I didn't like the hotel. Everything is very dirty, it's better in the photo than in reality. Dinners are strictly until 20:00, you are late-eat nuggets and burgers, beer in the glass should be begged for, reluctantly poured. The animation is weak and monotonous. The rooms are nice. There is a farm nearby and in the evening the smell is appropriate. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the beach, there are plates in the water, there is nothing nearby. We are resting now with my husband. In principle, the hotel is not bad, the staff is trying hard. The food is delicious. Slotting music sounds very loudly by the pool, there is nothing to talk about, my head swells. But the biggest disadvantage is that it feels like one redneck is going to be here. They drink excessively , there are fights , even the police came . We haven't seen this anywhere else. There's booze everywhere, mate rewind.

If you want to relax without stress and queues, you definitely should visit this hotel. The respectful attitude of the staff to all guests, good rooms and daily cleaning (the maids are very friendly and smiling women), special thanks to the bartender "bar on the terrace", made delicious cocktails and lifted the mood. Delicious food, imported and local alcohol, expensive and varied ice cream. The hotel is a youth hotel, but my husband and I did not bother at all, (we are over 45) - shows, discos, foam party, COOL, funny animators. In general, we regretted that we took a ticket for 7 days, such an active holiday is not enough for us, by the way, because of this we did not get to the a la carte restaurant (the only minus), but it does not matter to us.

The only disadvantage of the hotel is the animators and their short programs. They start at 22.30 , finish at 24.00. And start selling tickets to the disco which is located in the city.

We rested with my wife for 10 days. The food is great, we gave something new every day. Drinks are both locally produced and imported. The service is excellent, cleaned every day. Upon check-in, they asked for a room with a view of the pool, they gave it without any questions. The beach bar is sparse, with beer, whiskey and gin. But they feed the norms.

The hotel is for adults. No, rather a hotel for 25-30. No children, few grandmothers. Discos until the morning, foam parties and a swimming pool where you can swim around the clock. It's short.
The room is nice, large (we had a ground floor - a nice terrace). Everything is new and comfortable enough. Large bed (200*200). A large TV. A good shower. Quiet refrigerator/minibar. Free safe. The air conditioning is good, quiet.
The noise insulation is average - but you need to understand that there is a disco and companies walking on the street until the morning. Therefore, if this is important to you, there are quieter numbers (on the field), but this will not save you and there will be discos.
They clean well, every day. Clear. Linen is changed often, the bar is replenished, shampoos and gels - as much as you want. Leaving the dollar/euro is getting even better.
Meal. There is food all day, it is all edible, but there is a but. But the fact is that the food is extremely diverse. If you come for 3-5 days, you will survive if the stay time is longer - you will definitely get bored. Breakfast - scrambled eggs, yogurt, omelette. Lunch - soups, pasta, fish. Dinner - shrimp, crayfish, pasta, potatoes.
There are ala-kart restaurants, but we did not go - they said that the food there is exactly the same as in the dining room.
Dinner is meat (mostly chicken). Many different snacks
On the beach and by the pool - pizza, burgers, potatoes.
Tasty, edible, but the choice is not rich and very constant.
Alcohol - standard beer, cocktails, tasteless wine. As usual, everyone is suspiciously low-alcohol. You drink and everything goes into the void. Walking, gurgling, it's no use. Bring a bottle of duty free (or two) with you
Beach. The beach is nice, great sand. There are enough sun beds. They clean well enough. The entrance to the water is good, a small pebble. Then a large stove begins - but this does not interfere with swimming in any way. The sea is very warm in September. Parachutes, jet skis, cheesecakes are offered on the beach …
The beach is a bit far (15 min walk), but there is a bus (5 minutes). Quite often and exactly on schedule.
Pools. Who is too lazy to walk - the hotel has swimming pools, with sun beds, a Jacuzzi, a transparent wall. In general, everything is fine.
Beach towels are free, in the spa area. Since the hotel is 16+, the territory is small, only the hotel building and the pools.
Animation and entertainment. It looks like food - it's fine for 3-5 days. Then - sameness. Exercise, volleyball, water aerobics, foam party, disco, Mrs. Hotel … It's fun, it's just fun.
Bus to the city there is a bus right from the entrance to the hotel. The 11th goes to the old town, the 10th to the shops, both of them go back to the 2nd room. The driver knows the name of the hotels. Accepts dollars and euros at the driver's rate. And so 14 lire. The bus runs very often.
ATMs, shops - ATMs at the nearest turn. A large shopping mall by bus. Don't forget to bargain! everywhere! At the pharmacy, at the market, in clothing stores, it is strictly mandatory!

We were satisfied with our vacation! The room had a view of the fountain and pools. Sounds from the animation are heard in the evening, but at 00:00 everything goes quiet.
The room is pleasant, there is enough space, the minibar is replenished daily. Everything is included in the price.
The choice of food is good, we stayed full and with barrels))))
The slides are cool, the pools are comfortable. The music is monotonous.

We had a rest not long ago in this hotel. The pools are cool, the animators are top notch. We did exercises and yoga every morning. In general, we recommend this hotel for a holiday, you will not regret it! If you have previously vacationed at 5, and there is something to compare it with, it is better to go on vacation to another hotel. I visited this site in early October 2022. The hotel is located on the 2nd line in the middle of the fields, a little further from the hotel is the Manavgat river, along which pleasure ships sail, and their parking is also nearby. Of the advantages, the hotel is new, when we checked in, we asked for a quiet room and instead of a triple standard, we were given a two-room room with two bathrooms. Also in the pool, one of the walls is made of glass and you can take absolutely fantastic photos and videos there. This is where the advantages of the hotel end). The road to the beach is about 1.5 km, about a third of the road is dusty grader. There is a hotel shuttle - a battered bus with windows wide open, everything is covered in dust, it sucks. We walked, there is a hiking trail along the highway, however, there is a lot of garbage on the roadsides, and there is also a sewage treatment plant, from which hydrogen sulfide regularly reeked almost to vomiting spasms.and when the footpath ends, please drip on dust and puddles (there were rains with thunderstorms twice). There is no pier on the beach, there are canopies, sun beds in abundance. Premium ultra all inclusive meals are only in your voucher, in fact it is not. Local alcohol is poured in bars, imported (Ballantines, Red and black label) had to be literally begged, and then they constantly said "finish". Jack Daniels appeared for a while, but we understood that the hostess of the hotel came, probably for this reason, but he also had to be asked. I complained to the reception, she was not visible after a day, I hope she was fired. The cleaning in the room is without complaints, but for the last couple of days they stopped putting beer in the mini-bar, but the maid also changed. I once left the first maid a change in euros, she did not take it, very decent. I caught her in the hallway and gave her personally, then she took it and thanked me. We went to the spa, everything is the same as everywhere, only in the hammam the cleaner poured very hot water, although I asked for colder several times. And in the hammam, the most fun is properly selected water (And about the sea: they could not spoil the sea))) the sea is amazing, clean, the beach is sandy, there are natural stone slabs at the entrance to the water, they are perfectly visible, they have never caused me any discomfort. We stayed at this hotel in the middle of summer 2021. Nice hotel, new and clean. It is designed for 16+ guests. Of the advantages of the hotel:
- It is very pleasant to be in the room, nice design, good room size, there is a sofa in each room. The mini bar in the room is replenished absolutely free of charge every day (there is always 2 bottles in it. water, 2 bottles. mineral water, 2 bottles. coca Cola, 2 bottles. forfeits, 2 bottles. beer and 2 packs of juice). There is also a free-access safe in the room.
- The pools are open until 1 a.m.
- Ice cream in unlimited quantities, and it is a variety of ice creams from various companies (I constantly ate extreme), and not just dondurma.
- Alcoholic drinks are not bad. There is a lobby bar that is open around the clock. There are "international" drinks in it - I mean jack Daniel's, Ballantines, Jim beam, bailey's, etc. In addition, bottled beer, of course, the choice is limited, but this is Turkey, it's like that everywhere - it's Efes, Miller and Corona.
- The hotel has aquagorks, quite diverse.
Of the disadvantages:
- Location. When you arrive there, you will be a little scared of where the hotel is located. Some kind of crossroads, agricultural fields around, half a km to the next hotels. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea (there is a shuttle from the hotel, it takes 2 minutes). There is also a lake nearby, I suspected that it would be nice to approach it somehow, something would be arranged, but no, if you don't know that there is a lake, you probably won't find out about it.
- The infrastructure suffers because of the location. For those who do not like to go on vacation a lot, this will become a problem. If you want different shops or street cafes, be ready to walk for 10 -15 minutes along the road with reeds.
- The food was slightly upset, monotonous. I expected more, because the hotel positions itself as a luxury.
And finally, rather wishes for the hotel, you can turn on the music a little quieter during the evening program, it is worth making a pedestrian crossing across the road, and generally arrange a pedestrian path to the sea.

A rather unpleasant situation happened to us, we rested at this hotel since October 21st, everything was fine for the first few days. Then vacationers began to come to us with the questions "have you decided when you will leave?" "which hotel did you choose?". We did not fully understand the whole situation, but finding out later, it turned out that this hotel closes on the 27th for the season. Neither the hotel nor the tour operator warned about this.!!That is, it does not matter at all what you have paid for, even before the 31st. 27th, you pack your things - go outside and find out just from vacationers. To put it mildly, we were shocked, because the hotel was paid for and then on. Let's go to the reception - the employee shrugged and said it was true. As compensation, we are moving you to the nearby Port River Hotel from their network.(which is much cheaper and generally a different concept). Well, in principle, we had no choice but to move to that hotel on the 26th, no one returned the money to us. They also ordered me to write a piece of paper at the reception that you have no complaints!! We were provided with a car and were silently accepted at that hotel. According to rumors, this situation was the fault of the hotel, or rather the owner, because on the 28th they have some kind of holiday and are obliged to pay triple salaries to employees - so they closed it.
That hotel was dirty and noisy, but that's not about this hotel anymore.
Also the cons:
Bad entry into the sea - stone slabs. But no one bit, as there were stories in the neighboring hotels.
There is no indoor pool, it was without water!
There is no heating in any pool.
There is no pastry shop.
The a la carte restaurant is so terrible that the girl who writes there at the reception told us not to even think about going there.
I didn't see any animation at all, apparently due to the end of the season.. There was some kind of disco on the first day, but we were after the plane and didn't go. And then there was nothing

The hotel is an honest 4 stars. If you have a maximum of 5-7 days of vacation in stock and you want beautiful photos, while you are not demanding of service, cleanliness, silence and food, then take it safely, otherwise look at another option.
And now in detail:
The territory of the hotel is small, but it is designed quite competently, everything is convenient and tasteful, there are several zones where you can take beautiful photos, there are several types of water slides, from calm to extreme, there are almost no queues for slides, sometimes you had to wait for a rubber circle for 5 minutes maximum. The slides worked from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00. There is not much dirt on the territory, but there are also fragments of glass, once they even injured their leg, it is better to walk in flip-flops.
The rooms are spacious, with a balcony, there is a refillable minibar with soda and beer, replenished daily, for a couple of days they did not report either beer or Cola. The air conditioner worked stably, soap and soap accessories with a razor are provided, towels are changed every day, linen every few days. Cleaning the room every day, mostly on the spot, a rag was walked around the center of the room, the garbage was taken away and the norms. The sound insulation in the rooms is poor, with the windows closed, you can hear the conversations of neighbors in the rooms and music on the territory. In rooms with windows facing the mountains, you can hear much less music (for $ 20 at the reception, the guys are quite accommodating).
The main restaurant was open 7-10 for breakfast, 12-14 for lunch, 19-21 for dinner. The food is of high quality, almost everything has been tried, there have never been any digestive problems. The assortment is always the same: there are several types of pasta, potatoes in several variations, chicken, fish and beef, as well as vegetable salads in different variations, but for dinner each time there were additional chips: shrimp, or burritos (shawarma with minced meat) or fried rings of squid in breadcrumbs, that's all. There are a lot of desserts visually, but in fact they are always 3-4 types: fatty Turkish sweets and different variations of cakes on the same biscuit base.
In between the main restaurant, there is a snack bar with burgers, French fries, deep-fried onion rings and pizza. That's all about food.
Alcohol in its pure form is of high quality, local bartenders do not know how to make cocktails, but they try, they fulfilled the wishes for composition and proportions every time without problems.
The hotel has its own piece of beach with sun beds and a bar, a 10-minute walk along an unsettled road, from 8.30 to 18.30 there is a shuttle service every 15-20 minutes. The transfer is a minibus without windows, someone was annoyed by the dust and dirt inside, but in general it was not critical, everyone used it actively. The beach bar has mostly the same drinks, plus an assortment of on-site snack bars: burgers, fries and onion rings.
On the beach, before 10 and after 14, you could always pick up a couple of free sunbeds. The entry into the sea is normal, there are not very smooth stone slabs at the bottom, barefoot without problems if sober.
The animation at the hotel consists of a couple of types of water gymnastics in the pool, darts and water polo according to the schedule. In the evening there are 4-5 kinds of shows, every day is different, the first time it is interesting, then it is dreary.
The music on the territory is loud, the repertoire is 80% Russian, plays until 12 at night, after which the party moved to the club on the 2nd floor until 2 at night.
From the hotel, you can walk in 5 minutes to a shop a la Pyaterochka or Perekrestok, where there are groceries and beachwear. If you walk for 15 minutes, you can walk to the shopping street, where the assortment is much wider, there are ATMs of the main banks and car rental (mechanics 55 dollars a day, vending machine 60 dollars a day). On your own, you can drive from the hotel on the 2nd route for a dollar per person in 15-20 minutes to the center of Manavgat, back by 10m. On the 11th route you can get to Side.
As for the staff, we have never encountered rudeness or rudeness, here probably as you treat people, so do they treat you, the same can be said about the guests, among whom 40 percent are Poles, 50 percent are Russians, and 10 percent are Germans.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2022. Since the hotel calls itself “luxury”, there were many hopes for it. I would like to note that this was the first time in Turkey, there is nothing to compare it with yet.
Positive:
- There was no early check-in, but they immediately provided bracelets, breakfast, towels, you can safely wait for check-in, relaxing on sun beds and swimming in the pool.

All the staff, in principle, speaks basic Russian words, if you suddenly do not know English / Turkish, you can calmly express yourself and understand each other. Cons:
-There is no blanket in the room, there is something similar to a waffle blanket, which is enough for 1 person at most. In general, for 5 luxury stars, paying extra for a blanket seems very strange.
-Lack of variety in animation. On the first day, everything seems great, cool sets of music, aqua aerobics, water polo, contests, evening program. From the second day on, it feels like you're living Groundhog Day. According to the plan, there should be some kind of themed party every day for a week, in fact, for 7 days some were repeated 2 times, even the jokes of the presenter are the same. The disco playlist goes song to song every day. Having fun and dancing to it is no longer interesting and it is even slightly maddening. If you want to hang out with other music at 11 pm, please go to the club, which is paid separately and is strongly promoted by the animators
- The sea.
The sea is far away, 15 minutes on foot, in the heat of +35 it is quite noticeable, there are buses circulating quite often. The beach is equipped, there are enough sun beds, the entrance to the sea is quite sharp. For those who cannot swim, it is not the most comfortable place.
- It's a little dirty
When checking in, the room had a dirty bathroom, hand towels were forgotten, the garbage was not thrown out the other day after cleaning, forks with leftovers and wine glasses with streaks are very common in the restaurant.
In general, the impressions are mixed, does not justify 5 stars. If you go for beautiful photos, drink more and not delve into the music and the program is quite a normal option. If you want something more interesting, I would choose another place to relax.

The hotel was built in 2020. the rooms still smell of new furniture. The territory is not large, but also not as small as in the photo, we had enough with our heads, if you want to go for a walk, walk to the sea along a beautiful path with incredible aromas of pine needles and some flowers)))
The interior is stylish, fashionable, youthful, as many people write "Instagram hotel".
It is located on the outskirts of Side (15 minutes from the center by bus), 10-15 minutes on foot to the nearest shops (we did not go). On the territory
The hotel is 16+, without screaming children, but with screaming youth until the morning, after 00:00, Maxim, Miyagi and Morgen's songs were relevant. There were awesome slides on the territory, we rode there for hours😁
Animation - all kinds of contests during the day, aqua aerobics, music plays very loudly from 10 a.m. until the last fallen guest🤣in the evening, every day the parties are very decent, after the animation there are discos inside the hotel, after which you are taken to the coolest Side clubs.
Our Windows looked out to where the parties were held, when I wanted to sleep, it didn't bother me at all from the word (once I woke up at 5 a.m. from the song "Do you know?"🤣)
The food is very good (many types of meat and fish), delicious, seafood was every other day (shrimp, crayfish, mussels, squid), pasta with shrimp - every day. We never found Fresh orange juice in the morning.
On the territory of the hotel, granny baked delicious Gozleme tortillas (with cheese, potatoes and meat). Ice cream "Magnate" never ended - around the clock!
Alcohol is something on the rich list, For us it was the main point!! (Chivas, Jack, Red/Black label, Balantays, Captain Morgan, Miller beer and Turkish Ephesus), there was no "crazy Turkish swill"! Oh yes (before we went, we read that imported alcohol for a fee is a LIE), there was no other, the only cheapest was Bals!!!!
Cleaning - every day for four, towels were changed too, bed linen - I did not pay attention.
By the way, shower gels, how Zielinski smelled, it's generally a dump (if you're an amateur like me)
The only thing is a couple of disadvantages (not for us) :
2 coastline (7-10 minutes on foot, 2 minutes on the transfer), the transfer runs according to the schedule every 30 minutes (in fact every 10-15 minutes).
The entrance to the sea is not gentle, after 2-3 meters the pits begin and mostly the bottom is made of volcanic plates, at first I did not like it, on the second day I got used to it.
The Mir card worked, many people outside the hotel accept rubles😅
For us, the hotel is 10 out of 10, if there is an option to go here again, I will not hesitate to agree!

The second time with my wife in this hotel, I liked it more than the first time!!!
Good alcohol, wine, sparkling wine, and beer. There are no problems with cooking., tender dorado and sea bass, beef, trout, salmon, etc.

We really liked it, even if it was the second line, but you can walk (although there is also a transfer). The food is excellent- there is plenty to choose from. There are also simply cooked dishes, and there are complex options. It suited us perfectly. The rooms are very cozy, not killed. Beautiful grounds and design of the hotel. But the biggest plus is that there are no children. The hotel is 16+, that is, there are no conditions and animations for children, respectively, you can have a normal, full rest without screams and eternal screams. The beach is also not teeming with children, only hotel guests. Although it should have been kept in a cleaner form....As I understand it, the emphasis was on the hotel itself, so the beach was somewhat neglected. But the water is the purest, there are no options here! We're going to go there again next year, definitely!

I rarely write reviews very much, but I often use them myself, but I just couldn't help but write here, because reading them, and they are diverse, I disagree with a lot of things.
There are a lot of advantages in the hotel itself.
I have something to compare it with, I rested in a premium hotel like NG Phaselis bay, actually right in it and in a class like Lalila Blue in Marmaris.
So the Sorgun Akadia Hotel is something in between these two hotels, it is definitely not a super premium hotel, but also not an ordinary Turkish hotel.
Positive:
Imported whiskey alcohol-Chivas, Jack Daniels (and they did not write in the reviews that he was only in the lobby in the evening), he was on the beach / lobby all day, and all the other bars of the hotel.
Because of these reviews, we scored alcohol in duty free and now we don't know what to do with it)
The cocktails are very average.They're straight Turkish.
The food is varied, fish every day for lunch and dinner dorado/trout/haddock and very well cooked
There is a little less meat, but it is also there.
Fruits are regular,seasonal
There are a lot of green salads and generally a lot of fresh vegetables.

THIS HOTEL IS NOT A 5K LUXURY, BUT A 3K MAXIMUM
Hello everyone This is the first time I'm writing a review, because I've never been so disappointed in a hotel before!
Among the advantages: the 16+ hotel, good spa, good bottled beer (miller, becks, corona (I was once for 2 weeks of rest) and ephesus), ice cream by the pool, delicious food on the beach. The room was cleaned normally, the mini bar and care products were replenished every day. That's where the advantages ended.
Of the cons:
1) The room is not 32 sq. m. and when you enter it, you realize that everything is done carelessly and cheaply.
2) If you like to cover yourself with a blanket, then here you will suffer, instead of a blanket they have some kind of waffle towel under which two will be cramped.
3) Food... it's even hard to call it food, because we haven't seen such disgusting quality yet! The choice is small, almost always the same! The food is all absolutely cold, the fact that they are in pallets is so for visibility, the food is not heated. In two weeks, there were shrimps a couple of times (I never thought that you could spoil the product like that) that are impossible to eat, they are tasteless and frozen, and rolls (this is a separate laugh) with dill and bell pepper! I was amazed at the people who also stood in line for such "rolls".
4) Service. In this hotel, they do not know what Luxury is and how it should be in such hotels (we were in real Luxury that year and we have something to compare it with). There is a lot of dirt, tables are always covered in crumbs, appliances lie right on the tables (although Luxury appliances should be in individual packages), glasses and dishes in prints and unwashed food!
5) The beach. Yes, the entry into the sea is bad, you can beat your feet on the plates, but I knew about it in advance and bought a circle, I had no problems entering the sea. The food on the beach is delicious and hot! But the ice cream is no longer there, the refrigerator could not cope and it was removed.
In general, to summarize: this hotel is for those who come to drink until they lose their pulse and are looking for a one-night adventure, if you start drinking in the morning and nothing else matters to you except alcohol, then you will be satisfied (just such a contingent writes rave reviews).
Don't believe the beautiful Instagram picture, I believed it and was very disappointed!
Oh yes, I forgot to write about animation: animation is like everywhere else, everything repeats every week.

We had a rest in August of this year. If you want a luxury hotel, pay 300k for two. This hotel is a solid 4-ka. In general, everything is good for this price, the food is standard. It is better to buy Algol with you, cocktails leave much to be desired. I take off the star for the staff service. The receptionist is not as friendly as possible, she asked in plain text to thank $ for a large room, they did not consider it necessary since the hotel initially confirmed the occupancy of 3 people in the room. And we didn't care which room, we didn't come to sit in the room. The bartender is a girl in the lobby with a dissatisfied face forever, I want to bring a basin for her. The animation changed twice during our vacation (9 nights). Room cleaning is standard. The beach by the sea is still completely unfinished. Everything else is good, the pool is 24 hours - the only question is cleaning the pool, they left with an infection in their ears.
