We rested in this hotel from 07/26.23 to 08/05.23. What I want to say! The hotel is super, the service is super. I would like to express special attention and gratitude to Muhammad, the waiter boy in the restaurant on the 2nd floor, and the taf-taf drivers. You guys are just great, thank you for your kindness and hospitality. I will return to this hotel more than once.

Great hotel in Egypt! The meeting and check-in to the room were held at the highest level. Without delay, the keys were given out, the luggage was taken and our vacation began. The service in the restaurant is excellent, the buffet and the abundance of dishes amaze with their variety. The territory of the hotel is large, beautiful, a large number of swimming pools!

We arrived at this hotel on December 28, 2023.
We did not read the reviews, we trusted the tour operator, who sent us more than once before and knew our requests.
The territory - no complaints, except for dirty rags on the fences - as I understand it, these are curtains covering the fence along the pools.
The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. However, there are no small things like toothpaste, a disposable machine, etc., those that you do not want to take with you to a 5-star hotel.
There are no toothpicks or napkins on the tables, when we asked the staff to bring napkins, the waiter asked - why do you need them?(
There is no Wi-Fi in the room, which was very upsetting!
The staff is not customer-oriented.
We might have stayed, regardless of these little things. But! Nutrition - I have never seen a more meager diet anywhere! Very small selection of dishes (in pans for some reason))everything is so modest, poor and not tasty, like in a 3-star hotel! There was only one salad, one soup, zero seafood, turkey from meat, which you can't take yourself, the cook put it to my friend, but a very small piece and my friend had to ask him to put a little more. On the second floor in the restaurant, oilcloths are green and red on the tables, as in the USSR (
As a result, the next day we paid extra and left for the Rixos hotel from this nightmare (And we dragged our suitcases ourselves, we stopped the bass on the way, they were quite high there, we dragged heavy suitcases into the bass ourselves, the driver sat and patiently watched..
I put two stars for the rooms - there are no complaints about them! I would put zero for food !

We are resting at the hotel now. I am delighted with everything! The hotel grounds are surrounded by greenery. Manicured shrubs and lawns. The beach is clean, there is a bartender on duty all the time and several people who help with everything. I wanted to turn the sunbed to the sun myself, the employee immediately went and turned it himself. They often come by and ask if everything is okay? Several people are constantly on duty near the pools. To move a sunbed, to move an umbrella, to bring a drink - they understand by the look! They don't just sit, but watch both the order and the people. The food is at the highest level!!! A variety of dishes, everything is fresh, the waiters work perfectly. The chef of the restaurant came up last night. I was wondering if everything is well cooked, maybe something is missing? It turns out that they have a constant practice. It's not the first time I've been on vacation in Egypt, but I've never seen such a level of service. We are filled with positive emotions!! Now only to this hotel, if in Egypt. Solid 5+.

We are resting now, I am delighted. We have a room with a sea view, after renovation. Amazing!!!! Cleanliness, spacious, excellent cosmetics. The animators are great. The service is felt!!! They say it's hard to please me, but I'm very happy. The only thing is that the restaurant is noisy, the level is lower than the hotel itself in terms of relaxation. But in general, it does not spoil anything, but only delights and causes sincere gratitude to the staff and managers of the hotel.

Yes - the furniture is not new, but it is in excellent condition and the rooms are perfectly clean! This is very important to me!
The food in the restaurant is varied and very tasty. The choice of fruits and sweets is the most gorgeous! A large selection of meat, fish, sea reptiles. There is a separate menu for vegetarians and vegans. The chef himself oversees the serving and the work of the chefs. Sometimes he comes up and asks if everything is delicious and if he likes everything. The waiters work fast!
The beach is wide and sandy - it's the best for kids. There are a lot of sun beds - there is enough for everyone with a reserve. The service is great. Waiters are constantly coming with drinks. Everything is clean.
2 pantones - you can swim from one to the other - watch the reef.
The hotel is level - but there is a bus to the beach. And it's convenient to walk with a stroller - you don't have to jump up stairs.

The hotel exceeded expectations. We were a family with a daughter for 10 years, the end of February and the beginning of March. I have been considering this hotel for a vacation for a couple of years, but there were no direct flights, then quarantine interfered. This year the stars have come together. The service is excellent, starting with the reception and restaurants, and ending with cleaning. Someone wrote that they require money for relocation to the best rooms, this is not the case, if the hotel has available rooms of the best category, then they settle without waiting for gratitude. The restaurant is a separate story, but I will say briefly, the food is fresh, the choice is just eye-watering. I really liked eggs Benedict for breakfast (I remembered the movie the runaway bride) I realized in what form I like eggs the most. A huge selection of puffs, croissants and donuts. And this is not the whole breakfast list. Lunch and dinner a variety of meat and fish for every taste, three types at least. Spirits are also decent, although local.
The territory is large, the descent to the sea is quite steep, but there is a shuttle every 15-20 minutes.
The animation team - fire, lighters, although there were many new guys, but they joined the team and became like relatives to all the guests of the hotel, it was a pity to part.
The beach was large, there were enough sun beds for everyone, two entrances to the sea, one floating pontoon, we just liked it, the second pier.
We dream of returning again, this is the first hotel in Egypt where the whole family wants to go again.

We stayed at this hotel in December 2021. I liked everything very much. The staff is smiling, polite, and diligent. The hotel is well landscaped. There are 7 restaurants, 8 or 9 bars, 2 mini golf, volleyball, basketball, football, darts, table tennis, billiards, children's playgrounds, 2 pantones. Foam disco. Snorkeling, diving, shops, hookah bar, taf tafs travel around the territory for ease of movement. The territory is large and well maintained. Just well done.

We had a rest in August 2023. Initially, I planned another hotel, but after reading the obviously paid identical reviews, I decided to choose another one. I chose the Sultan. And I'm very glad. I didn't want to leave. Yes, everything is really good, and the food, and the beach, and the service. We took a boat trip to the Rasmohammad Nature Reserve, so the reef in the hotel is better. And it's more diverse, and if you don't swim very well, then it's calmer.

We had a rest in late March and early April. Together with her husband. Our room with a sea view was located on the first line of buildings. From the window of our room we could see the sea and the sunrise. After our building there are 2 more rows of buildings, which are located like in a theater: each is slightly higher than the previous one. That is, the sea will be visible from the second floor of each building. And there are many more buildings throughout the territory, including villas with private pools for each room.
Cleaning. Clean up cleanly. Sometimes, as with all people, they forget to wipe or report something. But on a call, everything is promptly resolved. Every time the bedspread is rolled up in a new way - very cute.
The territory is large, well-groomed, mountainous. After reading the reviews, we were preparing for big "marches" on foot. But for us, it was not long and not difficult to get around the territory, despite the slopes and ascents. They rarely used taf-taf (a bus that constantly runs through the territory).
A beach with two pontoons, rather short in length. So going swimming and watching fish is not at all tiring. Beautiful coral reef, a wide variety of fish. We saw stingrays, Napoleons. There was a wind for 2 days, at this time it is forbidden to swim at sea.
Animation is held on the beach from morning to evening: yoga, dancing, games, contests, exercises, darts. Very good, young, energetic and funny animators: Etto, Polina, Misha, Nadia, Scorpio, Francesca. It was sad to part with them.
There are always plenty of sun loungers on the beach. There is a bar and an ice cream machine nearby. Food. The menu is varied: meat, chicken, fish, seafood, yoghurts, cheeses and very tasty confectionery. The waiters themselves bring drinks to the guests, the ones that the visitors order. We had a regular waiter - fast, polite, cheerful, helpful Yusuf. The halls are always clean. There are enough places and food at any time. There are fewer umbrellas than tables in the restaurant on the street. Therefore, there is a slight "strain" to eat in the shade. Our stay at the hotel was timed to coincide with my birthday. The waiter guys set and decorated the table (at the prior request of her husband)), sang and played tambourines, presented a cake with candles. It was also very nice)
The hotel has three a la carte restaurants that you need to book in advance. We were in three: Italian, Indian and American. I liked the cuisine exactly in the order in which I listed the restaurants.
Of all the pools, we have been to only one a couple of times, the one that is 16+. This pool is heated, the pool itself has bar stools and the bar itself. It's sad that all the pools close early. At 17.30 it is necessary to leave the pool, I would like to extend swimming in warm water at least until 20.00.
There is a beautiful amphitheater on the territory, where on certain days they give a performance. In the evening, next to the restaurant, near the pool, a musical program takes place every day: karaoke, live music, violin, vocalists, DJs. We danced)
We went to the Old Market, took a taxi from the hotel. They take you to the market and bring you back to the hotel. The cost is 20 dollars, we agreed for 15.
We had a very good hotel guide, Mohamed (from Biblio Globus). He speaks to the point, briefly, clearly, and does not spend much time on obsessive presentation of tours. On tours, he quickly orients for whom and what will be preferable. It helps to solve any issues promptly. Always in touch.
Upon check-in and check-out, employees load the guests' luggage themselves, bring it and take it by car or bus to the destination. The transfer can be shared, or you can order a separate car in advance by contacting the hotel operators in advance.
There are many other things in the hotel: volleyball, football, a fitness room, sun beds, entertainment places for children, a pool for children, one water slide, souvenir shops, tennis, mini golf, an artist's corner with paintings and decorative products, recreation areas, etc.
Sultan Garden is positioned as the most returnable hotel. I think, in fact, it is. We met many vacationers and indeed most of them are not in Sultan for the first time. We would have come back here too. Nice hotel, lovely staff. Thank you for our magical, fun and unforgettable vacation!

No wonder the hotel is called one of the most returned in Charm. I've learned this from my own experience. Great territory, gorgeous beach, nice rooms, super unobtrusive cool animation. A high-quality buffet from vegetables to seafood and meat (I don't stop making fun of poor compatriots who are picking up mountains of food, like the last time). Excellent bars and pools on site. A gorgeous reef for snorkeling and diving. See the photos on the official website - everything is as it really is. This is the second time in this hotel in a year. We left full of gratitude for our vacation. No hitches, always attention and a real willingness to help, sincere. This is what my vacation is made of and I am grateful to this hotel. The hotel is great and they are gradually making repairs so that everything is only more comfortable and beautiful.
The only thing I don't like:the cart on which they collect the clunky dishes in the hall-it rumbles, spoils and ruins the whole delicate atmosphere of breakfast and dinner (we have mass by the sea with crabs every day). I think that the system will soon "squeeze out" this cart itself as not suitable for the hotel and there will be no trace of it. Otherwise, everything is fine here, even the favorite waiter in the restaurant recognized us and greets us every single day, was nearby. Egypt is developing for the better, but the right places are important everywhere. Sultan Gardens is one of such hotels😍 Caring staff who do not tip (all tips were left at will to those who liked them the most), beautiful rooms (we lived twice with access to the sea), convenience everywhere and in everything. Beautiful reef! Great food in the restaurant. Until the veranda and the renovated part of the restaurant were opened, it was noisy and not very comfortable, but now everything is perfect: beautiful, spacious, cozy and relaxing. Caring waiters, smiling chefs. But the spa in a hotel with bad craftsmen needs to be changed, they do not know how to do massage.

Food: we really liked it. Food for every taste, it is difficult to stay hungry, there are seafood, a large selection of vegetable salads, sweets. The tables are all set, the waiters work quickly. The minus, as in all of Egypt, is the local alcohol.
The territory of the hotel is green, clean, there are heated pools, the beach is large, convenient for children. There are volleyball, football, playgrounds, mini golf on the territory.
There is not a particularly diverse underwater world in the sea. The weather was changeable, there was no wind for a couple of days and it was very warm and good.

I don't know what level those who are delighted with this hotel are used to. Personally, I expected more when the travel agent said that this was the most "returnable" hotel. I would have refunded only half the price, but I did not return to this hotel) No crabs and shrimps, boiled or old, I did not understand. These are the worst seafood from all the countries and hotels where I have been (Cyprus, Italy, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Thailand, Greece..). It is unclear where they buy such things. Ala-kart restaurants are drawn to cheap Moscow eateries, we came and left after 15 minutes — the buffet is better objectively, although a lot leaves much to be desired. The rooms are old. We had problems with both plumbing and the key in our two-room family room. The staff here does not like to solve them promptly, again a fact.
The sea is beautiful, yes, but because of the corals, the area where you can swim is very limited.
The weather was generally lucky for us, it was beautiful on our days, even at night it was not as cool as it usually is at this time in Sharma. But the weather has nothing to do with the hotel)
