A wonderful hotel with excellent service in the city center. Some rooms face the street with bars that are open until morning on weekends. You can, of course, get to the bottom of poor sound insulation, but they give earplugs. We booked a room without breakfast, so there's nothing to say about the food. As it is, everything is fine with me.

A wonderful impression of the hotel! We booked a 3-night stay, which meant moving to another room due to the fact that it was not possible to book one room for the entire stay. But in the end, we were accommodated in a room of a higher category without any additional charges and the need to move! The rooms are very beautifully decorated, with great taste and attention to detail. Very cozy and stylish. Very clean, comfortable beds, super design. We had dinner 3 nights in a row at the hotel restaurant - which we never do, but after trying it the first night for convenience reasons, we didn't want to try anything else) beautiful presentation, delicious dishes, good selection, excellent wine list, children's menu and very, very decent service! Many thanks to the reception staff, the waiters, all very attentive and caring. I'll mention the breakfasts separately - I usually prefer a buffet, especially with a child, it's always easier, there are a la carte breakfasts here, but they pleasantly surprised me, they tried different things and each time it was very tasty. The cuisine, the cook are just wonderful here, beyond praise. If we find ourselves in Minsk again, we will definitely choose only this hotel! Thanks!

There were issues about the cleanliness of the room that were resolved.
Upon check-in, they gave out a questionnaire on what to touch / not to touch when cleaning. I put "no" everywhere. But they still threw away my little plastic bottle, apparently considering it garbage.

Wi-fi did not work well in all parts of the room (we had a junior suite), we made a small rearrangement so that we could work. Personally, my point is a separate bathroom, i.e. the absence of a sink directly in the bathroom.

A wonderful hotel! Modern, designer, stylish and sooo comfortable!!!! The location is perfect! The very center! Pedestrian zone, all attractions nearby, shopping center in 10 minutes walk, embankment nearby, street for festivities until morning in 10 minutes on foot. In general, the location is perfect!!! The hotel itself is cool. The staff is just a tower!!! Everyone is friendly, responsive and will help with any issue. The only negative is the lack of an elevator ((, but again, the staff helped and lifted the suitcase without any problems and lowered it when leaving. Every evening the staff left a nice compliment on the bed)), very nice)). All missing items are provided at the first call. I highly recommend the hotel))!

We were on weekdays and it was quiet, but it might be worth asking for windows to the courtyard, since there is a busy street with bars under the windows (I separately noted the carefully prepared earplugs and drip coffee in the room :)

Exquisite interior and fashionable design solutions (although not always convenient, but nevertheless) We checked in earlier than scheduled, for which thank you very much!!! Water in large bottles - Every day, a compliment from the chef (hand made chocolates), it's nice. Cleaning without complaints, change of linen at least every day, if you ask. We had a view of the street, at first we were scared, but pleasant live music and the sounds of cafes, personally, did not spoil the evening at all. The windows were wide open, the gentle rustle of poplars lulled, quietly and calmly (by 24 o'clock everything calmed down). The beds are super comfortable, the sleep is sweet. The location is convenient, from the railway station 20 min walk, taxi 5 min. In the center of the city's nightlife, I repeat, this has never been a problem, since drunk and inadequate people have not been seen or heard, this is very cool!!! We didn't eat in the restaurant, so I can't say anything, but we saw that the food there was ordinary European and in general, as the cook sees, it was more expensive than it should be, but apparently it was delicious, the people were sitting. I wanted to try authentic cuisine, and we tried it. I recommend the hotel with all my might!

A good hotel, with a convenient location, pleasant interior. There is a pillow menu, all sorts of little things like shoe sponges, etc., a full mini fridge, dry cleaning. You can buy handmade toys, perfume from a local perfumer. There are unusual paintings and sculptures on site. The girls at the reception are very friendly. We took a room with breakfast, it was delicious, but personally I do not have enough "green" dishes. If you come for a long time, you will want more variety. I would like to mention the excellent work of the waiter girls in the restaurant, especially Lesya. For some, the lack of an elevator will be a minus, for us, a plus, mini charging). I was in Minsk for the first time and chose a hotel based on reviews. I have never regretted it) To begin with, it is a very convenient location in the very center, you can even walk from the train station. Insanely beautiful building, interior. Everything is new. Polite and friendly staff, since there is no elevator in the building, help to lift the suitcase to the room. The room has everything you need. Purity. There are comfortable pillows and a mattress on the bed, you can sleep well without neck and back pain. Cleaning was carried out daily, replenishing the necessary supplies, they put 2 small chocolates on the bed every day as a compliment, it is very nice and shows a caring attitude towards the guest. I want to write special attention to breakfast, I advise everyone to take them. Insanely delicious, a large selection of dishes, large portions. You can order the dish you want to eat from the menu in advance, it's convenient and you don't have to wait long. Overall, the impression of the hotel is excellent, I wish you prosperity and continue to please your guests

Fortunately, the place to stay in Minsk from 07/22/24 to 07/25/24 was chosen by her daughter, who stayed at the Zalkind Hotel in 2022. More precisely, she had no choice. It was obvious. Only "Zalkind". From the first minutes we arrived at the hotel, it became clear to me why. An extraordinarily beautiful, fabulous, immaculately clean area. In general, I want to talk about the hotel itself exclusively in enthusiastic tones. Stunning interiors, harmoniously inscribed works of modern art, cozy, very comfortable and beautiful rooms. Everything is done with great love, delicate taste and care for the guests. But that's not even the main advantage of Zalkind. It's in the wonderful, responsive, responsible, welcoming people (I don't even want to say the word "staff") who work at the hotel. We came to Minsk for a birthday, checked into your hotel. We have never regretted it. It is very pleasant to be in the hotel. The interior is just super. The food at the Wine&Pinsa restaurant is awesome! Pinsa is generally bombed. Better than some Italian restaurants. The Zalkind Kitchen had very tasty breakfasts. The content breakfast is so super. The rooms are clean and pleasant, we were pleased. On my birthday, I was given a present two whole times. The first time at Wine&Pinsa, and the second time from the hotel. They gave me cheesecake twice (well, finally they gave me cheesecake, not some kind of cake, hooray). Everything was amazingly delicious. It's amazing that your hotel has four stars, considering that one night in your hotel costs more than in some five-star hotels. Therefore, I will give you five stars:)

Periodically, in the afternoon and in the evening, there was a loud, but short-term noise from the ventilation system. I didn't really like the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

It is suitable for both simple breakfasts and dates. An amazing combination of colors in the interior, free Wi-Fi and a large selection of breakfasts (40 br) . The breakfasts are really delicious. Hearty, large portions, they asked for a small correction for scrambled eggs (replaced with scramble). One of the disadvantages is the hair in the food. Of the advantages, we immediately figured it out. Actually, the minus star is only for this hair 🥲

It was a nice hotel, the concept of breakfast did not go in, they left an order in the evening, indicated the time and still sat and waited for breakfast for 20-30 minutes. Portions for women are OK (with a stretch), men are frankly not enough.. I've thought several times that the hotel is cute, but the price is clearly too high. A very tasty Italian restaurant at the hotel, it has 5 stars unconditionally!

I did a late check-out, and you can choose before 18 or after 18 pm, which affects the cost and it is very nice that there is such an option.
The restaurant at the hotel deserves special attention! Just a super place that must be visited if you are in Minsk.

3 stars because of the sound insulation, which is bad although the old foundation and new renovation.
And the receptionist Olga, who ruined the impression of the hotel!
The rest of the staff work for all 5.
Namely, her lack of competence in communicating with hotel customers.
After we settled in and were off the road for more than 10 hours, we forgot to declare the dog upon arrival.
In the morning, she said that you can only have a dog in the presidential room, we said that there was no such information on the Onetwotrip aggregator website, to which she said you had to look at our hotel's website, and pay $ 20 per day for accommodation and cleaning for the York dog, which is hypoallergenic 2.5 kg weight with all vaccinations, etc.
Half of the cost of our hotel stay is 35 thousand, 15 thousand per dog.
Of course, we did not pay, he said deal with our addressee.
After they went for a walk and spoiled the mood, the wife fell down the stairs and broke two nails.
A couple of hours later, Olga wrote that she was wrong, apologized and said you only need to pay $ 20 extra per day, I gave her another amount of 1,680 rubles in our voucher for all accommodation. She went to sort it out again.
I came back apologized and said I don't need to pay anything!
We are in a bad mood for the whole day, with a very bad impression of the hotel, and at least a couple of hours spent on the proceedings!
Because of her, I do not recommend accommodation in this hotel! We definitely won't go there anymore!!!

A very beautiful, stylish and cozy hotel. Staying there was a great decision! It is located in the very center, an adequate price. A spotless bed where I was very comfortable sleeping (and I usually can't make friends with a hotel pillow or anything else). By the way, there is also a pillow menu, but ... strangely, the option is paid.
The mini-bar is filled, there are bathrobes, towels and all the little things.
Upon check-in, fill out a mini-questionnaire where you indicate which actions of the maid you are responsible for and which are not)
Of the cons: our room did not have the most convenient location of the washbasin and shower. Ie. entering the room, you have a washbasin in front of you. It's like in the hallway. And behind the door is the shower itself and behind another one is the toilet. It turns out, 1. coming out of the shower, you immediately get into the common space, and it's cold in it ... I'm just used to the fact that first you find yourself in the bathroom / shower room, and then you go out. It's not like that. 2. If one of the two guests of the room got up early and wanted to wash, the water will turn on and the second one will wake up because there is no door to the bedroom.
The hotel has three types of breakfasts. But when I read the menu of all three options, none of them were with just an omelette or fried eggs. It didn't suit me.
We hardly recognized the cleaning in 4 days. There are two conclusions to be drawn - either I ticked "do not do" everywhere (but this is unlikely), or the maids just didn't really want to strain themselves.
Don't consider my "cons" to be something globally terrible. The hotel really left a good impression. And the quality of sleep is a separate praise!

We need to work on hotel services, because once we got to the reserved room closer to 16:00, I found two strange women there, who reported that they were evaluating the room. It was strange, because check-in starts at 14:00 and you don't expect such "surprises" after a hard day's work. The hotel tried to apologize with a glass of champagne and a plate of fruit, in my opinion it didn't work out very well, because if you want to smooth out your joint, give a closed bottle at least, who knows what's in the glass.
