An excellent five-star boutique hotel in the center of Minsk, in the Upper Town quarter. I liked the location — very close to the center, a lot of restaurants, shopping malls, parks, pedestrian streets, everything is very nice.
A beautiful hotel building, with a chic interior inside. The hotel does not have an elevator — we went up to the third floor on foot, but the hotel staff offered help.
We had a suite for three of 70 sq.m. Located with convenience. I was only confused that the bathroom door does not have a lock. It was also frustrating that the air conditioner was not working (we were in the hot season at the end of June).
The room had all the other amenities — an excellent shower, a bathroom, gifts in the form of coffee drips and chocolate, slippers, bathrobes, a kettle, comfortable beds, working TVs (there were only two of them, and the remote control worked alone), a microwave oven, etc. the staff also prepared an additional third bed.
the room had a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. The view is not very good, as there is a construction site there now.
I was pleased with the hotel staff — very nice, polite, courteous. We helped with the issue of compensation of funds. Thanks a lot!
Breakfast was included in our accommodation, but in Zalkind it is not a buffet, but a choice from the menu. All the dishes and drinks were very tasty, but we waited a very long time, although we were in a hurry and highlighted it to the staff.
Overall, everything went well, there are some disadvantages, but I still liked the hotel.

1. We decided to choose a non-chain hotel in the city center in order to fully experience the atmosphere of Minsk. The choice is 10 out of 10.
2. The hotel is beautiful, clean and atmospheric. It is located in the very center. Within walking distance of all attractions and shops.
3. The rooms are very comfortable and beautiful, as is the whole hotel. The open space with the sinks did not bother us at all. It was convenient for us.
4. The restaurant at the hotel deserves special attention. Delicious. Nicely. There are many details in the interior. I liked the young people-the manager and the waiter. I'm sorry, I didn't remember the names. I would also like to mention the male bartender who makes an absolutely amazing espresso. Very soft and gentle. There is not even a note of unpleasant bitterness, which makes you want to close your eyes and drink water.
5. The rooms are clean and tidy.
6. The suitcase was lifted and lowered.
7. I also wanted to mention the work of the reception. A young man, Alexander, met us, answered all our questions, and helped us in everything. At my request, he told me and showed me the book of honored guests. The idol of my childhood, Gazmanov, appeared on the first page. As soon as I'm rich and famous, I'll definitely buy the same room where he lived. 😄

Pros: A clean and beautiful hotel in the very center of Minsk. Special thanks for parking literally at the door. A good selection of wines, good cuisine. When compared with nearby hotels in the location, it is probably the best option.
Cons: the room is very correctly photographed, in reality it is small and not so beautiful - there are very controversial points in the design. The food could have been better. There is a slight chaos in the actions of the staff. There is no elevator.
Total: the price is too high in my opinion. And what purpose they pursued when organizing the kitchen in the room with a restaurant and two bars in the building and many nearby is a mystery to me.

The rooms are very clean, new, the design solution is just a delight, it is convenient that there is parking, there were no difficulties finding places. You can choose your own breakfast, it will be delivered directly to your room. It's also good that breakfast time is from 8 to 11 a.m., for those who came to enjoy their vacation, and not get up early in the morning, as for work, this is important.

About the advantages of the hotel
- the center of Minsk, close to all restaurants, many attractions within walking distance and pedestrian streets with lots of restaurants
- the hotel is new, everything is very modern, everything is working properly, we did not save money on repairs, we used expensive materials, which is doubly pleasant!
- the room has bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, body milk, hair dryer, kettle, tea and cups
- beautiful blackout curtains (you can sleep during the day )
- excellent water pressure in the rooms (we lived on the 3rd floor)
- the mattress is moderately hard, two types of pillows! There is an option to choose an additional pillow at the reception
- ideally, the bathroom was separate (shower , toilet, sink)
- drinking water is replenished with 0.75 bottles every day per person
- the Internet worked well, we had no problems.
- the reception staff is friendly and helpful
- there is a restaurant at the hotel, breakfast for a separate cost (40 bel.rubles)
Minuses:
- it's a big problem to drive in by car, there is really no parking, traffic on a pedestrian street is one-way, with restrictions (think 10 times if you travel by car)
- there is no elevator, the building is historical, the ceilings are high, so the flights of stairs are very long, I'm tired of climbing to the 3rd floor every time, keep this in mind.
- if the windows overlook the street, then keep in mind that in the warmer months it will be noisy, everyone is walking.
- it's time to replace or bleach the robes, one of the two got caught with a very yellow collar.
- the restaurant is expensive enough, there are a lot of places in the area that are more interesting and less expensive.
- there is no luggage storage room at the reception, you leave it right at the reception desk and it looks terrible when you check in. It's like you're not visiting a decent hotel, but a suitcase warehouse.
- there are no scales in the hotel for weighing luggage, although the thing is very necessary.
- about cleaning: each time the quality of cleaning was different from 5 to 2 points, which is very strange!
In any case, we were satisfied and, despite the disadvantages, I still give the hotel 5 stars, because the interior, new renovation, location, did their job!

Of course, there are all sorts of little things. If by car, it is better to find another hotel, because there is almost no parking. If you want to get up early, you won't be able to have breakfast, starting at 8 a.m. But the shower was the most annoying, you need to wait a few minutes until there is hot water. The mind requires a circulation pump to solve the problem. If you close your eyes to these little things or you don't need to get up early, then everything is just fine.

In general, everything is decent! The location is great, the staff is very friendly.
The breakfasts are small. Choose 1 dish and that's it. There are no fruits, croissants and everything familiar to the hotel.
The maids clean the whole room, but miss the tea station at the same time, you have to run along the corridor after them and ask for a clean cup and tea. It's strange for this level of hotel.
In general, if the hotel was cheaper, then there would be no questions! But for 16,000₽ per day, a classic room should be better!
There are no cotton pads or sticks in the rooms.

A magnificent hotel in the city center. We were on Halloween, the hotel was beautifully decorated and the treats in the room were in the form of chocolate skulls (very tasty). The hotel is good, justifies 4 stars. In the center of the "old town", near the Town Hall and a pedestrian zone with many cafes and verandas on the street. It's a pretty "lively" place. The hotel is small, but cozy and modern. The staff is friendly and smiling! Our room was a junior suite, small, but.... The ceilings are huge! We chose the hotel based on the reviews - solid positive. And there are undoubtedly advantages - location, good repair, new year's atmosphere, everything is clean and very cozy, all sorts of little things create pleasant impressions - such as decorating the room with a garland of houses, salt and bubble bath, cookies at night, evening room preparation for bedtime, comfortable bed, TV with individual greetings and other little things. It feels like everything has been thought out. But there are a number of things - small rooms, no elevator, a view of the courtyard with a construction site, all three rooms of different categories (solo, double regular and double with bathroom) that we took, very expensive breakfasts and in general these breakfasts are complex - nothing can be replaced or added, without a buffet, just from You choose one of several dishes and that's it! For example, 4 cheesecakes or pancakes with fish or an omelet with buckwheat or an English breakfast plus tea/coffee and/or water/juice. Any change in the recipe or deviation from it is a problem. And it's at such a price!!! The waiters are young girls who act strictly according to the instructions, although they try very hard.
We went to dinner on purpose, to try the kitchen advertised on TV in the room at unrealistic prices even for Moscow. Nothing, in short. Therefore, I will not recommend it. The usual fish, the usual salad and a little pretentious dessert.
By the way, without booking, the room price was lower on the day of arrival. We booked in advance and paid more.
Therefore, I definitely will not recommend the restaurant, there are a lot of other places around where you can eat.
But in general, the hotel made a pleasant feeling with the atmosphere, attitude, cleanliness, beauty and care, and we were complimentfully extended 3 rooms until 14:00. Thanks a lot for that!

Fortunately, the place to stay in Minsk from 07/22/24 to 07/25/24 was chosen by her daughter, who stayed at the Zalkind Hotel in 2022. More precisely, she had no choice. It was obvious. Only "Zalkind". From the first minutes we arrived at the hotel, it became clear to me why. An extraordinarily beautiful, fabulous, immaculately clean area. In general, I want to talk about the hotel itself exclusively in enthusiastic tones. Stunning interiors, harmoniously inscribed works of modern art, cozy, very comfortable and beautiful rooms. Everything is done with great love, delicate taste and care for the guests. But that's not even the main advantage of Zalkind. Pedestrian zone, all attractions nearby, shopping center in 10 minutes walk, embankment nearby, street for festivities until morning in 10 minutes on foot. In general, the location is perfect!!! The hotel itself is cool. The staff is just a tower!!! Everyone is friendly, responsive and will help with any issue. The only negative is the lack of an elevator ((, but again, the staff helped and lifted the suitcase without any problems and lowered it when leaving. Every evening the staff left a nice compliment on the bed)), very nice)). All missing items are provided at the first call. I highly recommend the hotel))!

You can buy handmade toys, perfume from a local perfumer. There are unusual paintings and sculptures on site. The girls at the reception are very friendly. We took a room with breakfast, it was delicious, but personally I do not have enough "green" dishes. If you come for a long time, you will want more variety. Интересный отель, очень. Камерность, оформление, рецепшен, все на отлично! Изысканный интерьер и модные дизайнерские решения (правда не всегда удобные, но тем не менее) Заселили раньше назначенного, за что огромное спасибо!!! Вода в больших бутылках - Каждый день, комплимент от шефа (шоколадки хенд мейд), приятно. Уборка без нареканий, смена белья хоть каждый день, если попросишь. Вид у нас был на улицу, сначала испугались, но приятная живая музыка и звуки кафешек, лично нам ничуть не портили вечер. Открытые настежь окна, нежный шелест тополей убаюкивал, тихо и спокойно (к 24 часам все угомонивалось). Кровати супер удобные, сон сладкий. Расположение удобное, от ЖД вокзала 20 мин пешком, такси 5 мин. В центре ночной жизни города, повторюсь, это ни разу ни проблема, поскольку пьяных и неадекватных не видели и не слышали, это очень круто!!! В ресторане не ели, поэтому ничего не могу сказать, но видели, что еда там обычная европейская и в целом, как видит повар 😁, стало быть дороже, чем полагается, но видимо вкусно, народ сидел. Хотелось попробовать аутентичной кухни, мы и пробовали 😋😋😋. Отель рекомендую изо всяких сил 😊!

The food at the Wine&Pinsa restaurant is awesome! Pinsa is generally bombed. Better than some Italian restaurants. The Zalkind Kitchen had very tasty breakfasts. The content breakfast is so super. The rooms are clean and pleasant, we were pleased. On my birthday, I was given a present two whole times. The first time at Wine&Pinsa, and the second time from the hotel. They gave me cheesecake twice (well, finally they gave me cheesecake, not some kind of cake, hooray). Everything was amazingly delicious. A great hotel in the center of Minsk. A pleasant breakfast restaurant on the ground floor and very attentive service. There is no private parking, they offer to park in an underground parking lot in a shopping center nearby. At the same time, coupons are issued to pay for this parking. We chose this hotel on the recommendation of friends and did not regret it.
