Beer, donuts and ice cream are also available at the on-site bar until 20h, the rest is for a fee. I was a little short of some French fries or something with beer as a snack, but this is my personal opinion.There is a shop next to the elevator where you can buy everything you still want at normal prices. The road to the sea via an elevator is 5 minutes.

The staff offered to pay extra and move to Adele, but everyone was told a different amount - from 2 to 6 thousand rubles. And someone was resettled at the first request. Despite the fact that we did not conflict, but humanly asked to change the TK, the stench from the burned building was constant. By the way, the staff is for the most part not even local, visitors, not friendly. The cleaners, on the contrary, always greeted and talked. There is a road under the hull, be prepared for the night noise. There is a garbage dump next to the building (also an ambre). Opposite the central building there is a bar and late-night screaming music. There is no territory, there is nowhere to walk, outside the territory - only to go somewhere. The food is not delicious. Wine and beer are for the sooo unassuming. On the second day, there is a queue at the pharmacy-many have viruses and poisoning. The beach is not cleaned, the sun beds are broken. If you come here, it's only for the night, by car passing through.
I am currently in Bagripsha. I don't know how patient you have to be to accept a poor service (no service) and write positive reviews, which is why we chose where to spend our holidays. Perhaps someone was lucky to live in a new building with a new renovation, but you have to understand that the building has not been commissioned, the building has not been put into operation: out of 9 floors (an empty case box of the building), the owners of the hotel, in order to cut down money, repaired 4 floors and settle tourists there. Yes, it's beautiful, but dangerous!!! There's construction going on inside!!! The old building is something with something!!! Dirt, old furniture swollen with moisture, fungus in the shower, toilet bowls, even hooks and shelves with a rusty growth. After settling in, or rather, moving to the 9th floor from the 3rd, whose Windows overlook the wall and the smell is rotten and does not fade, I had to spend a day on a scandal to change the yellow, bloody pillows, bring mattress pads to terrible mattresses (it did not get better), set up hot water supply on the upper floors (in the 1stWe washed with cold water every day. It turned out to be a problem of the upper floors). The furniture in the hall has been there since the war. Fire safety: it just doesn't exist! There are enough sun beds, but they are all broken, the beach is not cleaned, dogs and cats are on the beach. Towels are given only to those who have "all inclusive" and are changed every 3 days. A collective farm of some kind for 100 € per day! Oh, ice cream! Cheap waffle cups piled in freezer trays. In which everyone climbs with their own hands and chooses, picking at this pile. Elevators: for the fearless. What is in the hotel itself, what is in the one that descends closer to the beach, but does not bring to the beach; we still have to overcome 2 smelly underpasses. A shower on the beach with icy water. Dirty, not equipped. Wash your feet there too, first twist around so as not to fall off. There is only one beautiful thing here-and that is the sea. But its quality does not depend on the hotel and the owners of the hotel in any way!

The room has a double bed, an extra bed, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a flat-screen TV, a table, 2 bedside tables, a private bathroom with a shower.
The lights were turned off several times, unlike the old/main building, and there were intermittent interruptions to the hot water supply.
There are two pools on the territory, one of them is very deep and dangerous. The pools do not have employees who look after the order.
An open cafe with a bar, where the staff is friendly if you are just buying something, and guests with the all-inclusive status annoy them. There is a very heavily diluted compote on the bar counter for all-inclusive guests. There is no free bottled water (at the reception, an ad on the counter is pasted that tap water is drinkable), if you want water, there is a store downstairs and for your money everything your heart desires.
Dining room: two halls, on the first and second floors. There is a lot of space, clean, and the choice of food for the non-picky is enough not to stay hungry.

On the day of check-in, nothing is told to the guests about the rules, the nuances of their stay, they try to push everyone to the first floors, but be careful to the new building - there the ground floor is considered to be the ground floor, no, do not think, it is not in the basement, but you will go down the stairs. The rooms there, despite the air temperature outside, are damp and in poor condition.
During the check-in, we had an embarrassment-our room was independently allocated by the maid (the family settled there) and we had to return to the reception desk with heavy bags (there is no elevator in the new building). We were offered the 1st floor with relocation to a higher floor for the next day.
What was my surprise when, instead of a comfortable room, we found ourselves in a damp room with a broken balcony door, which no one was going to fix. Later, at the reception desk, it was said that the door was broken and the lock would not close, and an amazing answer was received: I'm aware of it! But everything worked out here, we were relocated, which we were incredibly glad about.
During the time spent waiting for the check-in time, there were many moments that were extremely discouraging.
1. The beach terry towels handed over by the guests of the boarding house, the employee did not hesitate to take them with pronounced blasphemy with two fingers and carried them into the reception room at arm's length with a view, if it was in fecal masses.
2. An adult couple was given a key to a room on the ground floor without explanation, the guests went to look after asking for a room above and returned with dissatisfaction - broken household items, dirt. To which they were told there were no other rooms available, wait 14 hours. The man came up after a short period of time and, for a monetary reward, the employee did not hesitate, without waiting for the previously announced 14 hours, gave out the key to another suddenly found room!
Personally, no information was provided to me after the questions were asked, it was just said from under my forehead, look there and there with incredible irritation, I already began to involuntarily feel guilty (please place the necessary information on the information stand!).
Also, I took a ticket from the biblioglobus TF, but the meeting at the airport and the transfer were carried out by the boarding house's own forces. Arriving at 4 a.m., we waited for the transfer until almost 7 a.m. (!) at the airport. The return transfer, thanks to the driver, turns out to be carried out by appointment at the reception desk from 18 to 21 hours two (!) days before departure. This is important information and, in my opinion, the front desk should have provided this information upon check-in.
The reception with the administrator is an important link with the initial indicator of the relationship of the legal entity providing the service. Administrators should have completed courses on the rules of providing services in the hotel industry.
Do I recommend this boarding house? Probably yes.

But the room in which we were accommodated is in the second building, we basically wanted to go there ourselves, as it is written that it is newer, but when it came time to move into room 109 and open the door, there was no limit to our so-called delight, if you can call it that. There was practically no cleaning in the room at all, the curtains weigh old, there are bloodstains, the view from the balcony overlooking the sea turned out to be very depressing, at least in the photo or in the description they wrote that the first floor on the left side is a view of the sea, the roof and the burnt wall. The toilet is leaking in the shower room, there are traces of mold, the corner shelf is all rusty, there is no place where you can put bath accessories. They put 1 piece of soap and toilet paper in the bathroom, the cheapest gray color, the plumbing is old, there is mold on the walls. It is simply impossible to sleep on a bed. The mattress is so hard that it feels like you are sleeping on a concrete slab. There is an extra pillow and blankets in the closet, they are simply in terrible condition and it is impossible to use them. There are not even ironing facilities on the ground floor, you need to go up one floor above. The average level of nutrition will not stay hungry, but the choice is not great. Plums, apples, oranges are made from fruits. There are chips on the plates and mugs, which is not typical. The territory is small and not well maintained, the bar on the territory of the boarding house is not very friendly bartender, as if he pours drinks at his own expense. At the reception, the administrators are not very friendly to the guests, they asked us to move from this room to the floor above, so that they would not see this roof, but we said we settled you according to the reservation with a view of the sea, this is some kind of nightmare. There is no kettle in the room, no boiling water, no drinking water. How is it possible that there is no bottled drinking water, which should be included in the price with meals. Or at least put a cooler on site and a tea and coffee maker. This is our first time in Abkhazia, but probably the last, the impressions of this boarding house will not be very pleasant, it's a pity. The only thing that pleased me was the 2 swimming pools on the territory, but the sun beds to them and to the beaches are old and some in poor condition.

1. Due to the contingent and location, it is quite quiet here. Yes, there is a disco from 8 to 9 p.m., then as a rule they turn on some kind of movie. The restaurant is located around the corner of the main building, so it doesn't bother either.
2. The cost of accommodation. It's a budget place, but you have to understand that it's never cheap and cool at the same time.
3. The way to the sea. There is a leisurely elevator, and after walking about a minute and a half to the beach. There is a staircase next to the elevator, which is often an even faster way from the sea and to the sea.
4. The beach. Bagripsh has his own. There is a very large supply of sun loungers, even during rush hour there is enough. There is a cafe, you can drink something cold. Well, at the same time, the music is playing from there, it's not boring. I'm not talking about the sea, as this is a standard clean Abkhazian sea with a pebble beach.
5. Gym. It sounds too loud. A playground on the third floor with several exercise machines is more correct. Everything is modest, but the most important thing is that there are enough weights for light training on vacation.
6. Two swimming pools on site. In the heat, you can cool off in them without going down to the sea.
7. Movement at the restaurant. The repertoire is more interesting there, and people are attracted to dance there. It's better than the disco at the main building.
8. View from the loggia. There are zero questions here. Especially in the new building. The view is cool, it's nice. And in the evening, the sunset is visible on the right.
Minuses:
1. Nutrition. Yes, there is a kind of buffet in Bagripsh, but the food itself is just so as not to starve to death. Don't expect delicious and exquisite dishes, everything is quite simple. Yes, you get full, but you don't enjoy eating. And this despite the fact that I am a very loyal tourist, without claims to luxury.
2. Visitors. Mostly, age-related couples, couples with young children, or single mothers with children rest here. The movement is appropriate: in the evening, no one dances much, but they sit and drink free beer.
3. The All-inclusive system. A very controversial decision. The difference from full board: free wine, beer and ice cream in bars (on the beach and at the hotel). In fact, it works from 10 to 20. And when at least some action begins, everything becomes paid. And 15 minutes before the x hour, there is a huge queue at the bar for free beer.
3. Animation. That's a big word. In fact, a disco with the same repertoire every day. In addition, they include Music with ads through VK every two songs. Is it difficult to buy a paid subscription? It costs a penny.
4. Prices at the bar. I understand that you need to earn, but 150 rubles for 0.5 liters of water is too much.
5. Transfer to / from Sochi. Firstly, a transfer with a pedestrian crossing of the border, otherwise many people expect to travel by minibus without leaving. Secondly, be prepared for the fact that other groups will have to wait at the border to score a minibus. This is normal for Abkhazia. But this does not always happen. I was traveling alone to Bashripsh from the border.
6. Only soap is put in the bathroom. Shampoos, gels, toothpaste — take it with you. I had sea buckthorn soap, since then it deters the smell of sea buckthorn)) it would be better to put a neutral one.
7. The number of rooms. I won't say that something was falling apart, but the furniture is old, of course. And I'm talking about the new building. The old one, I suspect, is definitely not better.
8. Sockets. There were only two of them in my room. And then one had a bedside lamp turned on, and the second was in the bathroom near the sink. Food, do not expect sophistication, ordinary homemade food (porridges, soups, cutlets, fish) but I want to note, very tasty confectionery. Wine is a diluted liquid, just like beer in principle. The beach, in August, a large number of people came and there were not enough sun beds for everyone. And this is taking into account the fact that the new building is partially inhabited, which will be next year, with full occupancy.

There are shops next to the boarding house, hello to the two guys sellers, And next to the store there is a fruit shop where 2 women work, who among themselves, in their own language, do not flatter visitors and openly mock, it is not pleasant. There was a swimming pool on the territory, there were days when it was impossible to go into the water, all sorts of insects swam there, which were not cleaned for several days. Then it really bloomed, the water was drained and a day later it was collected again, but it was impossible to go into the water, the water was icy and the pool was not heated. It is very boring in the evenings, children are entertained, adults sit and watch. If you want to go to Gagra, calmly go out on the road and get there for 150 rubles by minibus. Excursions are a trip with a driver to a certain place, without telling about places and sights. Plus, you are brought to a place for lunch, where, to put it mildly, the food is disgusting, apparently these places are not in demand among ordinary tourists, as well as wine and spirits, which are all powdered. Well, to sum up, in general, the beautiful location of the boarding house, the perfect sea, we were not hungry, but for this boarding house this price tag is very expensive, it's not worth it.

You can't think of a more diverse menu. The guys in the dining room are nice, clean, and always wish you a pleasant appetite. There are two pools on the territory, which always have clean water (of course, sometimes they are drained to replace the water). There is also a place to go for a walk, you just need to get up and go. And not to sit in a bar and write that there is nowhere. The beach has its own entertainment: subs, catamarans, bananas, cheesecakes… Animator girls are cool, they always know what to do with children. They've been with them all day. We arrived at 20-00, checked in at 22-00, taking into account that check-in from 14-00 is generally "excellent", but that check-out before 12:00 was reminded 3 times.
The staff shows with all their appearance how they are not happy with the guests. There was only one friendly girl at the reception, the rest were just rude and arrogant. The bar even serves you for money, so they do you a favor.
The first time they meet a hotel without a medical office (there is a paramedic, she is also a pharmacist from 9 to 20) if something happens, help is only in Gagra, there are no lifeguards on the beach either.
Problems started with the sun beds on the beach on the 11th, you need to come to the beach at 06-00 to have time to take, after 09-00 this is already the quest "Find and bring a sunbed"
We found out that we were lucky with the room (we settled in the building under construction of Adele) by getting acquainted with the vacationers from the main building (they have mold, broken furniture, stained wallpaper).

We had a rest in early June, in general, everything is not bad. There is a large dining room on 2 floors, the food is quite varied. Bananas, apples, oranges are made from fruits. There are 2 swimming pools and a bar on site. Down to the beach by elevator, then three minutes on foot. Of course, it is tedious to climb back after the beach. But you will swing your legs)))
Room cleaning is conditional, and this is not because the cleaner is bad, because Rimma (the cleaner) is there alone in the old and new buildings, so do not expect special cleanliness. The rooms are not large, but everything that is necessary for life is present.

You do not always want to lie in the sun, but under the roof (on top of the bar) it is not acceptable, because there are cracks in the floor and sand from the shoes of those passing through them falls on your head! The sea is warm, but buy swimming shoes! By the way, the room cleaning is mediocre, towels were changed 1 time in 10 days, and the floor was swept 2 times, every day they take out the garbage! FOOD is a separate point of rest, on the 2nd day the child vomited, on the 5th - my husband and I, by the method of exceptions, came to the conclusion that the eggs and the food in which they are are to blame! Many people suffered from poisoning - they heard it from conversations! Many people wrote about fruits - apples and oranges, a couple of times plums! I was amazed that there are no signs describing the food, no vegetables for breakfast and dinner, only at lunch! There is not enough delicious food, you will have to eat in order not to starve to death! At least.... Stock up on pills for the intestines and stomach! Disruption of the work of these bodies is ensured! The paper, as they knew, was brought regularly!! Animation for children in the evening is mediocre, alternating - karaoke, cartoon, activity! There was no hair dryer in the room, you need to ask for it at the reception, and take it every time after use, but I took it on the first day and returned it on the last! There is no water in the hotel, no coolers, no bottles of water, only compote for breakfast, lunch and dinner! It is not possible to drink wine, but beer is normal! By the way, the system is "all inclusive" from 10 to 20! And in general, it's dirty everywhere, the tablecloths are stained, the capes on the chairs are wet (many come after the beach), plates, cups, appliances are poorly washed, check what you take! If something is spilled in the dining room, it will wait for cleaning until the end of the meal! There are 2 elevators to the beach, but 1 works and it is also dirty and stuffy! There is no elevator in the new building, while the last floor is 4-walk! The toilet on the beach is beyond words, it has not been cleaned since the beginning of the season, so refrain from going there! Shortly.. This is the first time we have encountered such a hotel, and I strongly recommend not to go there if you have been to different places and hotels of different levels and you have something to compare with!
The building of the hotel is a well-renovated state department... the staff is friendly, except for the reception desk (arrogant and very much pretending to be young ladies).
The food is excellent, there is a choice of 4-5 first and second courses, salads, desserts. All inclusive from 10 to 20, beer is normal, red wine causes terrible heartburn. The restaurant on the second floor by the pool: the music is terrible, they put it on purpose sucks so that they come up and order songs; the barbecue is overcooked and salted, the vegetables are good. The territory of the hotel is kept completely clean, it was possible to walk barefoot. Meals according to the Shvetskiy table system are homemade food without frills, there is something to choose from, I would like a variety of fruits. The beach has its own pebble beach, equipped with sun loungers, daily cleaning of algae and debris, which was also very pleasing. There was only one drawback, there were no coolers with drinking water. I recommend this hotel to everyone for a family holiday.

A good hotel, I lived on the 5th floor of a new building with a wonderful view of the sea. There was no elevator in my building, but that's not a problem for me. I rested for a week with a friend, this was my third visit to Abkhazia. The hotel has a modest but well-maintained territory, two small swimming pools. Access to the sea is possible via an elevator. A mountain river flows nearby, it significantly cools the temperature of the water in the sea (I compare it with the beach at the white cliffs).

There was no clean bed linen in the room , they brought it only after the third trip to the reception , they brought one set for two separate beds , they said to my question about the second set : you are not supposed to , I asked for a set for a fee , but they could not solve the issue for money .
And the most important disadvantage is the reception staff and their complete lack of understanding about the service , their boorish attitude spoils the whole impression of the boarding house as a whole! For the cost of 6400 per night, the room is dirty and small, the cleaning is at the lowest level. A hygiene kit was killed for the fall: a 10-ruble tulet paper and a piece of ordinary strawberry soap. During the 6 days spent in the boarding house, the linen was never changed, the light tiles were wiped in the room, and the bathroom floor was never washed. The food is normal, but monotonous. There are no frills, it was possible to cook more interesting things from the same products. There are no claims to confectionery, they have always been delicious and unusual.
The website says that there is an elevator from the boarding house to the beach. But this is not quite true. The elevator descends only to the road, and from the road there are two more steep stairs and a long climb. Therefore, I do not advise elderly people. There are no complaints about the beach, it is clean, there are sun loungers. But the toilet on the beach put me in a stupor. Not only has he obviously not cleaned for a couple of days, there is not even a lock on the door, you need to sit and hold on to the plastic screed. Dear managers of the boarding house, pay attention to the condition of the beach toilet!
