Good sea, clean, pebble beach.
Nearby is the city center, the market. I will not write about the disadvantages of Abkhazia (devastation and poverty). I came to swim and warm up. I got what I wanted.🙂

Good day. Before booking rooms at the country of the soul boarding house, read the reviews about it, or even better, see everything with your own eyes. August, 2020. A narrow pebble beach, piles of garbage - wood and plastic. Some sharp rusty metal structures - be careful, don't get hurt! The sea is dirty! The territory of the boarding house is a homeless shelter! Abandoned dilapidated buildings have been asking for demolition for a long time. The paved paths have been removed, in principle it is clean. Car parking is right there on the territory. The building of the high-rise itself, though stripped, is quite tolerable. It is clean both in the lobby and on the floors, the decoration of the corridors and rooms is still Soviet. The building is located at an angle to the sea, so the promised "sea view from each room" is only from one end room and *loggia* corridor. The view from the left rooms is on the territory of the park from the right - on.. I didn't even understand where and I didn't really look at it, it was some kind of sewer. The dining room is on the 10th floor, clean and tidy. I don't know what they feed me, I didn't have lunch. The room is clean, the bed is wide. I didn't notice the TV either, maybe there were. The entrance door is made of fiberboard, skewed. The maid opened it slightly with her hip :)))). And yes, instead of the agreed 9 etage, they tried to settle on 10 (hello, Khatunaarchvadze).. the hostess did not meet, although there was an agreement for the day and time. The phone was initially disconnected, then it turns out to be in general - *the day off*. There is a nice friendly woman on watch, we had a nice conversation, it's a pity I didn't ask her name. So, in August we were charged 1700 per room for THIS.. expensive. Even in winter, when I booked, I thought it was expensive for Abkhazia. It's not worth the money. I also read reviews before the trip, both laudatory and negative. We did not stop, turned around and left for N. Athos, fortunately on wheels. We had a wonderful rest, at every step - thank you / please / have a nice rest. Total -.. look, read, compare, but I do not recommend this boarding house.

A budget option. The prices are reasonable. There are different owners on different floors. On the 12th floor, the owner of Givi is a wonderful person, which cannot be said about the hostess of the 9th-10th floor, a rare boor. I ruined the last day of my stay. The room is cleaned upon request, and towels are also changed. We will look for another hotel.

It's terrible! If they are ready, I will book a hotel that there will be no rooms upon arrival. Garbage is not thrown away, the service is zero. Among the advantages, the hotel is located on the shore 30 meters from the beach and the view from the rooms is gorgeous.

The former air defense sanatorium. A 14-storey building. Now each floor has a certain owner. Therefore, repairs and prices are different. I rented on 13 from Khatuna, she still has the 3rd floor. 1500 days. There is a dining room on the 10th and 1st floor. Two elevators. But it is better not to load more than three people. It's three steps to the sea. There is wild tropical vegetation around with thundering cicadas.

Hallo Freunde! Hello friends! This autumn, having arrived once again in Sukhum by the sea, I chose the sanatorium, The Land of the Soul. "And I was not mistaken. Having settled in a 16-storey building on the very shore of the sea, I enjoyed the view of the mountains, the sea and the city of Sukhum every day. In the evening, a walk along the embankment, and it is almost adjacent to the sanatorium. And, moreover, this is the most beautiful part of it with the majestic presentation palace, with the stunningly beautiful Abkhazian drama theater, with mysterious griffins and a fountain, with a "brekhalovka" and wonderful cafes, I will briefly tell you about the hotel... On the 10th floor there is a dining room, and on the 1st floor there is a cafe, where until the end of October, vacationers could relax listening to the lapping of the waves and dance.. I liked the service. The owner of my 12th floor, Givi, is a very attentive, friendly and helpful person. After staying here for a month, I changed my ticket for another time, i.e. extended my vacation for another month. Friends, come to the sanatorium, the country of the soul, and you will not regret it!!!
