In short: a spoiled vacation, the hotel pulls in 3-4 stars at most, is overrated by 2 times!
Of the good ones, there is a great territory, a zoo and generally varied and delicious food.
Of the disadvantages:
- There are no locks on the doors from the inside with child protection (and this is in a family hotel).
-The rooms are tired, the plumbing is mildewed and dirty.
- Bed linen, towels, everything is old, washed a million times with holes.
- Music until 01 am, windows were shaking, it was impossible to sleep normally, it rattles in the room, I had to move 2 times from the main building to the Camellia. From Camellia to Mimosa. The staff said that if you can't sleep, that's your problem, all the guests like the disco until one o'clock in the morning, they say you chose the wrong hotel with the wrong concept. Although there is not a word about such a "concept" in the agency or on the website.
-The Russian animation put obscene music by the pool in front of adults and children at 17:00 at full volume.
- There is a smell of smoking everywhere, including on the playground, smoking at the children's pool. The staff smokes wherever they want on the territory of the hotel.
- Almost all adults drink, many swear.
- Rude, unfriendly some staff. The order was accepted as a favor.
- The bed is creaky.
- There are dirty plates in the dining room.

There are tired and small ones . But everything is very clean. A large green area with turtles and fruit trees is ideal. Food, drinks, cleaning, cleanliness, territory, beach and sea are super.
Check-in there is a building "bear corner", which for some reason does not differ in price from standard rooms, is designated as "garden view", there is no garden nearby, tree crowns on the horizon, the rest is a roof and exhaust ventilation.
Cons -
sunbeds: people take up at 6 in the morning, some smart guys take 2 per person at once and dry their wet rags on them. The hotel is trying to fight this, but so far the arrogant Russian tourist is winning, who does not care that some have nowhere to lie down. Because of this, there are constant quarrels and showdowns between tourists. The hotel should have stricter control over the issue of towels (now take as many as you want and throw them on the sun beds) and remove towels from the sun beds if they lie for hours without tourists.
Music on the evening show: even if the show is called Havana, "hands up" and "raspberry lada" will go from the third song, the playlist does not change at all.

This is not the first time we have been on vacation in Turkey and there is something to compare it with. The concept of the hotel is family-friendly. There is everything for families with children - from the kitchen to entertainment. The rooms are fresh. They are cleaned daily. The staff speaks excellent Russian. The restaurant pleases with an abundance of cuisine from Turkish to Mexican.
There are a lot of swimming pools and entertainment on the territory - polo, darts, shooting, volleyball, tennis. The zoo deserves a separate assessment! The children will be interested. The shopping center is 5 km away.
We definitely recommend the hotel for both family and youth holidays. It will be interesting!

Идеальный отель. Были в сентябре 2023 г.: отличная еда, много мяса, рыбы и морепродуктов. Всегда большой выбор фруктов. Качественный алкоголь, неплохие коктейли. По качеству питания на уровне Rixos.
По территории никаких замечаний - всё поддерживается в идеальном состоянии.
Номера в главном корпусе довольно простые и небольшие, но к уборке претензий нет.
Анимация выше всяких похвал - профессиональные артисты, хорошие шоу. Был бесплатный концерт JONY.
Однозначно рекомендую если вам нужен очень качественный отель, но без излишеств типа свежих цветов в номер и Moet & Chandon на ресепшн.

I arrived from Turkey only yesterday , my vacation took place in this hotel !!! The hotel is wonderful, the territory of the hotel is huge, there are 3 swimming pools , playing areas for table tennis, a football field, a tennis court, bars, restaurants, shops, there is an amphitheater-a super hotel in a word!!! The buffet is simply gorgeous and diverse, the staff is smiling, attentive, they will show everything everywhere, tell you! Separately, I want to mention our beloved building "Jasmine" , such a cozy, warm corner, silence and tranquility on the territory of jasmine , clean rooms, clean rooms every day and renew towels, and the restaurant Jasminovsky begonvil is just love from the first minutes!!! The territory resembles a soulful village , where it is simply atmospheric ! We have just returned from our second vacation at a luxury hotel in Belek, and I just can't resist sharing my impressions! This all-inclusive hotel has become a real paradise for our family.
From the first moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly team of staff who did everything possible to make our vacation start with positive emotions. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful green area of the hotel — it is huge and well-maintained, with many cozy places to relax.
It's a paradise for children here! A large number of pools and a water park with slides gave them a lot of joy and fun. We enjoyed watching their laughter and delight as they rode the slides and splashed in the water.
The culinary diversity is also impressive: many restaurants and bars offer dishes for every taste. We enjoyed both traditional Turkish cuisine and international delicacies. I would especially like to mention the variety of desserts — they were simply delicious!

Очень вкусная и всегда свежая еда,каждый день новые блюда,есть отдел детской и диетической кухни.Чистый и уютный ресторан с отличной вентиляцией с большим количеством мест.Обслуживание очень быстрое(в течении минуты),всегда найти свободный стол не проблема.Подача напитков официантами мгновенная.Персонал очень вежливый и доброжелательный.Территория большая,ухоженная и очень чистая.Отличный пляж с пологим песчаным входом в море и большим пирсом с трапами,баром.На территории три бассейна ,один из них крытый тентом для детей,два аквапарка(взрослый и детский),три кафе ,футбольное поле с отличным газоном и большой зоопарк с енотами,оленями,страусами,павлинами.Номерной фонд немного изношенный-это единственный маленький минус на фоне всего большого плюса.

The hotel positions itself as a premium, but there are many buts.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the lobby lacks the aroma of the hotel, as well as meetings with champagne (although local, but in most hotels such a compliment lifts the mood after the flight). The early check-in proposed by the tour operator was not implemented.
There is no adult animation. It seems to be there, but you have to work hard to find it. No afternoon entertainment, except for 20 minutes of bochie.

The food is varied, but not premium. Fruits and seafood are poorly represented. Restaurant on the beach - 2 points. It is not tasty, over-dried and poor by choice.
Children's animation - 10 points. The girls are smart and well done, you can go only for the sake of their attention to children. It is very difficult to take a child away from them at sea, as well as an evening disco - they involve all children, and put children on stage facing their parents.
Pools. It was only after numerous complaints that the heating was turned on in the children's water park (very weak and extremely uncomfortable). It was raised to 27 degrees in 3 days . The water in the other pools is not heated! 18 degrees!!! Is this normal for a premium?
Rooms. The rooms leave much to be desired. Disgusting cheap furniture, poor cleaning, but nice bed linen.
There is only shampoo, body gel, conditioner and ear sticks in the bathroom.

Отдыхали в этом отеле в сентябре 22 года . Втроем. Я, муж и сын 9 лет . Отельвыше всех похвал. Территория чистая , уходенная. Еда- разнообразная, свежая, очень вкусная и красивая . Разлечения на любой вус от спорта до прекрасных красочных программ вечером. Персонал в ресторане и на ресепшене очень отзывчивый. Но запомнился отель еще благодаря одной девушке- фитнесс тренеру Алене ! Столько любви , столько профессионализма , к каждому индивидуальный подход . Научила танцевать на неделю по разным направлениям . И привила люовь к йоге(ранее даже не думала об этом ) . Обязательно вернусь в этот отель . пока для меня он лучший по всем показателям !\
