The hotel is nice, green, very tasty and varied dishes in the restaurant, lots of seafood and pastries. The sea was a little upset. There is little place where you can swim and there is no entry into the sea from the shore.

Everything is fine if you travel using the FAN SAN system with a child, a separate restaurant, and the location of a children's club! The volleyball court is inconveniently located, nothing is visible from the beach, and there is no animation schedule. We rested in 2023, in August, previously I studied the hotel for a long time and tediously, according to reviews, video reviews and even geotags in insta.
I sifted through a lot of options and settled on this hotel.
We have never regretted the choice. The food, the service, is excellent. Alcohol, let's say, Egyptian)
The sea is calm and you can swim in the morning, and this is important, because many places, at best, lower the red flag at lunch. The reef is beautiful and rich.
The only drawback is the evening shows, it's just a cringe and gloom.
I paid extra for the sultan class and this gives additional buns, for example, our clothes were taken to the laundry every day and returned perfectly clean and ironed. Plus, a private transfer from the hotel.
The room was nice, not to complain, and the view is right on the Red Sea and the island of Tirana.
Keep in mind that if you live in a room by the sea, then it's decent to go to the main restaurant uphill, but buses often run around the hotel, which solve this problem.
Since we were vacationing without children, the pool with 16+ access is a separate love.

Nice hotel, but not great. The territory is large, well-groomed, but periodically something is being hammered.. The food is hearty, but the choice is small, from milk -2 types of yoghurts, fruits - apples, oranges, sometimes melon and watermelon. Everything is standard for meat, grill, stew, and some fish, I didn't like the crabs…
Alcohol is not very good, but the beer is not bad..
The sea is good, however, it was windy and there were few fish.. There are no problems with sun beds.
There is no Internet, we went to the reception, you could even watch a video there.
One day there was no water, we washed from bottles.
Overall, the impressions are positive, but we will not go there anymore.

I was in Egypt for the first time with a child and I will say one thing that I liked everything.
The hotel is good, the staff at the hotel is very responsive and friendly, they are never rude and go to a meeting, the rooms are clean, they have disposable shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and milk and are of good enough quality.
The food is varied, there were different days, there is always meat (beef, lamb, veal, chicken), various side dishes, fresh vegetables and fruits. There are a lot of different desserts.
Between breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can always have a snack at the bar. There are many different cocktails.
The territory is sick and well-groomed, there is a tuf-tuf, you can drive it from the sea to the reception if you are too lazy to walk.
The entrance to the sea is high, the coral reef is limited, there is a sandy beach, there is a pantone and there is a pier for those who like to swim at depth.
There are a lot of different fish.
Good animation, both for children and adults.
In general, I recommend the hotel👍

The hotel is not bad, but there are disadvantages: the animators are not professional, sluggish and boring. Especially those who work with children. A kid's club is one name, just a room for overexposing babies. They don't work with school-age children. Mini-discos are of the same type and boring. Evening shows... So-so. For a 5-star hotel, their level is not up to par.
The advantages are the food, the attitude of the staff, the beautiful territory and the sea.

If you don't have time, you don't eat anywhere until lunch. At 9:40, sleepy people trudge to breakfast, jostle, hurry, wait for tables and stand in line. And the staff hurries up: it closes in 5 minutes.... I raised an overslept child with great difficulty. At 8 o'clock in the morning , we were woken up for 2 days in a row by phone calls to the room . I didn't answer, I said we were sleeping. It was not possible to find out who called and why. In general, the hotel is not for recreation. The animation does not work according to a schedule, but as the Animation wanted. He does not want to dance according to the schedule, so there will be no dancing))) the hotel has a spa, they lure you there very actively. But the spa is so-so: the massage is average, the hammam is cold and they try to get rid of it as soon as possible all the time. They literally stand above the soul. There are 3 Ala carte restaurants: French-Canadian (we were there - great, but they do everything for a very long time, they don't have time), Italian and Indian. The service is good.
Food- there is little variety- especially dinners. But the food is of high quality. There was enough seafood, there were a lot of crabs, shrimps often - they are large and tasty. Desserts are wonderful, BUT desserts are often frozen, so you can't even take them, and even more so. Ala kart- there were two: Italian and Indian, Italian - good service, delicious food. Indian- the service is average, the food is long to wait. But it's better to have dinner in an ordinary restaurant than in Alaska.
The staff is good, but not very attentive - the restaurant was often confused and brought the wrong drinks.
The territory is large, hilly- so there is a tuf-tuf, but we did not use it, we need to be ready to walk up stairs and down a hill.
The rooms are spacious, but there is no toothpaste immediately, as the guide said the toothpaste is free, but you need to ask. And why not put it right away if it's free.
The cleaning is average, there is a lot of dust that is not wiped, they treated it from insects for one day- without warning, we went into the room and did not understand why such a smell.
The Internet is normal, but it often works in rooms for 15 minutes, and then disappears for a few minutes. But the Internet covers almost the entire territory.
The beach is excellent, there are two piers - the first is calm, convenient entrance, comfortable, few people, you can take towels right at the pier. The second pier is a pontoon, not so convenient, there are a lot more people there because there is a bar, music and a venue for all events nearby. There are a lot of sun beds and there are always free ones.
The reception is excellent, you can come up to clarify everything. They know Russian well, when they left, they called to pick up their suitcases. In a minute or two, they were already taken away from us.
On weekends, there is a disgusting contingent, a lot of people come. Who behave abominably, the staff dances around them. You can't approach food on weekends. The most disgusting dinner is Friday and Saturday- since everyone says that these are the most important dinners, but in fact the variety is 1/2 new dishes. But at the same time, the influx of guests is felt only in the restaurant and lobby, on the beaches by the sea and by the pool - everything is also calm. But we were in the middle of February when everyone told us that it was not the season. But we were comfortable, we swam and walked.
Plus, we were given a room with two separate beds for a couple, which when connected were separated, since they were on wheels. We were offered to change it- but we didn't want to move back and forth with things, I would like this moment to be thought out right away
Next to the hotel, right across the street there are shops where you can buy everything you need from souvenirs to a pharmacy, it is much cheaper there than if you go somewhere further.

I signed up, no one knows, the staff is wearing sneakers in the sauna.....they have a very strange approach.The territory has a lot of stone stairs, I understand that this is almost everywhere in charm, we will not go there anymore. The store in the middle of the hotel near the Indian restaurant is godless, I do not advise you to buy anything there, there is a whole street near the hotel, everything is 3-5 times cheaper. The staff - these guys are working, trying, which deserves respect. The overall impression is that there is no head who would keep everything under control, everything is going as it is, and mosquitoes are still very disturbing at night.

We rested from 23.10 to 02.11.
For a long time we chose a hotel based on reviews.
Trevania: lots of greenery, large territory, good cuisine, and of course, a coral reef. Although the price is not cheap, we chose Sultan Garden Resort.
However, I would call the reviews about the "delicious cuisine" exaggerated. Cleanliness, the staff is polite, friendly, most understand Russian.
Good animation (wonderful animators themselves in communication!), both for children and adults.
As a minus, you can count the fact that the hotel is far from the centers for walking. There are only a few stalls on the street nearby. If you want to see some sights, go shopping, sit in cafes, you will have to take a taxi. Minibuses do not run here. You can order a free transfer from the George Clooney store in Telegram.
And, yes! Well, there are a lot of Russian speakers! Feel yourself on the Black Sea beach))) If you remove the service)

We were from 25.10-3.11.23. We liked everything in the hotel! A great team of animators, fun and you can see that the guys are friendly! Thank them for their work ! It 's really very difficult to be lighters from morning to evening , and they have enough strength and energy ! With constant heat, it's generally difficult to stir people up, but they manage both on the beach and in the hotel!
The food at the hotel also pleased especially meat dishes ( variety - fried, stewed, grilled, minced meat ) , many noted pastries , but we do not eat it , although I will not hide it looks appetizing .seafood daily . Fruits too, apples persimmon pomegranate mango dates. The upper restaurant is always cheerful and friendly waiters.
There is no crowd in the pools, you can safely swim in an adult way. The beach is great . And there are a lot of fish.
The only thing missing was chips at the beach bar (but this is my personal paddock).
All sorts of beach trivia and souvenirs are in the kiosks opposite the hotel, they are like in Russia, oil perfumes and other creams in these pavilions are better not to take-bullshit and divorce. In pharmacies they speak Russian, the medicines are of high quality.
I'd go back to Sultan again.
