The rooms are clean, cleaning every day and very thorough, the breakfasts are good (pancakes, omelette, cottage cheese casserole, porridge, sandwiches, olives, vegetables, fruits, yoghurts and much more). Two pillow sizes, very comfortable, blackout curtain. Cons: the air conditioner does not work well, the room is stuffy and the window does not open until the end, there is no hygienic shower, the toilet door is strange because it is in the shower and toilet alone and if you close in the bathroom, you can see a person on the toilet because the walls are made of glass. The restaurant in the hotel is not very good.

A great hotel in the very center of Minsk! It is a very rare case for hotels when good sound insulation is made in the rooms! Of the disadvantages, a mediocre restaurant with an acute shortage of staff in it, for breakfast in the buffet format is suitable, but no more.

A wonderful hotel!
A former chain hotel of a famous brand. It's a bit of a controversial design, but it's not particularly annoying. Someone in the reviews scolded the breakfasts, I disagree, very worthy. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, polite staff.
What is controversial is the location. The hotel is located on barnaya street, and on weekends it is noisy to say the least. Therefore, if you plan to live on weekends, and your plans do not include fun festivities until the morning, it is better to ask for a room in the courtyard in advance, since there are such rooms and it is quite quiet there. That's exactly what we did. However, for someone it may turn out to be a plus, I hung out and slept)
A good restaurant, a good discount for residents, we went a couple of times, the desserts there are very tasty, especially fondue)
We were satisfied with the stay, but it is worth considering the noise on weekends, rather in the warmer months, which can spoil your impressions.

We stopped for a New Year's Eve celebration. We are very surprised that neither the website nor the reviews mention that there is a nightclub on the ground floor and the bass shakes the walls until 5 a.m. The receptionist smiles sweetly and says there's nothing to do. It's just a tin can, the glasses on the refrigerator are clinking on the third floor. It's not a hotel, it's a boutique, of course. If you want to relax, then this is the worst possible choice. I strongly do not recommend it. It is impossible to spend the night even on the shores. Everything is shaking like hell.

There are no breakfasts. Baked cheese and sausage.
There are no hygiene kits in the rooms (only soap). There is a transparent wall between the bathroom and the bathroom.
And now the most important thing: the music from the next bar is BANGING all night. And no one will warn you about it.

We stayed in hotels for 2 nights in July 2023.
The hotel is located in the center of Minsk, on the most "party" Zybinskaya street.
On the day of our arrival, there was a discount when paying online on the website. 2 nights in a room (twin) they cost 350 bel.rub., which in terms of 10700 Russian rubles. Other hotels cost an order of magnitude higher.
The hotel is very cozy, the rooms are clean, everything is in the room: towels, bathrobes, shower accessories. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is friendly and friendly.
Breakfast is paid. They are paid separately. The room rate does not include. We went to eat next to the cafe "Breakfasts 24", by the way, there is delicious food there.
The hotel has paid underground Parking, the cost is 50 bel.rub./day. The same price applies to paid parking in the city.
The hotel has free Wi-fi. Unlimited, stable.
There are rooms with a view of Zybinskaya Street, where it is noisy and music is playing. There are rooms overlooking the courtyard, very quiet and there is no noise. There are rooms with a view of the river.
The hotel itself is referring to the letter P.
Check-in to the parking lot at any time except Fri. from 20-00 to Mon.8-00, as Zybinskaya street is pedestrian on weekends.
I recommend the hotel for your stay.

I got 3 stars for the noise. I recommend it 100% if you are going to hang out for the weekend, because the hotel is located on a pedestrian street with lots of bars, and the music thunders until 4 am (it's very hard to get enough sleep) . We stayed at the hotel in September from Friday to Monday, it was quiet only on the night from Monday to Friday. I chose the hotel because travelers wrote that in a room with windows to the courtyard music is almost inaudible - not true for the second floor (maybe on the 3rd and 4th floors it's really almost quiet) . Otherwise, there are almost no complaints about the hotel: it is quite new, with a nice design, there is an elevator. Breakfast was included - a decent buffet. The room has a hairdryer, tea set, bathrobe, shampoo, shower gel, hair balm, mini bar. There is no cooler on the floor, as a gift - a bottle of water. Another nuance: the bathroom has a window to the room and the bathroom door is also glass, there is no side in the shower (water enters the compartment with a sink). Cleaned every day, there are questions about the quality. Towels were changed every day.

The place is good, it is advisable to take windows to the embankment here-on weekends there is music, parties and you can hear it if there are windows on barnaya street. Well, now, what surprised me a lot. 1. Cleaning-if there is a label on the handle all day to clean up-they came at 8 pm) naturally refused. The next day, the cleaning took place, but either they did not vacuum at all, or it was very bad-there was a lot of garbage on the floor. 2. Very noisy split system. They couldn't sleep under such a noise-they turned it off. And it works quite strangely-it is difficult to catch up with heat. 3. The restaurant is on the 1st floor. Sooo weak staff. The food, in principle, is decent, but for a long time and the staff is not very polite, they do not know much about the menu, etc. All this can be understood by the almost empty hall on any day of the week. PS: TV is working very strangely, a couple of channels and that's it. As a result: to tighten up the staff and it will be very good. Good luck!

There are sooo many hotels in Minsk, but this one differs from all by its location on the street of night parties☝🏻 they don't sleep here in principle😃 to fall asleep in this hotel, I advise you to walk around this beautiful hero city❤️at least 12 thousand km💪turn on the TV background and tune in that the music will definitely not be turned off earlier 4-5 am! I liked the hotel. We didn't hear any noise on the street: we lived for 2 days, the first day the windows looked out on barnaya street, the second - on the river (on May holidays). Absolute silence. Comfort in the rooms. We used the luggage room, it helped out a lot. I liked the breakfasts.

The weakest point is the hotel staff, the attitude towards guests is terrible, they are not polite, and sometimes they are openly rude. In a restaurant with staff, everything is exactly the same. Breakfast in the buffet format is rarely replenished, who got up early and had time. The room stock is normal, the rooms are clean. If you plan to stay there on the weekend and it's hard for you to fall asleep in a noisy environment, this hotel will definitely not suit you, it is located on the street of bars and clubs and at night on weekends music plays very loudly there until the morning.

The location is good
The room is nice, but the bathroom constantly smelled unpleasant, apparently there were problems with ventilation.
We saved on heating, the room is heated by a centralized system, which simply cannot cope in the cold, when we checked into the room it was incredibly cold.
The funniest thing is that I saw a label on a bottle of water with the inscription "this is our gift to you, from the hotel" 😂😂
In normal hotels, water is a matter of course.
A very interesting design solution with a glass bathroom, it was fine for us. But on the other hand, some people travel with children and this glass shower room in which you can be seen from all corners of the room is a little unclear.
Otherwise, everything is fine.
I don't even know if we will return to this hotel again. More likely yes than no.
