The hotel is located on a street with paid parking. A type of "pedestrian" street. We drive up to the barrier, call the reception. Conversation: "We are your guests, we have arrived at the barrier." The hotel door is 400 meters from the barrier. Of course, we agreed to pay, but the question is that the parking height is 1.8, and our car is 2 m. We unloaded quietly, left. It's okay, why start like that.
The rooms are nice, original, cool light, comfortable shower. The breakfasts are wonderful.

A modern hotel in the heart of the city. Beautiful rooms with wonderful design, very comfortable beds, bathrobes, slippers and blackout curtains. It is located on barnaya street, where half of Minsk hangs out in the evening and at night and music rumbles. Ask for rooms with a view of the courtyard if you want quiet. There is a parking lot for 50 bel rubles per day. The breakfasts are delicious and varied day by day. The staff is pleasant.

For your money (small) - a great hotel. At the reception, they were generous and gave a room with a third bed for a child, which we do not have, after applying, they changed to another without a bed. I don't know my way around Minsk very well, but as I understand it, it is located separately in the very center. Check-in at the weekend will require a short walk, as the street is pedestrian on Saturdays and Sundays.

When you book a 5-star hotel, you expect a good rest, at least.
Let's start in order.
The hotel is located in the very center, on an Arbat-type street, that is, a pedestrian street. Entry and exit by the barrier. The street consists of entertainment establishments, in the evenings, music rumbles into the night ... and not only, drunken showdowns until the morning. We were warned about this when the payment was already made from the card. The first floor is establishments, the second is a hotel, keep in mind when booking.
The hotel has covered parking for a FEE of 1500rubles or 50 Belarusian rubles. For guests of the restaurant at the hotel-parking is free. If you arrived on Friday evening, then after 20:00 and the next two days you can leave, BUT it is no longer possible to drive back to the parking lot (it is unsafe, since the street is pedestrian)
The room is not bad, new furniture, everything is clean, but it's cold, the floors in the shower are not heated.
Breakfasts from 7-12, it would be convenient if there was something to eat. More precisely, if you want a delicious and aesthetic breakfast, then you probably need to come by 8. Because at 10, Mamai has already passed there and left leftovers behind. On the second day we arrived at 11:00, so there were not even glasses for juice. You go and beg, then a spoon, then a glass. I won't write about pastries, fruits, porridges... because there weren't any.
Why the guards are there is not clear. Drunk persons who behaved defiantly and did not give, are calmly in the buffet area. Administrators who don't really know when a guest is leaving and are generally not very competent.
In general, everything would be fine, but the fact that the hotel positions itself as a 5 * 🤷🏻♀️ is confusing (to put it mildly).

This is a great hotel. Comfortable bed, good pillows. We were on a weekend in mid-November, we were not noisy (there are many reviews that the noise is due to partying on the street). There's a delicious restaurant downstairs. The breakfast is not bad, the buffet has plenty to choose from. The rest was ruined, starting from the moment of check-in, to the constant problems with parking and reception. Upon check-in, the cost of booking on the island and the hotel base did not match. Naturally, they got about 90 bel.rubles more. After a consultation of the reception staff, they still noticed that my son is 7 years old and breakfast is free for him. Then the work of the reception itself is impossible to get through!!! Parking is paid, in order to enter it on a weekend, you need to call the reception, it is not possible to do this. Two numbers ran out of money after listening to the answering machine for 10 minutes, roaming. The situation was not pleasant, after me, a queue had already gathered at the barrier, the taxi driver almost with his fists at me so that I would already drive away. I had to spin around the center again while I called my mom in the room and asked her to contact the reception. Do you think she got through? No!!! I had to go down to them. I call her again, she hands the phone to the staff, they still open the barrier. I stop by, I go angry to them. Two girls are standing, smiling. I ask what is the problem? Answer:We had a check-in and we're not picking up the phone. And it's not their problem that I didn't get through. That's it!

The rooms in the hotel are clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom and accessories are excellent. Of the features. It should be borne in mind that the hotel is in the historical center and parking is 50 BEL rubles (1500 Russian rubles) / day. After reviewing the reviews that due to the location of the hotel on the street with various restaurants and clubs, it will be noisy in the evenings. We decided to move in. Since the double-glazed windows in the hotel are good, the noise from the bars and clubs in the neighborhood is practically not heard.
The breakfasts are standard, buffet-style, the food and coffee are delicious, the atmosphere of the restaurant is very cozy and intimate.
Parking at the hotel is paid, 100 rubles were given in two days.
We did not regret staying at this hotel, the staff did well.

I didn't like the hotel from the word at all! I don't understand why people praise him so much ...
1) the unclear location of the hotel in relation to the barriers with paid parking, you should at least write in the description that you just can't get to the hotel, that everything is closed, electronic barriers and you still have to pervert and get into the territory... But do not be happy once you get there, in any case, with a small price tag for the hotel, you will pay for parking for all the days of arrival, and there is no alternative to free parking! A day of parking costs 1800 rubles - in any case, add to the cost of your room, because there is no free parking in the district, the entire center is either closed or paid.
2) it's cold in the room!!! There is a conde, it makes noise and drives air across the ceiling, but.. The floor is icy, especially in the shower (tiles), you're standing naked and your feet are really freezing.
- because there are no batteries / coil in the room, everything around you is wet and wet, and does not dry, starting from towels, ending with washed clothes (socks, panties)
3) when cleaning the room, used perfumes are not added. If you live for more than a day, you will have nothing to wash with (we lived for two days)
4) and of course the feature of the room is a glass bathroom. Only a person with a perverted psyche could have designed this horror!!! And it doesn't even matter if the husband / wife has been living here for many years or if the two of you have temporarily ended up here, the bottom line is that sitting on the toilet or washing, everyone in the room sees what and how you are doing, hears it. You're like a fish in an aquarium. And the cherry on the cake is turning on the light at night, if you went to the bathroom, then the whole room is illuminated, including the partner who is sleeping at this time. The room is really bright as day and thus wakes up the sleeper.
There is not a single hook near the shower for taking off clothes/towels before the shower.but there is a hook in the next compartment with the toilet..that is, you undress in the toilet area to wash yourself and go naked on the cold floor to the shower. Accordingly, go back after the shower, or throw things on the floor and get dressed from there.
There is no forced ventilation in this san node, so all the smells of waste from life activities, perfume,soap, hairspray,dezik and other things that you used there, all this goes into the room.add to this the humidity, because the water from the shower is on the floor ...

5) Food... If the paid breakfast can be called good and tasty (5***), then it is very expensive to have dinner even with a discount on accommodation. On average, one serving of meat is from 1500 . I.e., to eat together / with a family in the region of 6000...The most important thing is that there is no alternative to a good and delicious meal, perhaps a drink in a quiet cozy cafe. Nearby there are bars with screaming music, with counters. There are no normal quiet cafes around to sit quietly and eat quietly. We walked around a lot, meeting the same vacationers rushing around looking for a normal, high-quality meal... In the end, we didn't find it. They brought it with them to the room later. Although we expected earlier that we would have dinner in restaurants when traveling to Minsk
6) the TV in the room, if he thought it necessary to connect to the Internet, then it turned on, if he was not in the mood, he did not show it and did not care what you want to watch there. Or while watching a movie, he could suddenly switch to another channel himself.

2) a really comfortable bed, cozy, soft, you get up after sleeping
3) the girls at the reception are very cute, thanks for the contact
4) they gave out bathrobes, but there are no toothbrushes and do not add shampoo and balm after use.
That's it, there are no more advantages. Considering the cost of the room and the level of service + a decent surcharge for Parking, I think that the formed price is too high. This level is not worth the money. We will not come any more and will not recommend it (it's a pity.

A huge minus to the reception, they make a copy of the passport without asking, and then there are sheets with copies of passports and the check-in number in the public domain. Only on the 2nd remark was the table cleared. Initially, they moved into a room on the 3rd floor, a good mattress, good ventilation, but the windows overlooked a bar with street music until 4 a.m., then they moved to a room on the 4th floor, you can't hear music, but the mattress is sagging and poor ventilation. It's a shame that 3 stars, but there are reasons for this. First I will describe all the advantages:
- the location in the center is suitable for people, as well as those who like to hang out, because the hotel is located on the most popular street, as well as for a more relaxing holiday if the windows look the other way.

Let's talk about the cons and then the SHOCK CONTENT.
1. For five days they have never been cleaned. On the third day, they changed the towel and voila, someone's DIRTY towel was thrown on the sofa with my personal belongings, as well as children's things were lying there. It wasn't ours, because it was clearly someone's from the guests. Someone dyed their hair with pink paint and wiped their hair, plus, sorry, there was a brown spot on the towel that resembled a ficalia. Honestly, I'm still in shock. They informed the reception, asked why they didn't clean up, why they left someone else's dirty towel. They apologized, said that when the hotel is loaded, the cleaner can't cope and cleans first of all in the rooms that are vacated. Why is staff shortage my problem? It's not clear. The question of cleaning is huge, because then long black hair was found in the toilet, we have light and short. Never wiped near the sink, the floor, the table. On the fourth day after 22:00, when we were already resting, the cleaner knocked on our door and said, I didn't clean up today, can I bring you some water? Well, thank you, at least not at 12. Speaking of water, this was the second time we received water during our stay, the first time was when we checked in.
Initially, I liked the hotel so much for the first three days and I was going to write odes to the hotel until a towel appeared, and then I began to notice that they did not clean and did not respect the guests in this.
By the way, we were always clean, the bed was made by us, even the cups were washed themselves. The only thing is, wash the floor and change the towel, but alas…
