A cool, comfortable, cozy hotel in the heart of Minsk. Cleanly, the buffet is standard as in all chain hotels. There are always parties outside the window, it's difficult to sleep with the window open. With the closed one, there is excellent sound insulation.
There are an unrealistic number of cafes, bars, restaurants around, and for fans even a striptease in front of the hotel)
I'll come here again.

A lovely cozy hotel in the heart of the city. Fresh cozy rooms, a beautiful lobby, a comfortable restaurant with very tasty cuisine and a beautiful serving of dishes. The breakfasts are good, the buffet with a sufficient assortment. The hotel is located on a party street, where bars open in the evening and the movement begins, for those who do not like such an atmosphere, it will not be very comfortable. We spent three nights in this hotel at the end of July, standard room. The convenient location of the hotel attracted us - the city center, near walking areas, the embankment, cafe bars, shopping center, metro station. There is its own underground Parking, paid separately. The night noise from the street did not interfere - by the end of the day we were tired and slept soundly. (the mattresses are very comfortable!). We read about the glass partitions in the bathroom in advance, their presence did not bother us. But in fact it turned out that I still wanted privacy. In general, the impressions are positive. Beautiful interiors, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff.

I really liked the hotel. Excellent location: Nemiga and Oktyabrskaya metro stations are about 7 minutes away. There are a huge number of cafes, pubs, coffee shops nearby.
The room is clean and beautiful. Change of towels, cleaning - daily. Bathrobes, shampoo, shower gel - yes.
There are a lot of outlets in the room, good lighting. The hair dryer is weak, it is better to take it with you.
Breakfast is a buffet, from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., varied, everything is delicious.
We will definitely recommend it to our friends.

We stayed at the hotel on weekdays, being on a business trip, knowing that on weekends it is not very quiet there because of the proximity to clubs. The room was given with windows overlooking the Svisloch River, the room is equipped with everything necessary, but there is not enough space for outerwear in the hallway, we were in rainy weather and hanging wet jackets on hooks against the wall was somehow indecent, and putting it on the furniture was completely too much. A beautiful poster on the wall, and on the opposite niche is interestingly illuminated, the ceiling is high. There is a set of disposable cosmetics in the shower, but it was replenished once in 3 days. There is a gym with a single sauna in the locker room, I warmed up there before going to bed. The choice of a buffet for breakfast was decent, everything was delicious, unfortunately there was only one coffee machine and the choice fell to come to breakfast at the opening, so as not to wait in line. We were in April and were surprised by the availability of fresh fruits: strawberries, grapes, melon. Always fresh pastries and some desserts, very tasty portioned honey, yogurt with it I took with me (after asking the staff for permission, knowing that according to the rules of the buffet you can not take food to the room with you, I also took the appliances they are not in the room). The only drawback was that the portion ketchup was overdue. The territory of the hotel is fenced and it is problematic to call a taxi to the hotel, you have to walk a little to the next street. Robinson city. We stayed at this hotel for the first time. We arrived by car. At the entrance to the territory under the barrier, you need to call the hotel to get there, give the state car number. Further on-site parking is paid, but convenient. This is more of a youth hotel, or for those who want to hang out until the morning and then fall asleep))). In most of the rooms, and we had 6 of them in the reservation, everywhere you can hear the crowd from the bars located nearby. It was sooo loud. At the reception, families with children were asked to relocate where it was quieter. I don't know if there are any such numbers in principle. Breakfasts are served from 7 to 12, and there are no lunches or dinners at all. We had breakfast late, closer to 10-11. Modestly, but everything is replenished regardless of the time. There is only one coffee machine and there is always a queue for it, but it is tolerable. If you want tea, don't stand in the general queue!
The room is cozy, clean, and comfortable. Transparent wall between bathroom and bedroom. The double-sided mirror partially obscures the view. It's funny, but a little uncomfortable, because it requires privacy in the toilet))), and the translucent door that opens on both sides is not very conducive to this. We got used to it, but not immediately.
The location of the hotel is very good: restaurants, bars, the center are all within walking distance. We got there fast. It's difficult to call a taxi during rush hour. For a quick call, we went to the bus stop. There should be a repeat booking.

The standard rooms are clean and tidy. Everything is in the room, except for the iron and ironing board (but there is in the hallway :)))
Breakfast is good. Among the wishes: to put a second coffee machine and add the opportunity to order a simple scrambled egg or omelet.
The staff is very polite and hospitable.
A fruit basket was brought to the room at the reception. It's nice :)))

The hotel is not bad. The rooms are not large. I was surprised by the transparent glass separating the room with shower and toilet. The location is good. But as tourists who come to this hotel wrote earlier, it is really very noisy, it is not possible to sleep. This is the only street in Minsk where young people gather at night. The bars are open until morning. Music is BLARING intermittently from every corner. Parking is also not very convenient. And even pay extra, although the room prices are already very decent. Mini bar in the room for an additional fee.
I'm shooting 4 stars because of a spoiled mood during my vacation. The fact was that when cleaning the room, the maid found drops of blood on the sheets and duvet cover (the sore wound bled a little). I do not deny the guilt, I was ready to pay the cost of laundry or dry cleaning.But no.. They imposed a fine for damage to property in the amount of 235 rubles (this is almost 7000 rubles per Russian). That's a lot!!!

The hotel itself is normal, very clean, pleasant interior, comfortable beds, small but cozy room! The central location is convenient to come/go on foot. Delicious breakfast.
But the staff is something! I want to take off all the stars, but I won't! Starting with the guard, who can communicate loudly and deliberately with someone from the staff, regardless of the hotel guests, discuss something "fascinating" loudly, ending with the girls at the reception! From the first minutes upon arrival, it feels like it's not me who pays 10,000 rubles per night for the room, but she does me a favor by allowing me to live here, also commenting on my questions in an instructive tone! God! In my practice, this is the first hotel of this level with such unprofessional "provincial" service, a combination of maximum arrogance and superiority with shock and gag, from the first minutes you feel guilty about something, even though you haven't even checked in yet! Thank God, we personally had a "pleasant" dialogue only when checking in about parking, the rest of the stay went without problems! but I have witnessed communication with other guests on various issues several times - this is darkness! As one example, so as not to write for a long time: Someone was tormented for getting a little towel dirty! They forced me to write some kind of statement!! So this woman went and washed it herself with soap in the sink in her room, and everything was washed in a minute! What a shame for the hotel to allow such a situation at all!! Don't you have washing machines and bleach??
I even cancelled my reservation at another Robinson Hotel on the same trip - somewhere far away from Minsk, worried that there would be this "provincial service" and anti-customer orientation again!

This was the only negative that kept me awake until 4 a.m. on Sat and WED. A bachelor party of 5 people came for a friend's anniversary. The hotel is located in the center on tusovochnaya street, on weekends it becomes pedestrian. A bunch of bars, more precisely, filling ones, from the level to the weak three. We were in February, the street is buzzing at night, there are a lot of people. Therefore, the room is noisy at night, we came at three or four in the morning and slept soundly, but at nine in the morning the noise did not stop)))
The hotel is five! I would say that we will come back, but it is unlikely, there is not much to do in the city.

I would like to write obscenities, but I'm holding on. My family and I travel around the country a lot, to be honest, I have never seen such breakfasts even in hotels without stars. The price of accommodation and everything else is more expensive than in Moscow and Dubai, the food is terrible. If someone thinks it's good, I can give you advice on where to go and what to compare it with. Therefore, my personal opinion is "the hotel should be converted to the category of ordinary" And the chef should be changed!!! And thank God there were no places for the NG celebration, otherwise I would not have forgiven myself for giving such money for not delicious food and a boring holiday.

A great hotel, with a convenient location. We booked a quiet room with windows to the courtyard in advance, no extraneous noises interfered with a good night's sleep. A bed with a very comfortable mattress and pillows. Yes, there is indeed a glass partition in the bathroom, but you can close the door to the toilet separately, so it did not cause any particular discomfort. I had a chance to visit only in the lobby near the reception in this hotel.. Beautiful interior, comfortable armchairs with coffee tables. Clean and cozy, creates a very good impression.. My visiting friend lived in the hotel, was satisfied with the level of accommodation. The very location of this hotel on the main party street of Minsk suggests that the establishment is not cheap.. One of the disadvantages is that it is difficult to call a Yandex taxi to the hotel through the application, because the entrance and exit to Zybitskaya is blocked by slag pits, taxi drivers complain that they cannot pass and are waiting at the entrance, although it may be that they do not want to pay for entry, they are afraid that they may remain in the red, especially if the client pays the card linked in the application.. A good hotel, the room is clean, everything is new, if silence is needed in the room, then they tightly closed the window and turned on the air conditioner. Blackout curtains. The breakfasts are very good from 7 to 12. At early check-out, we were given breakfast containers at 5 a.m., including juice, water and fruit, which is convenient.
An important point that we did not know about: on Saturday, this street becomes a pedestrian zone and it was impossible to order a taxi to the station, that is, you need to calculate your time so as not to miss the train. We had 50 minutes left before the train left, and we covered this distance on foot. The hotel employee simply could not call a taxi by the pre-arranged time. That is, it was necessary to walk 2 km at 5.15 am. I think that a taxi could be called to a different point. But these are details that were not taken into account by me. It turns out that there is a transfer service, but we became aware of this at the last moment. So pay attention to this moment.
The room has really transparent walls in the bathroom, it's cool, but everything is visible. A good drip shower, good towels and bathrobes, pillows and linen in the room are new.
Attractions and restaurants, the metro are literally within walking distance. I recommend the hotel to visit.

- very controversial solutions with glass walls in the bathroom, I definitely would not go with the children.
- the reception staff does not seem to know the rules of polite communication, but the whole first impression is based on them.
- the food in the restaurant is terrible, it is better to walk a hundred meters in any weather, but not to eat there on the menu
- WiFi is just disgusting, if you want to work, especially with a remote connection, you will not succeed.
- there is no water or pancakes for barbells in the gym, it's just surreal, although many people don't care about such small things.
- there are no instructions for the sauna, I'm afraid that older people may not be able to cope.
- the restaurant extinguishes the underground parking, but the hotel does not, strangely, there is free parking 200 meters away

The hotel is located in the very center of Minsk, on tusovochnaya street, among bars and restaurants. The interior is 5 points, fresh renovation and cool beds, good sound insulation, but on the 3rd floor the rain noise on the sloping roof is very audible!
The bathroom has a set of bathrobes, slippers, towels, gels and shampoos. Good plumbing. The bathroom is half glass and transparent, the shower visitor is visible through the glass in the room, keep in mind if you live with children like us😂
About the staff - guys, work with the reception. I have never seen such arrogant and arrogant communication anywhere before! A room for 11 thousand, we asked simple questions about the hotel, food. They answered as if I had been sent. There were similar reviews from other guests, now it is not the USSR and there are alternatives for this amount! If it wasn't for the pre-paid reservation, they probably wouldn't have stayed.
Breakfasts... for 4* are rather sluggish. There are vegetables, omelette, casserole, pancakes, 2-3 types of sausages and cuts. All the pastries are so-so, store-level, not serious. Vegetables from the store, tomatoes are "paper", cucumbers are disgusting in principle, soft. I'll attach a photo of pancakes, I haven't seen anything like this even in canteens. The child did not touch-stuck together, dried up and stupidly tasteless…
Summary - interior, location, comfort of rooms, fresh renovation-yes. The reception and the kitchen need to be tightened - this is also important for Repeat customers (if they are interested in the hotel administration).

We stayed here for 5 nights. The girls at the reception are always friendly and polite. The rooms are clean, cozy, beautiful, stylish. The hotel is located in the very center of the city! That's why we took a taxi just to get to another area.
Since the hotel is located in the center, it is noisy on weekends. This did not cause any inconvenience to us. If the sleep is light, then you may not be able to rest.
Another point is that the toilet with a bathtub is really glass and it looks strangely impressive, but the audibility is strong, and the visibility, despite the fact that there is a matte coating. My sister and I were not confused by this, but it was strange 😄

We were almost late for the tour. If you choose again, you would choose another hotel.

We booked a standard room. The first acquaintance was as unpleasant as possible, because we arrived by car (carsharing), and parking is on the 1st floor, where the Internet does not catch. Accordingly, it simply will not work to open / close the carsharing. In addition, parking is paid, for a 4-star hotel it's a shame. In addition to all this, it was not possible to get by car on the day of arrival at all, since on weekends, according to the law of the administration, the street where the hotel is located is blocked and is a pedestrian zone. The rooms themselves are very small, the lighting is extremely lacking. We were accommodated on the 4th floor, the ceilings under the roof are sloped, the window is very small, there is no view from the word at all. Of course, everything is new and it's nice, but there are some flaws everywhere, the air conditioner makes noise like a helicopter, and the bottom light near the bed just doesn't work. The breakfasts are at the 2-star level, maximum. Everyone knows that Belarus has the best meat products in the entire CIS, but the sausages that are offered for breakfast are just terrible. Breakfast was not a success, except for the curd casserole, there is nothing particularly high-quality. All the fun started at night when the night bars turned on the music. If you were going to get enough sleep, then you definitely can't go to this hotel, the music will be on until the morning... As a result, I definitely do not recommend it for such money. The red cost of such a hotel is $ 50-60 per day, but not $ 130. There are not even 4 stars there. Apparently they invented them for themselves. I advise you to overpay $ 50 and go to the Hilton.

The 4th star is probably for the minibar, but... they didn't use it))). In general, I liked everything, it is located in the center of the most popular place in Minsk, where there are a lot of entertainment venues and nightlife. The windows overlooked the courtyard, so they didn't hear any noise. The only negative thing seemed to be the temperature in the room: they did not understand how to increase it, turned on the air conditioner at + 30, it did not help. The central heating battery was not found)). We didn't have time to contact the staff with that problem, we stayed for only 2 nights. It is comfortable to sleep in the cool at night, but not during the day. I hope this is just a misunderstanding.

There was no information about this on the Island through which I booked the room. The hotel is located on one of the bustling streets of the NIGHT city. There was a standard room. Everything is pretty decent, but there are questions about the bathroom, where the wall adjacent to the room is transparent, but most of all the lack of ventilation in the bathroom is upsetting. The bar is full, for every taste, but all for the money. The hotel has a convenient location. The breakfasts are good and varied. It is normal to stop for 2-3 days.

The ambivalent impression of the hotel. On the one hand, he's not even bad. Calm, clean, cozy. But ... It is located in a place where there are about 50 bars and restaurants nearby. They start working from about 16:00 and until 4-6 in the morning. I can't say that we heard music in the room, but if you open the window, you can hear the sound. And one more thing that made our stay in Minsk a little sad. The rooms in the hotel are located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. There are bars and cafes on the ground floors. At 6:20 a.m., an alarm went off in all rooms (probably a fire alarm). A female voice informed that it was urgently necessary to leave the rooms and not use the elevator. People moved urgently to the stairs, but all the doors were blocked. I had to take the elevator down, where the terrified girl at the reception began to apologize for the alarm going off in the next bar and since the building is the same, the alarm extends to the hotel. Why the reception on the speakerphone did not calm down the visitors and residents is not clear to me. Thank God that everything went well, but the impression was a little spoiled. I leave 5 stars, because objectively I liked the hotel and this circumstance affected only my family. I hope that in such situations, the hotel management will be prepared and instruct the staff how to act in such situations.
