It's just terrible!!! The time is almost 2 nights. I'm lying like I'm at a disco, because there's a club downstairs. Which was not warned about!!! And they didn't offer a quiet room, for example on the other side.
Is this normal at all? People go to the hotel to rest. Otherwise, you can just not check in and just sit in the club until 7 am. Not everyone can sleep in such conditions!!!!!
The rest and overall impressions of Minsk are spoiled. In the afternoon, the restaurant at the hotel did not make the discount that is due. They said in the spirit: it's your own fault. The cancellation of the payment was not even offered.
The service is zero.

I chose your hotel to celebrate the New Year, when booking the room I specified that I want the 3rd floor with a view of Zybitskaya in the middle. Today, before arriving, I called and clarified once again about the view from the room, as this is important to me. I was told that it is good, the room is there, we are waiting for you. As a result, during the registration at the reception, Irina was making out, I was given room 355, which was on the side at the very end, overlooking the neighboring building. When I saw it, I was very upset, it was not the room I had booked. After that, I went down to the reception to the administrator Irina Pashkevich, told her that this was not the number that was marked on the computer. The receptionist started to convince me that this room was in the middle. I asked if you had a layout of a hotel room with a view, to which she replied no. I called the director, Alexandra Gurinovich came. When I told about the situation, I asked Alexandra about the layout of the rooms, whether there are types of rooms on the computer, they told me that there are. At the same time, the administrator Irina Pashkevich said that I was LYING, she did not say that! It's insulting and impolite for the receptionist to treat guests like that. This situation overshadowed the New Year's Eve mood and affected my well-being, the pressure rose. I'm sorry for the lost time, which took about an hour.

Nice hotel, great location. If you stay here, immediately ask for a room with windows to the courtyard. Zybitskaya Street is a pedestrian street created for hanging out. There are plenty of bars and clubs here. On Friday and Saturday, you will not be able to sleep if the room goes outside. The music from the bars rumbles so that you can hear it in the Lobby of the hotel. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Then it is better to consider housing on the outskirts in a residential area, rather than the center of a party street. Well, this is a cry of the soul))) I would like to note the successful location of the hotel, within walking distance to many attractions; friendly friendly staff, cleanliness, comfort, convenience in everything. The noise at night was once in 4 nights, and that was because the window was open. At the reception, upon check-in, I asked for a quieter room. It didn't spoil my vacation in Minsk in any way))) The breakfasts are quite normal, without frills. If you have early excursions, like mine, then breakfast at the hotel was very convenient. The tinctures are delicious, especially the pear-nut)) I definitely recommend it and will definitely come back here again.

I called the hotel several times and clarified the question about parking (it is paid for a minute and costs 50 rubles per day!!!), but not a single manager reported that it is impossible to enter the parking lot after 20.00!!! The street is closed from Fri and for the whole weekend! not a single person bothered to report this important detail. The hotel does not have an option to move things even from the nearest barrier and causes surprise and indignation among the hotel staff. As a result, three cars searched for a place around all the streets, and carried things to the hotel in the rain, parking more than 1 km from the hotel itself. I clarified the parking issue several times, since we had age-related parents in the company. Moreover, to my indignation at the reception about this issue, the administrator spread her hands and said that I did not communicate with her personally, and she was obliged to answer for the shortcomings of her colleagues) and also sent me to the website to read information about parking, where in her opinion all the information should have been) after my an offer to read together, it turned out that there is still no information on the site))))) There were no attempts to help, to resolve this issue, just to apologize in a human way.

One of the rooms was not cleaned at all for the whole day, and we asked at least to update the drinking water. to which we received the answer that water is supplied only upon check-in. and so it is paid)) but it's not in the mini bar))) even for money) and then you in point 2)) if you want water for money, go down to the reception) because you won't get through anywhere again)))
4. There are no concierges or porters in the hotel. Although considering clause 1, they just have to be there.

The hotel is located in a cool place, in principle, even if the Windows overlook Zybitskaya Street, it is quite comfortable and relatively quiet. You can make a decent cool hotel out of this hotel, there are all the resources.
But the hotel needs a manager. Administrators should love their customers and be happy with them, and not get angry when they are asked to work and check in 4 rooms.
I have been to Minsk in various hotels (Double tree by Hilton, Europe, President Hotel, etc.), and Robinson is my most terrible experience. Nowhere has there been such indifference to your problems, which by and large should not be in hotels with a claim to some higher level.
One of the advantages is a comfortable bed.
