Excellent location of the hotel. It is decorated in an old style. The rooms are gorgeous. High ceilings give a 19th century feel. At the same time, it is cozy at home. The staff is polite and attentive. At the reception, they smile warmly, and an extravagant man in a suit helps to carry bags to the room. The room has everything you need down to the smallest detail. It's not the first time I've stayed here, and I recommend it to everyone!!!

Deluxe, weekend. The best hotel in Minsk. Really a boutique hotel. The corridors, the lobby, the reception, the room itself is very cozy. All the details are thought out, everything in the interior is combined. The sculptures in the corridors fit in at 10+.
If you want to get a charge of positive emotions, then this hotel is for you.
It's not often that a hotel has a good restaurant. BUT that's another story. The restaurant at the Zalkind kitchen hotel is one of the best in Minsk. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street - there are a lot of nearby establishments, but the restaurant at the hotel is exactly what you need.
Breakfast in bed with sparkling wine!!! No need to get out of a warm cozy bed... What else is needed??
Respect to those guys who created such a place!!!

A new, very beautiful hotel, the location is gorgeous, you went out in the morning-you are in a quiet old town, and in the evening-you are on the verandas with lights and delicious restaurants. Delicious breakfasts. Cheesecakes are generally a fire, Now about wishes. It would be nice to put tea bags for 2 guests, and not for 1 of different types, and update them. I had to drink one bag of black tea for two at a late check-in)) Before an early departure, they wanted to take tea at the reception in the evening, it turned out that they could not give it, the maids left. It would be good to take this into account if the tea is not being updated. There were also 2 large towels missing for each, not one at a time. And there are nuances in cleaning, too, smudges on the countertop from the sink and traces in the sink accompanied us throughout our stay) and towels were not changed until we put them on the floor, although we did not find any visible information about this. There are not enough shelves in the shower, there are none at all, where to put your funds-it is not clear, I had to keep everything on the floor. There are also not enough towel hooks next to the shower, since the sinks are in the corridor, then you have to go naked and wet to the towels, the tightness of the doors suffers, as a result there is a puddle under the sink, it is even problematic to walk, It is also very noisy if the windows overlook the street, the bars there work until 5 am. Otherwise, I recommend the hotel.

A nice and welcoming hotel. There are special features - you need to choose breakfast in advance, there is no buffet. However, the breakfast turned out to be extremely tasty and satisfying. Thanks to the chef. The sink is open in the room, which is unusual.

I stay at the hotel for the second time a year.
Overall, the hotel is pleasant, clean, cozy, good location, excellent restaurant.
The music from the nightclub is very audible, guests come out, make noise, laugh. The music is heard strongly, even on Monday. Because of this, I will not choose a hotel anymore. There was no such problem in February 2022.
They offered to move to another room at 23:30 at night, which was not possible.

the hotel is perfect, I liked it in every way. we were politely greeted, promptly settled in, helped with luggage, took into account all wishes. the room is clean, spacious, with an interesting interior, everything in it is thought out to the smallest detail. The beds are sooo comfortable, it was just fantastic to sleep on them. replenished the water every day, treated with a chocolate compliment. the wi-fi caught perfectly. the windows faced the restaurant street, but it did not bother us at all, on the contrary, it gave us a feeling of celebration and summer. well, by 12 a.m., everything was already silent. I recommend the hotel to anyone who likes non-trivial, memorable, cozy places created with a soul.

A good hotel, a pleasant interior, there is everything you need in the room. Quiet, good location. The only thing that upset me is that with such a huge price, during the eviction you just have to stand and wait for the cleaner to go up to the room and count all the towels. You are detained right in front of other guests, as if you stole something, and then the cleaning lady calls and informs you that she cannot find any towel in the room. You are interrogated, you explain that the towel is in place. A towel was found, we were detained for 10 minutes, we were just standing in the hall like schoolchildren. I wanted to say thank you and recommend the hotel, but honestly, this moment ruined the WHOLE impression of the holiday. I think that counting towels while guests with suitcases and frozen smiles are standing in the lobby and jostling with other visiting guests is just piggishness. This is not a dorm with marginals for 10 rubles a day.

We stayed in room 207 (deluxe) from December 31st to January 3rd.
Positive:
- Location - in the center, on a pedestrian street.
- The hotel staff is polite, helpful and friendly.
- A compliment from the hotel - a box with homemade sauces and jam was presented at the check-out.
- Design and decoration - very stylish and cozy, in calm colors. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the new year - there is a large and beautiful Christmas tree on the stairs, New Year's compositions on the windows.
- Spacious room, very comfortable bed and good blackout curtains.
- Delicious breakfasts.
Cons:
- There is no sound insulation between the floors. You can hear footsteps, the sounds of furniture being moved and cleaning on the floor above.
- Music can be heard from the bar or restaurant near the hotel until midnight. It's hard to fall asleep without earplugs.
- There is no full bathroom. The sink is located directly in the room, and the entrance to the shower cabin is also directly from the room. From a design point of view, it's beautiful. But it is functionally inconvenient. You come out of the shower naked right into the room. If you decide to wake up earlier and wash your face, then this automatically wakes up the second guest.
- There is no shelf for shower gel, shampoo, etc. in the shower stall. This is inconvenient for me, because I rarely use what the hotel offers. I prefer to carry my "washbasins" with me. But there is nowhere to put them in the shower, and keeping them on the floor is inconvenient and unhygienic.
- The drain does not work very well in the shower cabin - the water accumulates and does not go away for a long time.
Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel, it deserves its solid four.

I do not even know how long it took to get up to my room on the 3rd floor: on the way I met a lot of author's figurines that you can not pass by, interesting flowers on the windowsills that drew attention, the interior of the hotel itself is rich in details that you want to consider!)

Excellent rooms, everything is there (if you forgot anything, then a call to the reception corrects everything in three minutes). The pillow menu is worth it.
About the sink in the room - I don't know what kind of relationship those who are bothered by it have - our mode is the same - on the contrary, it's convenient, someone in the shower (toilet), someone with a sink at the mirror))

A nice hotel, in the style of St. Petersburg. The problem is that he is the only one, so there is a big overpayment for exclusivity. The pillow menu is for an additional fee, which is super rare for such a level of glue. The rooms are really very small in all categories. Breakfast is not cheap, but at the same time you need to choose from a menu of 8 controversial items, any deviation for an additional fee, and most importantly, breakfast is not very tasty. In general, all the delights of monopolism.
There are no branded cosmetics, instead of this incomprehensible quality of the product in dispensers.
The location is excellent, in the center of the restaurant cluster. The hotel is clean.
It's worth a try, everything is better than the fives at a similar cost. Hotels are not the strongest place in Minsk yet.

Cons: expensive (you can find a cheaper option with a decent view from the window - a view of the backyard), there is no iron and ironing board in the room (I had to ask a cleaning worker to share the board). It is necessary to be attentive to drinks from the bar (their cost is incredibly inflated). In general, 4 out of 5 is simply due to the quality of the rooms and the location in a good location from bars, cafes.

The windows faced a quiet, Revolutionary street, so nothing interfered with a sweet sleep. Besides, the bed itself is very comfortable!! It is very unexpected and unpleasant, but despite this 5 stars. I hope this is an accident. Things happen. In my opinion, it is not very correct to offer breakfast strictly American, national, light or English without the possibility of choosing from the menu. But everything is very tasty. A great alternative to standard hotels.

The problem was only with cleaning the room, which I do not have time to do at a convenient time, and I had to give up cleaning at 17-18 hours altogether, since we returned from a walk and shopping. Everything else was fine. The bar is 5 points, the eviction was also quick.

In the center, everything is nearby, generally pleasant service (cleaned 2 times a day), but if you are by car, then there is no Parking (you need to look for paid nearby) and if you are above 180cm, a small double bed 160 x 200 (legs maximum for 180 height).
There were 2 adults and 2 children in the junior suite, the room was small, the children slept on the sofa together, we were on a small double bed, my height was 180 and the bed was on the verge when you stretch your legs.
There is no Parking, I was promised to go to a meeting with a client and inform him when he would appear, but I parked for $ 30 for all 3 days of my stay at a paid mall, I do not understand why the Administration cannot rent for a month for $ 30 (this is the price per month for a place, I spent the same funds for 3 days) nearby in the mall and offer customers free parking in the mall, while forcing customers to think where to park their car.
We didn't take breakfast, the usual set of dishes, went to cafes nearby and had a varied breakfast in Gusset, Breakfasts, but we really liked the breakfast in the Brioche Buffet.

As a result, arriving after a 10-hour drive by car, you expect congratulations at least at the reception desk when processing documents. As a result, no one congratulated Dr, there were no compliments in the room. I asked the girl at the reception if they were congratulating us at all, they said that we arrived too late, tomorrow morning they would bring a compliment from the pastry chef of the restaurant. As a result, in the morning we were about to leave, no one brought anything to the room, and only after an outrage at the reception desk - they gave us a terrible box of fruits, as if stolen from the buffet, rewound with food wrap.... we did not take it away.
Parking deserves special attention, we were told at the reception that we actually have parking for staff, and there are no places on it. As a result, we had a view from the room to the very parking lot, where there was one poor car and a lot of free space, and we had to put our car in the paid guarded parking lot of the shopping center.
In general, the price (405 rubles / day)-the service does not correspond at all, we went specifically to a Boutique hotel to have a good time, but it felt like we had visited a guest house with a good room.
