I stayed at the hotel for 11 days! The hotel is new and stylish. Everything is clean and modern. It's nice to be here. The bed is mega comfortable. I slept like a baby.
The girls at the reception are polite. Always good morning, afternoon and evening. The request to settle in a quiet room was answered positively. It was important to me, as I worked from the hotel. And also blue-eyed and beautiful)
Zybetskaya walks on weekends until morning. If you don't want to walk at night, then ask for a room with a view of the river on the top floor. I had 367 and it was very quiet.
The shower is transparent. On the contrary, it's unusual and cool for me.
The gym is small, but it will do to keep fit. There is a sauna inside.
The location is convenient. Everything is very close - bars, clubs, restaurants, shopping centers, attractions.
I will definitely come back again!

Awesome The location is fantastic, in the very center. Underground Parking, though paid, but warm and with an elevator directly to the floor)) We lived in the attic, we really liked the room! It's a great bed that you don't want to get out of. Breakfast from 7 to 12! They are very tasty! I will also mention the design of the hotel, cute and photogenic🩶 We were satisfied with the rest, we will definitely come again 🩶

Wherever your windows go, it will be noisy. It is impossible to sleep at night without earplugs, music from the cheerful streets can be heard until 3-4 in the morning. I had windows facing the courtyard and I didn't get much sleep. There is very little space in the room, a coffee table, so I do not recommend ordering food there, it is better to have dinner in a restaurant. There is a room service, but there is actually nowhere to use it. The room service itself is a bit strange - the plates were brought, but they forgot to take them away. Usually a serving cart is left in the hallway, but then it was taken away because she is alone in the hotel, you never know who will need a three in general.

I don't understand the people who were not satisfied with it. The door to the really glass, but not completely transparent. But a very big minus is silence, it is located on a party street, the music is so loud, the hubbub of young people under the windows, it is impossible to sleep at all, only in the morning peace comes.

I really liked the hotel. The place is very crowded - there are bars on all sides. If you are with a child, but you need to take a room with a window to the courtyard and then there is no noise. There is an embankment and a pedestrian bridge nearby. The taxi does not approach the hotel because of the barrier, the road is 80 meters away. 1. Parking on Zybitskaya is prohibited from Friday to Monday, the street is pedestrian. I got out of the situation, parked my car in the free parking lot at the casino.
2. Again, it follows from the location of the hotel, because the most moving place, then if with children it will be noisy at night. Thanks to the hotel staff, they gave us a room with windows on the embankment, it was quieter.
3. This is essentially a glass toilet, there is one glass door to the entrance to the toilet and the bathroom as a whole(you open the bathroom door/you close the toilet), it's not very comfortable. Because of this, there is no romance))) maybe it will be important to someone, because it bothered us.

The work of the staff was very disappointing (they asked for a quiet room, settled in the noisiest one, the window is directly on 2 night bars, at night they moved to a quiet one, although they asked for a quiet one right away. The maids do not put water on, you have to call and ask all the time, shampoos were put on arrival and NEVER delivered again, there were 4 nights, it's a pity or they save, it's not clear. A terrible manager , who if you work in the service sector , it 's only in an area with low social responsibility .As incompetent as possible in relation to clients.For 6 years, constantly coming to Minsk dozens of times, I lived in Robinson , traveled to dozens of countries , stayed in 100 hotels , but for the first time I came across the fact that for a small amount of spilled wine on the sheet , they charged as damage to property , and it cost like a night in a hotel .I will come to live in this hotel only when I find out that the manager was fired to celebrate this wonderful day.

The rooms are great, everything is clean and cozy enough! The only accessories were shampoo and shower gel. Everything else is on demand. the staff is strange, not very hospitable, but expected. Upon check-in, they paid extra for breakfast for two, then in the morning it turned out that breakfast was paid extra for one. It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant. For their negligence, they could have offered another breakfast for free, but they just offered to pay extra. They couldn't set up a TV in the room. It didn't work in any way. There was no access to any channels, even local ones - which is extremely strange. We expected a view of the river, as the room was paid for. in fact, it turned out that 2/3 of the view from the window obscured the corner of the building and there was no view of the river in principle, since construction was underway on the neighboring territory. It was worth putting 3*. But I decided to keep the 4-* anyway.

The place is great. The location is pleasing - the upper town and Zybitskaya. It can be noisy with children, but not as much as it happens in other places. The only drawback is that it can be difficult to enter the underground parking lot through the only street on holidays. I have to call to coordinate the barrier. The rest of the days are normal. If you take the car infrequently after check-in, there is no problem. Otherwise, there are only advantages.

Great hotel, very clean, cleaning and towel change every day. Comfortable bed, kettle, tea, water in the room, refrigerator with mini-bar, air conditioning, large TV. Bathrobe, slippers and all necessary accessories. The breakfasts are excellent and varied. Vegetables, meat, cuts, sandwiches, porridges, fruits, desserts, not to mention everything. We had a room with windows to the courtyard, we knew where we were going, we preferred to listen to party life on the street, it was quiet in the room :)

If you are In Minsk, then only to this hotel, great location, everything is within walking distance, food, entertainment, shops, public transport. If not, ask for a room with windows to the courtyard, because the windows on Zybitskaya Street will not let you sleep in the evening, you can hear the whole night life.

If you are by car, keep in mind that after driving in a car on Friday, you can leave, but you will not park the car back-the street from Friday to Monday is completely pedestrian,but this is not a problem,taxis in Minsk at very affordable prices.Put your car in the underground parking of the hotel for 50 BYN per day and enjoy walking.

Yes, it is noisy even on weekdays (we rested from 18.07.-21.07.) and even with a view of the river, but this is the trick of Zybinskaya Street, guys. Because I rested with my mother, my nephew of 16 years and my son of 8 years, we were given rooms side by side, for which I am very grateful to the staff.
We had 2 standard rooms:one is twin, the other with a shared bed, so the transparent walls in the bathroom, which have already been mentioned in other reviews, are in the room for couples, and in the second (with separate beds) everything is matte. Bathrobes, slippers, a bottle of water, tea and a set of branded cosmetics pleased me. I would like to mention the towels separately - fluffy, soft and high-quality.
We took rooms without breakfast and bought them on the spot (25 rubles per person), the child ate for free, which is very pleasant and unexpected, usually there is an additional payment for such an age. The breakfasts are good, hearty and varied, for such a price we did not find an alternative in nearby places, and there was no desire to go far.
On the 4th floor there is a small but cozy gym, there are mini saunas (divided into male and female), my nephew swung all 4 days, the sauna was not used.
We will definitely return to Minsk again, because not everyone had time to see and visit and definitely to Robinson City, we really liked it.

A good hotel for your money. In general, hotels in Minsk are not cheap. Everything is new here, the staff is attentive, they easily go to a meeting for any small requests.
There are two non-standard solutions in the bathroom, I liked one, the other .... raised questions ...
I liked it - the bathroom is kind of semi-separate. That is, the toilet is in a separate room from the bathroom, separated by a wall with a doorway. And the bathroom door turns into a toilet door with a slight movement of the hand. That is, if one of the residents decided to visit the toilet, the second one can safely use the sink and shower at this time.
The second non-standard solution is a transparent wall... The area where the sink is visible from the room.... Probably interesting for a couple. But I was with my 16-year-old son (a room with separate beds). It didn't go very far.
The breakfasts are so-so. You won't stay hungry, but... It's kind of very pathetic... At least they fried pancakes for 25 rubles. And even the cuts are tasteless - it's a shame for Belarus, which is famous for its own products. We went once, we didn't do it anymore.
There is a central air conditioner, bathrobes, slippers, a full washing set.
It's noisy outside at night. Very. But we asked for a room on the river, the noise did not bother us in any way.

The sounds of music come from them at night. If you come to sleep in silence - not an option. The breakfasts are good, you won't stay hungry. There were cottage cheese, yoghurts, cuts of 3 types of meat, 2 cheeses, sandwiches, porridge. Rice, pasta, buckwheat were changed from hot. There were amlets, cauliflower, poultry and pork in different variations. Tea, coffee beans, croissants, cakes with jam. 2 types of cooking, condensed milk. Fruits: grapes, melon. The restaurant itself is very beautiful. I didn't use the swimming pool and gym.
