There is no hair dryer in the room, no shampoos or anything like that. There was a piece of soap and toilet paper, as well as towels. Cleaning every day. Buffet 3 times, there was always something to eat. I especially liked the barmaid at the hotel bar, very polite (almost every day we drank cocktails from her, made us feel good🥺there are also 2 pools in one no one swims, in the other there is a smooth descent, by our county there was already a slimy bottom (on the 6th day of our stay). The staff are all polite, there is an ATM for money.Animators entertain children in the evenings, as well as people in the pool + include a movie or karaoke. The beach of the boarding house is clean, but I did not understand why they throw garbage (huge black bags) behind the beach bar

We had a rest from June 22 to June 27, I recommend a chic boarding house for a family holiday. The food is excellent, you will definitely not stay hungry. For lovers of real coffee, it will not be comfortable there because the coffee is powdered))), but I liked it))). Fruits - bananas, apples, oranges. Wine, beer, ice cream, donuts are all inclusive. It is better to take a hair dryer with you. There is no elevator in the new building, but the view is gorgeous from the balcony. There may be interruptions with water, electricity, and the TV signal. Wi-Fi is available on the territory of the boarding house and the beach.
Yoga in the morning is very invigorating! Two pools, although the second pool did not work on our dates, but it has already been filled, it may already be working.

We had a rest in this boarding house for 7 days , and 3 of them were immediately spoiled.... upon check-in, we were given 2 rooms with mountain views..... although we booked with a sea view... there are 2 women at the reception, but I did not find out their names, since they are all sitting there without badges, we checked in around 12 at night, and they promised us that in the morning they would deal with this issue of relocation to the sea side.
Since we booked through an operator here for a month, we had all the documents, and we gave them a voucher upon check-in, to which we were told at the reception that your tour operator had booked the mountains.... and then I immediately write to the tour operator. In the morning, I go down to the reception and ask about the rooms, and the woman immediately started talking to me in high tones, it was you who wrote the letter about us..and so on, after she threatened to evict us from the boarding house...on what basis!!!!
She did not explain, she left and slammed the doors at the reception. Three days later, until I contacted our tour operator, we were given rooms on the sea side.
It's just terrible how rude they are at the reception!!!!

I understand that they don't like it when people book through a tour operator)))
... by the way, they also have problems with the transfer, people sit for hours waiting for the rest to arrive from different cities, we waited for the rest of the people at 1:30.

We were in Bagribsha in August 2024 for the first time. We arrived at the hotel at 9, we were told that at 13 o'clock they would put on bracelets, we could go to lunch and check in at 14 o'clock. Leaving our things at the reception, we went to the sea , the sea is clean👍👍👍 the beach is not crowded , there are plenty of sun beds , there are always free ones. There is a bar on the sea, where, according to the all-inclusive system, you can take beer , donuts and ice cream, the rest is paid.The food is ordinary without frills, but everything is delicious as homemade, there was no heartburn, apples, oranges and plums from fruits.During lunch and dinner, wine. Beer, donuts and ice cream are also available at the on-site bar until 20h, the rest is for a fee. I was a little short of some French fries or something with beer as a snack, but this is my personal opinion.There is a shop next to the elevator where you can buy everything you still want at normal prices. The road to the sea via an elevator is 5 minutes.
The room is not gorgeous, of course, but everything you need is there. A new building is being built, of course the rooms there will be gorgeous, but the price tag is different!I was pleased that there is a children's animation at 20:00, followed by teenage Mafia games, bunker, spy and the like. And at 21.30 there is an adult disco and karaoke .We lived in room 220 in the old building, on the 2nd floor, overlooking the mountains, but if you really want to see the mountains, then you need to move into the upper floors, there is a gorgeous view.There are two pools, one with a transition to a children's non-deep zone and the second with sea water.Everything is side by side and very convenient.The climate is wonderful!In general, I really liked everything! We will definitely think about coming back here!

I had a rest from September 4 to September 16. I can't say anything good about the hotel. There are no boilers on the floors, I noticed a lot of elderly couples, and there is nothing to wash down the pills with, you have to go buy water, the mattress on the bed is hard, it feels like you sleep on nailed-down boards. Now about the food, everything is included, but there is no choice, everything is cold, I had to ask what kind of dish, since apart from porridges and soups nothing is signed, what kind of salads is also not clear. They write about a well-maintained territory, and where it is, it's along the building or something, and it's dirty on the beach, the deck chairs are broken. We were here from May 31, 2023 to June 5, 2023. We were greeted by friendly girls at the reception. The territory of the hotel is clean, buffet, bar on the street and on the beach. The room is medium, with a view of the mountains. Towels were changed every day, garbage was removed. The staff is polite except for the young man's bartender at the hotel bar (not really polite, constantly nervous) Maria's girlfriend, the bartender, has great respect, is very sociable, told us which cocktails are worth trying, was polite and friendly. We were vacationing here at the end of June 2023. The hotel has 2 service systems: "all inclusive" and without. We chose the first option, which gave us the opportunity to receive beach towels, free ice cream at the bar and on the beach, wine, beer. I liked the food. There is always food for adults and children, soups, salads with fresh vegetables, chicken dishes, liver, sausages, omelette, cottage cheese casserole, cakes and pastries for tea, pancakes and many more delicious things.
The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed every 4 days, bed linen once a week.
There is a lot of vegetation and trees on the territory, there is an opportunity to look at all this from the open veranda above the restaurant..
In the evening there is a disco at the restaurant for adults, animation for children. There are illuminated pools, one with sea water, the other with ordinary water. But honestly, it's not simple either, but as it says at the reception - drinking (I haven't tried it =))
We walked to Stalin's dacha nearby. About 30 minutes on foot, using the elevator to the Solnechny Hotel.
From what I would like to draw attention to: the hotel is located on a slope, so the road to the sea and back in any case goes up the stairs. We lived on the 5th floor in a new building without an elevator. Therefore, we walked a lot up the stairs from the room and to the sea. For us, this is only a big plus, but for people with musculoskeletal problems, I think it will create difficulty.
Of the minuses, there is a Sukhumi highway and a railway under the windows. They are not so audible on the lower floors, but very much on the 5th. When there is no noise of the roads, you can hear the sea, the smell of algae, the Moon at night, and the moon path... Beauty! ❤️

Check-in: because the check-in was at night, we decided to leave the questions for the morning. Pay attention when you buy a tour - the boarding house has three buildings (main, new five-storey and Adele). As a result, we got a new five-storey building. Although we planned to go to Adele. The rooms are worn, in places something falls off, they are in no hurry to do even at the request. Kick-ass mattresses are hard-the back will not thank you. On the extra bed in general, the mattress seemed to be covered in blood, and it was also lying on top of another one. At the request to change, at the end of the trail.During the day, they brought another mattress from above (in total, there were three mattresses on the extra bed). We lived on the second floor. The view is part sea, part burnt-out and constantly stinking dorm. Attempts to move to another building were unsuccessful. The staff offered to pay extra and move to Adele, but everyone was told a different amount - from 2 to 6 thousand rubles. And someone was resettled at the first request. Despite the fact that we did not conflict, but humanly asked to change the TK, the stench from the burned building was constant. By the way, the staff is for the most part not even local, visitors, not friendly. The cleaners, on the contrary, always greeted and talked. There is a road under the hull, be prepared for the night noise. There is a garbage dump next to the building (also an ambre). Opposite the central building there is a bar and late-night screaming music. There is no territory, there is nowhere to walk, outside the territory - only to go somewhere. The food is not delicious. Wine and beer are for the sooo unassuming. On the second day, there is a queue at the pharmacy-many have viruses and poisoning. The beach is not cleaned, the sun beds are broken. If you come here, it's only for the night, by car passing through.

I am currently in Bagripsha. I don't know how patient you have to be to accept a poor service (no service) and write positive reviews, which is why we chose where to spend our holidays. Perhaps someone was lucky to live in a new building with a new renovation, but you have to understand that the building has not been commissioned, the building has not been put into operation: out of 9 floors (an empty case box of the building), the owners of the hotel, in order to cut down money, repaired 4 floors and settle tourists there. Yes, it's beautiful, but dangerous!!! There's construction going on inside!!! The old building is something with something!!! Dirt, old furniture swollen with moisture, fungus in the shower, toilet bowls, even hooks and shelves with a rusty growth. After settling in, or rather, moving to the 9th floor from the 3rd, whose Windows overlook the wall and the smell is rotten and does not fade, I had to spend a day on a scandal to change the yellow, bloody pillows, bring mattress pads to terrible mattresses (it did not get better), set up hot water supply on the upper floors (in the 1stWe washed with cold water every day. It turned out to be a problem of the upper floors). The furniture in the hall has been there since the war. Fire safety: it just doesn't exist! There are no evacuation plans, the fire escape from the 9th floor is without a railing and is littered with junk, which is the first in a fire and will start burning. There were no fire hoses in sight: there are empty open red boxes on the walls. There is no fire alarm! The elevators are prehistoric, with a low load capacity, they beat the doors! All this is such an audacious disrespect for tourists!!! For 100 euros per day!!! The canteen is a separate conversation. I'll throw up if I start to describe it in detail. The only normal thing is scrambled eggs in the morning and pancakes and donuts all day long. Soups are disgusting, side dishes are always in the presence of pearl barley. Flies are also always on every dish. The photos on the site are absolutely not true!!! Garbage dump! 100 € - the audacity to take so much. The red price for terpil is 1500-2000 per day. There are enough sun beds, but they are all broken, the beach is not cleaned, dogs and cats are on the beach. Towels are given only to those who have "all inclusive" and are changed every 3 days. A collective farm of some kind for 100 € per day! Oh, ice cream! Cheap waffle cups piled in freezer trays. In which everyone climbs with their own hands and chooses, picking at this pile. Elevators: for the fearless. What is in the hotel itself, what is in the one that descends closer to the beach, but does not bring to the beach; we still have to overcome 2 smelly underpasses. A shower on the beach with icy water. Dirty, not equipped. Wash your feet there too, first twist around so as not to fall off. There is only one beautiful thing here-and that is the sea. But its quality does not depend on the hotel and the owners of the hotel in any way!
I wish those who wrote good reviews, spoiling us (and many people here who also chose a hotel based on reviews) a vacation, so that you get every vacation!

Why should everyone else listen to this rumble? (In my opinion, most of the guests of the boarding house are 50+). Yes, and the cherry on the cake is karaoke of pretty drunk "singers“ (animation suits), this is something unbearable. Requests to make it quieter at the reception are answered - "we can't help you in any way." Probably need some bar takings. All the advantages of the boarding house are crossed out by such numbers!

The price of allinclusive includes only extra beer and ice cream unlimited. Don't take it! Full board includes everything plus wine. Children's animation is good. The pool is small with an aqua aerobics shop. It's not far to the market by minibus. Minus one - the cost absolutely does not correspond to this institution. Overstated at least twice. Will I go again? No.

We rested in this boarding house from 07/26/2023 to 08/04/2023.
Accommodation in a New building on the 5th floor. Beautiful view of the sea.
The room has a double bed, an extra bed, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a flat-screen TV, a table, 2 bedside tables, a private bathroom with a shower.
The lights were turned off several times, unlike the old/main building, and there were intermittent interruptions to the hot water supply.
There are two pools on the territory, one of them is very deep and dangerous. The pools do not have employees who look after the order.
An open cafe with a bar, where the staff is friendly if you are just buying something, and guests with the all-inclusive status annoy them. There is a very heavily diluted compote on the bar counter for all-inclusive guests. There is no free bottled water (at the reception, an ad on the counter is pasted that tap water is drinkable), if you want water, there is a store downstairs and for your money everything your heart desires.
Dining room: two halls, on the first and second floors. There is a lot of space, clean, and the choice of food for the non-picky is enough not to stay hungry.
The waiters are great, attentive, helpful and smiling. (10 out of 10). Well done!
The girl who cooks an omelette, fried eggs and pancakes on the second floor shows her irritation to the guests with all her appearance.
Pancakes are often cold.
The reception is a separate service for showing your irritability, bad manners and boorish attitude towards guests.
On the day of check-in, nothing is told to the guests about the rules, the nuances of their stay, they try to push everyone to the first floors, but be careful to the new building - there the ground floor is considered to be the ground floor, no, do not think, it is not in the basement, but you will go down the stairs. The rooms there, despite the air temperature outside, are damp and in poor condition.
During the check-in, we had an embarrassment-our room was independently allocated by the maid (the family settled there) and we had to return to the reception desk with heavy bags (there is no elevator in the new building). We were offered the 1st floor with relocation to a higher floor for the next day.
What was my surprise when, instead of a comfortable room, we found ourselves in a damp room with a broken balcony door, which no one was going to fix. Later, at the reception desk, it was said that the door was broken and the lock would not close, and an amazing answer was received: I'm aware of it! But everything worked out here, we were relocated, which we were incredibly glad about.
During the time spent waiting for the check-in time, there were many moments that were extremely discouraging.
1. The beach terry towels handed over by the guests of the boarding house, the employee did not hesitate to take them with pronounced blasphemy with two fingers and carried them into the reception room at arm's length with a view, if it was in fecal masses.
2. An adult couple was given a key to a room on the ground floor without explanation, the guests went to look after asking for a room above and returned with dissatisfaction - broken household items, dirt. To which they were told there were no other rooms available, wait 14 hours. The man came up after a short period of time and, for a monetary reward, the employee did not hesitate, without waiting for the previously announced 14 hours, gave out the key to another suddenly found room!
Personally, no information was provided to me after the questions were asked, it was just said from under my forehead, look there and there with incredible irritation, I already began to involuntarily feel guilty (please place the necessary information on the information stand!).
Also, I took a ticket from the biblioglobus TF, but the meeting at the airport and the transfer were carried out by the boarding house's own forces. Arriving at 4 a.m., we waited for the transfer until almost 7 a.m. (!) at the airport. The return transfer, thanks to the driver, turns out to be carried out by appointment at the reception desk from 18 to 21 hours two (!) days before departure. This is important information and, in my opinion, the front desk should have provided this information upon check-in.
The reception with the administrator is an important link with the initial indicator of the relationship of the legal entity providing the service. Administrators should have completed courses on the rules of providing services in the hotel industry.
Do I recommend this boarding house? Probably yes.
Do I want to come back here? No.

Good evening, I would like to leave a review about this boarding house, we arrived on 9.09.24 after 2 a.m., settled us within an hour. But the room in which we were accommodated is in the second building, we basically wanted to go there ourselves, as it is written that it is newer, but when it came time to move into room 109 and open the door, there was no limit to our so-called delight, if you can call it that. There was practically no cleaning in the room at all, the curtains weigh old, there are bloodstains, the view from the balcony overlooking the sea turned out to be very depressing, at least in the photo or in the description they wrote that the first floor on the left side is a view of the sea, the roof and the burnt wall. The toilet is leaking in the shower room, there are traces of mold, the corner shelf is all rusty, there is no place where you can put bath accessories. They put 1 piece of soap and toilet paper in the bathroom, the cheapest gray color, the plumbing is old, there is mold on the walls. It is simply impossible to sleep on a bed. The mattress is so hard that it feels like you are sleeping on a concrete slab. There is an extra pillow and blankets in the closet, they are simply in terrible condition and it is impossible to use them. There are not even ironing facilities on the ground floor, you need to go up one floor above. The average level of nutrition will not stay hungry, but the choice is not great. Plums, apples, oranges are made from fruits. There are chips on the plates and mugs, which is not typical. The territory is small and not well maintained, the bar on the territory of the boarding house is not very friendly bartender, as if he pours drinks at his own expense. At the reception, the administrators are not very friendly to the guests, they asked us to move from this room to the floor above, so that they would not see this roof, but we said we settled you according to the reservation with a view of the sea, this is some kind of nightmare. There is no kettle in the room, no boiling water, no drinking water. How is it possible that there is no bottled drinking water, which should be included in the price with meals. Or at least put a cooler on site and a tea and coffee maker. This is our first time in Abkhazia, but probably the last, the impressions of this boarding house will not be very pleasant, it's a pity. The only thing that pleased me was the 2 swimming pools on the territory, but the sun beds to them and to the beaches are old and some in poor condition.

A mediocre hotel near the border.
Positive:
1. Due to the contingent and location, it is quite quiet here. Yes, there is a disco from 8 to 9 p.m., then as a rule they turn on some kind of movie. The restaurant is located around the corner of the main building, so it doesn't bother either.
2. The cost of accommodation. It's a budget place, but you have to understand that it's never cheap and cool at the same time.
3. The way to the sea. There is a leisurely elevator, and after walking about a minute and a half to the beach. There is a staircase next to the elevator, which is often an even faster way from the sea and to the sea.
4. The beach. Bagripsh has his own. There is a very large supply of sun loungers, even during rush hour there is enough. There is a cafe, you can drink something cold. Well, at the same time, the music is playing from there, it's not boring. I'm not talking about the sea, as this is a standard clean Abkhazian sea with a pebble beach.
5. Gym. It sounds too loud. A playground on the third floor with several exercise machines is more correct. Everything is modest, but the most important thing is that there are enough weights for light training on vacation.
6. Two swimming pools on site. In the heat, you can cool off in them without going down to the sea.
7. Movement at the restaurant. The repertoire is more interesting there, and people are attracted to dance there. It's better than the disco at the main building.
8. View from the loggia. There are zero questions here. Especially in the new building. The view is cool, it's nice. And in the evening, the sunset is visible on the right.
Minuses:
1. Nutrition. Yes, there is a kind of buffet in Bagripsh, but the food itself is just so as not to starve to death. Don't expect delicious and exquisite dishes, everything is quite simple. Yes, you get full, but you don't enjoy eating. And this despite the fact that I am a very loyal tourist, without claims to luxury.
2. Visitors. Mostly, age-related couples, couples with young children, or single mothers with children rest here. The movement is appropriate: in the evening, no one dances much, but they sit and drink free beer.

There could be more outlets, especially in our time, even the clock needs to be charged.
9. Location. This is both a plus and a minus at the same time. The downside is that if you're bored, you can't just walk away. Gagra is about 15-20 km away. Inconvenient. Well, there is a highway nearby, cars are driving, someone may be disturbed by the noise from the road, but it was normal for me.
Conclusion: choosing a vacation in Bagripsha, you need to understand that you get benefits for exactly the amount you paid, perhaps even a little less. If you are unassuming in your tastes, not picky about food, calmly treat some little things like a chipped edge on a plate or a stain on a towel, then you can go. Perhaps you will not notice anything at all in the company, since you will only spend the night in the room, and the rest of the time you will hang out somewhere.
Another building is being built in front of the hotel. This suggests that they will not invest much in existing ones, so obviously nothing will change dramatically next year. The choice is yours.

A very convenient outdoor elevator from the boarding house you can go down to the road, so that you do not crawl up the stairs. Downstairs there is a mini supermarket, fruit stalls, khachapuri, natural coffee, seafood: inflatable circles, sun creams, souvenir shop. The pharmacy is located in the boarding house itself.

There are two opinions about the boarding house. We arrived in the morning, settled in as indicated at 14:00 in the main building, sat and waited, but there was nothing to be done. Check-out is at 12:00 and do what you want next, the bracelets are cut off and you will not even be able to have lunch, although the full cost has also been paid for this (last) day.
The room is ordinary, if you find fault with something, the second floor, a beautiful view of the wall , but since we only came to spend the night, we did not change the room. Room cleaning every day, towels were changed 1 time in 2 weeks, as well as bed linen, the maid of the 2nd floor is a wonderful responsive woman. The sound insulation is not wow, but compared to the new building where our friends lived and the sound was even heard as the TV was on, it will go in our room. Reception- we didn't really touch them, so their arrogance went to others. Food, do not expect sophistication, ordinary homemade food (porridges, soups, cutlets, fish) but I want to note, very tasty confectionery. Wine is a diluted liquid, just like beer in principle. The beach, in August, a large number of people came and there were not enough sun beds for everyone. And this is taking into account the fact that the new building is partially inhabited, which will be next year, with full occupancy.
Animation girls are great, there are no questions for them.
There are shops next to the boarding house, hello to the two guys sellers, And next to the store there is a fruit shop where 2 women work, who among themselves, in their own language, do not flatter visitors and openly mock, it is not pleasant. There was a swimming pool on the territory, there were days when it was impossible to go into the water, all sorts of insects swam there, which were not cleaned for several days. Then it really bloomed, the water was drained and a day later it was collected again, but it was impossible to go into the water, the water was icy and the pool was not heated. It is very boring in the evenings, children are entertained, adults sit and watch. If you want to go to Gagra, calmly go out on the road and get there for 150 rubles by minibus. Excursions are a trip with a driver to a certain place, without telling about places and sights. Plus, you are brought to a place for lunch, where, to put it mildly, the food is disgusting, apparently these places are not in demand among ordinary tourists, as well as wine and spirits, which are all powdered. Well, to sum up, in general, the beautiful location of the boarding house, the perfect sea, we were not hungry, but for this boarding house this price tag is very expensive, it's not worth it.

The food is quite varied and delicious, it is clear that they are trying. In general, apart from nature, I didn't see anything good for myself there, but I asked people, many people come to Bagripsh for the second time. There is a separate conversation about the driving style of the locals. We have been vacationing with our family in this hotel for almost a month now! Everything is fine!!! We live on the 9th floor of the old building. There were no interruptions with either water or light. The lights went out once, but all along the coast. The view from the balcony of the room is gorgeous! The room is clean, there are cleaners on each floor and there is no need to write that there is one Rimma for two buildings. Nadezhda Ivanovna cleaned our place. Wet cleaning every day, towels were changed every three days, bed linen was changed every 5 days (stable). There are two floors in the dining room, I haven't seen queues in a month. You can't think of a more diverse menu. The guys in the dining room are nice, clean, and always wish you a pleasant appetite. There are two pools on the territory, which always have clean water (of course, sometimes they are drained to replace the water). There is also a place to go for a walk, you just need to get up and go. And not to sit in a bar and write that there is nowhere. By the way, the guys from the bar, Maria and Alyas are wonderful, kind, funny. An ensemble arrives at the hotel, concerts are given in the auditorium. The beach has its own entertainment: subs, catamarans, bananas, cheesecakes… Animator girls are cool, they always know what to do with children. They've been with them all day. Aquanarium, painting on stones, beading, weaving baubles, and in the evening animation near the hotel and daily watching cartoons. The hotel also provides a shuttle service. A complete disappointment . Greets all guests at the entrance of the stink and puddles from garbage cans (which probably are not taken out at all, because garbage bags are already falling out).
The territory is very small and unkempt, on the second day of rest, a blue bag appeared in the grass near the main building, some wrappers, cigarette butts, cans of drinks. Leaving on August 17, I "said goodbye to them", the grass is all yellow like palm trees, the flowers in the pots are dried.
We arrived at 20-00, checked in at 22-00, taking into account that check-in from 14-00 is generally "excellent", but that check-out before 12:00 was reminded 3 times.
The staff shows with all their appearance how they are not happy with the guests. There was only one friendly girl at the reception, the rest were just rude and arrogant. The bar even serves you for money, so they do you a favor.
The first time they meet a hotel without a medical office (there is a paramedic, she is also a pharmacist from 9 to 20) if something happens, help is only in Gagra, there are no lifeguards on the beach either.
Problems started with the sun beds on the beach on the 11th, you need to come to the beach at 06-00 to have time to take, after 09-00 this is already the quest "Find and bring a sunbed"
We found out that we were lucky with the room (we settled in the building under construction of Adele) by getting acquainted with the vacationers from the main building (they have mold, broken furniture, stained wallpaper).
Food is just trash , it seems to have a lot to choose from , although everything is monotonous , but how can you spoil all the food that is impossible. For all 8 days of all breakfasts, lunches, dinners, it was nice to eat 5 times. Fruits are only apples and oranges, nothing seasonal, although everything seems to be growing in Abkhazia !!!
From soft drinks only compote, there is not even just water (not boiling water).
Room cleaning is nominally, 1 time dust was brushed off the floor.
To whom I really thank is the Animation team, the only ones who work with a soul.
For all the days I could not understand why there were so many positive reviews (I read it when I chose a hotel).

There are 2 swimming pools and a bar on site. Down to the beach by elevator, then three minutes on foot. Of course, it is tedious to climb back after the beach. But you will swing your legs)))
Room cleaning is conditional, and this is not because the cleaner is bad, because Rimma (the cleaner) is there alone in the old and new buildings, so do not expect special cleanliness. The rooms are not large, but everything that is necessary for life is present.
Personally, I was surprised by the lack of a hair dryer in the room, you need to take it at the reception, but during the influx of tourists, you can not wait for a hair dryer until the end of your vacation. So it's better to take a hair dryer with you!
A few words about the new carpus, everything is fine, except that the building is 5 storeys high and there is no elevator. So you will definitely swing your legs :)

This is the first time I am writing a review about a hotel! Like many people, I will start by settling into an unfinished building, which has not been cleaned after repair! The walls, chandelier, slopes, wallpaper, etc. are covered in dust! They asked to get out, the "polite" administrator Irina said: either to the old building or stay there, "we do not choose"! The cleaner said that people lived in our room, but apparently they were floating in the air, because dust was everywhere, and the same cleaner Tatiana offered to give me a rag! We were greeted smartly, but okay, let's move on! On the beach, there were sun beds in the lapping, sometimes I had to look for them, but they didn't lie on the sand, noooo.... You do not always want to lie in the sun, but under the roof (on top of the bar) it is not acceptable, because there are cracks in the floor and sand from the shoes of those passing through them falls on your head! The sea is warm, but buy swimming shoes! By the way, the room cleaning is mediocre, towels were changed 1 time in 10 days, and the floor was swept 2 times, every day they take out the garbage! FOOD is a separate point of rest, on the 2nd day the child vomited, on the 5th - my husband and I, by the method of exceptions, came to the conclusion that the eggs and the food in which they are are to blame! Many people suffered from poisoning - they heard it from conversations! Many people wrote about fruits - apples and oranges, a couple of times plums! I was amazed that there are no signs describing the food, no vegetables for breakfast and dinner, only at lunch! There is not enough delicious food, you will have to eat in order not to starve to death! At least.... Stock up on pills for the intestines and stomach! Disruption of the work of these bodies is ensured! The paper, as they knew, was brought regularly!! Animation for children in the evening is mediocre, alternating - karaoke, cartoon, activity! There was no hair dryer in the room, you need to ask for it at the reception, and take it every time after use, but I took it on the first day and returned it on the last! There is no water in the hotel, no coolers, no bottles of water, only compote for breakfast, lunch and dinner! It is not possible to drink wine, but beer is normal! By the way, the system is "all inclusive" from 10 to 20! And in general, it's dirty everywhere, the tablecloths are stained, the capes on the chairs are wet (many come after the beach), plates, cups, appliances are poorly washed, check what you take! If something is spilled in the dining room, it will wait for cleaning until the end of the meal! There are 2 elevators to the beach, but 1 works and it is also dirty and stuffy! There is no elevator in the new building, while the last floor is 4-walk! The toilet on the beach is beyond words, it has not been cleaned since the beginning of the season, so refrain from going there! Shortly.. This is the first time we have encountered such a hotel, and I strongly recommend not to go there if you have been to different places and hotels of different levels and you have something to compare with!

The building of the hotel is a well-renovated state department... the staff is friendly, except for the reception desk (arrogant and very much pretending to be young ladies).
The food is excellent, there is a choice of 4-5 first and second courses, salads, desserts. All inclusive from 10 to 20, beer is normal, red wine causes terrible heartburn. The restaurant on the second floor by the pool: the music is terrible, they put it on purpose sucks so that they come up and order songs; the barbecue is overcooked and salted, the vegetables are good. It's too bad that you can't take alcohol with you to the restaurant, even the one that was bought at the boarding house bar. A new building is being built nearby, from early morning to evening, noise, knocking, sawing is just terrible!

We had a rest with the whole family in July, we were very satisfied with everything, we will definitely return next year. We had a rest with three small children, a playground and a swimming pool were equipped for them, which was especially pleasing, because the sea was not calm in autumn and they spent almost all the time in the pool. According to the all-inclusive system, free ice cream and pancakes were especially pleasing. We lived in a new building overlooking the sea, cleaning was carried out every day, thanks to the special maid Rome. The territory of the hotel is kept completely clean, it was possible to walk barefoot. Meals according to the Shvetskiy table system are homemade food without frills, there is something to choose from, I would like a variety of fruits. The beach has its own pebble beach, equipped with sun loungers, daily cleaning of algae and debris, which was also very pleasing. There was only one drawback, there were no coolers with drinking water. I recommend this hotel to everyone for a family holiday.

A good hotel, I lived on the 5th floor of a new building with a wonderful view of the sea. There was no elevator in my building, but that's not a problem for me. I rested for a week with a friend, this was my third visit to Abkhazia. The hotel has a modest but well-maintained territory, two small swimming pools. Access to the sea is possible via an elevator. A mountain river flows nearby, it significantly cools the temperature of the water in the sea (I compare it with the beach at the white cliffs).
Positive:
+super location (proximity to the border, Gagra, the sea, the gorgeous green slope leading to the sanatorium Solnechny)
+daily wet room cleaning
+delicious food
+friendly staff
At the store with a cafe, you can buy individual excursions with Vartan, I thank this man separately. We had a great trip to the lake. Ritz and Gargra in a comfortable four-person car. It was fun, informative and emotional.

Convenient location, beautiful views, a good private beach , near a wild beach where there is no one , a varied menu, no frills, but you will not stay hungry, and most importantly, all the restaurant staff are very friendly and try their best , the territory is guarded , there are fitness equipment , massage for an additional fee.
Now about the cons: the room is musty, damp, without a balcony, all things for 10 days stank as if we lived in the basement, there is no ventilation, the windows are all fogged up in the morning.
We couldn't get a replacement number , because there are no other numbers .
There was no clean bed linen in the room , they brought it only after the third trip to the reception , they brought one set for two separate beds , they said to my question about the second set : you are not supposed to , I asked for a set for a fee , but they could not solve the issue for money .
And the most important disadvantage is the reception staff and their complete lack of understanding about the service , their boorish attitude spoils the whole impression of the boarding house as a whole! Moreover, no one asks them to smile and be kind , although this is the norm in any hotel , but at least not to be rude , not to be aggressive !
We will look for another place next year .

I had a rest in August 2022. The territory is small, but beautiful. A large swimming pool, a restaurant with great live music, pleasant staff. BUT... For the cost of 6400 per night, the room is dirty and small, the cleaning is at the lowest level. A hygiene kit was killed for the fall: a 10-ruble tulet paper and a piece of ordinary strawberry soap. During the 6 days spent in the boarding house, the linen was never changed, the light tiles were wiped in the room, and the bathroom floor was never washed. The food is normal, but monotonous. There are no frills, it was possible to cook more interesting things from the same products. There are no claims to confectionery, they have always been delicious and unusual.
The website says that there is an elevator from the boarding house to the beach. But this is not quite true. The elevator descends only to the road, and from the road there are two more steep stairs and a long climb. Therefore, I do not advise elderly people. There are no complaints about the beach, it is clean, there are sun loungers. But the toilet on the beach put me in a stupor. Not only has he obviously not cleaned for a couple of days, there is not even a lock on the door, you need to sit and hold on to the plastic screed. Dear managers of the boarding house, pay attention to the condition of the beach toilet!
In the evenings, a cartoon is shown for children on the street, and adults turn on a movie in the bar (but because of the not very good Internet, it was sometimes unbearable to watch movies). Also, every evening the lights in the rooms were turned off for 10-15 minutes, which was very discouraging on the first evening. The Internet does not catch in all rooms, so you have to go down closer to the reception. The impression remained ambiguous, it is unlikely that I will come again.
