There are simply no words, everything is top notch, a chic hotel, a room, a territory, a reef of more than 200 meters , lively , the fish are just a delight, food, everything is delicious, the beach, animation. We have been staying at the hotel since 03.01.2023. By 01/13/2023 This is not our first visit to this hotel. We already have a permanent guest card. I want to come back here again and again. Excellent service, good food: seafood, meat, all kinds of pastries, cheeses, fruits. There is everything even for those who follow a diet. My negative review has become irrelevant - the hotel has returned to its high level! The staff is trying hard - the quality of service on the beach, the restaurant near the beach, cleaning, the movement of tuf-tufs according to the schedule has improved. For regular customers, privileges have returned, they are met at the airport by individual transport. If you wish, you can divide the territory on the beach and in more detail the rooms for non-smokers and non-smokers. There are No smoking signs on the doors of the rooms - but on the 2nd floor they smoke from the lower floor. I would also like to open 2 trips to the sea from the beach. Now, in terms of price-quality ratio, the hotel is one of the best in Egypt!

In Egypt, 3 times.
Knowing that it was cool in winter and the winds were blowing, they doubted whether it was worth going.
We decided to go at the end of December and did not regret a drop. There is no such scorching sun as in summer, it is very pleasant to sunbathe and swim. The tan is smooth, beautiful, the sea is warm, in May it is colder in Egypt.
We are vacationing in Egypt now (12/23/2022-12/30/2022) three of us, 2 adults and a child of 8 years old at Sultan Garden Resort.
Sea.
Warmer, cleaner, fine sand, along the coastline, walking just a couple of meters along the pantone, you plunge into the world of incredibly beautiful fish.
Many tourists who vacationed here earlier say that there are fewer fish, but even without a boat trip there is something to see.
There are corals and fish)
Food.
The restaurant, especially the chefs, is beyond praise.
There are octopuses and squid and crabs and shrimps, for the first time you will not need to go somewhere specially to a fish restaurant to try exotics.
The selection of seafood, fruits and sweets is huge.
There is a special paradise for sweets here, cakes and pies simply cannot be counted, pitch cakes are not cloying, very delicate and pleasant taste.
It is impossible not to mention chef Essam, he is very friendly and yes, every dish is heart-sick, 10 out of 10 food.
As for the service, the local employees try very hard to please, they are always friendly, friendly and attentive.
For a holiday with a child, it is an ideal option because the kids' club is always fun, there are a lot of not only children, but also adults, the pools are heated.
Everyone will be able to spend time to their liking, I definitely recommend it.

We were in early June. Since I'm a snorkeler, the sea is great. You can find something to eat in restaurants or cafes.

We bought it because of the corals, but in fact you can swim only 3m from the shore, then the corals are protected, you can't walk and swim there because there is a full sea of poisonous wings! The audibility in the rooms is terrible, there is no food, all the furniture and equipment is old and dirty! The wind just blows you off your feet! People, do not go to Egypt in November, there are very strong winds (and no one warned us). The locals recommended us any hotel on the coast of Naama Bay! There's a harbor there. There is no animation in Sultan, except for a disco for children under 5 in the evening for 30 minutes! The children have been idle all day. In the club, they just put them to draw with pencils and nothing else! Definitely not to this hotel with children! In general, the whole vacation is ruined, money is wasted 😭

5. The room is super - we have a suite, very large, 1st floor, the terrace is fenced with a hedge, very convenient for small children - there is nowhere to escape)
6. Very attentive staff everywhere
7. A decent beach, there are always free sunbeds
8. Outdoor space in the lobby - a lot of armchairs and sofas with sunshades, a fountain - it's nice to drink coffee or something else)
Cons:
1. Food. There seems to be a lot of it, but there is nothing really to choose, sometimes something tasty comes across, but rarely. Seafood just spoils it. Lamb is delicious, yes rice) from the restaurants on the menu, I unexpectedly liked Italian, and the oriental was not much better than the buffet
2. Alcohol is very sad, you either need to take ultra all, or stock up on duty free
3. If you have a child with a stroller, think carefully about whether you want to go down and up a huge number of stairs to the beach and pool. Buses travel around the territory, but not to the beach itself, and I don't want to wait for them
Neutral: kids club, spa, animation. It's fine, on a fishing trip) I've read reviews about great shows, so that's not true) the shows are so amateur 😀

Ala cards for 4-, a problem with the service, food restrictions. In the Italian ala carte, the heat is wild and the wait is from 50 to 70 minutes for the dish.
Meals in the main restaurant for 4. There is no question of any abundance of seafood dishes. Regular meals. The contingent of the hotel behaves uncivilized, which is not controlled by the staff. They climb without waiting in line and so on. At every step, you have to strain yourself, prove something, constant tension, not rest.
The poor rating is mainly due to poor service and organization at the hotel.
