And the receptionist Olga, who ruined the impression of the hotel!

Namely, her lack of competence in communicating with hotel customers.
After we settled in and were off the road for more than 10 hours, we forgot to declare the dog upon arrival.
In the morning, she said that you can only have a dog in the presidential room, we said that there was no such information on the Onetwotrip aggregator website, to which she said you had to look at our hotel's website, and pay $ 20 per day for accommodation and cleaning for the York dog, which is hypoallergenic 2.5 kg weight with all vaccinations, etc.
Half of the cost of our hotel stay is 35 thousand, 15 thousand per dog.
Of course, we did not pay, he said deal with our addressee.
After they went for a walk and spoiled the mood, the wife fell down the stairs and broke two nails.
A couple of hours later, Olga wrote that she was wrong, apologized and said you only need to pay $ 20 extra per day, I gave her another amount of 1,680 rubles in our voucher for all accommodation. She went to sort it out again.
I came back apologized and said I don't need to pay anything!
We are in a bad mood for the whole day, with a very bad impression of the hotel, and at least a couple of hours spent on the proceedings!
Because of her, I do not recommend accommodation in this hotel! We definitely won't go there anymore!!!

A small cozy hotel with very good service and excellent location, near a lot of shops, restaurants, etc. Very tasty breakfasts, a restaurant with a claim to haute cuisine. The only drawback is very small rooms and for some reason with sinks in the hallway, not in the bathroom and there is practically no wardrobe - there is a kettle with a tea set in the closet :))

Очень хороший отель. Обязательно остановлюсь в нем, когда приеду в следующий раз в Минск.
Стильный дизайн, все чисто. Приятные запахи и продуманный свет, как в коридорах, так и в номере.
Приветливый персонал.
Есть меню на вечер в номер с вопросами, что вы хотите сделать в номере - уборку или ничего не трогать, собрать разбросанные вещи или не трогать, в общем очень много внимания к деталям!
Делал поздний выезд, причем можно выбирать до 18 или после 18 часов вечера, что влияет на стоимость и очень приятно, что есть такая опция.
Отдельное внимание заслуживает ресторан при отеле! Просто супер место, которое надо обязательно посетить, если вы в Минске.

A beautiful and comfortable place. The rooms, the building itself, the location are super. The restaurant is great. We need to work on hotel services, because once we got to the reserved room closer to 16:00, I found two strange women there, who reported that they were evaluating the room. It was strange, because check-in starts at 14:00 and you don't expect such "surprises" after a hard day's work. The hotel tried to apologize with a glass of champagne and a plate of fruit, in my opinion it didn't work out very well, because if you want to smooth out your joint, give a closed bottle at least, who knows what's in the glass.

We liked the hotel, it is very stylish and cozy, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. We lived in a beautiful deluxe room with an interesting and unusual design. The receptionists are very friendly and always ready to help. Very tasty breakfasts in the restaurant, we took cheesecakes and benedict. I will recommend the hotel to everyone and I will definitely return there again.

Очень красивый стильный и уютный отель. Остановиться в нем было отличным решением! Находится в самом центре, адекватная стоимость. Безупречная постель, где мне было очень комфортно спать (а я обычно не могу подружиться с гостиничной подушкой или что-нибудь еще). Кстати, меню подушек есть тоже, но… что странно, опция платная.
Наполнен мини-бар, есть халаты, полотенца и все мелочи.
При заселении заполняешь мини-анкету, где указываешь, какие действия горничной ты апрув, а какие нет)
Из минусов: в нашем номере было не самое удобное расположение умывальника и душа. Т.е. заходя в номер, перед тобой умывальник. Как бы в прихожей. А за дверью сам душ и за еще одной - унитаз. Получается, 1. выходя из душа, сразу попадаешь в общее пространство, а в нем холодно… просто я привыкла к тому, что сначала из ванной/душа оказываешься в помещении санузла, а потом выходишь. Тут не так. 2. Если встал кто-то из двоих гостей номера пораньше и захотел умыться, включится вода и второй проснется ибо двери в спальню нет.
В отеле есть завтраки, три вида. Но, когда я читала меню всех трех вариантов, ни один из них не был с просто омлетом или глазуньей. Мне не подошло.
Уборку мы за 4 дня распознали едва ли. Вывода напрашивается два - или я поставила везде галочки «не делать» (но это вряд ли), либо горничные просто не особо хотели напрягаться.
Не считайте мои «минусы» чем-то глобально ужасным. Отель действительно оставил хорошие впечатления. А качество сна - отдельная похвала!

The hotel is 10 out of 10
I had a happy long journey to Minsk, I arrived wildly tired. The hotel was very well received and pleasantly surprised with the upgrade of the room. At the same time, they took into account my wish when booking: they gave me a room with windows to the courtyard. Yes, a view of the construction site, but I did not come to look through the window)) sleeping in complete silence is much more important.
The room was very clean. If you start to itch when you see someone's hair, garbage from previous guests, greasy fingerprints on dishes, etc., then choose this hotel. Cleanliness in the room and in the lobby is 10 out of 10.
Cleaning was done every day, towels were changed as needed, water and shower accessories were replenished.
The room had a very comfortable bed with the most delicate bed linen. WiFi on the phone worked well, on the TV it is possible to turn on YouTube, music via Bluetooth or spotify.
One of the main advantages is the location of the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping centers around. All the main attractions can be reached on foot. I went for a walk for 3-4 hours, returned to the hotel, rested and went back to the cultural program. I used a taxi only a couple of times to get to distant shopping centers.
My DOCTOR also fell for this trip, the hotel made a compliment in the form of a fruit plate. It's a minor detail, but it's nice.
If I go to Minsk again, I will book only this hotel

We were in Minsk and stayed at this hotel for a day, the rooms match the description, the interior is very cozy and stylish, everything is done with a soul, everything is clean. Nice staff. On the day of the eviction, they asked to extend their stay for 3 hours due to poor health, they extended it without any problems and without additional payments. The breakfasts are simply delicious and very satisfying. We will definitely return to this hotel next time. Thanks to the staff and management for ensuring a pleasant stay for their guests.

Some people don't like it, but it was great for us! The bed deserves special attention. It was different in my life... The hotel has a lovely bed with excellent pillows. The location in the room would seem to be excellent, but the windows in the room are on the construction site, the bathroom-toilet is cramped, the washbasin has been moved outside the bathroom for some reason, you brush your teeth in the bedroom, you wash the rest of the body in the shower. You will not be able to take a paste with a brush with you, there is not a single shelf or hook in the bathroom. For some reason, the bed is not a standard king-size, but as if it were smaller. In short, something was messed up with the design clearly:(and as a result, it seems that the room is not worth the money. These are the impressions.

The administrator reacts to comments about this, but there is no action!) the terrace restaurant is generally a separate story, for breakfast if you see more than 2-3 tables occupied, then you will have breakfast in 40-60 minutes, for 50-80 rubles of local currency.

We shot a deluxe before our wedding day to relax and shoot in the morning, we really liked everything! The compliment of a great delicious breakfast was very pleasant! Everything is clean, the bed is like a cotton cloud, the washing facilities were pleasantly surprised. The staff is very accommodating, not intrusive. The only negative is that on the night from Saturday to Sunday, a drunken company was yelling outside the window at night. Of course, this does not depend on the hotel, but nevertheless it affected the impression. In general, there are still so many advantages that we were very satisfied anyway!

Центр города, старинный особняк, рядом много кафе, отель небольшой, но комфортный. Вежливый и внимательный персонал. Континентальный завтрак. Рядом своя парковка. С питомцами нельзя, поэтому наша собачка не увидела красот столицы Белоруссии. Надеюсь в следующий приезд, нас не разлучат и нам разрешат остановиться с собачкой.

Новый бутик-отель, стильный в самом центре Минске. Одно из самых удобных расположение, все лучшее рядом! Почему 4 бала... очень своеобразный интерьер в номере. В номере нет отдельной ванной комнаты, раковина и душевая кабина находятся прямо в прихожей и от кровати отдельных просто перегородкой. К этому привыкаешь, но неудобно, честно. И ещё один минус то, что в номере нет туалетных принадлежностей, шампуня, зубной щетки, шапочки и т.д. для такого уровня отеля это должно быть априори. Правда не буду лукавить висит над раковиной табличка, что их можно заказать по телефону. Согласитесь это странно.
Очень вкусные завтраки в ресторане при отеле. Рекомендую не пожалеете, стоят своих денег. В остальном гостиница чудесная, судите сами это лишь маленькие недочеты.

Случайный выбор гостиницы и очень удачный - элегантный и лаконичный дизайн номера и самой гостиницы. Расположение - просто идеально - вечером после переговоров по всей улице на выбор есть где посидеть, погулять, при этом в номере будет тихо и не слышно шума улицы. Персонал милый и профессиональеый. Чисто, завтраки - вкусные и красиво сервированы (не шведский стол)

One of the advantages is beautiful, great location, lots of delicious places nearby!
There are more disadvantages , let 's go .
1) despite the preliminary approval of the breakfast menu , the wait was about an hour. Plus, the waiters do not listen when they are asked 3 times to bring porridge on water, as a result they bring it with milk :)
2) there is critically little space in the rooms (we were in the standard, maybe others are more spacious)
3) uncomfortable bed - the beds are small, the mattresses are soft
For a couple of nights, of course, it's normal, but for a long stay.

Потрясающий отель для ценителей комфорта и современного искусства. Внутри отеля царит творческая атмосфера, скульптуры, выполненные в современном стиле, картины и приветливый персонал. Номера чистые, особенно понравилась кровать и подушки- идеально обволакивают и мгновенно погружают в сон после насыщенного дня. И еще завтрак… он, конечно, недешевый, но очень вкусный. На другие приемы пищи, к сожалению, не успевала. Ну и хорошее расположение в историческом здании.
