The hotel itself is not bad, but the noise from the street is terrible. The bars are open on weekends until 5 a.m. Every bar believes that the louder their music is playing, the better. It turns out to be a mess and incredible noise, it's impossible to sleep!!!
It's clear that the staff can't do anything about it, but why give a room above the bars if there are available rooms, and then spread your hands.
ADMINISTRATION. Please think about the second windows and noise insulation in the rooms above the bars.
Another of the "features" is the food from the hotel restaurant going up to the room costs 15 bel rubles, it's 450 ross rubles approximately. Aah?
At the same time, upon check-in, they give an advertisement for a 20% discount to the restaurant for hotel visitors, but this discount does not apply to the room and plus room service. The cost of meals relative to bars on the same street is overestimated by 1.5-2 times.
Parking for guests is paid. A little less than 2K in rubles grew.
Result.
I will never stay in this hotel again and I do not recommend it to those who want to sleep at night.

The hotel is great, but I won't go back there in the summer. I went for work, not to hang out on the street.

I chose this hotel first of all because of its location in the very center. The only thing that I did not take into account is that it is very noisy on the party street where the hotel is located. We were lucky to have a room with a view of the embankment and it was quieter there... The room is small but comfortable, everything is new and clean, there is everything you need and even almost new white robes! A comfortable bed with orthopedic mattress, tea accessories and wine glasses! A bottle of water on arrival! There is a mini bar for an additional fee.Parking is available for a fee in the underground parking, there is an elevator directly to the hotel. A great breakfast in a beautiful restaurant, almost Turkish, a large selection of dishes, everything is delicious, excellent service. We were very pleased with this hotel.

Excellent, clean rooms. Excellent service. Parking in your own parking lot for the same price as the city. The city has 48 B₽ per day, the hotel has 50. It is better to pay at the hotel, as the parking is underground with gates and video surveillance. It is possible to order breakfast buffet for 25 B₽ per person. 20% discount on restaurant meals except alcohol and tobacco. All shower accessories are available, bed linen and bathrobes are "starched"))) As I understand it, by the door in the center of the room, it is possible to take two separate rooms and combine them into one large family room. The interior is not loud and quite pleasant. Very clean. The location of the hotel is great! But it is not suitable for a calm and quiet stay. A party street with bars, discos and restaurants all night long! That didn't bother us, but to each his own. In fact, everything is very cool. I drank, danced almost in the room itself))) like I didn't go anywhere)))

Two impressions!
The location is good.
The hotel and rooms are new after renovation, clean and cozy!
But as an experienced traveler, I want to note that there is a lack of an experienced manager's hand. There seems to be a lot of staff, but there is zero sense!
Breakfasts are expensive, but they are not worth it! The staff in the dining room is polite, but not efficient, everyone can easily leave and there will be no replenishment of dishes!
The dishes were not signed by name, each lid had to be opened and even after that one had to guess…
There are enough cafes nearby that are twice as cheap!
There is an underground parking, again expensive!
All these are small things, but they make up the final picture…

A very cool new hotel, the nicest staff, infinitely comfortable beds and the most delicate towels with bathrobes 😍
It's just in the middle of nowhere, from here it will be a minus for someone that it's noisy outside in the evening (we don't wake up from every rustle, so it was great for us)
The minibar is pleasant for the prices, and the bar is pleasant and the prices are excellent 😂
Of the cons, probably only there is no towel rail and no hooks - there was nowhere to hang a wet towel and a bathrobe to dry
And so everything is fire, I will definitely come back again!)

Great hotel, nice modern rooms. The main thing is that the windows overlook the courtyard:-) It's very noisy all night. A small but fitness room, a dumbbell track, you can warm up. Mini sauna (for one person). The breakfast is varied and delicious. The girls at the reception are very friendly. I'll be happy to come back again.

I was very unhappy with the short-sightedness of the reception staff: when checking in, I apparently got distracted, and did not take my passport, and completely forgot about it. And when I left, the receptionist casually tells me, and we have your passport, we're in your room (!!!!) They called, you weren't there.
Please tell me, why do you take a mobile number when checking in? In order not to call it in any case, if something is important? And if I hadn't come up at the check-out? And if that employee hadn't been there?
With all the advantages of the hotel, the staff obviously does not include common sense, but it is needed.

In general, I liked the hotel. Nice interiors, nice rooms. The location is central, although walkers can wake up at night (this is an area with drinking establishments).
I took one point off for the so-so breakfasts and the restaurant as a whole (for the same price tag, Marble is much cooler) and the strange cleaning. You leave for the whole day, come back in the evening - and then they finally want to clean your room🤔

Nice hotel, liked the room, everything you need is present. The only thing that was not convenient was that water was given to the room only 1 time and then you were offered to dial it yourself in a cooler, on the ground floor, in a cafe. From the fourth floor, going to get water on the first floor is not very in my opinion. Ideally, for a five-star hotel, provide water on call at the reception, but if this is a problem, then put a cooler on each floor for convenience. The breakfast menu can be expanded a bit, in my opinion.

The biggest and biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the disco under the window. It's not just music — it's powerful bass that penetrates even through closed windows. If you want to get enough sleep, it will be, alas, impossible in this place. The disco, by the way, was noisy until 7 a.m. And this is on the night from Monday to Tuesday.
Underground parking is paid — 50 BYN. It's good that we called beforehand and found out. Not a word about this when booking.
The glass wall between the bathroom and the room is an extremely strange design decision. In addition to the obvious lack of privacy, it is also a light that penetrates through the glass and prevents you from sleeping if someone is already/still asleep.
The room itself is nice and clean. Communication at the reception is condescending. The breakfast is mediocre.

The room itself was quite good, maybe not everything was thought out, in terms of aeronomics. In particular, there is a place for jackets (if the jackets are downy, then the door will touch them), there is no place where it was possible to put on shoes normally. The room was not very well cleaned, there were grape seeds in the corner. Also, I did not really like the breakfast, the claim is not even to the breakfast itself, but to the staff who did not clean up after the guests at all. You sit among the tables littered with dirty plates and have breakfast, the impression of this is very bad.
From what I liked, we can highlight the view from the window on the 4th floor, the location is very good, it was relatively quiet at night (since it was a weekday)

Acquaintance with the hotel began with an underground parking lot (the price tag for which, by the way, is higher than Moscow), they put a car and with suitcases walked around the dimly lit parking lot and broke into all available doors to get out and get to the hotel, the only exit sign pointed in one direction, and the exit to the elevator was in the opposite direction.
The room had everything you needed except toothbrushes and teaspoons.
When we left, they charged us 600 rubles for a spoiled towel (although how can a dirty towel be considered spoiled), then they could have given us this towel, if we bought it, we would have washed it

I can't write that this hotel is suitable for an overnight stay, because well, it's impossible to get enough sleep and just relax, since the music plays until 5:00 And our room was on the 3rd floor with access to the courtyard, we couldn't sleep! If you are staying for the weekend, ask for rooms with a view of the courtyard :) if there are none, then you need to get drunk first and then sleep :) The hotel stands in a place where there are a lot of nightclubs and everything is dancing until 4 am. At the reception, upon arrival, you will be told that the street is very noisy and will be offered earplugs, but they will not save you, because the noise is not so much from the street as from the restaurant, the treasury and the bar, which are located on the ground floor of the hotel. The walls and floor vibrate from the music, so if you plan to go to bed before 8 a.m., then I strongly advise you to choose another hotel. Dear hotel administration, the noise does not come from nearby establishments, but from yourself, so it is necessary not to offer earplugs at the reception, but to take care of more thorough sound and vibration isolation, because what is now is just a mockery of the guests!

The restaurant serves delicious food, the prices are the same everywhere.
There is a gym and a single sauna on the 4th floor (we were not there).
Very good location. We will be happy to come back again.
PS: put coolers on the floors, without water it's just a torment!

The trouble with getting to the hotel by car or taxi, especially on weekends. It upset me. And taxi drivers, as usual, for the first time, do not understand that taxis are allowed to enter the barrier to the hotel. They stand there and don't even try to drive. We stayed in hotels from February 23 to February 25, 2023 in the standard room. I really liked it. The furniture is beautiful, the bed is comfortable, the toilet and shower are separated by one translucent door. The room has: bathrobe, slippers, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, black and green tea, sugar, kettle, shoe spoon, bottle opener, 0.75 water bottle (given once), wine glasses. The mini-bar is paid, but the prices are lower than in the restaurant downstairs and next to the cafe. The restaurant on the ground floor has breakfasts of 40 bel. rubles, weekdays lunches for 20 rubles, as well as a 20% discount on the main menu for hotel guests. On the fourth floor there is a free small gym and a sauna in the changing rooms for one person. Underground parking is 50 bel. rubles per day. On weekends, the street becomes pedestrian and you can only leave (I'm not sure if this rule applies every weekend) . Regarding the noise, we had a room with a view of the river, and there was silence, friends had a junior suite with a view of the main street, but we did not hear a loud noise, music was heard somewhere a little bit, which did not interfere with sleep. So the hotel is incredibly beautiful, special thanks to those who were engaged in furniture - this is 10 out of 10.
