About the hotel:
1. Clean normally.
2. The food is normal. Not top!, but not bullshit either. Annoying. You will definitely not stay hungry. Sometimes they give rubber shrimp. IMPORTANT: there is no beer on tap at the pool bar! There is no bar at the reception! Only in the snack bar and in the beach bar. Not anywhere else. Only bottled. Bottled beer Efes and Backs. Both are not quite of high quality. 5 degrees. If you want cocktails, they will NOT be filled with high-quality alcohol - only local. I didn't drink pure alcohol.
3. The rooms are normal. The bathroom is not leaking.

1. There is nothing nearby! If you want to walk, then 20 minutes on foot to the shabby shops with swimming trunks and scarves. If you want to go to Manavgat or side, take a minibus (stops at the hotel) or take a taxi. The cost of a minibus is 1 dollar or 25 lira per person.
2. The road to the beach.
A tired bus after a safari in Ethiopia will take you to the sea in 5 minutes. It's dusty on the road. All in the face. So-so..
3. The beach bar is tired. Fed. Pour. There is no champagne on the beach.

The hotel is on fire! I really liked it! The distance to the sea does not bother with the word at all! Food and alcohol are on the level around the clock! There is nothing wrong! The staff is 5+ . We were settled in two couples at 5:00 and the rooms next to each other (neighboring) did not impose an additional payment, no one asked for a penny at the bar and throughout the hotel, they gave it from the bottom of their hearts and gratitude was not long in coming! In the evening, the program asked for two chairs from the bartender, 3 staff members brought two chairs from different sides at once, it was very pleasant! The pool is around the clock, not a single complaint if you jumped there, food and fruits were taken out to the pool, no one said a word! They drank beer with salted fish and brought us wet wipes! They cleaned up everything for us instantly! If there is a coke, then it is so inconspicuous that it is really a trifle! There is no hotel where only +! The show is a thrill in the evening! The hotel was half-occupied, the concept of the hotel is 16+, every day there are parties, fireworks, fun programs. The food is at the highest level, mussels, shrimp, pasta of various types, sea fish every day. The snack bar is open until 2 a.m. So we didn't stay hungry. Ice cream at the Magnate hotels, the most delicious thing we tried. In Russia, it costs 200 rubles. and there you can eat it as much as you want. Awesome cocktails. The hotel is new, the furniture is stylish, the room has a large TV, a mini bar with all drinks, a free safe. Everything was at the highest level. We didn't want to leave, we think we'll be back.

It feels like I'm somewhere in suzemki on the border with Ukraine and then I think it's more fun there, there are no promised seafood, they took out a plate once, disassembled it and didn't even replace it with a new one, the bartenders where free alcohol is always hiding have to wait or call them, the food is like in an ordinary Moscow dining room in 2000, the room was cleaned they brought a present of fruits and they are all not ripe and sour , the whole posharpony transport goes to the sea , the animation is full of clowning , a clown came out for 100 bucks , yes it was interesting but 15 minutes for animation is funny !!! Bath hamam which is free, they don't even heat it up, you just sit in a cold room, bartenders with a dissatisfied face from working seven days a week, content 45+, a complete disgrace, how these Turks are not far from the mind deceive us Russians! Therefore, the mood was initially good and when the expectations about the hotel were fulfilled, there were just some positive impressions. The hotel is NEW, the rooms are clean and spacious, all with balconies, everything works, there is no rust, the furniture is new, the walls and floors are clean. We cleaned every day (the main thing is to turn on the corresponding indicator on the panel), all issues were resolved very quickly, the mini bar and bubbles in the bathroom were replenished with each cleaning or on a call. Slippers, bathrobes, hair dryer, a full set of all accessories as it should be in the top five.
The territory is not very large, but there are many locations. Two outdoor pools + one in the spa area.
Gazebos, lawn, sun loungers - there is a place to sunbathe. Several slides in the water park - we rolled).
A large main restaurant, clean, tidy, the assortment is replenished during. Fish, meat, everything was daily. Amazing sweets. Delicious homemade yoghurts, plenty of fruits.
Alcohol is generally good, but they don't know how to make cocktails, only Margaritas and blue Hawaii are adequate. Pure alcohol is normal.
The store is located on the territory with quite adequate prices.
We didn't see much of the program, because we walked a lot, and in the evenings there were standard events and a disco. The music during the day was great, the mood was gorgeous, it was impossible to resist dancing by the pool with a cocktail).
In the evenings we went to a disco in Side to the Liman and Karma clubs, I highly recommend it. We collected flowers and compliments, and nicknames of problems or unpleasant situations.
We had a rest with a group of three girls. No security problems, no one bothered, we felt great both in the hotel and in the clubs, the escorts are always there. And in general, it was comfortable and fun everywhere.
Of the cons, perhaps someone will say that it would be possible to have more variety in food, but, citizens, I think then the price tag would be different.
Among the advantages are responsive staff, customer orientation, no children, cleanliness, a swimming pool with a transparent wall. By the way, the beach with small pebbles is very comfortable. There is a transfer to it or a 10-minute stomp, it's not stressful at all and you can shake your sides after everything is included. We went to Side by bus 2, it takes 25 minutes to get to Nova mall, and 20 minutes to get back by bus 10.
The hotel limits the accommodation of available men. They are allowed very selectively, but now it is the case in many fives in Turkey.
I liked the rest, I recommend it. We had a rest from May 7 to May 12, the weather was fine.

The hotel itself is relatively new, but it can be seen that it already needs repairs, in our room the wall behind which there was a shower was completely cracked, and the baseboard at the bottom was wet. But, it didn't spoil our vacation, we only slept in the room, no more. Cleaned every other day, the floors were not washed more than once. If you take a room with a view of the pool, be ready for an evening disco, which means it will be quite noisy. There are several slides on the territory, they are turned on 2 times a day.
I upset the pool, although it looked amazing in the photos, unfortunately the pool was not very clean, but this is the fault of visitors who trash, spit, etc., and the staff cleans the pool only in the evening. There is a lot of food, there is enough for everyone, there were a lot of delicious things during the week: shrimp, several types of fish, lamb, veal, mussels, ordinary food is also enough. Of the minuses, there is a queue for drinks, that in the morning for coffee, that at lunch and dinner for soft drinks.

I really liked the hotel. Everything is great! Compact,clean,cute,with great clean,new rooms,good service,food,animation. Cleaning is daily, with replenishment of the mini-bar,shampoos, gels,change of towels, the pool is warm, there are a lot of sun beds, the staff is nimble. You can walk to the beach (15 minutes), or take the bus (runs according to the schedule) for 3 minutes. Since you need to go to the sea, there are few people on the beach, no more than 10 people are floundering in the sea. You can have a snack on the beach at lunchtime if you are too lazy to go to the hotel for lunch. Mostly people hang out by the pools. There is a small water park on the territory of the hotel, if desired, you can go to a larger water park (AquaJoyManavgat) cost 320 lira per person, we liked it very much. We rented a car, but not from a tour operator (they offer for $ 75 a day), but drove to Manavgat and took it for 3 days for $ 110. They give you a car with an empty tank. As for noise, yes, you will not sleep peacefully here, the hotel is a party, there is no noise insulation at all, so it's up to you to decide.

Nice hotel! I had a vacation in June 2022. Gorgeous animation (both in the afternoon and in the evening). Nice spa. The hotel has been completely renovated. The staff is pleasant, helpful, everyone tried to help. The room is big enough. There are no comments on cleaning the common areas of the hotel and the room. The beach is 3 minutes away by hotel bus.

There is one girl at the reception who speaks Russian, the rest do not understand well. The room looks good and beautiful, but if you look closely everywhere you can see dust, stains in the closet, on the shelves, on the floors, they immediately asked to wash, but we were informed that they are not washed. 🤷♀️ There is no kettle in the rooms, I have to ask, they brought it from the 2nd time, and then the first kettle was broken, they asked to change it. The shower is dark as usual, so that dirt and mold are not visible. Lots of shampoos, gels, cotton pads, good towels, new, soft. The light bulbs on the ceiling hang "on a kind word." The bed is not bad, the pillows are uncomfortable for me, the cheapest, the linen is also cheap, not very pleasant to the body. The food looks beautiful, varied, but it doesn't taste very good, turkey meat, pork, does not differ at all.There are enough fruits for lunch, watermelons, peaches, pineapples, melons. For breakfast, there are many identical rolls, there are eggs, omelets, well, as usual, freshly squeezed orange juice is one of the advantages, but it ends quickly enough, you need to come early.
