I set a C: the rooms are not bad, but the furniture and bathroom are already "slightly tired", from the bath accessories only a piece of solid soap and towels, which are changed every three days. Hair dryer, shampoo, liquid soap are missing, toilet paper is the cheapest, you need to get it yourself - the staff does not monitor its availability in your room. The food is all cooked in the oven, salads are not edible, soups are not tasty, cocoa water with milk, but in any case you will not be hungry, and most importantly - there is no heartburn)! New building: there is no elevator, the stairs are steps from a metal corner, the spans are not closed, i.e. be careful, you can fall from the fifth floor. The ground floor is littered with rat feces... The area is magnificent, but neglected. I recommend a boxwood grove - at a cheaper price, there are all the usual amenities plus medical procedures and the city line: you can take a walk and go to cafes, shops to choose from.

MY MOST DISGUSTING VACATION!!!!! PEOPLE NEVER COME HERE!!!! We have been vacationing in Abkhazia for the 3rd year! I REALLY REGRET that I did not believe the negative reviews and still booked a room there! ((((
1. Transfer (we lived in Gagra): We ordered a transfer for 12, arrived much earlier, but okay. The payment was said at the boarding house's cash desk, well, we got out of the car and went. The "dispatcher" writes to me, you have not paid the driver, throws off the driver's phone number, send him the money!!!!!!Twirling at the temple, thinking what an abnormal office, I sent money to the driver!!! I sent him a check! The next day, this one writes to me, says why didn't you send ME the money????? In general, I already understand that I am communicating with an insane person, I am sending her a screenshot of our correspondence + a receipt! I did not contact this inadequate organization anymore. We got to the border by agreeing with a local resident for 500 rubles, for two. And their "Service" is 1200 for two, so draw conclusions........
2. Boarding house: Clean towels and bed linen, excellent mattress. There is dirt in the room, the watering can is broken off in the shower, that is, it is possible to wash only holding a watering can in your hands! TERRIBLE SEWER STENCH IN THE WHOLE ROOM!!!!
3. Food (red bracelets): A monotonous, tasteless, spice-free BREW. Everything is mushy, boiled. Salads are not possible, mayonnaise is sour because of this it seems that the salad is not fresh ((( What remains from breakfast goes to lunch, from lunch to dinner, etc!!!!!! There are no fruits, vegetables are not seasonal, plastic. Wine-vinegar, I drank half a small glass, I thought my stomach would burn. The beer is delicious by the way! ((((In general, a complete disappointment.
4. There is no animation, neither childish nor adult!
5. The pool: it's scary to go in, it's so dirty that you can't see the bottom((

Where the 4.3 rating comes from here is unclear.
The staff is rude, they don't change anything themselves.
The food is bottomless, there is no variety, and what is there is almost all tasteless.
The room was normal, it was in a small 2-storey building, but there was no Internet connection, and in general it did not work anywhere at normal speed.
The location is only the views are beautiful, but the rest is terrible. To get there only through a paid transfer.

Review from 06/4.21 . About the holiday home : the rooms are clean , newly renovated , air conditioning in the room. There are 4 elevators. 2 pools are warm . There are many sun beds .I am entertaining the children .There are dogs that are not allowed to feed , friendly animals . There is a bar, sports broadcasts are included. They feed normally, not like in Turkey, of course. Descent to the sea by stairs or elevator , then through the subway , not far away . There are grocery stores near the hotel and there is everything for yarn. There is a bar on the sea, for a fee. I will start my review about this trip to Abkhazia! The country of the soul!- that's what they call her.
We rested from 08.06 to 18.06 on a full board package!!! There are two options in the Bagripsh boarding house, keep in mind!!! In our case, beach towels, drinks (beer, wine, compote) on the territory and on the beach were included. And 2 additional snacks, the red bracelet gave such advantages! If you take just 3 meals a day, then there will be just 3 meals a day, without drinks. Drinks for money separately.
The boarding house is good, relatively clean, cleaned, washed, bed linen, water in two pools is changed, there is a restaurant on site, etc. almost like Turkey, but it's almost.3*** you can bet safely, he justifies himself.
One of the disadvantages is that it is not in the city, if you go to Gagra, then there is something to see, there is a place to walk, seasonal life boils there, but here it is like in the village, silence!!!
And in general a good boarding house! The option is not bad, we took 75,000 for two adults.
But I didn't like Abkhazia itself, it's not comfortable!!! But very colorful!!!
Prices are not cheap!!!! As some say, the prices are the same as in Sochi, Adler, etc.

We were in Bagripsha from July 20 to July 25 , 2021 . We took full board .We lived in a new building , which is located in the Dream store . The room was overlooking the sea, large and clean. Everyone writes about toilet paper (ordinary Pappia paper)
The store sells everything you need , wine, beer, ice cream, local cheese, and you can also buy a very tasty barbecue there. There is a fruit stand next to the store, very tasty and ripe fruits . It's not far to the sea, 3 minutes. The elevator to the sea worked all 5 days. The staff is helpful. I also liked the dining room , a lot of food and a lot of pastries , the only thing is that there is only one compote from the drinks . Special thanks for the music in the dining room!(Scriptonite , Miygi) Movies for children and adults are shown in the evening. There are two pools , but we swam in only one , the one that is bigger , there are enough sun beds for everyone , by the way , there are also a lot of sun beds on the beach . The pool was clean, and the chlorine level in the pool was checked twice. In general, everything is very cool.

We were in this boarding house from 17 to 23.09.22, the transfer was terrible, we put 15 people in an old minibus, it took 5-7 minutes to go to the border, then they unloaded us with our things and the conductor Yurik led us, on foot, after passing the border we got to the Soviet, some kind of village station, it was already dark, it was creepy, cars did not it was, in the end, they took us away, all 15 people went to Bagripsh, how the locals drive cars, it's some kind of horror, they drive like immortals. We arrived at the boarding house, we were greeted, they said dinner was delayed for us, at least 15 more people.
A day later, in the evening, the toilet became my friend, I had never had such a thing, after a day everything went away, but while I was standing in line at the pharmacy, I realized that almost everyone was catching the virus.
The food, the beer is delicious, but it is absolutely impossible to eat mayonnaise salads, the porridge is delicious, we really liked the pancakes, it is not possible to drink wine, a maximum of a glass.
The canteen staff work well, the tables are cleaned quickly.
The rooms are terrible, old, dirty, the plumbing is all in a raid, the curtain is in mold, there is no dryer, hair dryer, kettle. The electricity is turned off 2-3 times, although we were lucky for no more than 5 minutes.
There are dogs running around on the territory, they are kind, but they bark at night, the window cannot be opened. At 23.00, the shops are no longer open, the beach bar is open until 02.00,everything is included until 20.00, cards are accepted, only in the store, in all other places availability or translation, but Internet is needed for translation. There's nowhere to go. I agree with the review above, it is better to go to cities that are more developed (Gagra, etc.), where we were this VILLAGE. It was the first time in Abkhazia and there is no desire to return.

But there is also a terrible staircase that leads to the beach under the railway, it was built back in Soviet times, all the iron is rotten and looks terrifying, and also these terrible dog packs and constant barking, howling, it is impossible to sleep. No matter how much I love animals, this is already crossing all boundaries, animals need to be captured, sterilized, and placed in shelters. But it is not possible to sleep where the administration is looking.

We had a rest in September 2022. We were able to withstand only 5 days. They got sick with rotovirus there, and almost the entire boarding house was sick, the children were especially ill, they refused to call an ambulance, as this was a damage to reputation. The sewer goes down directly into the sea, the smell is specific. The room was poorly cleaned, the bed with a creepy hard mattress, if you are a yogi and like to sleep on iron, then it will suit you. The territory is more or less well maintained at the top, at the bottom - everything is neglected. The view from the window was beautiful to the sea, but it was impossible to go out on the balcony and admire the scenery, breathe the sea air, because something was constantly being smoked and fried downstairs, so our balcony was constantly closed. And this open side staircase, which must be overcome to get to the room of the new building, is extreme, especially in the rain. There is no electricity or water during the rain. In short, for that kind of money, 11,000 rubles per day for two is a complete trash. I do not advise it, we still remember it as a terrible dream. The average food that is not finished in the morning is processed and served in the evening. The Internet catches only on the beach and near the reception, although when booking a tour, the Internet was one of the important points, as it was needed for work. The staff is friendly, the people are very sincere, I can't say anything bad about them, they try their best, but not everything depends on them

We rested from 06/25/2022 to 06/28/2022 . Due to the situation, we decided not to go abroad and relax in Russia. We took an all-inclusive ticket.
The food is very, very mediocre. Meat is mainly chicken. You need to look for meat in the word. The bread is only white. There are no pastries, only cakes and then so-so. We don't eat pearl barley at home, and even more so on vacation. Instant coffee, the cheapest. Cappuccino and latte are not in sight. Between meals, beer, wine and compote for children. Coffee, tea, cola, etc. for a fee. And it's all included!?
Beer and wine one glass in hand, if you want to take it for two, then everyone fits, or take it and come again.
In the rooms, the mirror is only in the bathroom, there is nowhere else at all. There are no questions about cleaning the room.
The sun beds are mostly cracked, the beach is also dirty, no one is watching. Tables in bars are also not wiped for vacationers. They carried wet wipes with them. Unsanitary conditions are present.
There are few umbrellas near the pool and some are broken. The heated pool was drained and then heated for two days. And since the sea was cold, there was nowhere to swim.
The bartender is also a loader, so you often had to wait for him to bring the goods and then pour a drink.
It's not that close to the sea. Take the elevator to the road, and then through the underpass. Down the stairs, back up. Not everyone is comfortable walking.
In general, the boarding house is so-so. We did not enjoy the rest. When we arrived, we were generally shocked by everything and there were many of them. Then they calmed down a little where to go.
And the food in the restaurant is cold!!!
I do not recommend this boarding house to anyone.

I would like to leave my feedback, I hope it will be useful to someone. We went to Bagripsh according to the reviews of this group. This is our 4th trip to Abkhazia and there was something to compare it with. Let's start with the transfer: we were met by a "collapsing" minibus at the Sochi Airport, drove to the border. He dropped us off at the entrance to the border, gave us our suitcases and said: wait there for Yurik, he will come and take you. To say that we were shocked is not to say anything, it's okay to cross the border on foot with a small child, but we thought at least he would move the suitcases, it was not there. Then, almost reaching Tsandripsh, we were still met by a minibus that took us to the boarding house. When we moved in, we got the first floor, the whole floor was covered with ants. We bought a room with a mountain view, but in fact it is a view of a concrete wall. Of course, we changed the room to a room without ants, but the floor remained the same, the first one. We didn't argue anymore after 12 hours on the road, we just wanted to wash up and relax.The room is a complete sovdep with an old lamp TV, dirty, cobwebs in the corners, a bed for a child was pushed against the wall, so there are no animals and food there. The maid changed towels every other day for the first 5 days, and then did not come in at all.
Meals: we took the "all inclusive", it included drinks: compote, wine, beer. There are 3 main meals, and 2 meals pancakes with condensed milk or jam, ice cream is the cheapest in cups. The wine is disgusting, it is impossible to drink, beer is like water, as if diluted. On nutrition: there seems to be a variety, but it repeats every other day and by the 7th day of rest we just went to eat in a cafe next to the boarding house with very tasty cuisine. Everything is not salty, then too sweet, then not fresh, if the salad was vegetable in the morning, then in the evening chicken and mayonnaise will be added to it and presented a la Caesar, and so with almost all products!
The only thanks to the guys who remove the dirty dishes from the tables very quickly, fill the empty trays with food, for this is a big plus! There were always clean plates and utensils, a place to sit down and eat.
By itself, the territory of the hotel is not bad, well maintained. Also in A la restaurant in the evening there is nothing to order except slicing, there is no barbecue. There is no animation, at 19 o'clock there is a children's disco and watching a cartoon on the big screen, that's all. The sea is clean, but it is clean in almost all of Abkhazia, where we rested! The elevators were constantly breaking down, if the weather is good, then there is a one-kilometer queue for the elevator, because vacationers are mostly either pensioners or people with children who cannot walk such a high staircase.
In general, I concluded that you need to go either to Gagra or to New Athos in the same way as we used to go, there is at least some infrastructure and service, unlike such boarding houses. This "all inclusive" is not worth the money we paid at all.

The rooms in the old building are no longer fresh, damaged. The air conditioner has obviously not been cleaned for a long time, we did not turn it on because of the smell from it. Ants in the room, all the things in the suitcase had to be shaken, after the complaint they left us a balloon of dichlorophos. The linen has not been changed once in a week, the towels only after our persistent reminder. Once the cleaner washed the floor in the room with some completely smelly rag, they had to wash it themselves, it was impossible to tolerate this stench. To the complaint, she said that they were not given normal cleaning equipment. The mattresses in the room in the main places were turned to a very hard side, it felt like you were sleeping on cardboard. On the second day, they guessed to turn them over to the softer side, still tough, but not firm at least. And additional places are generally tin. The pool is dirty a day after draining and washing, apparently the filters are not in order. The beach is a little dirty, there is garbage in the sand. Most of the sun beds are broken or cracked. You won't be able to relax on the beach, the barkers are yelling every minute. Watering cans are broken in the shower on the beach.
But all this could be tolerated if it weren't for the absolutely terrible food. Believe me, I'm not fussy, I'm not a fan of Michelin restaurants, but I couldn't eat this food, I often went to the cafe down by the road... There would be nothing to feed small children there at all. I repeatedly approached the main restaurant and voiced complaints, but to no avail. But in the evening after closing, I watched the kitchen workers leaving with stuffed bags, that's the answer to the question why the food is of such disgusting quality.
I do not recommend taking a transfer to the airport at the check-in desk, because they do not warn that you will be dropped off with all your belongings at the border and you will have to go through all of it yourself, and then you will be put back in a taxi. I've never come across anything like this, we always drove by in the car and didn't even get my things out.

Cons: there is neither a kettle nor a boiler in the room, an old terrible mattress, bed linen and towels were not changed, I barely begged for one sheet to put my son on a separate bed, because they moved into a room with a double bed, electricity was turned off from 3 to 5 in the morning (in order to save money), and during the day - just accidents, the staff at the reception and in the restaurant talk through their lips, Wi-Fi catches intermittently, for an INTESTINAL INFECTION - in Bagripsh definitely! Check-out at 12 o'clock, transfer at 14, lunch was not allowed in the restaurant, arguing that we have paid for the day only until 12. I tried to explain that usually the last day is paid in full, regardless of the time of departure. No, that's it, take off your bracelets. It was, of course, the last straw! Don't set foot there anymore!

Give up hope for a good rest to everyone who goes to Bagripsh. Of the advantages, the gorgeous sea, but this is not a plus for the hotel, but a plus for the country. Further cons - there are many of them, in general, the hotel is one solid minus and a nightmare. 1. Rooms: I had a two-room suite, the room had broken appliances, very dirty plumbing and a terrible stench in the room. Electricity is cut off every week from 3 to 5 in the morning, you open the window to the stench of sewage from the beach. The room is not cleaned, only the garbage is taken out, the toilet was washed by themselves. 2. Nutrition: something in between very not tasty and just not tasty. Of the drinks, only wine, which is not possible to drink, and COMPOTE!!! There is no drinking water from dried fruits (well, here for an amateur) anywhere!!! It seems that you can drink from the tap, but I do not advise you to have a chance to get poisoned not only with water but also with local food. The only thing that the staff of the canteen carefully monitors is that you do not take out the plate, but obviously not for the cleanliness of the dishes and the quality of the food prepared, several times everything was frankly

Such an easy Turkey, the room is normal, the service is good, the food is ordinary , respect Sasha to the bartender! Of course, if you need a "service" directly, wait for the borders to open. I didn't like absolutely anything. It all started with the fact that at the reception we met girls who do not know how to work with people at all. To the point that seeing us with a small child in a stroller, they sent us to another building, gave us the keys where people lived at all, it was lucky that at least they didn 't see anything obscene, and such staff throughout the hotel, except for the maid, my husband somehow took off the bracelet, so they took him out of the dining room with security, as if what That's a criminal
The food is disgusting , serve fish unpeeled from scales and liver almost every evening, not everyone eats that, it's like the season now, and vegetables are only for lunch, and almost every day the same menu, there are some salads that are just processed
The biggest disappointment is that there is no regular drinking water anywhere in the entire hotel !!!
Not a single cooler , if you want to drink, buy 0.5 for 70 rubles at the bar or, as they said at the reception, "drink in the tap"
This music has been playing since 6 p.m. and God knows how long, and the food with this music in the so-called "cafe" is so terrible that we vomited from it all night
By the way, the rooms in the new building do not correspond to what is on the site , SSR numbers since the nineties ,
I don't know who writes good reviews, most likely only pensioners, since most of them are vacationers there, but there is nothing for the younger ones to do there

It's just a disgusting place. I do not recommend anyone to be here. They themselves became victims of deception on social networks and part of the positive reviews that, in my opinion, are written by the same people who run social networks for them.
1. Reception. The women who work there just stand there and blink their eyes. You won't get any information from them.
If you have a red bracelet, the difference from the green one is that you should have it. You must hand over the same towels when leaving back, carrying bags.
2. The room. We were in an old building, standard with a sea view. It's just tin. Dirt is everywhere, from the windows to the bathroom, which has a lot of mold.
Of personal hygiene products, only toilet paper in the form of sandpaper, with the telling name "Papyrus". There is a terrible smell of toilet in the whole room. Soap is the same-household soap. Of course there is no hair dryer. The beds are uncomfortable, the bed linen is not made. Really, it's more comfortable in a second-class carriage.
3. The dining room, which is praised by so many.
The food is very simple, so to speak, the cheapest that is there will be there. Starting with sausages and ending with salads. For example, crab has one rice and some corn. Everything is greasy, leftovers from lunch go to dinner, from breakfast to lunch. There are practically no fruits. We haven't seen any watermelons in all this time. There is nothing for children to eat, there is no children's menu. In general, the cheapest canteen. What's the buffet? There is dirt on the tables, some bedspreads are red, horror!!!
4. The territory. There is nowhere to walk, at all. There is no embankment, the hotel has no territory. A bunch of stray dogs in the evenings, and there is an advertisement where it says that a fine of 2000 rubles is for feeding stray dogs. The question arises: "What are they doing outside the hotel?"
There is no animation, instead only a cartoon at 20.00 and a half-disco of 5 songs.
The elevator that takes you down to the sea is alone, covered in mud, people are queuing to get down.
5. Bars. One near the entrance, the other on the beach.
If there is a red bracelet, they will pour beer, more often in a small glass, because the big ones are like over. So it costs 120 rubles.They will also give the child ice cream for 25 rubles. They look at you like you're stealing from them.
6. The beach. Dirty, dogs, drains the sewer. The sea is clean, but this is not their merit. If they had the opportunity, they would have "fucked him up." In general, if you step aside, you can swim normally.
7. Swimming pools. The large pool is filled with cold water, apparently so that no one swims. We didn't go into the small one.
8 Animation. She's not here.
CONCLUSIONS: Guys, I beg you, do not visit this place. It was our worst vacation ever. The price does not match the stated services at all, most of which are just a hoax. If I had been offered a free vacation in this place, I would have refused. The result of the trip will be an intestinal infection and a lot of negative emotions, as it was with us.
The people vacationing there are mostly elderly, maybe less pretentious, but I don't consider myself that way.
You'll just feel bad for the money you spent. I consider myself and my family deceived, because they can do exhibition advertising, but it's elementary to wash the floor in the dining room, apparently a very difficult task. It's just rudeness and disrespect for people. I will leave a rating of 1 out of 10. I am attaching only a small part of the disgusting photos. By the way, there are cockroaches and bedbugs in the rooms. It's the cherry on the cake!

Dolphins came every day.
We were in September, the velvet season.
There is no food, everything is overcooked, with an abundance of oil.
The rooms are not bad, after renovation.
The staff is so-so.Women are unfriendly.The pool is not very clean.

There is no drinking water in the rooms, there are not even basic coolers on the floors. There are no kettles, at least for rent. In order to drink hot tea, you need to go down to the reception, the girls will pour boiling water into my glass from their kettle, of course there is no sugar, and you go to your room on foot or by elevator.
There are no handrails for going into and out of the pool in the children's pool, and the steps in the pool are slippery, there is no basic safety precautions.
Cuisine : the soups during the entire stay were delicious, which cannot be said about salads, at the height of the fruit season there was no variety: apples, bananas, green plums and that's it. I would like to see more pears, watermelons, grapes. The baking is not bad.

We had a rest in August 2021. The place is good, the sea is nearby, the beach is clean. As for the boarding house itself, there are constant problems with electricity, the lights are turned off every night. The staff is friendly. As for the food, the quality of the food wants to leave the best, one day I had dinner, and then I lay in the room with an intestinal infection. There is no water cooler, you need to go and buy water separately. The bed linen is clean and changed 1 in 3 times. Despite many small disadvantages, I can't say that it's bad here, but I have no desire to come back here!
