A nice hotel with its own beach, we didn't even need all the pools - we were only in the sea. There is a reef with fish, so take masks with you, there is something to see. The food is good, everything was delicious and hot and desserts. The rooms, although not fresh, are in good condition. If you are going with your family, take suites 650-660 second floors, there is a beautiful view from the window.
The territory of the hotel is cool, everything is well maintained and it is large.

We stayed at this hotel from January 6 to January 13, 2023. The reality has exceeded all expectations! A large area with magnificent landscaping, a spacious room cleaned daily, excellent varied meals, 3 heated pools, a well-maintained beach. I met the New Year 2024 at this hotel. I was met at the Airport, accommodated in room 467 first line with a beautiful view of the sea! The room is spacious, balcony, comfortable bed, full mini bar every day (Haneken, Cola, Fanta, Sprite, juices, Shveps, chips, chocolate) The food in the main restaurant is excellent, breakfast in the room for a choice of 4 complexes plus fresh. The cocktails in the bars are not bad, but the big minus is that the Ultra package does not include normal alcohol, and locally produced drinks of poor quality. Paid drinks are also questionable because there are normal ones in the window, but they are poured from non-branded bottles. The area is very green, the reef is beautiful. Tuf Tuf drives well, the staff is friendly, polite, everyone smiles and welcomes guests! The animation is normal! The staff understands and speaks Russian. I rate it positively!👍🏻

It was a great vacation! The food is varied, we didn't have time to try everything in 12 days!!! And fish and meat and seafood and fast food even. Snacks in bars are waffles and burgers and pizza, everything is always fresh and delicious, the drinks are delicious, the water is always cold. The pools are clean, warm, but we are always at sea, what reefs... what fish, I really liked it. The room was overlooking the sea, beautiful. The territory is beautiful, green, well-groomed, for those who are too lazy to move)) Taf-taf is always there.
We cleaned every day, changed the linen, it seems to me, too, every day, it's always clean, the water in the room is 2 large bottles. Ahmed did a great job, he kept 100% clean. I must say that the restaurant manager was very kind. At our request, we had porridge and soup cooked separately every time we came. But if the child is hungry, you have to wait 10-15 minutes. In general, the food is excellent and varied (great!), the staff is hospitable, they clean everything instantly, they show a lot of attention to the child: they put high chairs, they often ask if everything is okay. Strangely, there are no napkins on the tables. And small spoons. It is unclear where to get it. I have to ask. They carry it, but you can also put it on the table except for fabric ones. It causes a certain inconvenience. And sometimes the cook works hard in a restaurant. They took sweatshirts. But you can't please everyone).
Descent to the beach via ladders or a serpentine road. A bus runs along it every 15 minutes. But not all of them fit into it, so I had to take the stroller down the mountain and uphill). There are 30 stairs in front of the beach. Count on it. The beach is clean, the sea is clean, there is a gentle approach for children, very good. There are two pontoons for adults. The cocktails are delicious (I was carrying my alcohol, I didn't drink it), ice cream too. There are many pools.There are 3 heated rooms, 1 of them is for children. The restaurant is open until 17.00, then dinner. The weakest point is animation. The children's animators give out the same thing every night. And, most importantly, they don't even have an idea to light up the children. They speak the memorized text in the language of a strict teacher. No emotions.. We all exchanged glances with our parents while the animation was going on, how emotionless it was. Even the children run to hug one girl, joyful, she pushes them away(. Why go to such a job if you don't like children so much... It's terrible, to be honest. You also need to work with adult animation. By the way, it's better on the beach. There's a very active guy there. And yoga, and step, and games, belly dancing, full of everything. There is a market and a pharmacy opposite the hotel, which is important. In the hotel store, prices are 2 times higher, even taking into account the auction.
Cleaning. They left tips. But the laundry is in the special.the package was never taken away, although the sultan class includes free laundry. They took everything home to wash, there was no desire to ask. The bar is replenished every day. We had a cue ball, but they put it on the table anyway))). By the way, the refrigerator has withstood 6 days of storage of our kefir.
To summarize. You can return, but settles further away from the party - closer to the sea). To grow up a child so as not to carry mashed potatoes and diapers (5- 8 bucks 7 pieces))).
I miss restaurant food: meat, fish, sauces, lots of greens, pastas, beans, waffles, pancakes, pancakes, focaccia, crabs, beef and lamb are just great. The weather and nature in December are gorgeous, there are few people. According to the reviews of others: they have already returned to Sultan 8 times. So, indeed, one of the best on the coast. We stayed at the hotel with our family from October 27 to November 2. We arrived at the hotel after a night flight, checked into the room within 40 minutes. The tour was based on the fun &sun concept, we were upgraded to an improved family room with a Jacuzzi (which was never used). The room was conveniently located next to the reception by the adult pool, but in the evenings it was terribly noisy, as discos and music continued until 12 at night. If you go to bed early, it's better not to take a room there. The territory of the hotel is huge, several swimming pools (some with heating), a beach, 3 Ala carte restaurants. There is a small bus running through the territory, you can use it to get to any point. We did not use it, as it takes 7 minutes to walk from our room to the beach. The beach is sandy, the entrance from the water is a couple of meters for splashing, there are two pontoons for swimming. The reef is rich, fish can be seen just standing on a pontoon, herons also flew in, swimming masks were bought across the street, prices range from 10 to 30 dollars per mask. The hotel has animation, a children's room, a spa center, a gym. Food: a varied buffet, you could always find dishes to your liking. For breakfast, you can order fresh scrambled eggs or an omelet for the cook, waffles, pancakes, fruits and vegetables, porridges, fresh fruits are also served. For lunch and dinner, there are grilled dishes, delicious shawarma of various types was served, beef and chicken kebabs, crabs a couple of times, once shrimp and lamb ribs, and fresh mango was also sliced. The ice cream from the vending machine in the dining room is not tasty, once during the rest they put ice cream from containers, it was delicious. White wine was tried from alcohol, it was poured from bags, but it is light and tastes quite pleasant. The staff is very friendly and always tries to help. And at the reception, and on the beach (they help to stay on a sunbed), and in the dining room (the guys even remembered what we drink from drinks). Only pleasant impressions remained from the rest, thanks for the Sultan Gardens vacation. p.s. The reef is beautiful, especially after 16, when it is favorably illuminated by the sun, there are a lot of fish. There are many pools on the territory, bars nearby, on the beach and near bars, a pizzeria, a snack bar, and a lot of things that we haven't even visited. Two main restaurants, the cuisine of which is beyond competition! So much delicious and varied food has not been seen anywhere else! 3. Room 69sq.m., garden view and a piece of the sea from afar, but we liked it. Floor 2 of 2.
All rooms are built on the principle of duplex.
4. The shuttle (taf-taf) runs, but according to the schedule from 10 to 30 minutes and you can take it only at stops.
But even when he takes you to the sea (1-2 minutes drive), you still have to go down the stairs to the beach (about 25-30 steps)
5. There is a safe in the room for free, the mini-bar is filled only 1 time upon check-in (2 glasses, 2 diamonds and 2 cans of sprite). All. 2 1.5 liters of water are brought to the room daily. Cleaning is daily for a score of 5. The room itself is also normal, everything works.
There was no toothpaste, we forgot our own and they brought it to us for a tip. Towels, bathrobes, slippers.

Very nice hotel, location on the first line, close to Sharm el Sheikh airport.
Excellent service, the staff speaks and understands Russian.
The rooms are a little tired, but comfortable.
The territory is very beautiful, well maintained, lots of flowers.
An open bus runs through the territory, takes you to the beach and back.
Very clean.
The beach is large, sandy, and you have to go down the steps to it. There are two pontoons, you can swim along the reef from pontoon to pontoon about 250 m, very beautiful fish. A small cleared sandbank is bordered by buoys near the beach, where it is convenient for children to splash.
The food is wonderful, everything is very tasty. There are seafood/squid/crabs every day.
There is one slide in the pool.
