Objectively, the pros:
A nice big bed, magnificent sea views from the balcony, a large private beach with lots of sun beds - there is enough for everyone. There is a private pool. And that's it.
Objectively, the disadvantages:
Poor cleaning (only garbage is taken out), towels were changed once a week and the floors were washed). Constantly, JUST CONSTANTLY, the electricity and water were turned off, especially at night. It makes sense to keep a refrigerator in the room if everything goes bad overnight. The rooms (initially not bad) are in a shabby condition, the bathroom smells of sewage, toilet paper is the cheapest ("Papyrus"). Upon arrival, they give only soap (there is still not enough rope ;)). The heated towel rail does not heat, it is unrealistic to dry towels and things. There is no drinking water anywhere at all - buy it yourself. Regarding food and drinks, everything is the same as in previous reviews. The buffet is so-so, not terrible. But it seems like some dishes (salads, for example) They cook from what's left. Wine is like vinegar, the smell is terrible. The beer is normal. On the beach and in the main all inclusive bar there is only cheap ice cream and beer with compote. And then until 20:00.
Corny, THERE ARE NO KETTLES ANYWHERE, neither in the rooms, not on the floor. It's terrible, you can't drink tea or coffee. This is the simplest and most banal thing.
Subjectively:
Unfortunately, we got into two troubles at once - 1. A storm and heavy rains for two days (because of them, the water was turned off for almost two days!!! Either the pump broke down or it flooded.
2. (and people will probably write about this later) MASS POISONING! I don't know exactly what, but we sin against the water. Vomiting and other urges successfully coincided with the shutdown of the water for two days.
There was also a suspicion of a ruptured sewer drain that oozes right into the tunnel in front of the beach. But according to reviews, it has been oozing for a long time.
Because of all this, the coolest excursions were covered, it's a shame. I do not recommend this hotel, although I might have gone to Abkhazia again.

I had a rest in August 2022. The territory is small, but beautiful. A large swimming pool, a restaurant with great live music, pleasant staff. BUT... For the cost of 6400 per night, the room is dirty and small, the cleaning is at the lowest level. A hygiene kit was killed for the fall: a 10-ruble tulet paper and a piece of ordinary strawberry soap. During the 6 days spent in the boarding house, the linen was never changed, the light tiles were wiped in the room, and the bathroom floor was never washed. The food is normal, but monotonous. There are no frills, it was possible to cook more interesting things from the same products. There are no claims to confectionery, they have always been delicious and unusual.
The website says that there is an elevator from the boarding house to the beach. But this is not quite true. The elevator descends only to the road, and from the road there are two more steep stairs and a long climb. Therefore, I do not advise elderly people. There are no complaints about the beach, it is clean, there are sun loungers. But the toilet on the beach put me in a stupor. Not only has he obviously not cleaned for a couple of days, there is not even a lock on the door, you need to sit and hold on to the plastic screed. Dear managers of the boarding house, pay attention to the condition of the beach toilet!
In the evenings, a cartoon is shown for children on the street, and adults turn on a movie in the bar (but because of the not very good Internet, it was sometimes unbearable to watch movies). Also, every evening the lights in the rooms were turned off for 10-15 minutes, which was very discouraging on the first evening. The Internet does not catch in all rooms, so you have to go down closer to the reception. The impression remained ambiguous, it is unlikely that I will come again.

I liked absolutely everything!!! The food, I tried in different places and they cook very tasty everywhere (unfortunately there is no halal, so I had to order without meat), the attitude of the locals is very friendly people, I felt like in the Caucasus where the word still works and not the benefit!! The nature and the sea are amazing.
But the staff is disgusting.
You have to wait 20 minutes for hot water to come out of the tap.the room was not cleaned at all.the towel was changed 2 times.The bed wasn 't changed at all , it 's just awful .they charge for insurance, which is strange.next to which the hotel is being built, it will be cool there.the staff should be young.Because grannies can't keep up with everything.It's just terrible

We rested here 2 times in September. A very picturesque place, the view from the room to the sea is magnificent. Delicious varied food, everything is well organized, the dining room is always clean, good dishes. Great pool, lots of sun beds. The sea is clean, the beach is, of course, so-so, but not crowded. Bagripsh is only for a relaxing holiday. There is nothing interesting around. Although the animators are trying to brighten up the pastime of the guests. I recommend.

Hello, we are a family of 2 adults and a child vacationing in Bagripsh in early July on an all-inclusive basis. In general, I liked everything, the sea is clean and nearby, the sun and fabulous beauty! They cleaned every day, the towel was changed every other day, the linen and towel were clean, snow-white. The linen was changed 1 time in 2 weeks.Many thanks to the maid Rimma, a very responsive and caring person! Of course, there are flaws in the room (a broken closet and water was poured into the toilet every other time), but this did not spoil our mood. The food is the usual canteen, I would like more fruits-the season is the same! Special thanks to the pastry chef, the pastries and cakes are delicious! There is animation for children in the evenings and all night until 3 a.m. discos for adults, which sometimes kept me awake. Dogs roam in packs, but they are not aggressive, but in the morning barking and howling and dog fights also did not allow you to sleep in the morning! Do something about it-the hotel management! According to the red bracelet, beer, wine, ice cream and pancakes were freely available from 10 to 20. Beer and wine are so-so, and ice cream and pancakes are delicious! From which the conclusion is that it makes no sense to overpay for "all inclusive" rooms and meals are the same as full board, this is my opinion there is still no service at the proper level. There is another moment-it is necessary to vacate the room before 12 p.m., and our flight is 8 p.m. and the bracelets are immediately removed and sit for 4 hours as you want (we managed to go to lunch and were on the territory of the hotel waiting for the transfer) it is no longer possible and ice cream and drinks are becoming paid, why is that??? We have paid for the day of departure in full, and it is no longer possible to feed the child - this is very upsetting! Other hotels are even dry. they give you drinks on the road if you don't have time for lunch or dinner, and then they took off the bracelets and everything felt like they were kicked out and that's it! In general, it's up to you to come or not, but we'd rather rest in Russia!

I had a rest at the end of July, a good place and a boarding house. By the standards of Abkhazia, it's just gorgeous for this money. The room was cleaned every day and the linen was changed once a week, which is again very rare. Good and delicious food, the buffet always has plenty to choose from and plenty of free places in the dining room. For such a climate, air conditioning and a balcony are unequivocal advantages. The beach is excellent, if you don't like the presence of people, then you can go to the wild one, which is absolutely always empty. The only thing that upset me a little was that hot water was not available all day and the bathroom in the room was not the first freshness, but it was also quite decent.

It was at the end of August 2023, generally not bad, the sea is nearby, but keep in mind that it is colder than on the beaches of Gagra, because a Cold river flows into the sea 200 m away. The staff is slightly tired of the guests, the girls respond to the reception reluctantly and behave as if unexpected guests have arrived to them. We rested from 28.07 to 03.08.2023.There are both cons and pros. Among the advantages: the sea and a small number of people on the beach, the availability of sun beds.The beach is large, but after the storm there was garbage, which was slowly cleaned by one person, as a result, during our stay, it was not cleaned.
Of the cons: the incredibly boorish attitude of the reception staff, which completely spoiled the impression of the hotel. Girls with inflated lips and glassy faces did not exactly meet halfway in solving simple everyday issues, but they could not even listen to the request normally or did not want to.There is no luggage storage, because we arrived at 10 a.m., waited for check-in on the sofas until 14.00. We lived in the old building, the room is ordinary. There were two of us, but there were three beds (probably for a child) because of this, there was almost no room left in the room, it was impossible to walk freely, they constantly clung to the corners of the beds. Of course, no one responded to our request to remove the extra bed.
The dining room is large on two floors. There is a lot of food, but it is not tasty. Pancakes are impossible to eat, wine sucks. The territory is small, there is nowhere to go in the evening, except for a cafe, whose music does not let you sleep until 23:30. There was a TV in the room, but it doesn't turn on. Wi-Fi is only near the reception, sometimes it happens in the rooms, but not for long.The overall impression is below average, we will not come here anymore!

And after midnight, the dogs, peacefully engaged in begging during the day, arrange a showdown with loud barking. I'm not kidding, there are a dozen and a half dogs on the territory. Review of the HOUSE BY THE SEA.
September 2023, price 9400 rubles per day, lived together with her husband for 5 days.
Plus, and yes it is one - a good view, walking distance to the sea, in fact the house is located on the beach.
Minuses:
- the house is made with a lot of cracks, when we first entered it, the temperature inside was 50 degrees, the air conditioner cools, but it's scary to think what will happen if it suddenly breaks down.
- Over your head, literally (probably 10 meters away), trains go and they do it from 7 am to 12 am (there is even a vibration on the bed from this), but if you are worried that you will not be able to sleep because of them in the morning, then do not worry, it will not wake you up, and a local woman who came to the beach every early morning with her dog and blissfully cut.
- Forget about a restful sleep in this place at night, as drunken companies come to the beach and can shout and have fun, and the guard, who seems to be there, at these moments he seems not to be there. And yes, it's useless to go to the reception, we were told that they would talk to the guard, but the next night he did not come out again and did not disperse the screaming people.
- After not sleeping the night and waking up from the barking of a dog and a woman's yell, you will open the door to the bathroom and catch a vomiting effect due to the terrible stench of the sewer (I can only compare with the public toilet of the Soviet railway station), and yes, it's pointless to go to the reception again, they'll send a plumber, but he won't do anything and you will breathe it like this. Red cockroaches running on gray toilet paper from the same Soviet times will also get you in the kit.
- In the evening, when you finally want to lie down and rest, you will have to listen to all the neighbors' conversations, since the audibility is as if we all live together in one house, and not in three separate ones. And of course, we continue to listen to the trains until 12 at night.
You can live, provided that you have a VERY sound sleep and problems with the sense of smell.

We stayed at the hotel from 12.09-19.09.23 . The rooms, the room was taken with a view of the mountains, there was always shade and the air conditioning was not even used. With a view of the sea, people paid extra and in the morning it was already baking and the sun was bright. Towels were changed once a week, linen was not changed. The rooms are cleaned daily. There was a basin, you can wash something. There is no hair dryer, iron and ironing table on each floor. Wi-FI is very weak, occasionally knocked out, there is no Wi-Fi on the beach, only in the hotel and the hotel bar. Beach towels are taken at the reception. There is no safe, but for 100 rubles you can leave it at the reception. There is a refrigerator. The TV has 30 channels, but only 2 were showing properly. Drinking water is not provided, such as drinking water from the tap, but it can be purchased at a bar or pharmacy at the usual Moscow price. We must pay tribute to the pharmacy, a very good assortment and a qualified pharmacist. There are 3 passenger elevators and one cargo elevator in the main building, but there are restrictions, up to 3 people in the passenger ones, but it's not scary to try to enter and the elevator breaks down. It is possible with a DOG up to 4 kg. The food was very tasty and home-cooked. The assortment changed daily, during the day chicken, pork, liver, fish. Compote is always available, WINE is only for lunch, white and red are very pleasant. The bar has decent quality factory beer, ice cream and donuts. There are high chairs for children, there is something to feed from the common table. However, the assortment of fruits is weak, apples and plums, once there were grapes and bananas. The beach is clean, there are plenty of sun beds, there is a bar with draft beer, ice cream and wine of 1 piece per hand. There are 2 swimming pools on the territory, full of sun beds, but everyone went to the sea. From entertainment in the evening there is a disco. There are designated smoking areas at the entrance to the hotel. The main race was + 55, there were only a few children and a limited number of young people. I won't say anything for the pool, but there is a lot of excitement there) it looks normal)
The location is great, great views of the sea, the mountains. You can take the elevator down, you can take the steps, or on the road. Whichever is more convenient.
It's a 5-minute walk to the beach)
The beach is big, there is always a place, you can go away and generally lie alone. There are enough sun beds for everyone. The beach bar is great. Drinks, porozhka, snacks, there is a fish.
Animation is weak, of course) well, what did you want.

I would like to say a special thank you to our maid Rimma, for the cleanliness in our room and pleasant communication. The food is homemade, there is enough of everything, a lot of vegetables. There have always been fruits. Billiards, tennis, fitness equipment, yoga classes, a swimming pool are all at guests' disposal. In the bar at the boarding house you can always drink compote, eat pancakes (in the morning and after 16.00). Animation is available only in the evening after 19.00, dancing, playing, and at 20.00 watching a cartoon on the wall of the boarding house (as in a cinema) and in the morning on the beach at 10.30 they draw on pebbles. There is a restaurant where you can have a great evening with music, cook delicious, prices are affordable. Private beach, spacious, with sun beds, there is a canopy from the sun. The sea is wonderful, the purest. The main thing is not to forget to buy slippers for pebbles) The beach bar offers unlimited ice cream, for those who need beer). For sure, it will be important for someone: to get to the beach, you need to overcome the steps (descent into the underpass under the road and into the underpass under the railway tracks). From the boarding house there is a descent to the road by elevator. You can walk to Stalin's dacha, there is nowhere else to walk) we went for a walk to Gagra (15 min) and Pitsunda (50 min). Overall, we are very happy with our stay!!!

But the question is: why does ultra all inclusive offer only beer, ice cream and sour red vinegar?
Why not put at least a cheap packaged wine? We specially paid extra for ultra all inclusive and ate 2 ice creams for the entire period, because it is impossible to drink wine, and we do not drink beer.
Okay. Why there are no snacks at the beach bar for an additional fee. Just chips and crackers. Why not add French fries, nuggets, pizza (for money)? A gorgeous view from the bar and people would buy food there for money - you don't need everything included, but there are 6 bottles for money and the same sour wine as in the dining room. Why is that?
The food is normal, everything you need is there, it would be great if you added a coffee machine. For guests of "ultra all inclusive" and just "full board", the food is no different, only what I mentioned above. The kitchen staff is trying hard, the rest are working "on the dump." If you do not have time to buy cold water at a local pharmacy, you will not find it after 21-00! Nowhere. This is also an ambush.
The animator, of course, tries, but it's boring to relax with children in a boarding house (for children). Adults can go on excursions, there is a bureau on the ground floor. There's nowhere to go at all.
The beach is nice! There were enough sun beds, the sea was wonderful. We were wearing special shoes, we liked everything!
The descent to the sea itself is by elevator, only one works, but then you still need to go down a very steep staircase, go through the passage under the road, then under the stinking railway, and then enter the beach.
Pensioners who have no problems with their legs were frankly getting high here. From the recommendations: take a sea view in the main building, because if there is no sea, then you will literally look into the rock (if the accommodation is on the lower floors)
In short, the overall impression is average.

Let's have a rest!when I went on a tour of Gagra, I realized that the hotel is like a ray of sunshine in a dark kingdom!cleanliness, buildings and paths are in perfect condition and most importantly there is a VIEW...the food is acceptable, the staff at the buffet, at the bars are very attentive and always patient with us vacationers!I agree with previous reviews that the girls at the reception do not bring information to vacationers...Until you ask!WI-FI catches well even on the beach!The restaurant has live music and there are animations for children!It is clear that the owner (yka) takes care of the hotel and develops it-the landscape is decorated with taste!the only negative is wine...more like wine vinegar (for those who have everything included)!at the bar in the evening where the movies are on ...I would add karaoke....or set aside a certain time in the evening at the restaurant!and so prosperity and more customers!I forgot to write about the dogs...no one barks or runs in packs...Two harmless dogs are walking late at night, without disturbing anyone!

Convenient location, beautiful views, a good private beach , near a wild beach where there is no one , a varied menu, no frills, but you will not stay hungry, and most importantly, all the restaurant staff are very friendly and try their best , the territory is guarded , there are fitness equipment , massage for an additional fee.
Now about the cons: the room is musty, damp, without a balcony, all things for 10 days stank as if we lived in the basement, there is no ventilation, the windows are all fogged up in the morning.
We couldn't get a replacement number , because there are no other numbers .
There was no clean bed linen in the room , they brought it only after the third trip to the reception , they brought one set for two separate beds , they said to my question about the second set : you are not supposed to , I asked for a set for a fee , but they could not solve the issue for money .
And the most important disadvantage is the reception staff and their complete lack of understanding about the service , their boorish attitude spoils the whole impression of the boarding house as a whole! Moreover, no one asks them to smile and be kind , although this is the norm in any hotel , but at least not to be rude , not to be aggressive !
We will look for another place next year .

That year, everything was fine. This year we decided to come for the anniversary. We specially chose the sea side and even expressed our wishes as regular customers. Upon arrival, we were given a room with a mountain view, but they did not even say initially that they would change it. Then, in view of the questions from our side, they said they would change the next day. However, the next day at the reception, two habalki (there is no other word) threw us the key to the first floor of the sea side and a extinguished, rotten room with insects, they say, come in. Naturally, after examining the room, we refused. At the same time, other tourists were given numbers on the sea side with us. I asked why this attitude was, they said there was no room for you, but you refused the offer. That's the whole explanation. The service is terrible. Don't set foot here anymore. And moreover, it turns out that we paid more and lived in a cheap room. And they could not be influenced in any way and the issue could not be resolved, the rude women refused the money offered for our room (which was not reserved for us). The rest was ruined. These are such wonderful people in the staff of the boarding house.

We rested in this boarding house from 08/05/12 to 08/12/12 (8 days). It's a nice place, quiet. The rooms were clean, our windows faced the mountains! The view is amazing! Good and varied food, animation for children and adults. Two swimming pools, a private beach with sun beds and a bar by the sea. Be sure to take aquasocks with you, because the pebble beach will not be comfortable for your feet. I recommend you to rest.

We visited this boarding house in June 2021. Watching movies and cartoons on the big screen outside every evening.Children's club.The animator is a very nice girl who plays with children, draws, conducts master classes and much more.Two swimming pools, one heated and the other without. In front of me, the guy was rude to the guest, who asked a question about what kind of dish was in front of her. And it really wasn't clear what it was and nothing was signed. There are pros and cons.
The first disadvantage is a terrible meeting in the fai. The girl with lips greets absolutely all the guests terribly. He doesn't say anything, they need to pull everything out with ticks. We talked to other people, everyone says the same thing.
The rooms are small, the mattresses are made of plywood, terribly hard. But there is a small refrigerator and an air conditioner. It has its own shower and toilet. The hood does not pull out of the bathroom at all, it is always humid there, and the corrugation is tied to the toilet on a string so that it does not fly off.
The food is average, monotonous. We learned the entire menu in 3 days. They used to feed green bananas from fruits, but in general they offer apples, oranges and bananas, and a lot of delicious things grow in this country : ((( It used to happen that they bring spoiled salads, so if you are not sure, it's better not to take them. I ruined 1 day for myself, fortunately there is a good pharmacy in the boarding house.
There are entertainments for children, animation.
There are 2 heated pools, warm, they are rarely cleaned, until shit pops up completely.
Those who have a red bracelet can take wine and beer for free, in a bar on the street the guy always pours with such a face, as if he pours his beer to you. There is also compote and ice cream, which we learned about only on day 3.
There is a private beach and sun loungers, and a comfortable beach bar is a plus for them.
There is a disco every day until 24.00. Terrible DJ, for 9 days of rest I never wanted to go there. The music can be heard in the main building very well.
It's a pity we didn't take photos of the room, so we would have laughed together.
That there used to be a night light hanging over the bed, it was removed, and the hole under the wire was sealed with a bactericidal adhesive plaster.;))))) this is about number 626.

The food is varied, everyone can find something to eat, but everything is absolutely not salty and not peppery, in general, dietary! 2. The rooms are very tiny for three, it's a little cramped, often, but they don't clean every day! Garbage is taken out every day without reminders. 3. The wine that is included in everything is not tasty at all! But crumpets and beer, ice cream are very tasty! A wish for the owners: the 9-storey building already requires cosmetics, of course, some furniture needs to be repaired. Add tables to the balconies, and a hairdryer to the bathroom! It's also elementary to put a kettle in the rooms if you don't feel very well, you have to run to the dining room! And yes! The staff should be more friendly, especially the girls at the reception! We had a great rest. The hotel has its own beach, there are enough sun beds for everyone. The rooms are cleaned every day. The linen was changed after 6 days, towels every three days, the food is good. The hotel has a tour operator, excursions were ordered. The transfer is organized very well. As we were met at the airport, we were escorted to the hotel and back the same way. No one demanded money, on the contrary, they warned us not to pay for anything. Like it. Abkhazia, thank you!

1. The food is disgusting, out of 100%, 20 percent is more or less delicious. Whatever you take, everything is fresh, if dairy, then there are 2 drops of milk, pancakes- with the taste of chlorine, potatoes- and that is disgusting, mashed potatoes are just water, it is impossible to eat if something with cheese, then it's a stinky sausage cheese, if it's sliced cheese, then it's also sausage, sausages and sausage are some kind of soy, cocoa is just on the water, all porridge is on the water, if with milk, then there's a drop of it there. Everything has to be salted and peppered in order to give at least some taste to the dish. For breakfast, only an omelette and a curd casserole are delicious. Of the fruits, only apples and bananas, oranges, we have never seen how they write here. The choice is very small. Tomatoes were sometimes spoiled in the salad👎🏻
3. The rooms are average, it is clear that the boarding house is old, all the doors creak, the lockers creak, the bed creaks. The mattress is mega-hard, our backs hurt from the first day, as if you were sleeping on planks. There is no hair dryer, this is a shock for me, already in every hotel they are, it seems to me, fortunately I took my own. The toilet paper is terrible, bought for 5 rubles, worse than Naberezhnye Chelny, the soap is lumpy and smelly. Is it really impossible to lay 50-100p more and put normal paper and liquid soap, we are not in the wilderness. Although we have come out almost under 10000r for a room for two, the package is all inclusive. The glasses that were in the room are very dirty, stained, disgusting.

Wi-Fi normally catches only closer to the reception, it practically does not catch in our room on the 7th floor, it does not even connect. Electricity was turned off in the rooms for 2 nights in a row, they say this is the norm here.
Of the advantages, I would only note- delicious donuts, beer and wine are normal, you can drink, in general, the view is beautiful, if not for the construction site, a lot of sun beds, there is a bar by the sea.
We're definitely not coming here anymore.

We rest here with my husband from 08/24. to 02:09, when we chose a ticket, it is written on their website that there is free guarded parking, the rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every 3 days and bed linen. LIES!! my husband and I love to travel by car and when we arrived at the boarding house we were horrified, to put it mildly!!! There is no parking at all!!!! We were told to put the car next to the construction site!!! Horror..then we were met at the reception by a very unfriendly girl! We came here for the first time, and the attitude was like we got her.
No one has changed the bed linen during the entire stay!!! The towels were changed once! And all this for a lot of money!!! I do not recommend boarding house from the word at all!!

If you decide to drink a cup of coffee on the day of departure, then you will not be allowed to do so, even though we did not eat on the days of visiting the excursions.
