The staff is trying hard - the quality of service on the beach, the restaurant near the beach, cleaning, the movement of tuf-tufs according to the schedule has improved. For regular customers, privileges have returned, they are met at the airport by individual transport. If you wish, you can divide the territory on the beach and in more detail the rooms for non-smokers and non-smokers. There are No smoking signs on the doors of the rooms - but on the 2nd floor they smoke from the lower floor. I would also like to open 2 trips to the sea from the beach. Now, in terms of price-quality ratio, the hotel is one of the best in Egypt!

5. The room is super - we have a suite, very large, 1st floor, the terrace is fenced with a hedge, very convenient for small children - there is nowhere to escape)
6. Very attentive staff everywhere

8. Outdoor space in the lobby - a lot of armchairs and sofas with sunshades, a fountain - it's nice to drink coffee or something else)
Cons:
1. Food. There seems to be a lot of it, but there is nothing really to choose, sometimes something tasty comes across, but rarely. Seafood just spoils it. Lamb is delicious, yes rice) from the restaurants on the menu, I unexpectedly liked Italian, and the oriental was not much better than the buffet
2. Alcohol is very sad, you either need to take ultra all, or stock up on duty free
3. If you have a child with a stroller, think carefully about whether you want to go down and up a huge number of stairs to the beach and pool. Buses travel around the territory, but not to the beach itself, and I don't want to wait for them
