To be honest, I'm just delighted with this hotel! Yes, it's 4*; yes, it costs like many 5* in Minsk, but it's worth it, damn it! You will have quartz vinyl on the floor instead of natural wood, and the bathroom is finished with granite, not natural stone, but the design of your room is worked out by a real pro in his field. He is not faceless, like the online players. It is quite original and memorable, extremely photogenic (for bloggers and other fans of various vanity factories), and at the same time quite functional, comfortable and convenient. In our room, we only lacked space for suitcases, we had to put them behind the curtain. If the owners of the hotel read this: guys, I just fell in love with that Einchholtz chandelier that I looked at on the ceiling every morning after waking up. She is fantastically beautiful, I want to buy the same one in a country house now! Give a bonus to the person who found and came up with the idea to put it there!!! We had a superior room with a bathroom by the window in the room, and it was great – we used it twice and had a lot of fun. The main advantage of the hotel is not even its location on a quiet semi-pedestrian street 2 minutes walk from the very center, not in good sound insulation due to the massive walls of the historic building (note: managers, ask the maids to hold the doors during cleaning – in a draft they clap so that they wake up the dead), but that The hotel has the best restaurant in Minsk. We haven't been in the city that long, but all the other places where we managed to eat out are not even a match for your Zalkind kitchen with a generally even price tag. The most expensive and mind-blowing delicious two-course dinner with octopus and filet mignon for hot + alcohol for two came out to us at 270 rubles, a regular lunch of salad and pasta + drinks (in the afternoon there is a cool and inexpensive cava by the glass on the menu) will cost around 100 again for two, and breakfasts and that's cheaper. And for all this, you just need to go down to the first floor (there is also a veranda on the street). There are eye-pleasing art objects all over the hotel. I especially liked the numerous sculptures of curvaceous ladies made of bronze, the author of which I do not remember. Special thanks for cleaning the rooms twice a day.
From the essentials: a comfortable desktop with a lamp with a USB adapter, with which you can light your gadgets if you forgot your own somewhere due to inattention, a large bed with a high-quality mattress, closed by a door (hello to Euro-radissons, where you wash and shit in a new fashion somewhere just behind the headboard, brrrr) a separate a room with a toilet and shower with dispensers for gel / shampoo / conditioner (no toothpaste, please note upon arrival), a full tea set and a mini-bar with a bunch of the same mini-bottles (strong alcohol + bottle of prosecco from Bottega, mmmmm), drinks (a can of Cola for only 2 rubles, by the way) and snacks + 2 liters of drinking water as a compliment from the hotel every day. Bathrobes and slippers for two are included in the price and are immediately in the room. A friend appreciated some kind of special makeup remover cloth and a bork hair dryer with an ionizer. Upon returning to Moscow, I had to buy her the same one – there were full pants of happiness. For the bathroom, you have a daily replenished supply of salt and foam, and a duck ready to brighten up the bathing process. The room has central air conditioning, which we never appreciated – the thick walls perfectly smoothed out the differences in outdoor temperature from 24 to 7C. Curtains are not blackout, but they allow you to sleep until noon without getting a sunstroke. We were provided with a closed parking space at the hotel for free, which is very important for the center of Minsk (please check before checking in, there may not be any places).
Nuances: maybe I didn't understand something, but there were no standard do not disturb/ remove cartons on the entrance handle or buttons/switches similar in functionality in the room. The maids can delicately (and not at 8 a.m.) knock on your room to clarify cleaning requests. If you are in Minsk for a long time, then the closet in the room may not be enough for all things, but it did not cause any inconvenience to us (we stayed at the hotel for 5 days).
In general, my best recommendations! We have already advised you to our friends without a shadow of hesitation, and we will return ourselves if we gather in Minsk again.

I booked 2 nights in a single room, but the hotel upgraded to standard upon arrival, so I'll show you photos of both rooms.
The hotel is very stylish: furniture, fittings, design. The ceilings in the rooms are high.
Breakfast can be delivered to the room for free, you need to inform the reception in advance. There are 4 types of breakfasts to choose from.
The bed linen is the softest. There is a menu of orthopedic pillows (I haven't tried it). A complimentary bottle of water is placed in the room. The mini bar is filled with alcohol and extra water (for a fee).
Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner are in the shower, mounted on the wall. There are bathrobes and slippers. There are no toiletries, just a shower cap.
The room is warm, the heating works well.
The sink is located separately in the hallway, separated from the bedroom by a partition. It's inconvenient for someone, but I've seen this in many hotels in different countries, you can get used to it.
Now the nuances. The shower has a rain shower and a watering can with a flexible hose. So the watering can is mounted on the wall at a level just above the waist and is not adjustable up / down / to the sides in any way. It is difficult to wash under a rain shower without wetting your hair, and the watering can can only be directed horizontally and adjust to it yourself.
When you come to the room and insert the key card, the TV turns on automatically and plays a video about the hotel. By the way, there are not enough channels;(
The single room is tiny and cramped, keep in mind. You can unpack the suitcase, but it will be inconvenient to walk.
These little things are insignificant, I am delighted with the hotel and will advise everyone!

Overall, I liked the hotel.
Feature, there are no elevators. This can be a barrier for people who have trouble walking up stairs. By the way, the staff will help you lift and lower your suitcases.
Breakfast can be selected, at the time of the visit there were as many as 11 options. I really liked the English breakfast. Breakfast can also be ordered in the room.
The location is great, you are in the very center, it is very convenient. The entrance for a taxi is also good.
The restaurant at the hotel left only pleasant memories and positive emotions. The restaurant staff is interested in how the guest liked the dish and informs the chef. This is a good connection between the client and the boss. Here, a solid five out of five.
The hotel staff is 4+ out of 5. It lacks a little bit of participation and courtesy, but most likely not many people will pay attention to this, so, in general, everything is fine.
He lived in a room with a free-standing bathroom. Maybe not very lucky, but there were interruptions with hot water and I did not want to dial the bathroom.

A very beautiful place! A cozy, quiet boutique hotel. Spacious rooms with designer interiors. The room has everything you need, dental and shaving kits, thread, birushi are provided free of charge at the reception. Cleaning is daily, the staff is friendly.
Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant, it deserves special attention and a visit!
The location couldn't be better (the very center of the city!), close to shopping malls, currency exchanges, cafes, restaurants, bars, attractions, excellent transport links.

The rooms are clean, with everything you need, an interesting lobby on the floor. But I had to remove one star, to my great regret, the circumstances just happened - the boiler was faulty. "The Devil is in the details"
The hotel has a great location, really clean and nice design. But the impression is made up of little things:
1. When booking on the website, there is an option to choose an increased rate, but with payment on the spot. An indispensable option for tourists from Russia whose cards do not work. I chose this option. I contacted the support of the hotel in Whatsapp, suddenly there is a "secret" where to pay for the reservation. She confirmed her intention to come. As a result, upon arrival, we were told that your room had already been sold, because you did not pay for it. The question is, why did no one warn that in the absence of payment, the reservation will be canceled and then why make an increased rate for payment on the spot?
2. The hotel does not have an elevator - this can be a big problem for guests with limited mobility.
3. There is no parking at the hotel. At the reception, the girls recommend parking in the nearest shopping center, but they call the incorrect cost of parking (update the data), it's a long way to go to the hotel. It would be possible to tell guests that there is free public parking literally on the next street.
4. Welcome drink for two guests, only one guest is allowed😁
5. In covid times, budget hotels that wanted to save money began asking guests to fill out a form for breakfast. It exists here too. There are three breakfast options to choose from, indicating the time range of taking 30 minutes each. You choose, you come exactly to the point and wait another 40 minutes for it to be cooked for you. By the way, breakfasts are not a delight. It is better to have breakfast at nearby restaurants. If you take the most satisfying English, then they will bring bread to it. And butter or jam is no longer included for him). They say: it was necessary to take the continental, it goes in there. They asked me to order something extra, they asked me to wait. They never came up to accept the order for the supplement.
6. The reception staff also do not know how to work with criticism. When I was informed that our room had been sold, it was reported as if it was my own fault. When I asked the reception why, when specifying the exact time of breakfast, it had to wait another 40 minutes. The receptionist was not surprised with the question: yes? How long! I'll inform the management or something like that. The girl pretended as if I had sent these words into space, and not addressed them to her)))) funny.
7. But no less important point. Some rooms overlook the unfinished construction site. I am attaching a photo.

Everything is fine, the design is good, but in my opinion there is a lack of home warmth like in the Helvetia hotel at Yunis , I would add some live music in the evenings, relaxing, and some kind of souvenir at the reception, a magnet, or a small picture of Oils or acrylic in a 6*10 cm frame, maybe a branded chocolate bar or cookies from the hotel , and upon check-in a small bottle of 0.25 wine or champagne , a trifle but nice , good luck and all the best , the place is great, I recommend it !

The single room was disappointing. Very expensive, a small room, uninteresting in appearance. There weren't even any curtains, it was purely Roman. It is unpleasant to wash directly in the bedroom by the bed, because there was not enough space in the bathroom. The bed is short, the heels are dangling, I've never seen this in decent hotels, and I'm 170 tall. There are no additional tools in the bathroom, you need to get a toothbrush back up the stairs to the reception. Bad. There is no elevator.
The location is good, the breakfasts are delicious, but I definitely do not plan to return. The site is beautiful, it does not match the expected impression. I would not recommend it

UPD In the case of working with me as a guest, the real work with damage looked exactly as I described. It's strange that the hotel's response says that my experience with them has nothing to do with a really built-in procedure. And I left the hotel quickly, because I was really in a hurry to meet, and not "pretending", my husband stayed to check out, he was in no hurry. The hotel's response was once again amazing. Everything is in the best traditions of service, it is necessary to accuse of dishonesty 😁
The equipment is wonderful, the interior is magical. The second time I was at the hotel, the first time the review was 7 out of 5, I planned to visit and recommend further. If it hadn't been for the last visit. After about an hour and a half after check-out, I received a message with an offer to pay for the damage caused to the property of the hotel. The reservation was not made for me, but I received a tempting offer. Moreover, it was offered to pay about $ 160 for a wine stain on an egg-sized blanket and a lipstick mark on a towel. During this time, the laundry was obviously not washed, but they asked for payment. I explained that the stains are washed off, after a couple of hours the amount was halved. Moreover, there is no mention that the initial claim is not proportionate, no excuse for putting up an amount for non-existent damage. Just "unfortunately, the blanket was not washed off, as a result, payment will be made only for it." This amount is called a fine at the hotel. It is a common practice when there are stains, a dry cleaning bill is issued or, if the property cannot be used, it is written off and offered to be picked up by the client, because he pays for it, and the hotel can no longer use it, in fact, this is the damage, taking into account depreciation. The story with the spots continued until the evening, the wonderful impressions were mercilessly spoiled. As a premium hotel, this establishment definitely needs to work with its customer service standards. You can at least sort out the situation before invoicing and apologize when it turned out that there was no damage initially billed, part of the property was removed. By the way, when I called to clarify the nature of the stains and the obvious possibility of washing them, except for the administrator, who is definitely not related to the introduction of stains, I could not talk to anyone. To solve complex issues at the hotel, usually someone more competent can talk to the guest.
Please be careful with the linen and towels in this hotel.

Overall, the impression is pleasant, everything is very beautiful. But it's not very convenient. There is not a single shelf in the shower, there is nowhere to put bath accessories. There is a cold floor in the toilet and hallway, there are no rugs. All this, of course, can be experienced, but it would definitely be more comfortable if these points were finalized. There was also no iron in the room. The location is great, I liked the restaurant too.

I was with my family at the end of July, the Family room, everything is fine! We checked in immediately upon arrival before 14 o'clock, a beautiful room, a super bed and pillows, air conditioning, two TVs, a bathtub and a shower. Everything is new and clean! Great cleaning! The lack of parking or any acceptable solution at the place of unloading luggage if you are traveling by car (standing on an emergency stop on the road or running with suitcases along the cobblestones from the nearest entrance pocket is not a solution). 2. The sink is not in the bathroom, but a zone separated by a partition from the living area - we did not understand this decision at all (are we at grandma's in a village house?). How to relax when you have water pouring behind the partition?
The location is good, no doubt, but if you are in the upper price category, then the basic things need to be taken into account.
I will positively note the restaurant - delicious, pleasant service.
