We had a rest in early June 2023. The hotel is beautiful, a huge well-groomed territory, Taf-taf runs. The food is excellent, different types of meat, seafood every day, a variety of fruits, cheeses, pastries, juices, alcohol, a separate children's menu. The hotels have their own SPA, diving club, sightseeing services. Its own reef is long and beautiful. The entrance to the sea is a good place for swimming, there are always enough sun beds.
Live music, animation, disco.
The staff is above all praise, good-natured, polite, humorous, speak Russian well. The rooms are in excellent condition, the sound insulation is good, they are cleaned every day. There is an alley of shops near the hotel, the prices are reasonable.
I recommend it for recreation.

Territory! Very big, beautiful, green, well-groomed! The hotel is located on a hill . There are many stairs to go down to the sea or vice versa to go up to the restaurant or reception! But every 5 minutes a tuk-tuk goes through the territory and will take you there and back! There are a lot of swimming pools, good playgrounds for children, there are also cafes with drinks on the beaches, you can have a snack with pizza or pancakes, and also have lunch in a cafe overlooking the sea) there are 6 or 7 swimming pools on the territory, there is a swimming pool where children are not allowed))
Sea and beach . The beach strip is long, there are a lot of sunbeds, sand with small pebbles, does not bother) the sea did not really like it, there is simply nowhere to swim without a mask, buoys after 2 meters and corals at once!(( there are 2 pontoons, too, everything is fenced, a few fish swim, I saw better beaches and the sea ((

The choice of sweets is impressive , varied and delicious ) the breakfasts are mediocre , there was a 10- minute queue for scrambled eggs today (( tomatoes as a delicacy and not tasty ! Fruits -grapes , apples, melon is not tasty , mango is delicious ) there are good soups for lunch .
There are also 3 Ala-kart restaurants!Indian cuisine, French, Italian) for free, you need to sign up for a reception!
Numbers . I have a 2nd building and a 2nd floor with a sea view, the view is certainly beautiful! The rooms are decent , the cleaning is normal,
There is a hairdryer, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, on request a toothbrush and toothpaste, a mini bar with water and lemonades, a kettle of coffee and tea) a balcony with a dryer !).
The conder is noisy ( lizards were said to crawl into the rooms on the 1st floor )
Animation. Excellent , funny guys , try very hard to attract to their events , sociable ) the show programs in the evenings are good ! After them, live music, different singers sing every evening)) many people dance )
There are a few shops and a few more hotels outside the territory ! Delicious and large mangoes 1 dollar -1 kg)
The hotel's guests are mainly families with children, elderly couples, Russians, Kazakhs, a few Italians and Ukrainians, Arabs.
The staff is 50/50, someone is very friendly, someone can ignore, but it's nice to serve foreigners))

This is the best hotel in Charm!
We came twice and we will go again!
We found a real pearl on the Red Sea!
A huge plus of the hotel is its staff. We have never experienced such cordiality and genuine care anywhere on vacation, and we travel a lot.
The food is excellent, varied. For any needs. Lofty's manager is wonderful, sensitive and caring. All the waiters are clever! They run, bring everything quickly and with a smile. The chef is always in the hall, always watching everything.
The hotel is clean, there are no abandoned corners. Everything is being corrected and improved in time. The territory is very well maintained. Management is on top.
There is a sandy entrance to the sea, small, but it is there! And as many as 2 piers.
There are lifeguards at each pool. There is a diving center with excellent instructors.

I was going to this hotel for three years, but we arrived after the pandemic and other prohibitions. The place is ours. Spacious territory, several restaurants, sandy beach.
There is a mini golf, several pools and a specific fitness center, and it also has a spa center where they do a cool massage.
And there are buses running around the territory for lazy guests, and there is animation for children. Ice cream. This is a great hotel.
We liked to relax here, rarely when I would have returned somewhere, but I would have returned here...

A large , beautiful territory . We lived in a junior suite with Jacuzzi and sea view. A large quality room with everything you need. They constantly brought compliments from the hotel : fruits , a birthday cake , a basket of sweets . A very nice reef and one of the best beaches in Egypt. The sea was warm in January. There is a heated swimming pool and an adult-only bar. The food is delicious , without frills , but there is a large selection . In general, I recommend the price and quality of the hotel.

A great hotel, we visited it in 2007 and in 2023. The food is good, the rooms are spacious. Of course, the reef has changed for the worse in 16 years, then back in 2007 it was a fairy tale, now there are a lot of dead zones (it's a pity). The pools are gorgeous, the territory is large and well maintained. In April, we fly to this hotel again, it's very good there, I've been to many hotels with Charm, but everything is somehow wrong ...

We went with my family in the period from 07/01/2023 to 07/08/2023, I really liked the hotel, clean, the rooms are good, the furniture is not old, I especially remember the food, just 5+, the food is delicious, as close as possible to European, there was even borscht), and so much meat, fruits, vegetables, there is diet food. The entrance to the sea, of course, is from a pontoon, from the beach the entrance is waist-deep water, just right for children. The animation is good, as usual in this kind of hotels! In general, I recommend the hotel to everyone!

We have been there 3 times already. The hotel is not new, but every time we find some improvements and alterations, which pleases))). The food is decent. The reef at the hotel is colorful, lively and densely populated with all kinds of animals. Turtles swim in, and eagle rays have been observed a couple of times. The pontoons on the beach are short, which is convenient for parents with children - you do not need to stomp long distances to swim with fish. The department has an excellent diving center Eagle divers. P.S. : Of course, there are some shortcomings, but they are compensated by the general atmosphere, good service, food and the beach!

We have been to Sultán Gardens 2 times: in 2009 and in April 2023. In my opinion, it has become better) A large well-groomed territory, many pools, bars. There are 3 A la carte restaurants. For stays of 7 nights, 2 visits were included. We were in Indian and Italian - I liked everything. The food in the main restaurant is also at a very high level. Everything is fresh and delicious: fish, meat, seafood (squid, octopus). The service has always been excellent, the staff is very friendly and not annoying.
I really liked the beach and the home reef with a variety of corals and fish.
I would also like to mention the local Eagle divers dive club. Very friendly and professional.
