We are currently resting here from July 20 to July 27, 2022.
Disgusting inattention to customers. Waiters, bartenders, 90% of the staff talk and smile a lot, but they don't do their job.
There is a problem with towels every time. If he didn't see how you put the dirty stuff, then you have to prove that you didn't steal it.
Ala cards for 4-, a problem with the service, food restrictions. In the Italian ala carte, the heat is wild and the wait is from 50 to 70 minutes for the dish.
Meals in the main restaurant for 4. There is no question of any abundance of seafood dishes. Regular meals. The contingent of the hotel behaves uncivilized, which is not controlled by the staff. They climb without waiting in line and so on. At every step, you have to strain yourself, prove something, constant tension, not rest.
The poor rating is mainly due to poor service and organization at the hotel.

Decent rooms .
Excellent service and overall service.
The territory is large.
Private beach with sun beds and a bar.
There are 4 swimming pools on site.

Great hotel. The quality is clearly higher than the cost. Excellent quality of food in the main restaurant, very good snack bars, I really liked the Italian alakart, but the American one disappointed. The sea and the beach are gorgeous. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms have a view of the construction site and are smoky through. They often give crabs, but it is impossible to eat them, frozen or old, they gave rolls with the remains of squid in batter in the middle. Desserts are delicious and beautiful, fruits without frills, drinks and juices in packs, alcohol as everywhere, you can have a snack pizza, burgers, pancakes, but they do not cook very hard.
