We rested in Bagripsha in August 2023 with children for 2 times. Price = quality does not match. The food is of the same type. The bartenders are friendly and friendly. At the reception, the girls have such a feeling that they are owed something, constantly dissatisfied. The quality of service has deteriorated since 2021. The travel agency bought excursions / the driver's disgusting attitude to tourists, the goal is not to show the beauty of Abkhazia. Animation is for children up to 7 years old. On the first day at the pool, the child stumbled upon a nail. Plus- a private beach. To come to Abkhazia is definitely yes, to come to Bagripsh is categorically no. In the photo in the room app. The air conditioner is constantly flowing. And yes, the rooms are rarely cleaned.

We had a rest from June 17 to 27, 2021.In general, I liked everything.The rooms are clean and comfortable.the food is delicious and there is a choice.if you want to eat in the middle of the day, you can refresh yourself with pancakes and ice cream.the only drawback is that apart from watching movies in the evening there is no entertainment program, but we also had company and we were not particularly bored.

I want to write about this boarding house. We rested there from June 21 to 27, 2023. And we are still there mentally. I'll start in order.
It took a long time to choose where to go to Abkhazia and where to stay. As a result, the tour operator offered us this boarding house, for which I thank her very much! I read various reviews and was in doubt whether it was worth going there. But, as it turned out, all the bad reviews are false! Or are they written by competitors in order to defame this divine place!
Immediately upon arrival in Adler, a nice girl met us and, after waiting for a few more people from other flights, we set off on our way to the border. Crossing the border took a short time. The passport is checked in as many as four places! The Russian border is stricter than the Abkhaz one. One disadvantage is that you need to go quite far, and even in the heat... And the guide goes very fast... Therefore, we are all "soaked" ... on the other side, we load into another car and go to the boarding house.
The boarding house was greeted by the sun. Check-in starts at 14 o'clock, and we arrived early, so we had to wait for the rooms to be vacated. We were immediately given bracelets according to the chosen diet and it was already possible to go to lunch and use the territory. We checked in at the beginning of the third hour - a normal room with a huge wardrobe, a balcony, mountain views, a refrigerator, a TV (which we almost did not turn on), a bathroom. We lived on the 8th floor almost from the end of the building (beyond us there was only a staff room and a freight elevator), so it was very convenient for us to go down and up (there was never a queue, as on the main elevators) and immediately there was access to the pool. And there was also a restaurant nearby, from which the music was clearly audible in the evening, so we didn't even have to go to the restaurant to listen to the music - it was right in our room. She didn't bother us sleeping.
We chose "all inclusive" - 2 breakfasts (although one is enough), lunch, 2 dinners (I also don't understand why), beer and white and red wine, donuts and ice cream in cups from 10 a.m. to 20 p.m., towels on the beach.
Meals are served buffet style. A fairly diverse menu - meat, fish, soups, salads, sliced vegetables, salties, porridges, pancakes for lunch and dinner (the most gorgeous), pastries (dessert), tea to choose from, coffee, cocoa, jelly, breakfast cereals for children, red and white wine. I did not drink red, and white is not even bad, although they write that it is like vinegar. it's not true! A friend drank red wine and said it was good too! There is no beer in the dining room, but on the territory and on the beach from 10 am to 20 pm is very good! So you definitely won't stay hungry - there is a selection of dishes for every taste! And if you want restaurant dishes, go to a restaurant that is open every day from 20 to 24. There is live music and a disco every day. The soloist sings well, but the only disadvantage is that he has a very small assortment of songs, the songs were repeated every day and more than once in the evening.
The beach is a beautiful beach! Lots of sun loungers. They ride on a banana, you can take a catamaran. On weekends, a pleasure boat comes and offers a trip to the sea. There is also a bar where you can drink beer and wine, eat ice cream. We arrived after the rains (it had been raining for a long time before us), so the sea was covered in algae, stormy and it was cold (for me). After a couple of days, the sea calmed down and became turquoise transparent and a little warmer - even I, a little cold, swam. Entering the sea - pebbles and small pebbles. It is better to take closed aquasocks on your feet. Small pebbles get into the open ones and it hurts my legs. Descent to the beach by elevator, then you have to go through about 70 steps and you find yourself on the beach. They sell juices, churchkhella, bay leaf with brooms, smoked lamb fish, stingray and someone else. We took a mullet - a delicious fish!
The territory of the boarding house is wonderful! Everything is tiled, huge tui grow - I have never seen such huge tui anywhere! There is a summer cafe where you can get beer, wine, compote, ice cream and eat amazing donuts! They also sell smoked trout - it's very tasty! Try it! It's great with beer in general!
There are two swimming pools on the territory. One pool was on a maintenance run and it was filled only towards the end of our stay - so I don't know if it's heated or not. It is deep for adults. And the large swimming pool is heated. It consists of 3 levels - deep (for adults), medium depth for older children, and shallow - for toddlers. A great pool - we went to it early in the morning at 6.30, when no one was there yet. Then we went to breakfast and to the sea.
Excursions. There is a table in the lobby of the boarding house, where a lady sits before each meal and accepts applications for excursions. We went on 2 excursions - to the evening Ritsa and to the Abkhazian feast in the village of Duripsh. Lake Ritsa has conquered us, but the road there is far from safe... I'm still shivering... We are delighted with the Abkhazian feast - words cannot express it! Take a trip - you won't regret it!
There is a massage therapist, but we didn't go, so we can't say anything - 800 rubles a session. There is a gym - there are exercise bikes and I don't even know what else, we didn't use it.
Billiards in the dining room - but for some reason they only played there once during our stay. Apparently, there were no avid billiard players.
A minibus goes to the market in Gagra every day - 400 rubles per person there and back. It takes about 2 hours at the market. You can buy chacha, wine, fruits, and some clothes. They sell teas, spices, and souvenirs everywhere. By the way, chacha and wine are much more expensive in tasting rooms, but again, no one knows where the true drinks are and where the "bodyaga" is. Everyone decides for themselves where and what to buy.
Next to the territory of the boarding house there is a shop where you can also buy chacha in a factory bottle, churchkhella for 150 rubles. a piece. She (churchkhella) costs at least 400 rubles at Adler airport. Just above the boarding house there are 2 eateries where you can eat and buy drinks, spices and teas. And there is nothing else on the territory of the village where the boarding house is located, except for residential buildings, and there is nowhere to go.
Do not forget to book a transfer 2 days before departure.
I've heard a lot of opinions about whether it's worth taking "all inclusive" or just three meals a day. I used to not think about anything on vacation, so it was better for me to "all inclusive", although the difference is very small - about 1.5 thousand rubles in money... plus wine, beer, ice cream, donuts and beach towels... but he came up and took ...
they drink water from the tap, but we didn't drink - we bought a 5-liter bottle and used it.. There is a pharmacy right in the lobby of the boarding house - all the necessary medicines are there, you can also buy drinking water there. Every day, except Sunday, merchants come with oriental medicine, jewelry, perfumes.
There is a good Wi-Fi in the lobby, and in the rooms when it is good, when it is weak.
It seems to have covered everything...
To sum up, I can say that everyone is traveling with a specific purpose! We were going to rest, not to look for flaws! They are everywhere, but they are so insignificant that you can simply ignore them. The main thing is to go in a good mood and then the rest will be wonderful! We were lucky with the weather and everything else!
Yes, and such a "joy" as rotovirus has bypassed us! And we haven't heard of anyone being sick with it. You just need to follow personal hygiene measures - and that's it!

We had a rest at the end of June 2022 with a family of 2 adults and 1 child. And friends have the same family composition. We had a room in a new building on the 2nd floor (it is very convenient not to walk up the stairs - just enter from the street). The sea view is beautiful. Friends have it in the old building on the 5th floor. We were checked in immediately at six in the morning as we arrived at the boarding house, as there was a free room in the building. Friends at lunch, because they wanted a higher room. We waited until he was free
I liked the boarding house and the sea very much.
Of the disadvantages, we were unlucky with the weather - there were only 2 sunny days out of 5. The pool was not heated in bad weather (22 degrees), it was 26 in sunny weather. There were problems with water in the old building.
The pros are good food, but without frills. I didn't like the wine, you can drink beer, but bottled is better for money. Ice cream is good 1 kind in a cup, but like Soviet. The children also liked the pancakes.
The room is simple. The bed is hard.There is no kettle. You can drink water from the tap. We had a dryer, but it wasn't in the old building.
In the evening, we sat at tables near the bar, there was nowhere to go. There are a lot of children, they all ran together. A couple of times our guys participated in the animation.
To Gagra, a taxi 600-700r for six, if you order it through local people.

We are resting now on May 27, 2021. The sea is cool, it's cold to go in, but then it's good..There is a heated swimming pool, there is water of 28 degrees, kids and adults are happy to swim there. There is a lot of food, there is enough for everyone. For breakfast there are two types of porridge, cottage cheese, pasta, cutlets, cereals, etc. For lunch, chicken, potatoes with meat, fish. Honest review! I rested for 10 days, what can I write.....for a C grade.The rooms are very shabby, cleaned 2 times in 10 days.There is no water in the room and on the floors, you can buy it yourself.The food is good, the territory is clean,beautiful.Two pools in the cold, no one has ever bathed, which is kind of heated, the last few days Are Not chimtchli, dirty! Bar....everything is included from 10.00. Until 20.00. Well, for some reason they pour with dissatisfied faces!? Disco until 23.00. Sea : elevator 2 pcs.But 1 worked! 3* is a big word! We had a rest from September 16-21, 2023. We had an all-inclusive rate, a new building, 1st floor with sea view. So: there is no hair dryer in the room, there is no kettle and water glasses, there is no furniture on the balcony at all, we sat on the floor in the evenings. The hotel does not have free bottled drinking water or a shared cooler. You can buy water until 11 pm, then everything is closed, even the reception could not help, they said wait for the morning. My husband took a taxi at night to the nearest gas station. Toilet paper is the cheapest, made of flour, there is not even a shelf or holder for it in the bathroom. She constantly falls off the tank behind the toilet. The furniture is partially old, the mattresses are terrible, the back hurts from the springs. There are no chairs in the room, only 1 plastic stool.
Animation is the painting of stones with paints around 12 o'clock in the afternoon, that's all we saw. An evening disco for children, not always. And a scorpion came to our room in the evening. We saw them a couple of times in our room and hallway, we were told not to be afraid of them, but the first meeting impressed me. They feed you. Cleaning is not very good. The only table lamp was not working when we arrived, my husband fixed it himself.
We did not see any yoga, as other guests wrote below, as well as fruits except apples and plums.
And "All inclusive" here is wine, beer and compote until 20-00. Local wine is for an amateur, beer is Sukhumi. Compote -I do not know what, in the morning the glass that I took in the evening to the child in the morning - it turned sour.
What I want to say is that the cost of living in Bagrish is not worth such a service.
For comparison, we rested exactly a week before arrival here in Gagra itself, in a hotel where the cost for the same 6 days is several times less, and the room there was on the first line with excellent repair.

We were in Bagripsha from July 20 to July 25 , 2021 . We took full board .We lived in a new building , which is located in the Dream store . The room was overlooking the sea, large and clean. Everyone writes about toilet paper (ordinary Pappia paper)
The store sells everything you need , wine, beer, ice cream, local cheese, and you can also buy a very tasty barbecue there. There is a fruit stand next to the store, very tasty and ripe fruits . It's not far to the sea, 3 minutes. The elevator to the sea worked all 5 days. The staff is helpful. I also liked the dining room , a lot of food and a lot of pastries , the only thing is that there is only one compote from the drinks . Special thanks for the music in the dining room!(Scriptonite , Miygi) Movies for children and adults are shown in the evening. There are two pools , but we swam in only one , the one that is bigger , there are enough sun beds for everyone , by the way , there are also a lot of sun beds on the beach . The pool was clean, and the chlorine level in the pool was checked twice. In general, everything is very cool.

We went to Abkhazia in August 2023, to the Bagripsh boarding house. We moved into a new building and...... The first thing we saw was a single bed that had no legs. The doors did not want to drive in any way and with the slightest effort to move it, they fell into the closet. The third. When we decided to turn on the night light, it did not work, because only one piece of iron was sticking out on the plug (I do not know what it is called, which are inserted into the outlet). The fourth. The mattress on the double bed was probably orthopedic, we slept like on boards and on skinny pillows 50*70. Fifth. It's a shower with a toilet. This is finally.They gave us a roll of paper, for 15 rubles, which does not have a sleeve. That's okay. It is necessary to somehow adapt to sit on the toilet, which has a lid falling off all the time. And then get this, "like a feather" roll, which settled on the toilet tank. Soap, as soon as it saw the water, became generally like snot. It's good that it had its own! Now the shower. It should be noted right away that there was a BASIN there.After a few days of staying, he came in handy, because I got poisoned in their canteen. Then it became clear why he was there. If you want to wash, take rubber boots with you, because the water there does not go away from the dampness of the wall in the fungus (well, if health is expensive). Oh, yes, I forgot: palace didn't see the laundry. We had to remove it for the duration of our stay. Thank you for working as a conductor! It's about the number. I will not describe the food, I was not particularly impressed. The wine that is included,"everything is included" is impossible to drink. The attitude towards Russians is terrible, there are ladies at the reception, apparently of blue blood, with crowns on their heads.

I am vacationing in September in this holiday home with a two-year-old child.
The territory of the boarding house is ambiguous - clean, there is practically no greenery, all the greenery around is behind the fence.
The pools are not bad, but not always clean, the sunbeds are in good condition, not new, but in good condition.
The fact that there are elevators is a huge plus, despite the fact that periodically one does not work. And in general, the location is good, the sea is very close and even despite the small number of steps, it is not difficult for us to go to the beach with a stroller.
The beach is clean, the sun beds are the same as upstairs, there is enough for everyone.
Now about the sad part.
Firstly, rotavirus - everyone is sick. Everyone we met here, they tear up for 1-2 days, it starts on about the 4th day of their stay. After talking with the locals, we learned that this is the norm here, and only a few did not get sick (by some unknown miracle). Most likely, bagripsh has no drainage and wastewater treatment and all this flows along the descent to the sea into the sea itself. the smell of sewage is felt when you walk up the stairs. Locals naturally do not swim here. According to their information, there are no problems with rotavirus in the same New Athos. There is a direct problem here and it has not spared us either.
Secondly, "all inclusive". No, everything is off. The difference with three meals a day, both in money and in fact, is small, but there is no point in it. There are no declared soft drinks, well, except for compote, and then you can drink it only at the bar near the building upstairs, there you can also eat pancakes. There's nothing like that in the beach bar, just beer and wine. It's not worth taking all inclusive because of this, only if you can't live without beer. Forget about wine right away- vinegar slops with a musty taste, well, it's impossible to drink it.
In general, everything is included here - one name.
Thirdly , animation . We didn't see her, maybe we looked at her like that, but something tells me that she's not really there.
About the positive.
The biggest plus we found here is in NUTRITION. The food is not restaurant food, but it is cooked delicious, there is fish, meat and chicken, several salads

There is black mold on the walls, and an unfinished fountain in the dining room does not look aesthetically pleasing among the tables. There is practically no Internet. As well as the declared fitness room. And when I wanted to know why a pile of broken exercise machines was called a fitness room, the caretaker behind this "good" said: so you vacationers broke it. What is my fault?! I paid a lot of money for such a service. This is a disaster! Of the fruits on the buffet, they have only apples and bananas. Do you think this is the norm? The food is not varied. The so-called milk porridge is cooked exclusively on water. People don't come here!!! Such a service does not cost that much money.

I visited the boarding house on 7.07 -15.07 .Food chicken, cutlets, pilaf, some salads, pancakes, desserts, homemade sweet wine, beer. In the new building, the rooms are larger, with panoramic windows overlooking the sea, but there are interruptions with water. Two pools. The rooms were cleaned by friendly maids.

I agree with the reviews about the boors at the reception, when checking into a 3-bed room in the all-inclusive program, there are 2 shower towels, and there is generally one foot day, there is no hair dryer in the room, the smell when checking in with bleach is such that it hurts the eyes, the air conditioner miraculously turned on and more than once did not succumb to switching to another mode or the shutdown is noisy, there is no kettle in the room, 2 glasses for 3, gel, shampoo is not provided, the pool is 1 working, then both do not work and the cleanliness of the pools is questionable, simple drinking cold water is not served in the dining room, you will not stay hungry for food, at first glance it falls no more than 2-3 dishes, chicken broth does not have a chicken taste at all, as if a spread was dissolved in hot water, there are no coffee machines, instant powdered coffee is presented, such simple vegetables as fresh cucumbers and tomatoes are rare, fruits are chopped oranges, apples, bananas, instead of cheese a cheese product. There is a construction site nearby, dust is piled next to the pool, a room with a mountain view turned out to have a view of the wall, the administrator said it was a view in the direction of the mountains, the territory is small and does not have a park or an alley of plantings, there are beautiful views, but increased service is required.

We had a rest in July 2023. We booked a room with a mountain view back in February, upon arrival we were settled on the 3rd floor with a view of the walls. Before that, I read reviews and knew that the mountain view starts from about the 6th floor, I asked the girl at the reception if there would be a mountain view for sure, she replied that yes. The first impression was spoiled. The food was generally good, but the vegetables were usually served overexposed. The girls at the reception are a separate topic, especially the dark one, she behaves rudely and boorishly. The same can be said about the bartender from the cafe on the territory who, with an eternally sour face, collects money in a cup for a psychologist. They have two or three hair dryers for two buildings and you need to adjust the time to intercept it. And it may not be deleted at the reception, after you return it and vacationers can come to your room in search of a hair dryer. The pools did not justify themselves either. One was very cold, filled and cleaned with us for three or four days. I can only express my gratitude to the staff of the dining room, the cleaners and bartenders from the beach and the animators. The nature is good there, there is nothing to say, but otherwise the whole stay in the declared boarding house is not worth the money spent.

The hotel staff eats at the restaurant at the same time as the guests, this is the first time I've sat down.

An honest review!!!
There was a very ambiguous (to put it mildly) impression of the holiday.
On the second day, I approached with a request to return the money for unused days, with a desire to leave, but was refused.
The director refers to the fact that the boarding house fulfills all the stated conditions.
In fact:
in 45 degree heat, compote and wine, which are included in the price of the voucher, are served almost hot, draft beer is cold, but just water. The food in the dining room is basically diverse, but of the lowest quality. Sausage is like paper, cheese is melted sausage, butter is some kind of spread. Powdered coffee. There is also a big question about cooked dishes-salads are cut into such pieces, as if they were not for people at all. Everything is cooked very carelessly, it looks not only unappetizing, but disgusting. A complete failure on food and drinks☹️
The bartender at the boarding house is rude not only to the guests, but even to the director when I came with her to find out why the drinks are warm.
Bartenders on the beach twist the prices of goods they want, overestimating by 50-100 rubles, from the prices at the bar of the same boarding house. Complete anarchy, no one is watching anything. There are no price tags.
The director herself is sitting at the reception and did not bother to say a word once again, with a dissatisfied face.
Beach towels were not offered when we found out that they came up, but we were told to come from 10-18, they came up in the morning until 10. As if it was difficult to just give them out.
The pool, the one that is claimed to be heated, was cleaned for two days. The second one is just icy. The umbrellas near the pool are torn, only 2 of the 5 pieces are whole, the third is half full, it's about to collapse on someone's head. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of it all, I didn't want to litter my phone with this negative.
The impression of the guests is not appreciated here at all.
We were very unpleasantly surprised by this attitude, okay, more staff, but the director is too much.
There were also advantages, although the mood was spoiled well.
The sea is just super, the view from the room is also great, it was us who were lucky with the room-everything is OK, but people complained about the old building. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, but this is not critical.
Local ice cream, included in the price, very tasty, as in childhood. The beach is clean enough, there are a large number of sun beds, but an uncomfortable area under the canopy-the sand does not dry out, and some kind of dirt turns out. The huge disadvantage of the beach is the toilet. There were thoughts to take a picture, but it is simply indecent to exhibit such photos. It is unrealistically dirty, the feeling that it is not being cleaned at all, it is simply impossible to enter it 🤮

The boarding house is large, consists of 2 buildings. The rooms are small, not new! But it is completely comfortable to live. The views from the rooms are great Variety!The variety and quality of the food is limping, but we never stayed hungry. The reception promised a room with a sea view, but we have to wait. Wait until 14. Then it turned out that there were no such numbers. They gave me a room on the mountains. We went in - and there was black mold half a wall above the beds. They went to change it - they threw it at us (literally!) the keys to the other one. They stayed in it-where to go. From meat - pieces of chicken and something from minced meat - lazy cabbage rolls or meatballs. The side dish is pasta and mashed potatoes of gray color. Mayonnaise salads, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes. However, there have been successful dishes. A little bit. Fruits include green bananas and apples. Oh, yes, wine is impossible to drink. Neither white nor red. All day at the bar you could enjoy delicious donuts, ice cream (white ice cream in a cup for free, the rest is 100 rubles), compote, beer (of course, light). We signed up for dinner at the restaurant. There are sun beds on the beach, included in the price, a large canopy, you can hide from the sun. And 4 dogs live there too. They are not aggressive, but they are big and they can just lie down next to your sunbed). Beach towels are given out upon arrival at the reception, but they can be changed every 4 days and not on Sunday (you see, towels have a day off). But in 4 days they start to stink, because they can't really dry out on the balcony, especially in a room overlooking the mountains. Most of all, the rooms with unsanitary conditions and the attitude of the boarding house staff in the person of the reception staff were disappointed - rudeness, arrogance, dislike of the guests who arrived. In general, the place is not bad, but make a little more effort and fix the flaws, make repairs in the rooms of the main building, change the reception and add hospitality). The sea, champagne and company saved the situation. But on the 5th day, we were glad that we were returning home. For the first time. As a result, we found a transfer after walking through the streets with suitcases, we sat down, there were other people in the car and on the way they still stopped by and picked up people, these are trifles, before reaching the border we were kicked out of the car and told to go and pass the border, and on the other side they would take us away, as it is, a madhouse. Before that, I was in Abkhazia and we were also traveling on a transfer and we were not kicked off the bus, we only got off at the control, and then everything is on foot, it's more fun, a doll with inflated lips was sitting at the reception, she can't speak, she's just rude, I had two rooms booked and a floor no higher than 5 view of the sea, as a result number one, floor 8, view of the construction site!!! There is no hot water, she came and asked where the water was, the girl said it would be tomorrow, how so, and how to wash from the road, she said it was not her problem, as well as number one and it was not her problem. It was the most nightmarish vacation, the elevator works every other time, the food in the dining room is disgusting, everything is cut like pigs, everything is cheap, not tasty, there is nothing to feed a small child at all, and they took money for food, and by the way they didn't give towels to him, they said it wasn't supposed to be, what a nightmare. The rooms are dirty, towels are changed every 5 days, toilet paper is gray. The territory is dirty, there is no place to walk, the bartenders are rude. There were no other rooms, as I was told. Construction has begun under the balcony - they are building a dryer with a canopy. It's incessant noise, welding, and now they've started painting. The balcony cannot be opened, the room smells of paint. All the laundry that is drying smells. The door to the balcony barely closes - the lock is broken. The doors to the wardrobe are difficult to open... I turned on the light in the bathroom, the bulb burned out, the lights went out everywhere. I called an electrician, eliminated it. The next day it's the same... It's not worth talking about the shower - the jet partially goes into the shower, the rest along the hose... I called the plumber, he didn't come. The next day I caught it by accident, replaced the hose, thank you. The promised hair dryer was not there. It is necessary to take it to the reception every time. It's in the next building. But today I go for a hairdryer for 1.5 hours - there are none! They took it and did not return it!!! The food stuff sucks. There is little choice. Salads are very coarsely chopped. There are no names of the dishes. Some of the staff are without gloves. In the evenings, entertainment includes cartoons for children and a disco....There is a type of restaurant with a disco for adults up to 23h. The beach is small, sun beds without mattresses, no umbrellas. There are no buoys or rescuers. One locker room and one shower sucks. A toilet on the beach with non-closing doors. The floors were hardly ever washed there... Room cleaning is rare, I had to remind you about the change of pastel linen and towels... But the bed is great! I'm more disappointed than ever. Of course, we were shocked by such an answer for all inclusive we received 2 free tents a piece of soap of the cheapest and toilet paper of the same the quality of neither water nor shampoos, etc. everyone is fed here equally for free, only beer and wine ants run around in the shower, which it is not possible to get rid of it in short, not counting the Internet and service in general, the bartenders are angry and arrogant, I keep silent about the reception!!!! We rested from July 07 to 07/13/2023. There is a smell of sewage in the rooms, it is not possible to sleep with a closed balcony. The rooms are not tidy, dust, curtains with stains. They are not cleaned every day. The girls at the reception are not friendly, they are reluctant to help with the problem.(Although this is part of their responsibilities) .We did not wait for the promised parking, we were assured that the places at the construction site were safe (although there was a strong wind and everything was flying from the construction site, the grid that should cover was developing with a sail) We had to park outside the territory.On the plus side, there are 2 decent pools, a beautiful area, and the beach is within walking distance. The rooms are old! They 're senile ! Little ones ! Not to say that they are clean ! ( not a general cleaning after the tenants ) there is no parking as such ! They claim that there are free places within the construction site , and the parking lot of the boarding house itself is supposedly only for employees ! This is not the client-oriented nature of this boarding house! We have been vacationing in Abkhazia for 8 years! It 's the worst you 've ever seen ! I wish those who are not retired and not on a voucher to avoid this boarding house!!! The descent to the sea is terribly steep! If you have small children like ours! It is very difficult to climb! The bartenders on site are friendly only after buying something! What is not included in all inclusive! If it's all inclusive, they serve reluctantly ! Cons: there is neither a kettle nor a boiler in the room, an old terrible mattress, bed linen and towels were not changed, I barely begged for one sheet to put my son on a separate bed, because they moved into a room with a double bed, electricity was turned off from 3 to 5 in the morning (in order to save money), and during the day - just accidents, the staff at the reception and in the restaurant talk through their lips, Wi-Fi catches intermittently, for an INTESTINAL INFECTION - in Bagripsh definitely! Check-out at 12 o'clock, transfer at 14, lunch was not allowed in the restaurant, arguing that we have paid for the day only until 12. I tried to explain that usually the last day is paid in full, regardless of the time of departure. No, that's it, take off your bracelets. It was, of course, the last straw! Don't set foot there anymore!
