Disgusting. I don't even want to comment. There are much better hotels in Abkhazia and the price tag is lower. If you don't want to spoil your mood and rest, don't choose this hotel! And the beach area is life-threatening. The staff is not responsive, rude. Very unpleasant sensations.

We had a rest from September 21 to 24. I didn't like the hotel.
All-inclusive meals are simply impossible to eat. The dining room stinks at the entrance. The dishes are poorly washed, all wet, the glasses are greasy. The food is disgusting. We ate nearby in a Turkish cafe. In the shared toilet near the reception, it stinks terribly. There is no air freshener, as well as in the room.
The pool is heated (well, these are questions for the booking manager, I clarified that it was heated, in the end I had to be disappointed)
There are no slippers in the room, no toothbrushes for that price.
There are problems with the water, the cold water was turned off.
The bed and bedspread are old.
At the bar, the girl always goes on a break.
There are no plates in the room. There is a kettle, there are no teaspoons.
The children's animation was never seen.
The nature of Abkhazia is beautiful, the people are friendly. The hotel left unpleasant impressions.

We rested here in 2023. The hotel is nice and the staff is nice. But the food is terrible. I got sick with rotavirus from this hotel. There's also a sea of garbage, well, it's anomalous. Because of this, I was admitted to the RCIB hospital in Kazan. I don't recommend it at all.

A very pleasant hotel. We had a rest in May 2023. I really liked the food!!! A child of 6 years old ate everything!!! Even what I've never eaten at home, for example 1 course. Everything is cooked very tasty and homemade! There is freshly brewed coffee in the morning! The food is varied. There are products according to the season. The rooms are fresh, renovated, we had comfort, a spacious room, everything you need is there - shampoo, soap, towel, slippers... The pool is comfortable, heated in May, there is a children's area. They conduct fun animations for kids. Dancing for adults in the evening. The road to the sea is so-so - not well maintained, but the sea is clean, which cannot be said about the center of Gagra!
The staff is friendly, they solve any issue promptly, they always go to a meeting. The main rule is that as you treat people, so do they treat you)
The territory of the hotel is closed, there are no outsiders! It's safe!
Parking is free!
There is a market nearby where you can buy almost everything! You can walk to the center, to the Ferris wheel, etc.
Nearby there is a shop "shinomantage" where you can call a taxi.
We really liked the hotel, I would go back there again!
Prices in May were very affordable!

Good afternoon, I am not a fan of writing reviews, but I was not too lazy here.
We arrived at the place at about 20h10 min, the receptionist looked at us as if we had come to her house and without an invitation, there was no elementary hello. Our day was paid for, when they asked for dinner, she said they were late, although instead of registering, she could have sent us straight to dinner, instead she sat and brazenly argued, saying "so what", in general, the rest was spoiled without entering the threshold.
There was no towel in the big bath room, I asked, she was at the reception again, she said it wasn't supposed to, but what about the heated pool, I'm taking a face towel with me?
We talked with the rest of the guests and this lady met them as well.
Dear hotel management, please pay attention to this administrator, we checked in on 02.11.2024, checked out on 06.11 and we did not hear goodbye to our address, this should not be the case, she works with people.

We rested in August 2024, a disgusting hotel, the pool is chlorinated to the point of impossibility, there is no linen, they gave us one to wash for two, bath towels were asked,pillows were disgusting, a blanket was asked, for the whole rest they changed only the footrest, the toilet in the room is broken, ventilation is on tape, everyone got sick with rotovirus! There is dirt and unsanitary conditions near the dining room! Kettles in the hallway on scotch tape, a disgrace! They also issued a fine for a spot on a towel of 500 rubles, be careful, there is no beach as such, you have to go through mountains of garbage to it. Not a foot more, in the center there are gypsies who behave disgustingly, running up, pushing, shoving passers-by. It's a pity for homeless animals, there are a huge number of them, they were fed every day, this makes the impression doubly spoiled....

It's a terrible place. The food is terrible, the pool is NOT heated, the reception service is terrible. Cleaners work the most.
We took a comfort room, so what is in the photo does not correspond to reality, a small nook on the ground floor near the air conditioners, rumbling all night. There are no discos for adults. The distance to the beach is more than they say. The beach itself with torn umbrellas is 5 pieces per 100
broken deck chairs. The deck chairs are so crowded that you have to walk around the entire row on the water. The beach is dirty, littered with condoms, anyone who wants to come there and no one is looking for bracelets. There is no normal changing room at the beach, it was put next to the bridge to the sea and everyone who goes there at this moment is watching how people change there. No, just a shower, at least with cold water to just rinse your feet.
A pack of dogs is walking on the territory, people were literally bitten by a pack in front of their eyes.
The pool is not cleaned, you swim and collect your hair in muddy water. And the waterproofing bottom of the entire pool has peeled off and water has accumulated under it, you walk along the bottom and feel the waves walking under the material.
They were poisoned by food and lay in bed for 2 days each.

This is the worst hotel we've ever seen! I don't know where such good reviews come from, apparently purchased. There is a young boor at the reception, we came up, said that we had a reservation, and she said to us with such an impudent face: CONGRATULATIONS AND WHAT? We say we want to move in, she says her finger hurts and she's tired. After talking to another administrator, she still sat down at the computer. He says no one will be settled before 14:00. The queue gathered about 50 people. At 15:00 we got to the room. The room is more or less normal, but the air conditioner does not work, the side is sunny, there are no glasses, no water. There is no water in the cooler, however, as well as the cooler itself. There is not a single shelf in the bathroom, there is nowhere to put shampoo, gel and soap, only on the floor, there is no glass for a toothbrush. If you want to drink tea or coffee, you will have to go outside the hotel, because there is no kettle in the hotel, the administrator will answer you rudely, go look on the floor, but there is no one on the floor. The kitchen is just fu, of the three salads it is: salted cabbage, fresh cabbage and cabbage with carrots and that's it. The pea soup is burnt, the cutlets are not clear what they are made of, but it is impossible to eat them. After the dining room, you will have to wash everything down to your underpants, the stench is terrible. The pool is green, it is not heated!!!! We barely survived the night, and in the morning there is another surprise, there is no water. Neither wash up, nor go to the toilet. Someone approached the receptionist and said about the water, she replied, this is the first time I've heard that there is no water, and how can I help? The attitude towards the guests is just terrible, they seem to hate us, actually you live at the expense of tourists. There are 10 dogs on the territory and 3 cats that walk around the hotel and lie on sofas. We barely survived the night and moved out of this hotel. The beach is not close to the hotel, there is sewage/sewerage next to the beach. The beach itself is dirty, people where they rest there and litter, do not even hesitate to go to the toilet in the changing room.
The food is monotonous, sometimes it seemed as if something was rotten and it was just mixed with fresh food. Pigeons and sparrows were flying in the dining room.
I caught rotovirus, like many vacationers at this hotel, so I rested for 3-4 days out of 10 days, the rest of the time I was lying in the room. Kst yes, the wi-fi in the room did not work properly, you had to go out into the corridor or sit on the ground floor in the lobby.
The room is comfortable and cozy.
The electricity was intermittently cut off, but not for long. The water was turned off a couple of times during the day.
We were asked to change towels and bed linen for 5-6 days, to which we were answered-not available, although they give us the rules to read on arrival and it says that towels are changed for 4 days, and bed linen for the 5th or 6th (I don't remember exactly), as a result, bed linen is only on request from the administrator changed everything for the 7th day.
There is nowhere to go near the hotel except to a small restaurant with European cuisine, a Turkish cafe and a market.
You can walk to a small park where there is a Ferris wheel, but you will have to walk 3-4km

Never, like us, get fooled by the supposedly heated pool at the end of the season, IT's NOT HERE!!! A chilling bass that saves money! To someone else's beach 500 meters, boulders, dirty all over. I have my own, but it's almost a kilometer away, there are sun beds there, but there are no umbrellas... There are always a lot of people, 2 unfortunate elevators just can't cope... There is a snack bar near the pool, but beer doesn't always happen there either: oh, and our car broke down today, they didn't give us a ride... Unless there was always wine. There is no water, a kettle taped with sticky tape and one per floor in the hallway, it seems to be there, but this is the first time I've seen this! It's good to be near at least a market / bakeries / shops / pharmacy literally 10 meters away, everything was taken there in the end. On the second day, we didn't even go to breakfast, to fight for leftovers (I attach a photo of what we could get at the end of breakfast)?! After 9 a.m., there is generally a whole problem to eat at least something (and even on poorly washed wet plates)... And yes, in the first hall it smells terribly of sewage, it's fun to eat when it pulls from the WC... And you won't find any empty seats in the second hall. However, lunch and dinner are fine, for some reason there is already a choice, and they replenish everything as needed! WiFi is the simplest, it works every other time, it's unrealistically easy to download something (it seems you can still load something at the Reception, in the rooms- alas)! The pillows are all thin, slightly thicker than the pillowcase they are packed in, all washed/chewed, the sintepon inside is in shreds, and they were an order of magnitude better on the train. Well, on the 2nd day in the evening they caught rotovirus, it wasn't very cool...

We rested at the Europa Hotel on 29.05-09.06.23. The hotel deserves a solid four by right.
Positive:
1) the pool is huge, heated, 28-29 degrees.There are always 2-3 rescuers on duty and look after the order.
2) Breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet, the food is quite tasty.And most importantly, you could come 10 minutes before the end of the meal and absolutely everything was always available.
3) take excursions at the hotel, the prices are the same everywhere, but the guides here are the best.
4) the rooms are brand new, the linen is clean, the mattresses are comfortable, the view from each room is amazing, I felt such good sound insulation for the first time - I didn't hear anyone or anything.The air conditioning and ventilation system is beyond praise!The shower is comfortable, spacious - a thrill!Towels and linen are changed every 5 days.Soap, gel, shampoo are put in.
The room with a mountain view is gorgeous, the sun is only early in the morning.The rooms with sea views (they also overlook the pool) can be noisy with music, the sun all day.
The only negative for us was the lack of our own beach.But it seems like the hotel is working on this issue.
From the wishes of the hotel:
1) plant more large shady trees, make more recreation areas, gazebos. The territory is huge, but clueless and the sun is everywhere.Roses are gorgeous!
2) provide towels for the beach/pool
3) put coolers on the floors
4) in the showers, make holders for tual.paper, soap, shampoo
5) More hangers in the wardrobe
6) Provide dry.a ration for missing a meal or postponing meals on the day of departure, or the opportunity to put food in a tray for breakfast instead of skipping lunch. We missed 3 lunches and 1 dinner with the excursions - no refund.
7) diversify the animation (the one that is, is very mediocre)
8) if there are large camp/sports arrivals.schools should allocate separate time for them to use the pool, for example, from 9 to 10 or at lunch for an hour to free up the pool for their classes, otherwise the pool is a madhouse.

I have visited Europa twice, in April and May 2025. In short, it's fine, but I'm not going anymore. And now for more details.
Location
The hotel is located in Novaya Gagra. Attractions in the area include a market, a water park, and a Ferris wheel. Beautiful embankment, park, colonnade, Soviet architecture - it's all in Old Gagra. A taxi from the hotel is 500rubles one way. There are shops, cafes, a market and even a shopping center right next to the hotel, although it is half empty. You need to walk down the street to the sea, 5-7 minutes. The beach is not bad, but there is a lot of garbage (left mostly by our compatriots), as well as metal pins sticking out in the most unpredictable places. Keep an eye on the kids. The sea itself is beautiful, of course. And it takes a lot of money and several years to improve the surrounding area.
The territory of the hotel
There are no complaints here. The territory is large, there is enough space for Parking, and for recreation for children and adults. There is a lot of greenery, however, some of the trees are still young and low, but these are small things. There are gazebos, a playground, and a pool bar.
Swimming pool
Warms up to +25 °C. There is a children's shallow water area in the middle of the pool, deeper on both sides of it, about 150 cm. The pool is cleaned every morning, there are lifeguards and they really work. Loud music is played by the pool throughout the day. There are a lot of sun beds, but there are literally several umbrellas. Maybe they'll add it by summer, otherwise it's very hot. It's nice that the pool is right at the entrance to the hotel, you don't have to go far.
Rooms
We lived in "Comfort" both times. It is quite spacious for 2-3 people. TV, air conditioning, refrigerator are working fine. The kettle is only on the floor. The only dishes in the rooms are glasses. Bathroom equipment is standard for 3 stars. The beds are normal, but the euro pad with a thin mattress is such a sleeping place. The main disadvantages of the rooms are 3:
1) the repair was initially very budgetary, and he was already tired. Wallpaper comes off and all that
2) The audibility between rooms is not terrible, but you will definitely hear TV and loud conversations.
3) there is no furniture on the balconies
If possible, you should request a room with a mountain view. Since you live with a view of the pool, you will wait for silence closer to midnight. All parties, discos, etc. take place next to the pool.
Entertainment at the hotel
The website of the tour operator where we booked the hotel shows animation for children and adults. It looks like it's only available in summer. Entertainment options include billiards, discos on the street playing the hits of the 90s, and an observation deck on the 11th floor. The lobby offers guided tours from the tour operator. Outside the hotel, you will be offered the same routes by 5 tour desks, which are also cheaper. Take your time, choose one. By the way, we ordered a transfer from Adler at the hotel, but back from the hotel to Adler - at one of the tour desks, it turned out to be 30% cheaper.
For children
The hotel has a good playground, plenty of space to ride scooters, and the children's pool area is great. There is a children's room, but that's one name. In fact, this is not a fenced-off nook in the corridor of the second floor, where you can play with dolls or assemble a construction kit. Maybe the kids will spend half an hour there.
Food
We've come to the most interesting part. The main feature of the hotel is that it operates on an all-inclusive system. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in a separate canteen building. This is exactly the dining room, both in terms of the interior and the menu. The dishes are simple: several types of meat in some kind of gravy, some fresh vegetables and salads, potatoes, buckwheat, pasta, and one type of pastry for dessert. Of course, this is not the whole menu, but for a general idea. You're unlikely to stay hungry, but you can't call it a pleasure either. My mother worked as a cook in sanatoriums and hotels for many years, and mostly scolded chefs in Europa. But looking at the hotel guests picking up mountains of food and stuffing it with ladles of mayonnaise, I understand that everyone has their own criteria. The dining room is always noisy and crowded.
In between main meals at the pool bar, you can have unlimited tea/coffee with sweets (in the morning), ice cream, burgers, fries (in the afternoon), popcorn (in the evening). As well as unlimited wine and chacha. They are poured directly from the jugs.
The contingent of vacationers
So I finally came to the one that I liked the least. This is a huge number of people, and many of them drink literally from morning to evening. But in the evening, "sitting" is a simple sacred thing. Let me explain that I work in the field of tourism myself, I treat tourists well, I understand everything, but still, I strongly associate "Europe" with tourists of a rather low culture. Well, it's not surprising, the hotel is cheap, all inclusive. They really drink all day long both at the hotel and outside (on the beach). In the evening, someone is dancing until they drop in the street, someone is having a showdown with relatives.
There weren't many tourists in April, so it wasn't so stressful, but in May I finally realized that this hotel wasn't for us.
To summarize. Europa is suitable for you if you are willing to endure a lot of minor inconveniences and relax mostly surrounded by drunks, but at least relax for a penny. Although I know that summer holidays here are not so budget-friendly anymore.
Our family comes to Abkhazia regularly, the experience of staying in a hotel of this format was the first. We concluded for ourselves that we will continue to relax in small hotels and camp sites.

Which is terrible: Rotovirus!!!!! Everyone is sick, absolutely all the vacationers of the hotel! Personally, I was sick for all 14 days that we rested there, I returned home with relief, well, it's just terrible, you need to keep an eye on your dining room!
As a result, we went to eat outside the hotel, I left breakfast at the hotel for myself and apparently this was my terrible mistake, since my husband recovered much faster (he completely refused to eat at the hotel).

Take rubber shower slippers, you won't regret it. I took a hanging cosmetic bag - it served as a shelf. The food is delicious, but monotonous, but a lot! In general, it's not bad, especially since the price is small, the ticket was burning. Be careful with fruits, wash them thoroughly, by the way, there are only two glasses in the room from the dishes, no plates, no forks, I had to take disposable ones to wash and eat cherries. There is a garbage dump outside the gate, the road to the sea is mainly through a construction site, there are fragments of fittings on the beach, be careful, they are in the sea, you need to be more careful!

For Gagra....it is quite an excellent option, 3,300 rubles per day in April 2023, standard BB, in the center of the Novaya Gagra district, a large saltwater pool, heated +26 degrees, with sun loungers, umbrellas by the pool itself (which works right up to 22.00, with backlight). It was a cool room, fresh, the hotel is only 3 years old since it was built, it's a pity, without a kettle, but with a refrigerator!). The breakfasts are normal, they cooked delicious. The sea is just around the corner, about 300 meters, but on our arrival it was cold, they did not appreciate it. In the evening, we sat on the shore when the weather allowed, although it was windy and cool, opened a bottle of champagne "Lykhny" and relaxed, looked into the distance). They did not regret that they chose Europa , and not Amra SPA, for 10,500 rubles. room on HB and 8,500 rubles on BB. The contingent of vacationers at the hotel, family people, without drunks and screaming, drunk men. There is a weak animation for children and adults. There are quite a lot of children. Near the hotel, Pyaterochka, a market, souvenirs, a million shops, bakeries, canteens, cafes.We are satisfied in general! For that kind of money, fine! Because lame guest houses on the outskirts, they charge 1,500 rubles per room, but it's trash to live there. And Europe, according to the execution of the case, reminds us of the Karat hotel in Sochi for space money.
We ate in the well-known cafe -canteen "Compote", at the beginning of the market... In the dining room, which is closer to the street, it is impossible to sit at all — mosquitoes cling to it. Nearby, pigeons sit on wooden beams on the roof in a bakery and can safely do their business on the lower chairs and tables. I've never seen such trash in any hotel in my life. They put us in a room without warm blankets. I had to ask at the reception. Cleaning and clean towels are available on request. I had to pay extra to live higher. The next room was on the sixth floor, small, there was nowhere to put even a suitcase, but with a balcony. There are 9 squares of residential area.
There is a kettle on the floor and there is no water in the rooms. It is not in the coolers on the floor or in the hotel in general. Somehow I had to go to look for a store at night, because I was very thirsty.

We had a rest at the Europa hotel from June 6 to 11, we liked the rest. The hotel is inexpensive, modern, new, clean, the territory is not green, only small plants are planted, it will be better in a couple of years. The room was standard on the 4th floor, small in size, but for two adults and a child of 3 years old, quite. The bed is large, the mattress is very comfortable, the three of us slept comfortably, extra.the place was not needed. The dining room is in a detached building, the food is homemade, delicious, simple, without frills, there is enough choice. The pool is large, the child liked it, it is shallow in the middle, just for small children. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, sun beds are paid, 200 rubles 1 sunbed for the whole day. Thanks to all the hotel staff! personally, our stay at this hotel was a success, after 15 years of visiting Abkhazia again. By the way, take beach towels with you, you can't take them out of the room. From the experience of holidays abroad, I didn't even think about it. I had to buy on the market)

The location is normal, not very far from the sea and the city center. As a result, I paid 70,000rubles. we arrived at the hotel a month later, waited from 7 to 14:00 to check in (we always checked in earlier everywhere, but that's okay, like the rule is the same) we checked in at about 14:30, we go into the room, and there the whole floor is in bottles, garbage, the bed is dirty, went to find out, they we didn't know that we didn't have time to clean up, and they gave us another room, for this money, we had a 2-bed room with a cot and a double bed, although it was paid for 2 adults, for a child, and a 2-year-old was free. As a result, we went to lunch, it was delicious, but very simple food. We went to the pool, took a swim and the next day the child started vomiting alone, turned to their honey, they said they couldn't help and sent us to the hospital for our money, there was a wonderful doctor there, gave an injection, and the child lay all day then in the room, the next day it was like with the youngest, it was okay without a hospital, but with a fever. We ate the same food all day, they cook delicious, but quite simply, (buckwheat, pasta, cutlets, soup, dumplings, pancakes with cottage cheese, boiled or fried chicken, stewed cabbage) and so on every day, only a biscuit from sweets. Everyone from the hotel has almost been to the hospital, they have a strong infection apparently in the pool, you can only hear people talking about the pool and vomiting! The rooms are cleaned only if you put up a request for cleaning, and they don't want to change the bed, they threw up on the corner of the bed at night, and there was a trace on it, they swept the room, but the bed remained like this! It is cheaper to find a hotel with the same food. The dining room is also not the best in this hotel. The dishes are not signed, the plates and spoons were constantly running out. Dishes are hand-washed, greasy. Nowadays, you can already buy a dishwasher. Food gets boring on the third day, everything repeats every day. I liked the room, the kettle was on the floor, it was taken to the room and not returned. The administrators did not respond in any way to our request to find a kettle. I didn't like the beach, walking far down a dirty street.Concrete blocks and garbage are lying around, stray dogs are running everywhere. It all started with the fact that we stopped by at 2 a.m., and settled us, contrary to promises, at 2 p.m. Of course, there is more of a question for the tour operator, but the girl from the reception desk directly told us that they have free rooms for the night, but she will not check us in there, since they must be booked in advance. When settling in a company of 5 people, we found that a room for three is 2 times smaller than a room for two, there was not even a closet in the room, a full-fledged third bed too, instead of it a low cot, thank you that I am miniature. It is unclear how the rooms were distributed. I won't even write about the fact that everything is bad with cleaning. The promised buffet cannot be called a buffet - an ordinary canteen. The promised bar consisted of beer and watered-down wine. And of course, everyone caught rotavirus on the third day of our stay there, in the end it all ended with an ambulance trip to the hospital. I could write everything off to the water from the sea and the pool, but at the hospital the nurse (by the way, not only she) reported that from our hotel (UNLIKE the OTHERS) they come with similar symptoms with enviable regularity, from which draw your own conclusions.
Of the advantages - the sea is a 5-minute walk away, a swimming pool on site.

And the cherry on the cake - a young Abkhazian woman with an unfriendly face is sitting in the middle of the hall, vigilantly looking out so that someone does not take something out of the hall with them or does not eat something superfluous. In the early days, we tried to greet her sweetly, smile, thank her for anything!!! She should have a whip in her hand or a gun. She's quite a personality, we called her an SS person among the vacationers. The staff throughout the hotel is unfriendly, unsmiling. I have traveled to Abkhazia many times, I love the country, I just adore the Abkhazians, but this trip is just a nightmare. We were there once, I don't want to anymore.
We had a rest from July 3 to July 15, 2 adults and 2 children, lived in 2 combined standard rooms on the 4th floor with a sea view. The rooms are clean, the furniture is good, the plumbing is serviceable.
Of the advantages:
A closed and well-maintained territory, an excellent swimming pool, a private beach, a leisurely 10 minutes walk to it, and the dining room is rather a plus, it is clear that the staff is trying. There is not much variety, but you will not stay hungry. I didn't like only the breakfasts, the porridges are overcooked and sweet, and I got tired of everything else on day 3. Next to the canteen, they have a bakery with very tasty pastries, so they had breakfast for her.
Of the cons:
Cleaning!!! I read the reviews and realize that we were unlucky with the cleaner. We didn't have any daily cleaning, once every 3 days I had to go and look for a cleaner, ask for toilet paper, vacuum, etc. We threw out the garbage ourselves. Fortunately, I brought shampoo and shower gel with me, I bought liquid soap at a local store.
For 13 days of stay, linen and towels were changed 1 time!!! They just forgot about us. I went for 4 days and asked for a change, the linen was not changed, the towels were brought incomplete 2 days before departure. In short, this is kapets.
The dining room! It's great that she's in a detached building! After visiting the dining room, I had to take off all my clothes and hang them on the balcony, they were soaked with all the "aromas" of this institution.
Our children didn't even eat there, they didn't even want to go there.
Well, how can I not say about the cerberus woman in the dining room! Once she yelled at us that she couldn't see our bracelets))) it was raining and we were wearing sweatshirts)

But I was just annoyed by the attitude of the young staff, when I first came with a question about changing linen and towels, the young man and the girl just started looking at each other and giggling during the conversation, I was blown away by such rudeness and left.

The hotel has its own free beach, but it takes about 15 minutes to walk around the city, but the sun beds and umbrellas are free! Room service is 4 out of 5, the disadvantage is that they do not wipe the table and bedside tables, they do not vacuum under the beds, the linen is changed every 5 days. Our room is a 1-room standard twin of 11m2, but it's a little cramped for 3. Minus - there is no locker, it was hard with things, they were lying all over the room. Plus, there is a clothes dryer, it stood on the balcony every day. If you take a room with access to the pool, then goodbye to peace for a few hours (the pool closes at 8 o'clock), and this is music and shouting into the microphone. The food was delicious, but there was not much variety, but we ate enough and even found something to feed the child. The staff is good, there are no complaints about them, well done! From entertainment, there were some gatherings like the mafia, needlework circles, etc. They have something like a snack bar right on the territory, you can sit there, eat kebabs or shawarma. There is also a sauna, but I remember it was flooded only 1 time and was not heated anymore. The playground is already tired. But when we left, it seems they wanted to update it.. There is a fairly diverse menu, there is plenty to choose from, even a one-year-old child can be safely fed. Since we had 3 meals a day, we didn't eat anywhere, we were quite full. Our room was "comfort", I did not go into the others, so there is nothing to compare it with. The room on the ground floor with access to the pool is very convenient because it is fashionable to go out straight from the room in a swimsuit and dry the linen well. In the room: a large bed, a table, a chair, two bedside tables, a TV, a refrigerator, a large mirror, a heater, air conditioning; in the hallway: a wardrobe, a small shoe rack and wall hangers; in the bathroom: toilet, sink, mirror, shower, hairdryer, towel dryer. The service is excellent, the very responsive girls cleaned the room every day and even changed the linen for us several times in 10 days. The pool is nice and spacious, but you can't really swim in it. There is not enough greenery on the territory, but there are so many young plantings, so in a couple of years it will be more interesting. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the hotel's beach. There are not always enough sun beds for everyone who wants to lie by the sea. The beach is clean, cleaned all the time.
Minuses:
- there is no playground for small children, and there were many of them. There is a playground for children from 6 years old, no less and a sports ground, but I would like for the very little ones - a sandbox, safe swings / carousels, fencing, so that the children can safely go there and sit while they play.
- there are no decking / paths on the beach, the stroller has to be dragged on itself, or rather behind itself. I was alone with the child, I had to drag it back and forth on gravel, the stroller gets stuck all the time. In general, please make wooden paths for the administration, along which it will be convenient to carry the stroller to the descent to the sea.
- a dumpster to the left of the secondary exit to the territory. Well, not really. It's not at all pleasant to go through and see all this..

From morning to evening (a break for a quiet hour from 13 to 15), the basses of cheerful music are hammered under the cheers of the animators, the noise insulation of the windows is weak - it interferes with rest. Abkhazia is a paradise for smokers, in the absence of legal restrictions, they smoke everywhere. In the evening, under the eye on the shore of the pool, many fans of spoiling the air with tobacco smoke are sitting at tables. It's bad for a non-smoking person - the window can't be opened. You can't breathe clean air. If you want peace and quiet, it is better to take a room with a view of the mountains (but not to the market). Full board meals. This is not very convenient, since it is tied to the time of the meal. It would be better to offer a choice: full board or breakfast. The food is not bad, but monotonous. Buffet. I often had to wait for clean glasses. The waiters are slow in Abkhaz. In a word, you can relax here, but there are better places.

Good afternoon.We stayed at this hotel in August of this year. It's a disgusting hotel, I don't want the enemy to get there. Boorish people are sitting at the reception, the administrator Fatima especially did not like, raises her voice, is not customer-oriented, have a conversation with them, send them to communication trainings or at least somehow influence them! The hotel is unsanitary, especially in the dining room, a complete nightmare is going on, there was no desire to eat there. The children caught rotovirus there, the whole vacation was ruined, they asked us to call a taxi to the hospital, the administrators couldn't even do that, they ran around looking for a taxi with a sick child in their arms! In the room, instead of a bed, they gave a cot that sags to the floor. Towels were not changed, towels were only for hands, they were not given large ones at all, we asked the staff for them, in response we received rude answers. It's a long walk to the sea, the beach is terrible, even the locals don't like it, it's dirty, garbage everywhere + construction! THE REST WAS RUINED 100%. I WILL NOT GIVE THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE WITH CHILDREN!

There is zero service, you don't care at the reception, they checked in for 40 minutes, they wrote down all the questions and forgot about it. I have to come up and ask a hundred times! It is necessary to ask for rooms to be cleaned, bed linen and towels are changed every 6 days, but they have not been changed for us. And in the dining room there is an unsanitary environment, pigeons, birds, cats, etc. eat together. You caught rotavirus immediately, you can only get a taxi to the hospital to help you, where in general you will be treated for a decent amount. "All inclusive", as it were, drinks in the bar mixed with water, as if there were a lot of people, dirt all around. The water was turned off almost every day. Imagine, after the sea and there is no water here and walking like this all day. Umbrellas are naturally few on the beach for so many, and the beach is small. In the middle of July, the sea was still dirty. Splinters, debris floated. Not worth the money, unfortunately. I shouldn't have chosen another hotel that was offered to us.
