They lived from June 16 to June 23, 2023. The food is delicious, the choice is great. But the problem with fruits is oranges and bananas. We lived on the 3rd floor, the room was washed every other day, but the towel was not changed. The maid (grandma) explained that there are no towels, they take a long time to dry. Beach towels were changed at the reception upon request of the guests. The overall impression of a holiday in Bagripsh is excellent!

In principle, everything below the 5th floor will have a view either of the construction site or of the stones!A separate story is the staff of the boarding house! The guide!!! Pay attention to the reviews on the customer orientation of the reception. This is the face of the boarding house!!!! Their attitude towards the guests is extremely unprofessional! Arrange training sessions for them or something . This level of service is not acceptable. You spoil the guests' rest and mood. No one else will go to you with such an attitude. This also applies to the staff of the bar on the territory of the boarding house. The room stock also wants the best. Dust on the cabinets. We didn't have any glasses in our room. There are not enough small lamps (it is there but there is no light bulb) For some reason, not all meals are signed for 4. There were days when there was nothing to choose at all! Once again, the Beauty of Abkhazia conquered. I had a vacation in Europe, Asia.... (there is something to compare it with). And it would seem that what can surprise us? You can! Anyone who wants to eat parmesan of different ripeness is not Abkhazia..... I can confess my love for the republic for a long time.... but let's talk about the boarding house. Location - mountains, sea. A room on the 9th floor with a sea view is a miracle! And even if there is no renovation in the room, everything is modest and clean. It is important! You don't have to leave the balcony! Food is plentiful and of course with a national accent. The purest sea (this is not Sochi) is turquoise in color. The staff is very good-natured. Give up hope for a good rest to everyone who goes to Bagripsh. Of the advantages, the gorgeous sea, but this is not a plus for the hotel, but a plus for the country. Further cons - there are many of them, in general, the hotel is one solid minus and a nightmare. 1. Rooms: I had a two-room suite, the room had broken appliances, very dirty plumbing and a terrible stench in the room. Electricity is cut off every week from 3 to 5 in the morning, you open the window to the stench of sewage from the beach. The room is not cleaned, only the garbage is taken out, the toilet was washed by themselves. 2. Nutrition: something in between very not tasty and just not tasty. Of the drinks, only wine, which is not possible to drink, and COMPOTE!!! There is no drinking water from dried fruits (well, here for an amateur) anywhere!!! It seems that you can drink from the tap, but I do not advise you to have a chance to get poisoned not only with water but also with local food. But if you want, give the money to the girls earlier and they will immediately find the number. I see this is the order of things for them. The water is terrible. Either some dark water is running from the tap, or a thin trickle., there was almost no hot water. Considering that we were unlucky with the rainy and cold weather, we wanted to take at least a warm shower after the cold sea. Sewerage is generally...it seemed that someone went to the toilet on the 9th floor, and we have it all displayed you know where. We lived on the 8th floor. There are 3 elevators, but they never worked together. They are constantly being repaired. The pool, given that the weather is not warm, they write that it is heated, but no. Cold and dirty. The second one was empty for 8 days of our stay and was not typed. 1) I am a non-smoker! I came to breathe clean, fresh and sea air. But smoking is allowed anywhere on the territory of the boarding house! Almost everyone and everywhere smokes ! You watch a movie in the evening until 23.09 in the lower bar , everything is covered in tobacco smoke , no one gets up and smokes separately . If it is not forbidden, then it is allowed! And also by the pool -they smoke lying on the sun beds ! And so it is in the restaurant above the pool! All the smoke is everywhere!There are no separate smoking areas. I was constantly in discomfort! And I think this is the biggest disadvantage!!!!
2) There is no animation for adults. It was stated that water aerobics in the pool, exercise on the beach. I 've been fishing for three days , and I found an anamator Angier . It turned out that she decided not to spend time for reasons of heat , then the reason was that she had a day off, then there were no people. Something like that.... Not up to adult entertainment . If they had told me right away, I wouldn't have spent time looking for animation. We found our own entertainment.
3) at the reception, the girls do not bring any information to the vacationers! Everything is covered up! Before departure, we accidentally found out that for those who arrive late from the tour, a late dinner is provided, and it must be ordered at the reception the day before. And I didn't know this and went up to the canteen administrator the day before and said that we were going on a tour for the whole day, what about the food ? He didn't even say a word about what to order at the reception, he attacked me that the chefs should rest, etc.

The hotel is very nice. The food is delicious. One pool was heated, the other was not. The road to the sea is through the elevator and then up the stairs. The room is good, the only thing we went to was three. Two beds in the room were hard and the other was soft, but when you lie down you feel the springs. There were pancakes in the bar, and they were fried in front of us, we had to stand in line to take a pancake to a child. There were two days out of 10 pizza, or rather dough, slightly smeared with ketchup on top, which even the local stray dogs did not eat (( . The wine was tasteless, we liked the beer! What I want to say about food: of course, we didn't go hungry, but everything was monotonous, boring and unsightly. And these coupons, which had to be marked every time, it's just something with something! Yes, to get to the dining room to eat, you need to stand in a decent queue, because they did not consider it necessary to open the hall on the second floor, even with 100% occupancy ((( Personally, it was very annoying for me and it was a pity of time, after all, they came to rest, and not to stand in line! It was saved by the fact that there is a cafe nearby where they sell smoked trout – you can lick your fingers and make a barbecue – well, just delicious. We were regular guests there. There are two swimming pools on site, one small with ice water, the second large, beautiful, heated and with a children's section, the pool is decent. The view from the Windows is gorgeous, the territory is also well maintained. It's not stressful to walk to the beach, the panoramic elevator was working properly, but only one. The toilets on the beach leave much to be desired, it's scary to go there ((. There is nowhere to walk, there is only a road without sidewalks around, the territory is fenced, there is no way out, i.e. if you want to walk, you need to leave there first. Taxi drivers break prices, very expensive! The nature is gorgeous, I want to come back again and again. We love Abkhazia very much, it is not the first time we have rested there and, I hope, it will not be the last. but! We won't go to Bagripsh anymore, it's boring and uninteresting.

We rested in Bagripsh for a week from 06/19.21. We liked everything, food, cleanliness in the rooms and the territory. Animation for children throughout the day. In the evening, movies and cartoons for children and adults. A new clean swimming pool.

We are resting now, from June 1 to June 6, if you want to relax quietly and in silence, it is better to take a room with a mountain view, since it is impossible to open a balcony in a room with a sea view because of the terrible noise: the music in the bar tries to outshout the music by the pool, children and adults scream late at the same time, everything this happens along the residential building, as there is simply no other area for walking.
Another big disadvantage is that the air conditioning units are installed directly on the balcony, and if the neighbors turn on the split, then everything rattles and rumbles on your balcony((
The food in the dining room is very simple, without frills, but there is a choice in principle, you will not go hungry.
The linen and towels in the rooms are new, white and clean, the order is well maintained, but, due to the above disadvantages, we definitely will not want to come here again.

I will write my review. We rested in Bagripsha twice, in 2019 and in 2021, I want to note that it is day and night, in 2019 it was much better.
I'll start with the pros - it's gorgeous nature, the purest water in the sea, dolphins swam every day and more than once a day. But this is certainly not the merit of Bagripsh!
New swimming pool, observation deck, trout, new cafe. That's probably all. Now the story of the cons begins.
1) We were two families. We were met quickly at the airport, but they also took us only to the border, we dragged all the things ourselves (which was not the case in 2019, a man carried things on a trolley from transfer to transfer).
2) We waited a very long time for the settlement, it feels like the girls really forget what they are doing. I will make a mark on the fact that, too, as you will not fit, you are always dissatisfied!!!! 3) The rooms are not bad, two rooms with a sea view were taken, and then the adventures of the second family begin.
4) Somehow they begin to move into a room with a mountain view, the reservation was a sea view
(when, in principle, the payment differs from the sea view by 250 rubles per day more than the mountains). A family with a child! and the things go down to the reception again and they are heartbroken, after again a long wait, they are given the keys to a room with a sea view with one bed without an extra bed.
5) In the evening, after another reminder, they are put on an extra bed. We got a room on the 4th floor, and thank God,
6) because there were always problems with elevators, and there are 3 of them, I often had to climb on foot. 7) In 10 days they have never changed, neither the towels in the room (as you promise every three days), nor the bed linen (as you promise every 7 days).
8) The cleaner is generally a different conversation, she only came to change the trash, there was never a wet cleaning in the room for 10 days.
9) There is nothing to dry the laundry on, why are there dryers in the new building, and in the old one we have to tie the ropes ourselves.
10) Food of course ..., we did not stay hungry, but we did not get much satisfaction, after a few days this monotony got tired, I strained with fruits, like the berry season, but we did not see a single berry all the time. Dirty dishes were very often found. The floors in the dining room are dirty, there is dust on the stairs, hair.
11) The animation is just terrible, in 2019 there was a young man with a girl, they are gorgeous annimators.
12) I will put a big minus on the third floor, where the simulators are located. How can you call this place a fitness room if there are 5 exercise machines and 2 of them do not work, the toilet is just in terrible condition, some boards are thrown in the corner on the floor, grilles, under which it is never cleaned (and in general the third floor is never cleaned). Why there are two billiard tables when there is a set of balls and only one for the game, it is unclear. I also want to mention the toilet, which is located on the beach, just in a dead state. In general, dear manager Bagripsha, if you are building something new, then do not forget about the rest of your buildings. Go to the third floor, go look at the toilet on the beach. In general, to compare 2019 and 2021, it was definitely better in 2019. In 2019, the boarding house worked on quality, and in 2021 on quantity.
