A luxury hotel in the historical center of Minsk! The location is perfect, close to shops, metro, various cafes and restaurants, and at the same time very quiet and peaceful.
I enjoyed the stay 100%! Courteous staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. The room was given on the third floor, booked for one person - quite large (unfortunately there is no photo) with high-quality modern renovation. A blanket, a mattress, and bed linen are super pleasant and comfortable, which is necessary for a comfortable sleep. Bathrobe and slippers are soft and cozy, create a homely atmosphere))). There is no buffet in the hotel, breakfasts must be booked in advance, I took "benedict with lightly salted salmon" - delicious and satisfying.
If you are a connoisseur of comfort and quality, then you are definitely here, and I will be happy to stay here again!

1. We decided to choose a non-chain hotel in the city center in order to fully experience the atmosphere of Minsk. The choice is 10 out of 10.
2. The hotel is beautiful, clean and atmospheric. It is located in the very center. Within walking distance of all attractions and shops.
3. The rooms are very comfortable and beautiful, as is the whole hotel. The open space with the sinks did not bother us at all. It was convenient for us.
4. The restaurant at the hotel deserves special attention. Delicious. Nicely. There are many details in the interior. I liked the young people-the manager and the waiter. I'm sorry, I didn't remember the names. I would also like to mention the male bartender who makes an absolutely amazing espresso. Very soft and gentle. There is not even a note of unpleasant bitterness, which makes you want to close your eyes and drink water.
5. The rooms are clean and tidy.
6. The suitcase was lifted and lowered.
7. I also wanted to mention the work of the reception. A young man, Alexander, met us, answered all our questions, and helped us in everything. At my request, he told me and showed me the book of honored guests. The idol of my childhood, Gazmanov, appeared on the first page. The rooms are very clean, new, the design solution is just a delight, it is convenient that there is parking, there were no difficulties finding places. You can choose your own breakfast, it will be delivered directly to your room. It's also good that breakfast time is from 8 to 11 a.m., for those who came to enjoy their vacation, and not get up early in the morning, as for work, this is important.

Of course, there are all sorts of little things. If by car, it is better to find another hotel, because there is almost no parking. If you want to get up early, you won't be able to have breakfast, starting at 8 a.m. But the shower was the most annoying, you need to wait a few minutes until there is hot water. The mind requires a circulation pump to solve the problem. If you close your eyes to these little things or you don't need to get up early, then everything is just fine.

A magnificent hotel in the city center. We were on Halloween, the hotel was beautifully decorated and the treats in the room were in the form of chocolate skulls (very tasty). The breakfasts are excellent, I don't know what they might not like - an excellent selection of dishes and huge portions, it's impossible to eat. The advantages have already been described by many here, I will write about the disadvantages.
1. Breakfast is served only from 8.00. We were on a business trip, at 8.00 we already had to leave, it was impossible to have breakfast earlier. We do not think that we are the only ones with such a desire. In our opinion, the management needs to pay attention to this. Breakfast is usually served in hotels from 7 a.m. or at least from 7:30 a.m.
2. Breakfast consists of one course. Yes, it's delicious, but one dish and there's nothing for tea/coffee. We drank coffee and tea with "this". For this level of hotel, it would be good to provide at least a croissant.
3. The room was somewhat confused by the sink not in the toilet, but right in the room.

An excellent five-star boutique hotel in the center of Minsk, in the Upper Town quarter. I liked the location — very close to the center, a lot of restaurants, shopping malls, parks, pedestrian streets, everything is very nice.
A beautiful hotel building, with a chic interior inside. The hotel does not have an elevator — we went up to the third floor on foot, but the hotel staff offered help.
We had a suite for three of 70 sq.m. Located with convenience. I was only confused that the bathroom door does not have a lock. It was also frustrating that the air conditioner was not working (we were in the hot season at the end of June).
The room had all the other amenities — an excellent shower, a bathroom, gifts in the form of coffee drips and chocolate, slippers, bathrobes, a kettle, comfortable beds, working TVs (there were only two of them, and the remote control worked alone), a microwave oven, etc. the staff also prepared an additional third bed.
the room had a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. The view is not very good, as there is a construction site there now.
I was pleased with the hotel staff — very nice, polite, courteous. We helped with the issue of compensation of funds. Thanks a lot!
Breakfast was included in our accommodation, but in Zalkind it is not a buffet, but a choice from the menu. All the dishes and drinks were very tasty, but we waited a very long time, although we were in a hurry and highlighted it to the staff.
Overall, everything went well, there are some disadvantages, but I still liked the hotel.

In general, everything is decent! The location is great, the staff is very friendly.
The breakfasts are small. Choose 1 dish and that's it. There are no fruits, croissants and everything familiar to the hotel.
The maids clean the whole room, but miss the tea station at the same time, you have to run along the corridor after them and ask for a clean cup and tea. It's strange for this level of hotel.
In general, if the hotel was cheaper, then there would be no questions! But for 16,000₽ per day, a classic room should be better!
There are no cotton pads or sticks in the rooms.

- the hotel is new, everything is very modern, everything is working properly, we did not save money on repairs, we used expensive materials, which is doubly pleasant!
- the room has bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, body milk, hair dryer, kettle, tea and cups
- beautiful blackout curtains (you can sleep during the day )
- excellent water pressure in the rooms (we lived on the 3rd floor)
- the mattress is moderately hard, two types of pillows! There is an option to choose an additional pillow at the reception
- ideally, the bathroom was separate (shower , toilet, sink)
- drinking water is replenished with 0.75 bottles every day per person
- the Internet worked well, we had no problems.
- the reception staff is friendly and helpful
- there is a restaurant at the hotel, breakfast for a separate cost (40 bel.rubles)
Minuses:
- it's a big problem to drive in by car, there is really no parking, traffic on a pedestrian street is one-way, with restrictions (think 10 times if you travel by car)
- there is no elevator, the building is historical, the ceilings are high, so the flights of stairs are very long, I'm tired of climbing to the 3rd floor every time, keep this in mind.
- if the windows overlook the street, then keep in mind that in the warmer months it will be noisy, everyone is walking.
- it's time to replace or bleach the robes, one of the two got caught with a very yellow collar.
- the restaurant is expensive enough, there are a lot of places in the area that are more interesting and less expensive.
- there is no luggage storage room at the reception, you leave it right at the reception desk and it looks terrible when you check in. It's like you're not visiting a decent hotel, but a suitcase warehouse.
- there are no scales in the hotel for weighing luggage, although the thing is very necessary.
- about cleaning: each time the quality of cleaning was different from 5 to 2 points, which is very strange!
In any case, we were satisfied and, despite the disadvantages, I still give the hotel 5 stars, because the interior, new renovation, location, did their job!

We chose the hotel based on the reviews - solid positive. And there are undoubtedly advantages - location, good repair, new year's atmosphere, everything is clean and very cozy, all sorts of little things create pleasant impressions - such as decorating the room with a garland of houses, salt and bubble bath, cookies at night, evening room preparation for bedtime, comfortable bed, TV with individual greetings and other little things. It feels like everything has been thought out. But there are a number of things - small rooms, no elevator, a view of the courtyard with a construction site, all three rooms of different categories (solo, double regular and double with bathroom) that we took, very expensive breakfasts and in general these breakfasts are complex - nothing can be replaced or added, without a buffet, just from You choose one of several dishes and that's it! For example, 4 cheesecakes or pancakes with fish or an omelet with buckwheat or an English breakfast plus tea/coffee and/or water/juice. Any change in the recipe or deviation from it is a problem. And it's at such a price!!! The waiters are young girls who act strictly according to the instructions, although they try very hard.
We went to dinner on purpose, to try the kitchen advertised on TV in the room at unrealistic prices even for Moscow. Nothing, in short. Therefore, I will not recommend it. The usual fish, the usual salad and a little pretentious dessert.
By the way, without booking, the room price was lower on the day of arrival. We booked in advance and paid more.
Therefore, I definitely will not recommend the restaurant, there are a lot of other places around where you can eat.
But in general, the hotel made a pleasant feeling with the atmosphere, attitude, cleanliness, beauty and care, and we were complimentfully extended 3 rooms until 14:00. Thanks a lot for that!

The review concerns a resident room with a separate entrance (N101).
The room consists of two rooms: opening the door you refuse in the hall, it is also a kitchen and a living room, tile floor, siphonite from the door, a table, 2 chairs, a sofa, a kitchen corner with everything you need. TVs, two.
The second room is a bedroom, there is a sliding door at the entrance. The bed is angular, which is extremely uncomfortable. There is no bedside table or table near the bed, there are also no sockets near the head and there is no low light at all. I need to get up and turn off the light... the bedroom window (the only one in the room) has two garbage bags at the next door.
The bathroom is in dark colors, the lighting is minimal, if you close the black curtains of the shower cabin, you can't even see the inscriptions where the soap is and where the shampoo is..
The overall impression of the room is yes, designer, as promised, but uncomfortable, as we would like, and does not match the price of more than 20 thousand rubles per night without breakfast.
Perhaps the main building and the rest of the rooms are more comfortable and we were just unlucky...

Upon check-in, they gave out a questionnaire on what to touch / not to touch when cleaning. I put "no" everywhere. But they still threw away my little plastic bottle, apparently considering it garbage.

Wi-fi did not work well in all parts of the room (we had a junior suite), we made a small rearrangement so that we could work. Personally, my point is a separate bathroom, i.e. the absence of a sink directly in the bathroom.

I liked the hotel. It's all clear. Right in the middle. There are many restaurants around. The breakfasts are individual, but very tasty. Prices are high, but this is almost everywhere in Minsk

A wonderful hotel! Modern, designer, stylish and sooo comfortable!!!! The location is perfect! The very center! Pedestrian zone, all attractions nearby, shopping center in 10 minutes walk, embankment nearby, street for festivities until morning in 10 minutes on foot. In general, the location is perfect!!! The hotel itself is cool. The staff is just a tower!!! Everyone is friendly, responsive and will help with any issue. The only negative is the lack of an elevator ((, but again, the staff helped and lifted the suitcase without any problems and lowered it when leaving. Every evening the staff left a nice compliment on the bed)), very nice)). All missing items are provided at the first call. I highly recommend the hotel))!
