet on the beach. So where does everyone go? That's right, in the sea. I'm not even talking about torn beach umbrellas. By the way, there are a lot of sun beds, there were always free ones. That is, the beach was very, very disappointing. Now the food: at the entrance to the dining room there is a poster with a warning about rotavirus. About the third day of their stay, the campers begin to have terrible diarrhea. Children vomit both in the dining room and on the way to the dining room. Our son suffered from residual symptoms until the end of the rest, but his appetite never returned. I haven't eaten anything at all for five days. Whether it's the rotovirus or something else, I do not know. But the fact remains. Number of rooms: when buying a tour, specify which room you are paying for, whether there will be a balcony or not. Otherwise, people are outraged. If the room turns out to be on the 7,8,9 floors, then there is an elevator, but it is always occupied. We were lucky: the room is on the 3rd floor, with a balcony, overlooking the mountains. The sounds from the pool and the animations didn't bother us. The room has everything except a kettle. The cleaning is so-so, bed linen and towels have not been changed once in 8 days. Beach towels are not provided. Animation was of little interest to us, but discos were held by the pool, not for both children and adults. Morning exercises and something like aqua aerobics. But the presenter, with his sepulchral voice, discouraged all the desire to get up from the sunbed. In general, if it were not for the wonderful sea, there would be nothing to remember. You got sick , but I logically understand that this is not a hotel problem , the virus is everywhere, in the water at sea , an infected person stood next to you in the store , breathed , touched the door handle behind him , opened and everything went , went . Some people write that they caught rotavirus in the pool , the pool was perfectly clean , they cleaned it every evening , but my husband is a squeamish man , he does not swim in pools at all , and rotavirus was caught first , we got rid of him . Next, the food , for me it was a good variety - both chicken and beef , salads changed every day, soups are also different , no one will definitely give us salmon and red caviar for such money) towels were all in the room. There was water for all 7 days from July 23 to July 31, neither water nor electricity was ever turned off. We arrived at 7 a.m. tired, drove all night, checked in only at 14.00, but this is the case in most hotels, nothing critical. We didn 't drink beer or wine , my husband and I are not alcohol lovers , but people were sitting by the pool happy with glasses . I liked that there is a girl right at the hotel who arranges excursions, and the prices are so funny - 1600 rubles for a 7-hour tour, we flew to Dagestan before that, there was at least 3.500 per person and less time. I went to the evening Ritz, it was great. I also read reviews that there were a lot of dogs on the territory of the hotel, there weren't many of them, well, 2-3 friendly dogs ran in, I didn't mind hugging them, I allowed my daughter to stroke too, they didn't bother me in any way. There is a Bamboo cafe nearby , we went dancing there, the girl sings live. And what a gorgeous trout and quail a man smokes on his way to the sea, it's very tasty, be sure to try it. We ate a couple of times in the cafe Chegem , everything is delicious . We never went to the beach of the hotel , we were located closer , sometimes we went to the beach in Pitsunda , there are beautiful views , but it is inconvenient for those who do not have a car to ride there . There are no shelves in the bathroom, almost everyone writes this , I was morally determined in advance to put shampoo and gel on the floor , so after not seeing the shelves , I didn 't care . I think the hotel is price - quality . What many people want for 10-15 thousand, I do not understand, to go to the dining room with a family somewhere is already 1500-2000 thousand for 1 meal to give, and here you have food, and a pool, and beer, and wine . We live in the Moscow region and many hotels there outside the city charge from 16 thousand per day , the level is about the same , only you don 't have the sea and it 's cold for the same money . In general , if you are afraid of rotavirus , then do not come to Abkhazia at all , because it spoils people 's rest and they like to blame hotels later in this . Of the minuses - there is no billiards, there is no sauna and bathhouse, bed linen and towels in the room have not been changed for 11 days, table tennis rackets are in terrible condition, room service is not provided at all. We lived in two local suites, so, the bed without a headrest, you immediately rest your head against the wall, the pillows are terrible, crumpled inside, apparently they have been lying there since the foundation of the hotel. Bed linen naturally does not fit the size of the bed and blankets, yes, you need to make it yourself. We add regular disconnection of hot and cold water, at least twice a day for several hours, on the day of departure there was simply no hot water from 7 a.m., I do not know whose problem this is for the hotel or Abkhazia as a whole. The hotel's beach is equipped, sun beds and umbrellas are free, but they are in terrible condition, cracked sun beds, umbrellas are torn.
One of the advantages is the delicious and relatively varied food in the dining room, fruits every day. The pool is large and heated, there are enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone. I will never come back here in my life!

We were on New Year's holidays, we liked the party, but there was no service compared to elementary Turkey, the choice of food in the dining room is meager, there are often no forks / glasses / spoons available, but for this price it is a good option. Good afternoon! I want to share my impressions about the Europa Hotel. We had a rest with a group of 10 people from June 16 to 23, 2024. The hotel seems to be modern, but everything is minimal. For some reason, there is 1 blanket in a room for 2 people with two separate beds. I had to ask several times to bring the second one. There is no shelf for shampoos and gels in the shower. I had to put everything on the floor. On the second day of their stay, they fell ill with an oral viral infection. We took turns running to the bathroom all night. What if we were caught together? That's why they asked for a second blanket, because the temperature rose. In the morning, we asked the maid to wipe the bathroom, to which we were told that we first had to clean it ourselves. I wonder how? without a bucket or rags? However, after we looked at what was clean, we wiped the floors. They asked to change the towels after a stormy night, to which they received the answer that the towels were changed on the fourth day. On the fourth day, there were no clean towels. It was only after the scandal that the towels were changed at the reception. Toilet paper was begged for every day. They came to us to clean the room only on the eve of our departure. After being ill for 2 days out of 7, they no longer went to the dining room. We ate outside the hotel. And everything was fine! An ambulance arrived at the hotel every day. Everyone in turn was sick with tears. Regarding the beach: the beach is a 10-minute walk away. There are sun beds and deck chairs. Is free. but! you need to go through the construction site and through the garbage. There is a ruined embankment on the beach. Pieces of concrete are lying around. Fittings are sticking out of the sea. And stray dogs are running around. I got the impression that I was resting in a dumpster. There is also a market nearby. I haven't been to Abkhazia for 40 years. And I won't go for the same amount of time. I advise everyone, add some money better and relax in normal places. We were on our way to the opening of the Emerald Hotel (promised to open on July 16). The tour operator changed the hotel in 2 weeks, because the Emerald did not open. And I think it will open only in 2025. And in Europe, they accept everyone. People arrived who also had not opened a hotel. And so everything is there: chacha, wine, beer, ice cream - everything is included in the price. But I do not advise you to eat in the dining room. Yes! A teenage new sports jacket was stolen from a friend. We were going to the New Athos caves. They missed it, but there is no sweater. We fought at the reception for 2 days. But the jacket was never found. Compensation - extended the room on the day of departure until 15.00.

We rested for 8 nights from July 11, the hotel is normal, but in fact the towels are not changed, it's good that they were given out at check-in, I didn't like the way they were fed in the dining room, of course they picked up rotavirus, it's a long way to the sea, a big plus a warm large swimming pool on the territory, but this is a hotbed of infection!!!

The beach from the hotel is terrible, we barely found it and walked with the child, walking through the rubble through the pit. Beer and wine are bad. The rooms are only vacuumed, the dust has never been wiped. Delicious food is put up for sale in the bakery, and other people are fed for free. Wi-Fi hardly works at all. The prices in the lobby are cosmic. The only plus is the pool, clean and warm.
P.S. the mattresses are one wrapper, something incomprehensible is stuffed inside, the pillows are like chewed cotton wool.

The dining room smells, pigeons are flying, plates, trays, spoons are wet, it is not pleasant to pick up, sometimes plastic dishes instead of ordinary dishes in the dining room. There is no antiseptic in the entire hotel, the staff has no idea what it is. The antisanitorium is complete. In the bar, wine, chacha, beer are diluted. You can't take a burger in your mouth. As for the beach, the beach is very small, the rope is stretched, places are limited. A man walks around and forbids putting sun beds further than the rope, takes them away. The hotel is not worth the money, from the word at all.

We rested at the Europa hotel for 10 nights, never cleaned the room, asked for paper and bags, washed the toilet and sink herself, because Hygiene should be, yes, the towel was changed 1 time, the linen was not changed. I myself worked as a maid in Anapa in a guest house, 3 days wet cleaning and linen change. It was 3 for the hotel, no cleaning, no linen change. This is a nightmare! There is no water in Abkhazia, respectively, and in hotels. But this is a dirty hotel! The most important thing in hotels is cleaning and cooking, respectively, here it's all no matter, hence poisoning and rotoviruses. We came to the room, there are other people's objects lying under the bed. On a double bed, one blanket and one duvet cover, a bath towel were brought by the end of the second day. There is no water, respectively, there is nothing to wash, they wash everything with one rag, a change of linen for the 7th day!!! For 7 damn it! In the kitchen, the distribution is not properly organized, so everyone shakes their hair and everything they can into the food. Pigeons are flying under the roof of the dining room. They also wipe the tables with a wave. When I was in the kitchen, one of the administrators came in and opened the champagne, the cork flew into a tray with food and meat, he pulled it out with his bare hands and the tray was calmly carried to the distribution! We caught poisoning of 9 people, including children, on the third day. Guys, immediately upon arrival, drink polysorb 2 times a day suddenly. The air conditioning in the room is not clear, it blows weakly, they have some kind of joint system. It stopped blowing cold one night, they sent us a maid to sort it out))) The maid!!! And only in the morning the master's system was rebooted! We were bitten by mosquitoes at night. There's also a pool, I didn't smell chlorine, so you can pick up anything from there too! And check-in, only at 14:00, they can check in earlier if the room is cleaned earlier and then they took 400 rubles for money from friends. Are you fucking kidding me? People with children are standing after the road, they are still charging money. The child vomited on the sheet, they asked to wash it then give it back! A lot of people were poisoned there, almost everyone, and the hotels have a bakery, everything is very tasty and decent and clean. I have heard from many that people are not happy and even wrote to tour operators complaining about those hotels. My impression is a dirty hotel and hence the infection. The territory is also not about anything, it is dry, there is little greenery like the steppe, the playground is so-so. Animation is both adult and children's, if you find it, it will be, but I haven't even heard or seen it)) I don't see any sense in the large territory of this hotel. The food is probably normal for your money. We are all going with sick stomachs and after this rest we will still be treated.
