The sea is ALWAYS dirty near the hotel - a river flows into the sea near the hotel (see photo - taken at 7.30 am). To swim, you need to go much further to the left of the hotel, it is already cleaner there, but not much.
But people flounder in this, and then write complaints that they have rotavirus. We did not even dare to approach the pool (look at the photos and reviews in the VKontakte group - it blooms, then exudes a "fragrance", vacationers have a permanent intestinal infection).
In the dining room, some buildings are eaten first, and then (later) others. An employee stands at the entrance and asks which building you are from, then answers that it's not your time to eat, come back later. A branch of the madhouse.

There are no sockets by the bed! There is no way to get into the pool at all, there are no places. The bar is open, they pour beer (diluted), sour wine and chacha. The beach is not equipped with sun loungers, we did not fight for them, people came in the morning, laid towels on them and left. We put towels on the pebbles because there was no point in looking for something! We rarely swam, the sea is not very clean. We left in the morning for excursions, tried for the whole day so as not to spoil our rest from this hotel and the staff. Also, walking around the territory, or rather not far from it, if you go outside the hotel, there are many destroyed buildings, no one lives there, only stray dogs, we suddenly saw a bear, a sleeping live bear that lives alone in a cage, 200-300 meters from the hotel. The cage is not guarded by anyone, it does not look very reliable. Why is he there alone, is it not clear at all? In general, our vacation was saved only thanks to excursions, they are conducted well, they tell and show a lot of things. The food in the city is very good, the service is decent in the cafe. I really don't really want to remember Abkhazia right now, I don't want to go back there anymore! Why they did this is not clear, they ruined their reputation very much! The room was booked six months in advance in the winter, and after contacting the tour operator, they told me that this was their mistake. We had a rest from 08/27.24 for 9 days with 2 children. They lived in the Azure building. Spacious, clean room. The food is very tasty and varied. I didn't want to go anywhere. In the room, a small TV is hung on the wall, there are: a wardrobe, two cabinets, a narrow side table, a refrigerator, a shoe cabinet at the entrance, a clothes dryer on the balcony, an ancient air conditioner, but it works well, that's all, there are no chairs, in the evening there is nothing to sit on the balcony, admire nature! There is no cooler on any of the floors, even in the lobby, where there is no reception. In the morning I went downstairs with the question: "where can I get boiling water or drink water?", the answer from the reception: "Drink from the tap, it goes like drinking, we drink and you drink!". I tried it-I didn't get out of the bathroom for two days. Of the 7 buildings, not one has them, vacationers all complain, one answer is drink. We collect only in the dining room during meals in our containers. About the dining room. Renovated perfectly! Room cleaning is a separate art form. We lived from July 16th to 24th. In the beginning, the floor was washed every day and the garbage was also taken out. Then we swept and mopped the floors ourselves. I remind you that the hotel is "all inclusive". But thanks to the maid for offering to put an extra bed for the child. The towels were changed once. The bed linen is clean, but with some yellow spots. And they also changed it once.

The room is 2 rooms:2 bedrooms with double beds (although children are of different sexes with a difference in age of 7 years, this is not very pleasant), there is no turning around in the corridor, one air conditioner for 2 rooms, one refrigerator and one remote control for 2 TVs, 2 clothes dryers,4 bedside tables,2 closets, a shelf in the corridor and, of course,windows that don't open. we wanted to open it, listen to the sea, and there are double windows, we are like in an aquarium, there is no balcony either. the room is basically 4/10, freshly renovated, fine.
now about the food and the dining room, this is a separate topic. the dining room is designed for 700 people, and all 2000 people eat, queues, fights for everything. in the morning there is a queue to drink tea or coffee, at lunch there is a queue for soup, in the evening there is something else. the buildings are fed according to a schedule, which was not very convenient, because we had a child under a year old with a sleep regime, and it was not always possible to arrive on time. there is a diet menu in the dining room, everything is bland and not always tasty. almost every time for breakfast, lunch and dinner there were pasta with cutlets. there is an inconvenient arrangement of food stands in the dining room, they are scattered throughout the hall, so there is a crush and real survival games. we got tired of the dining room after 4 days, we finally went to eat pizza, and then we ate doshiraki, because we didn't want to go again and fight to eat. there are only 2 high chairs in the dining room, although there are many more small children, this is a big minus. there are not always enough dishes and appliances, queues and fights over cups are a separate topic. they cook there like in a pigsty: if they haven't finished the sausages for breakfast, then they will make a salad with these sausages for lunch, if they haven't finished the pasta, then they make questionable pasta with them. in short, the dining room is terrible.
bar and pool. we arrived and literally on the first day the bar was closed indefinitely due to the fact that the bartender quit and there was no one to put on the bar. he didn't work for a day, then when people didn't get confused and started self-service, they closed him down altogether and put the guys from the canteen who worked very slowly. sometimes there are drinks poured into glasses on the bar and no one is there, so the children take both chacha and wine and carry them to their parents. the pool worked fine in the beginning, we came to swim mostly at 10 pm, everything was clean, fine, and then the lifeguard quit, the pool was not clean for 3 days, it turned into a swamp, and then in general it started working from 9 to 21.
the sea. the sea is cold and dirty, because there is a river with slops nearby. it is better to go to Mocha beach by minibus, there are only 2 stops, the water there is beautiful. Yes, it has its own beach, very narrow, there are fights and queues again, this time for sun beds. The sea also left a bad impression
brunch and barbecue. for several days we went to brunch, we were given ordinary waffle rolls, without condensed milk, and at the barbecue we were given chicken wings, French fries, sauce to choose from, popcorn, ice cream, sandwich. In principle, it's delicious, but again, queues and fights
are staff. for 10 days they never cleaned, they had to do it themselves, they gave fresh bed linen and towels, they changed them themselves. The girls at the reception never know anything and sometimes lie. upon check-in, we were told that nothing was booked here, and everything was distributed by a computer, and when people with a small child got tired of riding in the elevator to the 11th floor and they asked to move them, they were told that all rooms were booked.
elevators are generally a separate topic. half of the vacation we either waited for the elevator, or rode it. there are only 2 of them in a large building (14 floors, 12 rooms each), the elevator is very cramped and stuffy.

There are very few advantages, but many disadvantages.
The unfriendly staff settled a large company in different buildings, although there was a note about joint accommodation.
Maids and hotel dogs, running like meteors, were waiting for us in the building, calmly walking along the corridors. Well, anyway, they were friendly against the background of the reception. We came across an updated building after repairs, we were the first. Snow-white sheets, comfortable beds, mini-sized towels, because, alas, the big ones were not delivered. The light just didn't turn on in one of the rooms and we're an hour away!!! Tired! We were waiting to move to another room. We assessed the animation level, looked for sockets together and, miraculously, found them near the floor - 2 for the entire room and not near the bed. On the second day, the quest continued. An ironing board was set up in the hallway. There is not a single outlet in the hallway.
On the plus side, it's really very clean. But, you must admit, there are not enough advantages for so many disadvantages.
A separate story is the dining room! A huge number of people, a lot of tables and a micro-Swedish line. There's no way into the canteen without a disinfectant. Dirty plates, even dirtier appliances and underachieving staff. There were always not enough forks and spoons. To see traces of someone else's lipstick on an allegedly clean glass in a hotel proudly calling itself "all inclusive" is such a thing.
The food is the most ordinary, the most table-like, but edible. Even the children found something to eat. The bar is a separate kind - unkindly wine in plastic glasses and the same unkindly unfriendly bartenders.
Snack. The snack bar was so beautifully announced. And in fact - an unfinished plastered shed, in which, again, an unfriendly girl with a non-changing glove puts 5 French fries and a cold piece of lula on your plate. The sauce in the assortment is diluted adjika and garlic.
I was impressed only by the nature of Abkhazia. There are probably so many shades of green that even Pantone does not know. Thanks to our friendly company - the rest was a success thanks to ourselves.

But the sea in this place is not completely clean, maybe because of the neighboring river, maybe it was so during our vacation period. It is necessary to fight for the second blanket and bath towels, but they brought it 5 times. There is no kettle, mirror, chairs, hooks and shelves in the bathroom. A mirror and a shelf just above the sink. There are only 3 hangers in the closet, as a result, we used a clothes dryer to hang clothes and towels. There is no ordinary drinking water anywhere on the territory, even in the dining room ((( only boiling water. At the reception they said that drink from the tap.... The food is terrible, the smell knocks off at the entrance to the dining room ((( everything is cold, the first courses are salted, there were no vegetables, salads are not clear from what cooked, apples and oranges were chopped into thin slices, coffee is only instant, the staff is rude and rude. It is impossible to drink the included drinks, wine and chacha are poured from 5 liter bottles of unknown quality and production, beer was brought in kegs. Garbage is cleaned only on the territory of the hotel, and behind the fence along the sea it is a nightmare, the bins are overflowing and there is also a lot of garbage nearby, the sight is disgusting, even abandoned buildings look nicer.
There is a huge potential in this hotel, but so far everything is sad, there is no service, quality and organization of work.

1. The dining room. Such a mess has never been seen before. There are a lot of people and obviously the dining room can't cope, you constantly have to wait for plates, glasses, spoons, forks. The unsanitary conditions are complete. Vacationers, in order to get their own food, do not wait for the appliances and grab everything with dirty hands from the trays. There are not enough tables either, you have to stand and look for a table that will be free.
The water for tea and coffee in the water heating devices does not have time to boil, the maximum heats up to 60 degrees, so think about what kind of water we use here.
2. Lobby bar. Alcoholic beverages are included in the declared "all inclusive", but there are constantly no glasses, beer has not been brought, the filling machine has broken, or one foam is flowing. At the reception, they do not give clarity to the comments. Also according to the declared intermediate meals in the grill bar. Burgers are claimed, but in fact they are not. When asked for what reason, the answer was that the girl alone prepares them and physically does not have time, so they are not there. It turns out that all this is paid for by the voucher, but in fact it is not. It's very sad.
3. Cleaning the rooms. You need to ask for a change of linen and towels and clean the room. The maids said we will clean your room tomorrow, but 2 days have passed since then and there has been no one.

Children feel sick at every step. A dirty river flows right at the hotel into the sea, where the guests swim, apparently this is the main cause of the intestine. The dining room is a buffet, well, that's sooo loud. There are no places, there have also never been cutlery from the first time, stand and wait for it to be brought, there are no glasses, queues everywhere, plates are wet and poorly washed. It was only by the last day of their stay that the staff thought to rearrange the food blocks along the hall, and not across it, so that people could not get through to it. The food is smelly and the smell of rotten meat has been constantly haunting all 10 days.
The staff is completely beaten off. They do not understand why they are there, they are rude, rude and do not even try to pretend that they want to help with this or that problem.
I do not advise if you and your children are planning and just do not waste money, nerves and time on this institution.

The biggest trash is the dining room! The food was monotonous, there was chicken, fish, we did not get meat, fruits were laid out for the dogs to fight. There were not enough spoons, then forks, plates had to be waited for, and deep plates were generally snatched out of their hands for the first time, it was funny how the people turned out to be so ill-mannered, shame! If you are an intellectual, you will stay without lunch, in short, the quest is still the same! Tables are not wiped, it is necessary to eat on unwashed trays🤣the dining room is very small, it is not designed for such a number of visitors, in general, they went to the dining room without any desire.
About alcohol-at the 1st building there is a filling machine🤣chacha, a glass of wine in one hand, those if I went for a glass of wine (plastic ones, by the way), I could not take the second one to my husband, there was a queue for beer🤣drinking takes place on nearby benches🤣the wine is not bad, but for some reason it was unpleasant for me to be there, so we walked with my husband in the evening to the shop and took there Lykhny, inexpensive and good wine.
The beach seems to be big, but there were not enough sunbeds, it is completely undeveloped, there are no toilets, no changing rooms, I am generally silent about the shower! the water in the sea is very muddy from the sand and from the river flowing nearby...
The pros are the view from the balcony, still a mantled room, a comfortable bed, by the way, blankets have been given there only since October, they still gave me, because it was cool at night. Responsive staff, they are simply not enough... I liked the Sukhumi embankment, the Sukhumi Drama Theater-I strongly advise you to go to the play, the actors are just super! A large offer of interesting escourses.
Conclusion - let's go to Abkhazia, beautiful nature, responsive people, of course there is neglect, a lot of abandoned buildings, but we perceived it as a highlight😄

Terrible attitude towards animals, namely dogs. And also about the pool. The so-called Criss/Christian came at 09:00 and started shouting that the pool opens at 10, and after looking at the inscription stating that the pool is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., he fell silent. He forbade jumping into the water and said that children should swim in the children's pool, and then he threw the child into the pool with a bomb. The hotel has 1300 rooms, one dining room, one bar and a small swimming pool are not designed for such a large number of vacationers. It is difficult to find a place in the dining room, plates and spoons were running out, you can wait 10 minutes until they are washed. On the last day, the cleaner stole a package from under the sink, which contained 4 creams, perfumes and nail scissors, came to the reception, said that Jeanne and Vika had cleaned, but did not find the ends. Number 6302. The hotel was not brought to mind. I do not recommend going there.

We lived on the 12th floor, the elevator did not work periodically, in the dining room, before eating, you need to wipe the table yourself and, in a sense, get the dishes, a plate, a fork, a spoon. Animators are also on the top three. The buildings are being repaired, they are drilling and knocking right from early morning. Stray dogs roam the territory. The only plus is the incomparable nature, fresh air.

We booked the hotel back in March for the end of July on the recommendations of friends. Judging by the reviews on the site, doubts plagued. We arrived early in the morning, the area is dirty, there is no Parking, we parked the cars somewhere in the backyard. Check-in after lunch, went to the beach, but it's very similar to the beach, dirty, garbage, definitely not the beach of an all-inclusive hotel!, took sun loungers and umbrellas. Around lunch, some uncle ran up, started yelling, and well, they quickly got off my deck chairs, we lost the power of speech there, we had to explain about the culture of speech and tact. Well, of course he apologized, but the acquaintance with the hotel happened with such an employee.
Then we went to check in, but everything seems to be fine. But outraged, there were a lot of people figuring something out all the time…
Lunch is trash.. people are wild, the food looks so-so, there were no napkins, the dishes were wet after washing, there was nothing to wipe... it was stuffy in the dining room, and after the dining room you go out into the air, everyone is sitting smoking, there is nothing to breathe (there are no specially designated smoking areas!
The rooms are ordinary, there is no cooler on the floor, there is also no kettle and glasses in the room, we also did not have towels and we were told that they would definitely not be there until tomorrow😨 I dried myself and the child with a T-shirt!

The state and emotions after this hotel are difficult to adequately describe! The contract was terminated and they moved out.
We will not come back here for sure!

Minuses:
1) The sea is very very dirty, because a large mountain river with faeces flows along the border of the hotel. You need to go swimming away from this place.
2) Every second person has rotovirus, diarrhea and other "intestines", children - every first one. They get sick on the third or fourth day. In fact, you come to the epicenter of the epidemic of intestinal infections, and everything here is conducive to their development!
3) The service is very weak, because there are a lot of vacationers, and there are not enough staff. Towels are not changed, although it is stated that they should be changed on the fourth day. Even on demand, the fourth, fifth, etc. day is not changed. They are simply not there (not enough). There are not enough underwear either. We slept on mattresses for a day without underwear. The rooms are not cleaned, toilet paper needs to be begged. It is better to come here with your own pastel linen, towels, etc. and wash basins.
4) The beds in the rooms are good. But the cabinets are not full-fledged: there are hangers, there are no shelves (or rather one). A suitcase serves as a wardrobe. There is not a single hook in the bathroom to hang a towel. There are also no nails or protrusions in the rooms to hang something, there is also no hallway. In the bathroom and on the balcony, the pipes on which everything is dried are rusty - they leave indelible traces.
5) The power supply is normal. But... there are no washbasins at the entrance to the dining room - you will not be able to wash your hands here, there is only an antiseptic. There are not enough appliances, plates, seats.
6) The price for early booking (booked in January) ended up being more expensive than in the season. However, the price-quality ratio is not in favor of quality!

In the grill bar for five days I have never seen tables wiped, vacationers rub tables with napkins. There are a lot of people in the dining room, there are not enough dishes and appliances in the dishes, they begin to put their hands on, the tables are not wiped. We didn't see any hamburgers, we asked why not, we got the answer I can't do it here alone. It's hard with cleaning the rooms, I asked to sweep, they said on the fourth day, they didn't sweep on the fourth, I asked why, they didn't have time to answer. The lobby bar, for two days they poured foam instead of beer, the bartenders, after dancing a lick and touching the paving slabs with their dirty hands, pour alcohol. I really don't like to write, but it's terrible how dirty it is here, not a vacation, but a Quest try not to catch a gut.
