It was a good (minor nuances) salon until the moment of arrival at TO-1. I signed up for the first ONE in a few days. Before that, I came for an oil change after running-in. I planned to carry out oil changes 2 times more often than prescribed in the service book. Accordingly, it is 2 times more likely to bring profit to the dealer. Upon arrival, I find out from the master receptionist that at the moment the air filter for my car is not available at any of the service centers. They explained that the plant has problems with the supply of consumables. Why does the staff record the car if all the necessary consumables are not available? If they were at the time of recording, why are consumables not booked for maintenance? They offered to go through TO-1 without replacing the filter. When the filter arrives at the warehouse, just pay extra for it, the replacement work is free of charge as part of the TO-1 (as I understand it, according to accounting, IT is carried out as a service with a fixed cost). The most interesting thing is that other dealers have spare parts in stock. An important problem is compliance with the terms of the agreement when buying a car within the framework of warranty obligations and an agreement with a leasing company (confirmation of the passage of maintenance at the dealership in full according to the terms of the agreement). That is, the mileage came to 10,000 km. There are no calls from the dealership with information about the availability of consumables (I have been waiting for the promised call for the 2nd week). At the moment, I have only one small question: "What was the full payment made for?"

I have heard many stories about how people refused Geely cars because of the disgusting service. I was skeptical about this until I myself came across the level of service from an authorized dealer. The car is under warranty, it arrived for a planned replacement of the fuel ramp at the initiative of the manufacturer. The work was supposed to be in the "gave in the morning - took away in the evening" mode. In the evening, as always, no one called at the agreed time. I had to try to call myself (it's extremely difficult to do this) and find out where my car is and what's with it. Somehow I got through. Here I am informed that the master broke the engine cushion mounting bolt during the replacement, but they do not have such in stock... For several days I was fed promises in the spirit of "we will definitely solve your question today, we will definitely return the car before the weekend." Of course, every time I had to call and find out what stage my car was at, I had to myself, no one from the OD ever called in the promised time. On Friday, I was generally ignored, they did not switch to anyone, referring to my employment, they promised that they would call me back themselves in the near future. That's how the working day ended, and when, through swearing, I still managed to talk to a responsible specialist, I was informed that I was also left without a car on the weekend. To my question about the provision of a replacement fund, I received only an inarticulate chewing of snot in the spirit of "I can't help you, I don't solve such questions ..." To the question "who solves such questions?" I got an amazing response: "his working day has already ended..." I was able to pick up the car in the middle of next week.
The result: due to the fault of the OD (due to the crooked hands of the master) I was left without a car for a week. At the same time, the behavior of the ML employees and the attitude towards the client could not be worse. As a result, when I picked up the car, no one even tried to apologize or anything like that, i.e. for me, treating like cattle is the norm.
I don't think it's worth writing about inadequate prices. At almost any service station, the cost with spare parts is exactly 2 times lower.

I was present in the salon for 15-20 minutes, not one, not a single employee came up, did not ask for which car, for which service I came to them! It's a personal matter of the salon! You can see too many customers turn to them to buy a car.
