Старенький, но хорошо сохранившийся отель в 30 минут езды от аэропорта Анталии. Есть закрытый бассейн, спортзал, несколько водных горок, три или четыре открытых бассейна, пляж с лежаками. В общем все для комфортного отдыха. Есть кальяны, специальная кондитерская с десертами, а шведский стол соответствует турецкому гостеприимству - выбор огромный и всё очень вкусно. Почти все сотрудники говорят по-русски. Есть небольшой зоопарк, но животных там очень жалко. Такие пережитки пора уже ликвидировать. Из минусов -отсутствие парковки.
Отель Bellis в Белеке очень очень понравился! Были там первую неделю ноября. Отель красивый, территория большая, ухоженная. Интересно есть "тропа здоровья", как мы её прозвали, длиной 2800 м, хорошая задумка. Горки супер, всё как надо, есть поспокойнее, есть побыстрее)) Вода в них подогревается, а также очень теплый детский бассейн с маленькими горками! В баре всё отлично: море всего, коктейли красивые, вкусные, алкоголь качественный и тп. Есть прекрасный ухоженный пирс, с которого классно прыгать! Видели на дне проплывала огромная черепаха)) Всё и везде чисто, успевают быстро убирать. По пляжу в разные стороны приятно погулять. Пару раз видели на побережье ярких больших крабов, красота. Еда выше всяких похвал: даже описать сложно так много всего и мне кажется на любой вкус. Шоу вечерние понравились, особенно монгольские акробаты впечатлили)) Вобщем, я могу рекомендовать этот прекрасный отель! Всё очень понравилось!

The three of us went, my husband and daughter for 1 year. The tour for a week in July 2024 cost us 300 tr.
The hotel has enough disadvantages, I'll start with them.
Room:
1. Standard room. It's small, the two of us can't separate, there's nowhere to put the stroller. Already very tired.
2. The balcony is in bird droppings, cleaned 1 time per week. Put on your sneakers. The partitions between the balconies are not deaf, you can shake hands with your neighbors, look out the window at them, no privacy. We lived on the 1st floor, at least we had them, all the floors above had no partitions at all.
3. There are no dental kits in the bathroom, we arrived without them, new friends helped us out. The hotel is 5 stars.
4. There are no bathrobes. Perhaps you need to ask, they did not specify.
5. The bed is very hard, although my husband liked it.
6. There is some kind of joke with the Mini-bar, it was replenished only on day 1, then 3 days later we called the reception and asked for a refill (why should we suddenly think about it??????!!) They called at 4, but did not come. Then it turned out that the bar was filled before 16 and after 21. We go to the beach in the morning until 13 o'clock, then the child sleeps in the room until 15.30. And at 21 she also goes to bed. It turns out that they don't have time to come to us until 13, they probably go from 13 to 15.30, and we have a do not disturb sign, and then it's not their problem anymore. And this is a 5-star hotel for 300 thousand rubles!!! In principle, there is nothing special in the mini-bar, lemonades, chocolates, straws, tiny chips, and 2 beers 0.3. But!!! There are no cups in the room to drink tea, they put paper disposable cups, 3 pieces. And of course they are brought along with drinks to the bar. The bar was not refilled - there are no glasses - you can't drink tea/ coffee.
7. There are few Russian channels on TV.
8. The audibility from the corridor is strong. Rooms are cleaned during the day. They rattle cleaning carts, bang a mop against the walls, vacuum... Let me remind you that children have a dream at this time. In the evening, people endlessly walking back and forth, slamming doors, dropping glasses, shouting something to each other..
9. Evening program. The music probably beats until 00.00, there are almost no numbers in which you can not hear. We indicated at the time of booking a request to give a quieter room, we took into account that it was not very audible, but still audible, I sleep lightly, I used earplugs.
The number seems to be everything. Farther.
Meal.
1. Breakfast. Every day is the same, little by little. I got tired of it in a week.
2. In fact, there is a lot of food, but also a lot of strange snacks. Basically, it immediately reduces the choice. Well, it wasn't very tasty for me either.
3. There is almost no food for very young children, they saved themselves with cans of ready-made food, just in case.
4. Breakfast from 7 a.m. At this time, there are 2 waiters for the entire hall. We couldn't wait for water, we took it from the room. The whole bulk of the staff starts working from 8. Apparently people don't eat until 8)
5. Lunch from 12.30 is not very convenient, it would be better from 12.
6. Dirty dishes. Take a closer look, dirty plates, cups and utensils come across, especially in the beach snack bar on the beach.
7. Gozleme on the beach. Conditionally they work from 11. First of all, the Gozleme are just starting to fry sooo slowly. Everything is taken away at once, i.e. you always have to wait for a new portion, always stand in line. In principle, it is logical, because there is no food on the beach before 12, the beach snack bar opens only at 12, and people have breakfast at 7-8 in the morning. Everyone is hungry.
8. There is a question about the opening hours of cafes, bars, restaurants in general. Beach snack bar on the beach until 16, Gozleme until 16, what is there in the period from 16 to 18.30?our Russian afternoon snack? What should I feed the awakened child?? Again, your problems. There is only a cafe in the main building, but there are a couple of sandwiches and a bunch of cakes, and not much space. And this is ultra all inclusive)
9. The beach bar is open until 18. 3 days in a row it was closed at 17. Although in Turkey in July it is light even at 20.30
That seems to be all about food.
Beach.
1. The sore spot of the hotel, the sunbeds occupied by towels from 7 a.m. and sometimes standing like this until lunch. We got up at 6 a.m., got ready, had breakfast, came to the beach and already a bunch of sunbeds were occupied. It's both funny and sad. Of course, this is mainly done by our compatriots and immigrants from the CIS countries. Moreover, it is written everywhere in the rules that it is forbidden to do this. I think the hotel management needs to monitor this more carefully, once they only saw that they walked and collected towels. It's a very unpleasant situation. Moreover, there is enough space on the beach for everyone, just everyone fundamentally needs 1 line. Unfairly.
2. The beach begins to be cleaned (tables and sun beds are wiped from 8 or even later in the morning). And there are a lot of birds on the beach and traces of their vital activity too. Plus spilled drinks.
3. Smokers on the beach. There's nothing you can do about it, it's allowed. I will appeal to the people who go to this hotel and smoke. Everyone is the first in the hotel with a child. Please walk to the beach snack bar, 100 meters away, there are ashtrays there. It is not very pleasant to relax, sniff cigarette smoke and worry that a child will inhale it. On the last day, we found out that there is a non-smoking area in the children's club area, but it is very small, and, again, every first family with children in the hotel.
In general
1. The hotel is located on the outskirts, surrounded by golf courses. that is, there is nowhere to walk outside the hotel, there are no shops, pharmacies, and there is nothing at all in principle. Only the territory of the hotel.
Advantages :)
1. A very beautiful green area, the landscape designer is a great fellow.
2. A variety of fruits - watermelons, melons, cherries, apples, pears, bananas, oranges, peaches, apricots.
3. Beautiful clear sea when not stormy. It was stormy every day after lunch, but it was possible to swim.
4. The air conditioner is directed very logically, does not blow on the bed, you can safely turn it on at night.
5. Wi-Fi in all areas, including on the beach.
6. Our Russian stars come every month.

Result. In general, we had a rest. If the tour cost half as much, there would be no questions at all. For the same money, we were in Dubai in December, so we can't compare, it wasn't a pity there was not a ruble, but here an unpleasant sediment remained. Of course, in the hotel, mostly everyone with children from 0 to 16 years old. Russians at one point were 80%. Then it became a little smaller. There are a lot of Kazakhs, there are families from Ukraine and a few Europeans. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff, and the rest know the basic words and phrases. Several a la carte restaurants, several swimming pools. Some activities are constantly being carried out, in general, if there is a need, you can always find something to occupy yourself with.
But still, we are unlikely to return here and I will not recommend it to anyone.

I read negative reviews, and I am somewhat surprised, it is especially incomprehensible to read people who wander from hotel to hotel along the coast for 1-2 days, and supposedly have some kind of expert opinion. Gentlemen, well, it's just funny, it's just terribly interesting how you relax, the impression is that you woke up and ran to look for flaws (because you have to have time to find it in a day, and run to the zoo, and to the sea, and have time to announce a claim at reception that you didn't like the room, and to run into a restaurant).... It is especially perplexing to read about emaciated animals that allegedly someone has a tail torn off, someone has a wing, I just wonder where you rested, and whether you rested in this hotel??? The hotel is wonderful, price-quality ratio, rested in many hotels, there is something to compare. Reception support 24/7, everyone is always friendly, no matter where you are from Russia or Kazakhstan, or from Europe, everything is fine in the restaurant too, believe me you won't stay hungry, fish, seafood, meat, seafood sauce, fruits are available, and apples, and watermelons, and cherries, and melons, pears, kiwis, etc., honey in honeycombs, an assortment of pastries for every taste, good coffee, a child of 5 years old was with us, a children's table for every taste. Sunbeds on the beach are freely available, yes there are sunbeds on which towels are already lying, well, this is not critical, and there are always available. Guest relation is also in touch 24/7, and when you read that your problems were not solved, it seems that you came up with them yourself, repeatedly watched the scene as our tourists what is called *no one is healthy* talked with a haughty air in a bar and restaurant with waiters, well, we are all people, and well-mannered people should be able to at least to say hello, thank you, wish a good day, explain to the children that trees and flowers cannot be cut off, it feels like the norms of upbringing and decency end at the airport of the departure city... Despite the fact that we had 3 children in total for two families, we did not observe any rotovirus, enterovirus, coxsackie, and the children spent most of their time in swimming pools and mini club. And I will say more, when a friend's blood pressure rose, a doctor (a medical worker) measured it for FREE in the hotel's medical office. I want to say once again that this is a decent hotel for its cost, and if you are flying on vacation negatively minded, obviously looking for flaws, you will certainly find them, or compare the concept of hotels in different regions of Turkey in different periods with different price segments, this is also not quite right and correct! In your case, I was pleasantly surprised by the full satiety of these fuzzies. You couldn't even meet them in a restaurant, but only somewhere sprawled on sofas and threatened into a blissful dream.
The food is beyond praise! Attentive staff! Chefs who pay attention and give a smile to the visitors of the restaurant! Unobtrusive and friendly Cleaning Service!

Рекомендую. Близко от аэропорта. В "Жасмине"-это 3х эт.отдельные стоящее здание с выходом с 1го эт. в свой бассейн. В свой ресторан Бегенвилл с отдельным заказом на гриле в обед и на ужин мясных и рыбных блюд. На территории отеля есть зоопарк, горки, неск-ко бассейнов, в основном корпусе отеля-парикмахерская, крытый бассейн, хаммам с 2 саунами, тренажерным залом, несколькими барами-лобби, кофе-бар. Уличные сцены с ежедневными развлекательными шоу, баром. Есть минус-песчаный берег-море не такое прозрачное, как на галечных пляжах. Один раз точно надо побывать в этом отеле!

A zoo with very cute and trusting animals + you can take horse riding lessons. Belek is a 5-minute drive away. Clean beach and swimming pools. Service -half of the staff are guys from Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. A clear minus is the gym! At the level of the 90s of the last century. The terrible covering in the hall of free weights is dirty and dusty. Dumbbells are lying on plastic racks-you are afraid to break them accidentally. Uncomfortable benches - the equipment is old. Guys-you have to respect the athletes -you have a lot of them from 7 (the gym is often open not at 8 but at 7.20-740 am) in the morning until 8 pm! The gym CLEARLY does not correspond to the level of the hotel!!!

We were with my sister in this hotel from 16.10.-23.10.23. She rested here repeatedly, I for the first time. The number of rooms in which we rested, with a side view of the sea and above the technical rooms where the cars are unloaded, did not disturb our peace. Firstly, the noise-insulating doors leading to the loggia were hermetically sealed, and secondly, silence was observed as much as possible.The toilet room requires cosmetic repairs. However, the room looks clean and cozy. The hotel itself is well maintained, as is the territory full of various plants, flowers, shrubs and trees, creating a pleasant impression. The staff is friendly. The restaurant has a huge selection of food, salads, snacks, fruits and desserts for different tastes. Bellis Cafe with tables between the hotel buildings and inside is beautifully decorated, serves delicious Turkish coffee and tea with desserts... The Meet point cafe is in great demand throughout the day, the bartenders and waiters are polite. Beach cafe, cafe with gyuzleme, white cafe work for vacationers at a good level. There are small disadvantages such as being far from the city, we could let the bus from the hotel to Belek or at least to the amusement park.
The hotel is not new, accordingly, the size of the rooms and the restaurant leaves much to be desired. The animation is average. But at the same time, there is everything you need to relax. There are a lot of entertainments for children. I was pleased with the quality of the food.
Отдыхал в этом отеле на заявленные 5+ не тянет. С кем бы не обсуждал отель из отдыхающих ни кто более 4 не ставил.
Главные недостатки:
1. Работа ресторана.
В отеле 5+ ресторан не должен работать по графику у отдыхающего должна быть возможность поесть в любое время.
2. Вход в море.
Пляж песок, но при входе в море где-то в двух метрах от уреза воды начинается полутора метровый отрезок острой гальки если не знаешь где безопасно войти, то прорезаться легко, что в первый день со мной произошло.
В соседнем отеле вопрос решен просто, в районе 4х часов утра проходит грейдер и засыпает песком этот отрезок, благо глубина там около 70 сантиметров.
3. Работа горничной.
После 8:00 начинает работать горничная, у неё, естественно, свой ключ от номеров, а привычки стучать при входе в номер почему то нет.
4. Дорожки у бассейнов.
Дорожки вокруг бассейнов красивые не поспоришь, но они гладкие и когда на них попадает вода, а это происходит постоянно, дорожки становятся очень скользкими и многие дети падают.
Моё мнение таково. Я в этот отель второй раз не поеду! И своим знакомым не рекомендую отдыхать в этом отеле.
Все понравилось! В номер заселили хороший (правда с третьей попытки😄), персонал очень приветливый, территория большая и ухоженная, свой зоопарк, горки с подогреваемым бассейном 👍🏻(правда ни все дни он подогревался почему-то🤷🏻♂️), отдельно хочу отметить кухню, кухня богатая и разнообразная! В общем советую!

Очень тёплое море, прекрасный песочный пляж с шезлонгами и тентами, великолепная еда, очень вежливый обслуживающий персонал. Есть только один минус… Плохо убирают в номерах. Но, когда ты весь день на море, это не сильно бесит.
Хочу поделится впечатлением ,очень хороший отель.а особенно его персонал ,на ресепшн ребята очень отзывчивые, спасибо большое им за это.к сожалению точно не помню имя но по-моему Ондер,огромное спасибо ему.он у них там главный. Всегда улыбается решает все вопросы, два раза просить не надо.извиняюсь если указываю не то имя.Высокий такой приятный мужчина.Таксин и Корай на ресепшн спасибо им,за терпение со мной.девочки по работе с персоналом отдельное спасибо,умнички. Имена всех не знаю,только Нину запомнила.очень хороший человек.да и вообще в этом отеле подобранны все почти хорошие.было пару недоразумений, но их даже помнить не стоит.поеду конечно к ним,и не раз.
Любимый Bellis Deluxe, очень комфортный отель для отдыха как компанией, так и всей семьей! Впервые отель поселила в 2018 году, и вновь приехала в него в 2023, проживали в виллах Жасмин, очень понравилось !
Сервис, питание и всё остальное в отеле как всегда на уровне. Рекомендую!

Первый раз был в Турции, сравнивать особо не с чем, раньше никогда не проводил отдых не выходя из отеля. Из плюсов, не плохая по меркам Турции еда, очень красивая территория на которой действительно есть все, приветливый персонал, пляж с пирсом. Из недостатков все-таки отелю необходимо провести ремонт, морально уже устаревает, уборка желает лучшего, ну и ценник на товары внутри отеля это просто космос. В целом отдыхом с ребенком доволен!
Хороший отель, вкусная и разнообразная кухня. Отличные аниматоры . Интересные шоу программы по вечерам. Качественный алкоголь. Хорошая территория с аквапарком.

Great hotel! The territory is green, the staff is polite and attentive. There are many different activities on the territory. You can definitely safely go with the children.
The room is quite tired and outdated from the point of view of ergonomics. Although it is called a family room (they lived in the Camellia building), it is not designed for a family with children at all, just an extra bed on an uncomfortable creaking folding sofa, which took up the entire living room space in the unfolded form. But the territory, the pools, the food, the service are super. We had a wonderful rest as a family with children, and everyone found interesting activities for themselves. The zoo on the territory is very well maintained. In general, everything is well-groomed except the rooms (cleaning every day without complaints, I'm here exclusively about the old room).
Хороший отель! Только прилетели. Из недостатков только: небольшие староватые номера ( ушатанные) и постоянная проблема с эл. Замком или ключом, постоянно не срабатывал. А все остальное вполне достойно. Ресторан отличный , персонал тоже молодец! Вода в бассейне прохладная) территория большая, зеленая. Хорошие горки, много развлечений! Все вполне прилично!

It is difficult to find fault with the hotel, I liked everything, everything is to the east, food, entertainment, cleaning, service. Отель для тех, кто любит большие, зеленые территории и гулять по отелю. При этом все «важные» места сконцентрированы близко. Отличный детский клуб, в ресторане есть диетическая кухня, баночки-пюре и даже молочная смесь. Кормят вкусно и разнообразно.
Но главной фишкой отеля является полноценный зоопарк (не куриный двор, как во многих отелях) и большая конюшня.
Дети от отеля в восторге.
Из минусов подуставший номерной фонд, но с такой территорией и развлечениями, там точно не придется долго находится)

A good 5k, but not deluxe. Pros: large, well-groomed territory, zoo, water park for both adults and children, many bars, Playground, Bellis cafe. Cons: often tasteless food in the main restaurant, although the choice of food is large., very noisy there, tired rooms in the main building + poor cleaning. I recommend the hotel especially for those with small children. If possible, then take the jasmine category (there will be a separate restaurant and bar), as well as a swimming pool.
Everything is fine except the rooms. Birdhouse.. This is the first time in such rooms . For an additional fee, nothing can be changed to a larger one. A fat minus for the hotel!
Нормальный отель, чистый, аккуратный, большой, с безумно вкусной едой и хорошим алкоголем. Но очень скучный. Мало развлечений. А для детей практически ничего нет вообще. Одна детская комната с детской площадкой, и всё. Персонал хороший, все дружелюбные. Убирают номер отлично.
Большой минус отеля - это служба ресепшн заселения гостей, пожелания которые оставляются при бронировании и дублируются на вотсап отеля никому не интересны. Был запрос на тихий номер на высоком этаже, поселили на 2 этаж в номер 1202, вид из которого выходит на стену, а под номером шум, двигали столы, шумно говорили(возможно под ним ресторан, или кухня). Отмечу, что после разговора переселили, но осадок остался.
Еда максимум на 4, ни разу за 11 дней не было красной рыбы на гриле, 1 раз были креветки. Говядина в основном в виде гуляшей и подобных мелкокусковых блюд. Говядина куском на гриле была несколько раз, в ресторане у пляжа. Салаты невкусные, мне показалось из-за заправок. Голодными не останетесь, но в отеле такого уровня и немаленькой стоимости хотелось бы более разнообразной и вкусной еды.
Персонал отеля работает на 5 (кроме службы ресепшн).
Про территорию сказано много, идеальная чистота , много мест для прогулок, на 5.
Пляж и море отличное, но однажды (примерно на 5 день отдыха) сотрудники отеля решили утром убрать полотенца отдыхающих, занявших себе лежаки. Пока кто-то завтракал, на их местах оказались другие люди. В итоге отдыхающие переругались.
Немного навязчивы продавцы и массажисты, ходят по пляжу и территории отеля и по несколько раз за день предлагают массаж или поехать за покупками.
Двоякое мнение об отеле. В целом отель прекрасен, отличная территория, хорошее море, пляж, много вкусной еды. Но!!!! В один из дней (18 августа 2022года) после уборки комнаты пропала вся косметика и расчетска, которые были в ванной комнате. После долгих звонков на ресепшн результатов не было. Никто не извинился. И лишь после того как я вспылила и обозначила, что это не приемлимо и к тому же за все дни даже цветочек на кровать не положили ( я отсавляла чаевые горничной 20 $ + у меня был День рождения) только потом я обнаружила в комнате бутылку вина и фрукты в качестве извинения. Косметика была не дешевая , ущерб от потери более 100$. Никто не компенсировал. Лишь сказали что горничная старенькая и украсть не могла. Объясняться дальше не стали, молчали и улыбались.

Территория компактная, все очень продуманно расположено. Обслуживание и персонал на хорошем уровне. В номере все стандартно, шампунь,гель и т.д
Зубные щётки и бритва по запросу . Нам повезло, белье постельное и полотенца меняли как заявлено,а вот подруге в соседнем номере не повезло, белье сменили 1 раз за 7 дней, а полотенца иногда просто вешали другой стороной( не заметив губную помаду).Еда хорошего качества, претензий нет.
Алкоголь не пили. При выезде остались в номере до 14 часов без доп. Оплаты. Ехали в отель весной с надеждой поплавать в открытом подогреваемом бассейне,но оказалось что такого нет, а есть бассей подогреваемыми горками и плавать спокойно можно только когда не работают горки, иначе можно получить травму....пришлось плавать в закрытом теплом бассейне.
