I lived in a distant Jasmine villa, silence, the scent of pine needles and the zoo (they don't clean at all, so it's like in the village) level 5*** is definitely not for this hotel! The beach is clean, the entrance to the sea is good, the deck chairs are simple, narrow, without mattresses.

I want to write my honest review, suddenly it will be useful to someone)) I was looking for a hotel and accommodation not in the main large building, but so that there would be villas for several rooms, away from the main building, the pool and the stage - so that I could get enough sleep, music and so on did not interfere, a small villa - in my understanding - would give a minimum of neighbors, and correspondingly also silence. I was offered a list of 20 hotels where this hotel was the most expensive, premium, and a room in the Medusa Garden. And it was a fatal mistake!!! Since this is a villa with a so -called square inner hall , there is a staircase leading to the 2nd floor in the center. There are 4 rooms on the floor . There are only 2 floors . Every step / echoed like this. That we , living on the 2nd floor , even heard a whisper , we ourselves tried to walk without slapping slippers and slates - I repeat - echo !! But - in this villa, basically everyone is with children, and why did the non-deaf parents send all their children to the hall in 6:00, 7:00, 8:00 in the morning ... to play, while you were sleeping, there was the most terrible noise . That is, it turned out the opposite of how we wanted it to be. But that's not all! In this villa - because it is small - when you enter it wet from the pool or the sea, you get, figuratively speaking, "into the refrigerator!! The temperature difference from the street and in the lobby is -20 degrees! It feels like you really got into the freezer!! Moreover, the air conditioner itself hangs directly above the entrance to the villa - the whole vacation - we ran through this place and ran straight to the 2nd floor.
And that's not all - mattresses!! From the very first night, we all (4 people) had back pain, at first everyone was silent and thought that it was because of the flight, suitcases and more, the second day also had some excuses, but on the third day - when in the morning you can't just turn around and get up!! Me and my husband!! The eldest daughter complained too . As a result, we began to sleep in turns on the cot where the ml child was sleeping, so it was a drop softer there - and on the very first night on the mattress, the ml child woke up 4 times!! And he roared !! Because it's uncomfortable for him - the mattresses are like wooden ones!! By the way, we did not return the child to the cot, because it fell directly under the roof by its location!! And there was no place to put it anymore.
By the way, how many times have I read - I have not seen a single review where they would write about mattresses … I can't believe that everyone is satisfied .

(for a moment, this is a premium luxury hotel! ) meat too - I'm a meat eater - I had to look for meat!! As for hunting - from meat - it was always for ulcers, like boiled without salt, and fried like sausage. Meat like stewed , baked , there was always little . And not every time and day. Here. We didn't understand at all why there was so much noise like premium .

Были в 2022 и 2023 году, пляж размыло примерно на метров 10-15. Администрация не следит за занимающими шезлонги с ночи и многие стоят сутками с чужими монатками. Был в отелях где смотрители просто уносят оставленые вещи в ящик у входа и нет проблем и колхозников занимающих шезлонги на целый день. Стало много отдыхающих из средней Азии, иногда складывается ощущение что ты на озере Балхаш))) Песок с камушками, не критично но и не очень приятно.

They sell sea side rooms, these are side rooms in the hotel, but guest relief says - well, you can see the sea if you turn your head? Well, yes, the edge of Viju, well, that means the sea side. If there is a problem, then guest relay takes her to work, after that 3-4 times they call and ask the same thing, promising to help, but of course no one helps, like they delay the decision, soon you will leave anyway. Therefore, it is pointless to contact guest relay, no one will decide anything there.
Stupid system with cards on towels, why do you need it? To keep employees busy? When can I take the cards just like that? The towels lying on the sun beds are like busy, none of the hotel staff does anything for this.
But again, the biggest problem of oiel is the attitude towards the guests - like one fig you're not going anywhere, so go fuck yourself.
I paid more than 500,000 for the tour here:
1. There was no bed for a child in the room upon arrival (we arrived very late). We had to wait for a new one to be delivered, but they brought a cradle, and ours is 6 years old.
2. At 23:40, a toilet malfunction was detected. The safe was not working in the room.
3. The room was not cleaned on time for 3 days in a row. I also knocked out a minibar upgrade, water and toilet paper. After the room was finally cleaned on time in the personal presence of the management, the cleaner pulled out the power card, which led to the air conditioner not working while we were not in the room. I had to call again and solve another problem. On such an expensive vacation (and for me this is a very large sum), they usually do not go to negotiate.
4. The room itself is very small.
5. On the positive side, the girls from guest relations are always patient, polite and friendly and problems were solved quickly. As compensation, we were invited to 2 excellent ala carte restaurants.
6. As for the rest of the staff at the hotel, the waiters are very slow and hate their job. When you turn to them, you feel wild discomfort. As a result, we got drinks, appliances, etc. ourselves. When we found one friendly girl, whom we began to contact more often, she said, "actually, there are other waiters in the hall." A curtain.
7. I was not allowed to have a child in a kids club because I was in a swimsuit on the hotel grounds in 45 degrees of heat. These are new rules of respect for people of another culture, which were not even known in guest relations. The garden area is open – right behind a small transparent fence there are women in swimsuits.
8. Prices. I wanted to ask the doctor a question - it costs 120 euros. To order medicine from a pharmacy – 10 euros. If you have a photo taken and you just need to send it – also 10 euros.
9. The food is always delicious, fresh and there is a lot of it. Freshly squeezed juice is only for breakfast – before that I rested in cheaper hotels and there was always fresh juice everywhere.
10. The territory is large, beautiful, the only thing is that there is a lot of garbage under the bridge in the main pool, which you see when you swim.
11. Rescuers are sometimes not in place or they are on the phone. The children collected 20 bottles of drinking water and began to drain into the pool, I wanted to tell him about it, that I needed to make a remark, this is a waste of water + plastic and extra garbage, but I did not find a lifeguard, in the end I told the photographer.
12. The sea is clean and the entrance is comfortable. The hotel is located "on the edge", i.e. there is no other hotel further away, so there is a lot of space and less pollution.

The next day they did not bother the waiters, they took drinks at the bar themselves, in plastic. The waitress came up to the table and again said that drinks in the restaurant can only be drunk from glass.
The rest of the days, they already scored on the waiters, served the table themselves and took drinks. But they did not listen to discontent in their address.
The quality of alcohol at the time of arrival was already not very good. A week later, a batch of even cheaper arrived (information from the staff) - wine and champagne were replaced. Cocktails with them in the composition became impossible to drink.

Probably tourists who have chosen the sea for the first time may like the hotel. But everyone who has been in at least one normal 5 or even 4 will be shocked by such a shame.

A terrible bar throughout the hotel, where there are "liqueurs" who do not know how to make cocktails - 1) serve martinis in a whiskey glass. In the photo there are two versions of Dry Martini from the bartender 2) the bartender in the Lounge bar does not know the cocktails on his menu and suggests going to the Meet Point Bar and getting a cocktail there. He says he's studying, he doesn't know all the menus yet. I pay the full price for the accommodation, but they study with me. That's cool! 3) in response to criticism, the administration suggests calling and telling which bar we are in, so that they send a bartender there. Is this normal? Is this the attitude towards the guests???? Before you go to this hotel, think about whether you are willing to pay to be studied and experimented on.
This is not a 5+ hotel, as travel agents recommend it to us. A maximum of 4* and this is only because of the territory.
1. The only heated pool is a small pool with slides in the water park for such a sea. The main pool is not heated. It is unrealistic to swim while the slides are working.
2. There are naturally not enough sun beds near the heated pool for everyone.
3. Rooms can be occupied randomly: a family with a child and not far from some men who are drinking on the balcony and yelling at 3 a.m. Still, for such a territory there should be a distinction for those who want to hang out and for those who sleep at night. 4. Animation. You can't see them at all during the day. Отдыхали семьей летом 2022 г. проживали в комплексе жасмин.
Плюсы: большая ухоженная территория, много зелени. Очень понравился зоопарк. Благодаря проживанию питались в отдельном ресторане. Еда разнообразная и вкусная. Пляж чистый.
Минусы: в ресторане посуда была не очень чистая, это заметил даже мой десятилетний сын, море после обеда становится грязным из-за песка, плавают водоросли. Не нравится когда отдыхающие занимают лежаки полотенцами и потом целый день где-то шляются. В но это конечно не вина отелей, а менталитет российских туристов. Вечером в амфитеатре тоже невозможно найти место. Отдельная история с отельным врачом. На четвёртый день отдыха у меня заболел старший сын. Высокая температура под 39. С ним я сама справилась, а вот когда заболел младший 2,5 года мне пришлось обратиться к врачу. За час у ребёнка выросла температура до 39. В номере померили температуру ртутным градусником. Пришли к врачу, она просила разговаривать только по-английски, и это в отеле где 80% туристов из России. Она померила ребёнку температуру электронным градусником, который показал 36,8. Она мне тыкала его и говорила итс нормал. И это несмотря на то что ребёнок висел у меня на руках как тряпичная кукла и весь горел. Я пыталась её убедить в том что у него высокая температура, но она вновь и вновь мерила своим градусником и говорила итс нормал. Врач абсолютно не компетентный. Нам пришлось ехать в местную больницу, где к слову сказать нам оказали хорошую помощь сделали ребёнку капельницу взяли анализ крови который был готов через два часа. . В этот отель мы больше не поедем.

A chic hotel, a great big beach, a pier with sun beds, a cute zoo, super diverse delicious cuisine, animation, slides, pools, romantic bridges, an excellent water park, a huge well-groomed territory, everything is impressive, at the highest level, I recommend, take a vacation in this hotel, you will like it.
Прекрасный отель, огромная территория. Много бассейнов, ресторанов. Аквапарк. В холодное время подогреваемый. Прекрасная кухня. Отличные напитки. Приятная кофейня с десертами. Готовят и кофе в турке на песке. Но особо хочется отметить guest relations! Умнички! Уровень на высоте, решают всевозможные вопросы, где-то даже капризы( поменять подушку и даже матрас). Белоснежные мягкие махровые халаты приносят в номер по первой просьбе. Все чисто и ухожено.
The foundation is too old. Everything is very conveniently located, everything is nearby (convenient especially with children). The staff is almost all Russian-speaking (CIS). Very responsive, fair, smiling, professional. The food is great. Alcohol is normal, worthwhile.
Прекрасный отель. Отдыхали пару раз. Персонал на высшем уровне. Отдельное спасибо Инне, работнику ресепшен. Приветливая, доброжелательная и внимательный работник. Все возникавшие вопросы решались оперативно. Ресторан - это полный позитив! Всё свежее и большой ассортимент фруктов, приготовленных блюд. Одним словом:"Спасибо всем работникам отеля за доброжелательность и качественное обслуживание!" P.S. При отеле зоопарк. Для отдыхающих с детками - это полное наслаждение.

A good 5+ class hotel. A variety of food, especially desserts. Several swimming pools, including a heated water park, a gym. The rooms are small, but cozy, children.a room with supervision.
Great hotel. Everything is thought out for adults and for children. I finally saw a hotel where every room with a child is given a potty, a sideboard to the bed and a footrest in the bathroom. It would seem that these are elementary trifles, but almost no one thinks about it.
Well, the food, the beach, the recreation areas are beyond praise. Well done!
