This is not the first time I have been staying at this hotel.
And unfortunately I want to say:
The hotel service has deteriorated very much!!!
The room cleaning is disgusting, the sheets have not been changed more than once in a week, although they should change the bed linen every two days. Somehow, I really don't want to find out this question at the reception during my vacation.
There is nothing to say about replenishing shower accessories at all, they simply are not replenished.
Further down the room, plaster is falling on our heads, we lived on the 6th floor, this is unacceptable for a five-star hotel and no one is in a hurry to remove it from the floor.
The towels are all torn.
The air conditioner lives in its own mode, i.e. as the hotel sees it. You turn it on at night, at two in the morning you wake up from the stuffiness, turn it on again and at six in the morning the situation is the same. The hotel is clearly saving on electricity.
Everything is standard in terms of nutrition, we were not hungry, BUT the dishes that are in the main restaurant that are on the beach are not washed. Is it really a difficult task to wash the dishes!?
But the cherry on the cake this year is salt water in the shower on the beach and in the toilet!!! And at the same time there is also no pressure, is this even possible???
As for noise, yes, you will not sleep peacefully here, the hotel is a party, there is no noise insulation at all, so it's up to you to decide.
A lot of reviews have already been written on the sea, I will not repeat myself.
The pool is dirty, the filters don't work at all.
So decide whether you want to come here or not.
The hotel barely pulls in 3+ stars.
We're definitely not going any more.

Before the trip, we read reviews on Top Hotels and a lot of things coincided) The rooms are good (plumbing needs a little repair), the mini-bar is replenished every day, the restaurant is super (a large selection of dishes), choose any bars (imported alcohol only in the evening). To the beach 10 minutes on foot or every 25 minutes by bus. The service is good, but the cleaning is mediocre. Linen was changed, shampoo bottles were updated, but they did not learn how to vacuum ((( and if you eat to be entertained in the evening, forget it! Animation level "kindergarten" - from normal volleyball on the beach and water polo in the pool.

I have not yet met the five where the tablecloths are not changed after the previous guests. It is very untidy and unkempt. The toxic staff - the main animator is constantly dissatisfied with everything, does not hide his dislike for Russia and Russian guests.
Spa in the hotel - you have never seen such! They will do a massage, be rude to guests who will advise you to bargain, count your money for you! They know better that you don't need $30 slippers, but you need their massage! Extremely intrusive, aggressive towards guests who did not please them.
Shuttle to the sea: if you are expecting white golf cars, then I will disappoint you. There is a slot without windows and with mechanical opening of doors that simply do not close to the sea.
Extremely small territory, meager snack bars. If you are used to not going to lunch, but snacking in snacks, then this will not suit you. This is certainly not premium and not a luhari =) how they position themselves, especially on Instagram. This is a good 4*.
Positive:
- New hotel
- Good varied food
- The chefs and waiters are great! They are trying very hard.
- The reception quickly resolves issues if they appear
- Excellent sea (although this is not the merit of the hotel)
Alas, there are more disadvantages =((
- Dear hotel staff, please explain to your maids - if the guest has indicated "do not disturb" and the red light is on near the door, this means that you do NOT need to knock, much less open the door and enter yourself. You can't do that! There is no need to take the second card from the room if they saw it there (judging by the words of the girl at the reception - this happens very often).
- Numbers. The hotel positions that all rooms are the same. This is not the case, there are 20 nice rooms, large ones with a large balcony. On-site surcharge is 20 euros per day.
- Next, the cleaning itself in the room for 3-4, where it is visible - it was cleaned there. Towels may not be reported. But this is a small thing
- The main restaurant. It is large, there are enough places for everyone, sometimes the air conditioning and ventilation work very hard.
- Food. Everything is fine here. There is a lot of food, everything is delicious. It is quite diverse. BUT the dishes themselves... it's terrible.. Plates are poorly washed, forks and knives come across with particles of dried food = (You can't wash dishes like that and treat guests like that.
- Orange juice =) which they call Fresh for breakfast =) This is a mix - about 30/70, where 30% is the juice that is squeezed, and 70% is orange juice from a vending machine =) Their employees, of course, are given natural juice, I also asked for natural - catching a judgmental look and not understanding what I want - they made it for me. But the Fresh fruit itself, which stands in decanters, is a mix.
- The A la carte restaurant is a stuffy room where they give the same food, only with service. It is not worth visiting.
- Beach / pool towels are provided at the SPA, respectively, almost daily imposition of paid SPA services.
- Music is of course a complete tinny mix from the 90s with hits from previous years mixed with Turkish turnips =) Alternatively, just turn on the radio megapolis Moscow or Monte Carlo Spb in the afternoon, excellent, diverse music, at least during the day by the pool, rather than listening to the constant boom boom boom. After all, the quality of music is not determined by its volume! Alas, the louder the better. The playlist seems to be the same... and it plays every day… In general, if you play Russian music, you can at least see what was in the top now and a month ago, well, not the 90s and hits from 10 years ago.
- Animation. Well xs. Probably the taste and color. I'm not interested in that. I didn't pay any attention at all. In general, this is of course another business =) selling tickets to clubs.
- It is very strange that there is no bathrobe in the room. It seems that the hotel says that they are 5*
Also the air conditioner =) by the end of the vacation, I realized how it works. It works on time. At night, most of the time it works fine. Then at exactly 8 a.m. it turns off, you need to get up and turn it on again. Such outages come every day at the same time. Constantly. This was done to save money. But this is the first time I've encountered this.
I would call this hotel for companies that will start drinking at breakfast and finish drinking late at night when they are brought from the club… They will walk around the territory, yell, sing… It's definitely for them. For the rest, it's better to look for other options. Considering the rooms are not very well insulated, you will hear all this. After all, a large amount of alcohol is the best way to make people not see the problems around them =)

My advice: declare your funds at customs, or give a receipt to the hotel's safe, then the hotel is responsible. We are resting now with my husband. In principle, the hotel is not bad, the staff is trying hard. The food is delicious. Slotting music sounds very loudly by the pool, there is nothing to talk about, my head swells. But the biggest disadvantage is that it feels like one redneck is going to be here. They drink excessively , there are fights , even the police came . We haven't seen this anywhere else. There's booze everywhere, mate rewind.

We stayed at this hotel in mid-July 2021. I really liked the hotel, the animation, the food. No matter how many years you traveled to different hotels and in different countries, this was the only hotel where there was delicious food and in which you would not stay hungry. Imported alcohol, poured directly from bottles, cola, sprite, fanta (also from bottles) there is no badyaga as in many hotels.
The only disadvantage of this hotel is that 2 neighboring hotels are the same owner, and Sorgun has a lot of neighboring hotels, they are there around the clock and even eat there
The beach is a quiet 10 minutes walk away, and buses run every 15 minutes directly to the beach. There are very tasty tortillas, drinks on the beach, only ice cream is opened from 15/16
It's great that the hotel is 16+ and it is a youth hotel, if you are from 40/45, then honestly you have nothing to do in this hotel. The territory is beautiful, but a little small

If you want to relax without stress and queues, you definitely should visit this hotel. The respectful attitude of the staff to all guests, good rooms and daily cleaning (the maids are very friendly and smiling women), special thanks to the bartender "bar on the terrace", made delicious cocktails and lifted the mood. Delicious food, imported and local alcohol, expensive and varied ice cream. The hotel is a youth hotel, but my husband and I did not bother at all, (we are over 45) - shows, discos, foam party, COOL, funny animators. In general, we regretted that we took a ticket for 7 days, such an active holiday is not enough for us, by the way, because of this we did not get to the a la carte restaurant (the only minus), but it does not matter to us.

I didn't like the hotel. Everything is very dirty, it's better in the photo than in reality. Dinners are strictly until 20:00, you are late-eat nuggets and burgers, beer in the glass should be begged for, reluctantly poured. The animation is weak and monotonous. The rooms are nice. There is a farm nearby and in the evening the smell is appropriate. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the beach, there are plates in the water, there is nothing nearby. You can walk to the Old Town or drive to the Mall. The food is average.

One star - for food, the second - for alcohol. There is nothing to put more stars for. Great disappointment from unjustified expectations from the declared status of the hotel.
I do not recommend those who prefer to eat from clean dishes, drink those drinks (including non-alcoholic) that are in the map on the bar, use an ashtray when smoking.... Everything ends quickly in the bar, they don't know how to make cocktails (or don't want to), even the simplest and most popular. In a restaurant, as a rule, the first thing you look for is a fork, and if you're lucky, check if it's clean! Service - zero. The staff is unfriendly, the bartenders are rude, there is a feeling that you are superfluous here and in general, what ... you (tourists) have brought here.
There are so many disadvantages that it is impossible to describe everything.
In general, read all the negative reviews for previous seasons - for today, 18.10.2023 ABSOLUTELY nothing has changed!!! It sucks, it's a pity for the money.
Yes, if you think that we are complaining, this is not so, many tourists have heard the same thing more than once during this time and "not a luxury, but a sucker", we will not write a mat here. We are not picky, but the natural desire in a 5* hotel is to get what it should be, at least cleanliness, comfort and a friendly attitude. This is the first time we have such an unsuccessful hotel.
There are four of us here - 2 couples, however, SUCH a "youth" hotel did not "come in" to us. My friends' review is even worse.
Perhaps good reviews can be from single women and young girls.

The hotel is on fire! I really liked it! The distance to the sea does not bother with the word at all! Food and alcohol are on the level around the clock! There is nothing wrong! The staff is 5+ . We were settled in two couples at 5:00 and the rooms next to each other (neighboring) did not impose an additional payment, no one asked for a penny at the bar and throughout the hotel, they gave it from the bottom of their hearts and gratitude was not long in coming! In the evening, the program asked for two chairs from the bartender, 3 staff members brought two chairs from different sides at once, it was very pleasant! The pool is around the clock, not a single complaint if you jumped there, food and fruits were taken out to the pool, no one said a word! They drank beer with salted fish and brought us wet wipes! They cleaned up everything for us instantly! If there is a coke, then it is so inconspicuous that it is really a trifle! There is no hotel where only +! The show is a thrill in the evening! DJs just pick up the recumbents! Everyone is dancing! You forget for everything! The Internet is free, fast throughout the hotel and even on the beach!!! Just a thrill! I advise everyone!

Fish is always overcooked dry, like chicken, beef, as the sole is impossible to chew.
And there is one plus I lost weight, because there was nothing for me to eat except fruits and vegetables.
The staff is toxic, not friendly in this hotel.

In vacation, 80% of success is good company, and I had a great one)
Therefore, the mood was initially good and when the expectations about the hotel were fulfilled, there were just some positive impressions. The hotel is NEW, the rooms are clean and spacious, all with balconies, everything works, there is no rust, the furniture is new, the walls and floors are clean. We cleaned every day (the main thing is to turn on the corresponding indicator on the panel), all issues were resolved very quickly, the mini bar and bubbles in the bathroom were replenished with each cleaning or on a call. Slippers, bathrobes, hair dryer, a full set of all accessories as it should be in the top five.
The territory is not very large, but there are many locations. Two outdoor pools + one in the spa area.
Gazebos, lawn, sun loungers - there is a place to sunbathe. Several slides in the water park - we rolled).
A large main restaurant, clean, tidy, the assortment is replenished during. Fish, meat, everything was daily. Amazing sweets. Delicious homemade yoghurts, plenty of fruits.
Alcohol is generally good, but they don't know how to make cocktails, only Margaritas and blue Hawaii are adequate. Pure alcohol is normal.
The store is located on the territory with quite adequate prices.
We didn't see much of the program, because we walked a lot, and in the evenings there were standard events and a disco. The music during the day was great, the mood was gorgeous, it was impossible to resist dancing by the pool with a cocktail).
In the evenings we went to a disco in Side to the Liman and Karma clubs, I highly recommend it. We collected flowers and compliments, and nicknames of problems or unpleasant situations.
We had a rest with a group of three girls. No security problems, no one bothered, we felt great both in the hotel and in the clubs, the escorts are always there. And in general, it was comfortable and fun everywhere.
Of the cons, perhaps someone will say that it would be possible to have more variety in food, but, citizens, I think then the price tag would be different.
Among the advantages are responsive staff, customer orientation, no children, cleanliness, a swimming pool with a transparent wall. By the way, the beach with small pebbles is very comfortable. There is a transfer to it or a 10-minute stomp, it's not stressful at all and you can shake your sides after everything is included. We went to Side by bus 2, it takes 25 minutes to get to Nova mall, and 20 minutes to get back by bus 10.
The hotel limits the accommodation of available men. They are allowed very selectively, but now it is the case in many fives in Turkey.
I liked the rest, I recommend it. We had a rest from May 7 to May 12, the weather was fine.

A gorgeous hotel. We had a rest in the middle of May. The weather was pleasant, it was not very hot. The hotel was half-occupied, the concept of the hotel is 16+, every day there are parties, fireworks, fun programs. The food is at the highest level, mussels, shrimp, pasta of various types, sea fish every day. The snack bar is open until 2 a.m. So we didn't stay hungry. Ice cream at the Magnate hotels, the most delicious thing we tried. In Russia, it costs 200 rubles. and there you can eat it as much as you want. Awesome cocktails. The hotel is new, the furniture is stylish, the room has a large TV, a mini bar with all drinks, a free safe. Everything was at the highest level. We didn't want to leave, we think we'll be back.

😃. The hotel is chic, the rooms are clean, cleaned every day, shampoo, balm, shower gel, body cream, disposable machines, shaving foam, toothpaste and brush, cotton pads and sticks are all there. The hotel is new and clean. We were greeted with champagne. They settled in quickly. The room is clean, safe, bathrobes, towels in sufficient quantity and changed every day. Gels, shampoos, lotions, toothpaste, shaving supplies, thread and needles, everything is there. The bar was replenished daily. The food is varied, always fish, meat, a couple of times there were crayfish. Alcohol is delicious, only in the hotel itself. The territory is small, but cozy. There was animation a couple of times, they gave us a game of table tennis and darts. I recommend the hotel to those who just want to relax without stress and fuss. The beach is the second line, we walked. The food on the beach is varied. You can take a minibus to Side. 10-15 minutes.

We had a rest not long ago in this hotel. It just cannot be expressed in words how much we liked everything, the food was very tasty, there was a lot of seafood, they even prepare food for dietary nutrition. The pools are cool, the animators are top notch. We did exercises and yoga every morning. In general, we recommend this hotel for a holiday, you will not regret it! We will definitely go back there for a vacation next year.

The hotel is for adults. No, rather a hotel for 25-30. No children, few grandmothers. Discos until the morning, foam parties and a swimming pool where you can swim around the clock. It's short.
The room is nice, large (we had a ground floor - a nice terrace). Everything is new and comfortable enough. Large bed (200*200). A large TV. A good shower. Quiet refrigerator/minibar. Free safe. The air conditioning is good, quiet.
The noise insulation is average - but you need to understand that there is a disco and companies walking on the street until the morning. Therefore, if this is important to you, there are quieter numbers (on the field), but this will not save you and there will be discos.
They clean well, every day. Clear. Linen is changed often, the bar is replenished, shampoos and gels - as much as you want. Leaving the dollar/euro is getting even better.
Meal. There is food all day, it is all edible, but there is a but. But the fact is that the food is extremely diverse. If you come for 3-5 days, you will survive if the stay time is longer - you will definitely get bored. Breakfast - scrambled eggs, yogurt, omelette. Lunch - soups, pasta, fish. Dinner - shrimp, crayfish, pasta, potatoes.
There are ala-kart restaurants, but we did not go - they said that the food there is exactly the same as in the dining room.

On the beach and by the pool - pizza, burgers, potatoes.
Tasty, edible, but the choice is not rich and very constant.
Alcohol - standard beer, cocktails, tasteless wine. As usual, everyone is suspiciously low-alcohol. You drink and everything goes into the void. Walking, gurgling, it's no use. Bring a bottle of duty free (or two) with you
Beach. The beach is nice, great sand. There are enough sun beds. They clean well enough. The entrance to the water is good, a small pebble. Then a large stove begins - but this does not interfere with swimming in any way. The sea is very warm in September. Parachutes, jet skis, cheesecakes are offered on the beach …
The beach is a bit far (15 min walk), but there is a bus (5 minutes). Quite often and exactly on schedule.
Pools. Who is too lazy to walk - the hotel has swimming pools, with sun beds, a Jacuzzi, a transparent wall. In general, everything is fine.
Beach towels are free, in the spa area. Since the hotel is 16+, the territory is small, only the hotel building and the pools.
Animation and entertainment. It looks like food - it's fine for 3-5 days. Then - sameness. Exercise, volleyball, water aerobics, foam party, disco, Mrs. Hotel … It's fun, it's just fun.
Bus to the city there is a bus right from the entrance to the hotel. The 11th goes to the old town, the 10th to the shops, both of them go back to the 2nd room. The driver knows the name of the hotels. Accepts dollars and euros at the driver's rate. And so 14 lire. The bus runs very often.
ATMs, shops - ATMs at the nearest turn. A large shopping mall by bus. Don't forget to bargain! everywhere! At the pharmacy, at the market, in clothing stores, it is strictly mandatory!
Bottom line - the main thing about a vacation is positive, and the rest will be great.

The hotel positions itself as a Luxury. To be honest, with all its advantages, it does not reach the suite, but for its price the hotel is very good.
He has 1 huge minus! READ carefully if you don't want to spoil your vacation:
Sooooo loud music from 10 am to 12 am!!!! Music can be heard in all rooms. Therefore, if you are used to going to bed early, then this hotel is not for you. If you want silence, then this is not here.
I also do not recommend this hotel for older tourists. This is a youth hangout hotel. The older generation will feel comfortable among this bacchanalia.
And now about the advantages:

A completely new format of hotel service. There are no check-in counters and no waiting for check-in.

Your beach is 500 m away (10 min walk along a beautiful alley), who is too lazy to go, that is, a shuttle to the beach and back (every 20 minutes). The shuttle is an old wrecked bus that doesn't even have all the windows in place. There is a bar on the beach, a special feature is a colorful Turkish woman who cooks national flatbreads - gyuzleme.
I liked the animation. The morning warm-up and the afternoon belly dance were enough for me. But what I didn't like was that there is no program like in other hotels. All the time I had to ask the animators what and what time it would be. Sometimes in the morning they didn't know what would happen in the evening. It's not very convenient. I also didn't like that the animators wear ordinary clothes and they don't have uniforms and you don't know if the Turk is just hitting on you or the animator is inviting you to the program.
