To be honest, this hotel has caused both negative and positive emotions. A rather unpleasant situation happened to us, we rested at this hotel since October 21st, everything was fine for the first few days. Then vacationers began to come to us with the questions "have you decided when you will leave?" "which hotel did you choose?". We did not fully understand the whole situation, but finding out later, it turned out that this hotel closes on the 27th for the season. Neither the hotel nor the tour operator warned about this.!!That is, it does not matter at all what you have paid for, even before the 31st. 27th, you pack your things - go outside and find out just from vacationers. To put it mildly, we were shocked, because the hotel was paid for and then on. Let's go to the reception - the employee shrugged and said it was true. As compensation, we are moving you to the nearby Port River Hotel from their network.(which is much cheaper and generally a different concept). Well, in principle, we had no choice but to move to that hotel on the 26th, no one returned the money to us. They also ordered me to write a piece of paper at the reception that you have no complaints!! We were provided with a car and were silently accepted at that hotel. According to rumors, this situation was the fault of the hotel, or rather the owner, because on the 28th they have some kind of holiday and are obliged to pay triple salaries to employees - so they closed it.
That hotel was dirty and noisy, but that's not about this hotel anymore.
Also the cons:
Bad entry into the sea - stone slabs. But no one bit, as there were stories in the neighboring hotels.
There is no indoor pool, it was without water!
There is no heating in any pool.
There is no pastry shop.
The a la carte restaurant is so terrible that the girl who writes there at the reception told us not to even think about going there.
I didn't see any animation at all, apparently due to the end of the season.. There was some kind of disco on the first day, but we were after the plane and didn't go. And then there was nothing
There were only slippers, bathrobes, and so on.
PROS:
Imported alcohol of good quality. ( If you are told that a particular drink has run out, come up in 5 minutes and you will be given )
Good Internet throughout the territory
Clean and new rooms (take a mountain view - you will not be disappointed)
A large selection of food. (I won't talk about delicious- not tasty, since everyone's tastes are different) Fruits, fish (there were even shrimps and crabs), meat (different)..
Since the hotel is relatively far from other hotels, there is no outside noise, unless there is a disco)
High-quality and delicious ice cream in a large assortment at the pool bar.
A well-maintained, clean beach.
The baths are well maintained, though small.

The situation in the review is for September 2023.
The hotel is an honest 4 stars. If you have a maximum of 5-7 days of vacation in stock and you want beautiful photos, while you are not demanding of service, cleanliness, silence and food, then take it safely, otherwise look at another option.
And now in detail:
The territory of the hotel is small, but it is designed quite competently, everything is convenient and tasteful, there are several zones where you can take beautiful photos, there are several types of water slides, from calm to extreme, there are almost no queues for slides, sometimes you had to wait for a rubber circle for 5 minutes maximum. The slides worked from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00. There is not much dirt on the territory, but there are also fragments of glass, once they even injured their leg, it is better to walk in flip-flops.
The rooms are spacious, with a balcony, there is a refillable minibar with soda and beer, replenished daily, for a couple of days they did not report either beer or Cola. The air conditioner worked stably, soap and soap accessories with a razor are provided, towels are changed every day, linen every few days. Cleaning the room every day, mostly on the spot, a rag was walked around the center of the room, the garbage was taken away and the norms. The sound insulation in the rooms is poor, with the windows closed, you can hear the conversations of neighbors in the rooms and music on the territory. In rooms with windows facing the mountains, you can hear much less music (for $ 20 at the reception, the guys are quite accommodating).
The main restaurant was open 7-10 for breakfast, 12-14 for lunch, 19-21 for dinner. The food is of high quality, almost everything has been tried, there have never been any digestive problems. The assortment is always the same: there are several types of pasta, potatoes in several variations, chicken, fish and beef, as well as vegetable salads in different variations, but for dinner each time there were additional chips: shrimp, or burritos (shawarma with minced meat) or fried rings of squid in breadcrumbs, that's all. There are a lot of desserts visually, but in fact they are always 3-4 types: fatty Turkish sweets and different variations of cakes on the same biscuit base.
In between the main restaurant, there is a snack bar with burgers, French fries, deep-fried onion rings and pizza. That's all about food.
Alcohol in its pure form is of high quality, local bartenders do not know how to make cocktails, but they try, they fulfilled the wishes for composition and proportions every time without problems.
The hotel has its own piece of beach with sun beds and a bar, a 10-minute walk along an unsettled road, from 8.30 to 18.30 there is a shuttle service every 15-20 minutes. The transfer is a minibus without windows, someone was annoyed by the dust and dirt inside, but in general it was not critical, everyone used it actively. The beach bar has mostly the same drinks, plus an assortment of on-site snack bars: burgers, fries and onion rings.
On the beach, before 10 and after 14, you could always pick up a couple of free sunbeds. The entry into the sea is normal, there are not very smooth stone slabs at the bottom, barefoot without problems if sober.
The animation at the hotel consists of a couple of types of water gymnastics in the pool, darts and water polo according to the schedule. In the evening there are 4-5 kinds of shows, every day is different, the first time it is interesting, then it is dreary.
The music on the territory is loud, the repertoire is 80% Russian, plays until 12 at night, after which the party moved to the club on the 2nd floor until 2 at night.
From the hotel, you can walk in 5 minutes to a shop a la Pyaterochka or Perekrestok, where there are groceries and beachwear. If you walk for 15 minutes, you can walk to the shopping street, where the assortment is much wider, there are ATMs of the main banks and car rental (mechanics 55 dollars a day, vending machine 60 dollars a day). On your own, you can drive from the hotel on the 2nd route for a dollar per person in 15-20 minutes to the center of Manavgat, back by 10m. On the 11th route you can get to Side.
As for the staff, we have never encountered rudeness or rudeness, here probably as you treat people, so do they treat you, the same can be said about the guests, among whom 40 percent are Poles, 50 percent are Russians, and 10 percent are Germans.
A minus star in the rating for cleanliness in the rooms and on the territory, as well as for monotonous food and desserts.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2022. Since the hotel calls itself “luxury”, there were many hopes for it. I would like to note that this was the first time in Turkey, there is nothing to compare it with yet.
Positive:
- There was no early check-in, but they immediately provided bracelets, breakfast, towels, you can safely wait for check-in, relaxing on sun beds and swimming in the pool.
- The staff.
All the staff, in principle, speaks basic Russian words, if you suddenly do not know English / Turkish, you can calmly express yourself and understand each other. Smiling, sensitive bartenders and waiters, always did everything quickly, brought drinks, lifted the mood, did not beg for excessive tips
-Interior
The hotel is fresh, the rooms are comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, there was cleaning every day (very mediocre), towels were changed, the refrigerator was replenished. The hotel has many beautiful pools, instagrammed places, in general, everything is as promised in the photos
- Hookah
Hookahs are paid 15-20 euros, but they are really very tasty and well scored.
-Nutrition
The dishes are varied, every day there are several types of fish, seafood, chicken, meat, fruits. Fried / steamed / grilled, generally for every taste and color. Most of the time everything is quite tasty, but a couple of times there was unpleasant-smelling fish and shrimp.
- Drinks
The choice in the bar is varied, there are various cocktails on the beach / in the lobby / snack bar, bottles are opened right in front of you, it makes no sense to say that something is diluted.
Cons:
-There is no blanket in the room, there is something similar to a waffle blanket, which is enough for 1 person at most. In general, for 5 luxury stars, paying extra for a blanket seems very strange.
-Lack of variety in animation. On the first day, everything seems great, cool sets of music, aqua aerobics, water polo, contests, evening program. From the second day on, it feels like you're living Groundhog Day. According to the plan, there should be some kind of themed party every day for a week, in fact, for 7 days some were repeated 2 times, even the jokes of the presenter are the same. The disco playlist goes song to song every day. Having fun and dancing to it is no longer interesting and it is even slightly maddening. If you want to hang out with other music at 11 pm, please go to the club, which is paid separately and is strongly promoted by the animators
- The sea.
The sea is far away, 15 minutes on foot, in the heat of +35 it is quite noticeable, there are buses circulating quite often. The beach is equipped, there are enough sun beds, the entrance to the sea is quite sharp. For those who cannot swim, it is not the most comfortable place.
- It's a little dirty
When checking in, the room had a dirty bathroom, hand towels were forgotten, the garbage was not thrown out the other day after cleaning, forks with leftovers and wine glasses with streaks are very common in the restaurant.
In general, the impressions are mixed, does not justify 5 stars. If you go for beautiful photos, drink more and not delve into the music and the program is quite a normal option. If you want something more interesting, I would choose another place to relax.

We really liked it, even if it was the second line, but you can walk (although there is also a transfer). The food is excellent- there is plenty to choose from. There are also simply cooked dishes, and there are complex options. It suited us perfectly. The rooms are very cozy, not killed. Beautiful grounds and design of the hotel. But the biggest plus is that there are no children. The hotel is 16+, that is, there are no conditions and animations for children, respectively, you can have a normal, full rest without screams and eternal screams. The beach is also not teeming with children, only hotel guests. Although it should have been kept in a cleaner form....As I understand it, the emphasis was on the hotel itself, so the beach was somewhat neglected. But the water is the purest, there are no options here! We're going to go there again next year, definitely!

Well, let's get started:
The hotel was built in 2020. the rooms still smell of new furniture. The territory is not large, but also not as small as in the photo, we had enough with our heads, if you want to go for a walk, walk to the sea along a beautiful path with incredible aromas of pine needles and some flowers)))
The interior is stylish, fashionable, youthful, as many people write "Instagram hotel".
It is located on the outskirts of Side (15 minutes from the center by bus), 10-15 minutes on foot to the nearest shops (we did not go). On the territory
The hotel is 16+, without screaming children, but with screaming youth until the morning, after 00:00, Maxim, Miyagi and Morgen's songs were relevant. There were awesome slides on the territory, we rode there for hours😁
Animation - all kinds of contests during the day, aqua aerobics, music plays very loudly from 10 a.m. until the last fallen guest🤣in the evening, every day the parties are very decent, after the animation there are discos inside the hotel, after which you are taken to the coolest Side clubs.
Our Windows looked out to where the parties were held, when I wanted to sleep, it didn't bother me at all from the word (once I woke up at 5 a.m. from the song "Do you know?"🤣)
The food is very good (many types of meat and fish), delicious, seafood was every other day (shrimp, crayfish, mussels, squid), pasta with shrimp - every day. We never found Fresh orange juice in the morning.
On the territory of the hotel, granny baked delicious Gozleme tortillas (with cheese, potatoes and meat). Ice cream "Magnate" never ended - around the clock!
Alcohol is something on the rich list, For us it was the main point!! (Chivas, Jack, Red/Black label, Balantays, Captain Morgan, Miller beer and Turkish Ephesus), there was no "crazy Turkish swill"! Oh yes (before we went, we read that imported alcohol for a fee is a LIE), there was no other, the only cheapest was Bals!!!!
Cleaning - every day for four, towels were changed too, bed linen - I did not pay attention.
By the way, shower gels, how Zielinski smelled, it's generally a dump (if you're an amateur like me)
The only thing is a couple of disadvantages (not for us) :
2 coastline (7-10 minutes on foot, 2 minutes on the transfer), the transfer runs according to the schedule every 30 minutes (in fact every 10-15 minutes).
The entrance to the sea is not gentle, after 2-3 meters the pits begin and mostly the bottom is made of volcanic plates, at first I did not like it, on the second day I got used to it.
The Mir card worked, many people outside the hotel accept rubles😅
For us, the hotel is 10 out of 10, if there is an option to go here again, I will not hesitate to agree!

Good alcohol, wine, sparkling wine, and beer. There are no problems with cooking., tender dorado and sea bass, beef, trout, salmon, etc.

We had a rest in August of this year. If you want a luxury hotel, pay 300k for two. This hotel is a solid 4-ka. In general, everything is good for this price, the food is standard. It is better to buy Algol with you, cocktails leave much to be desired. I take off the star for the staff service. The receptionist is not as friendly as possible, she asked in plain text to thank $ for a large room, they did not consider it necessary since the hotel initially confirmed the occupancy of 3 people in the room. And we didn't care which room, we didn't come to sit in the room. The bartender is a girl in the lobby with a dissatisfied face forever, I want to bring a basin for her. The animation changed twice during our vacation (9 nights). Room cleaning is standard. The beach by the sea is still completely unfinished. Everything else is good, the pool is 24 hours - the only question is cleaning the pool, they left with an infection in their ears.

THIS HOTEL IS NOT A 5K LUXURY, BUT A 3K MAXIMUM
Hello everyone This is the first time I'm writing a review, because I've never been so disappointed in a hotel before!
Among the advantages: the 16+ hotel, good spa, good bottled beer (miller, becks, corona (I was once for 2 weeks of rest) and ephesus), ice cream by the pool, delicious food on the beach. The room was cleaned normally, the mini bar and care products were replenished every day. That's where the advantages ended.
Of the cons:
1) The room is not 32 sq. m. and when you enter it, you realize that everything is done carelessly and cheaply.
2) If you like to cover yourself with a blanket, then here you will suffer, instead of a blanket they have some kind of waffle towel under which two will be cramped.
3) Food... it's even hard to call it food, because we haven't seen such disgusting quality yet! The choice is small, almost always the same! The food is all absolutely cold, the fact that they are in pallets is so for visibility, the food is not heated. In two weeks, there were shrimps a couple of times (I never thought that you could spoil the product like that) that are impossible to eat, they are tasteless and frozen, and rolls (this is a separate laugh) with dill and bell pepper! I was amazed at the people who also stood in line for such "rolls".
4) Service. In this hotel, they do not know what Luxury is and how it should be in such hotels (we were in real Luxury that year and we have something to compare it with). There is a lot of dirt, tables are always covered in crumbs, appliances lie right on the tables (although Luxury appliances should be in individual packages), glasses and dishes in prints and unwashed food!
5) The beach. Yes, the entry into the sea is bad, you can beat your feet on the plates, but I knew about it in advance and bought a circle, I had no problems entering the sea. The food on the beach is delicious and hot! But the ice cream is no longer there, the refrigerator could not cope and it was removed.
In general, to summarize: this hotel is for those who come to drink until they lose their pulse and are looking for a one-night adventure, if you start drinking in the morning and nothing else matters to you except alcohol, then you will be satisfied (just such a contingent writes rave reviews).
Don't believe the beautiful Instagram picture, I believed it and was very disappointed!
Oh yes, I forgot to write about animation: animation is like everywhere else, everything repeats every week.

In general, everything is great! Before the trip, we read reviews on Top Hotels and a lot of things coincided) The rooms are good (plumbing needs a little repair), the mini-bar is replenished every day, the restaurant is super (a large selection of dishes), choose any bars (imported alcohol only in the evening). To the beach 10 minutes on foot or every 25 minutes by bus. The service is good, but the cleaning is mediocre. Linen was changed, shampoo bottles were updated, but they did not learn how to vacuum ((( and if you eat to be entertained in the evening, forget it! Animation level "kindergarten" - from normal volleyball on the beach and water polo in the pool.

This is not a 5-star hotel, but a maximum of 3, I highly recommend it for a vacation, unless you plan to be intoxicated 24/7 (I never wrote reviews, but staying in this place was so terrible that I don't want anyone to spoil their entire vacation as well)

This is certainly not premium and not a luhari =) how they position themselves, especially on Instagram. This is a good 4*.
Positive:
- New hotel
- Good varied food
- The chefs and waiters are great! They are trying very hard.
- The reception quickly resolves issues if they appear
- Excellent sea (although this is not the merit of the hotel)
Alas, there are more disadvantages =((
- Dear hotel staff, please explain to your maids - if the guest has indicated "do not disturb" and the red light is on near the door, this means that you do NOT need to knock, much less open the door and enter yourself. You can't do that! There is no need to take the second card from the room if they saw it there (judging by the words of the girl at the reception - this happens very often).
- Numbers. The hotel positions that all rooms are the same. This is not the case, there are 20 nice rooms, large ones with a large balcony. On-site surcharge is 20 euros per day.
- Next, the cleaning itself in the room for 3-4, where it is visible - it was cleaned there. Towels may not be reported. But this is a small thing
- The main restaurant. It is large, there are enough places for everyone, sometimes the air conditioning and ventilation work very hard.
- Food. Everything is fine here. There is a lot of food, everything is delicious. It is quite diverse. BUT the dishes themselves... it's terrible.. Plates are poorly washed, forks and knives come across with particles of dried food = (You can't wash dishes like that and treat guests like that.
- Orange juice =) which they call Fresh for breakfast =) This is a mix - about 30/70, where 30% is the juice that is squeezed, and 70% is orange juice from a vending machine =) Their employees, of course, are given natural juice, I also asked for natural - catching a judgmental look and not understanding what I want - they made it for me. But the Fresh fruit itself, which stands in decanters, is a mix.
- The A la carte restaurant is a stuffy room where they give the same food, only with service. It is not worth visiting.
- Beach / pool towels are provided at the SPA, respectively, almost daily imposition of paid SPA services.
- Music is of course a complete tinny mix from the 90s with hits from previous years mixed with Turkish turnips =) Alternatively, just turn on the radio megapolis Moscow or Monte Carlo Spb in the afternoon, excellent, diverse music, at least during the day by the pool, rather than listening to the constant boom boom boom. After all, the quality of music is not determined by its volume! Alas, the louder the better. The playlist seems to be the same... and it plays every day… In general, if you play Russian music, you can at least see what was in the top now and a month ago, well, not the 90s and hits from 10 years ago.
- Animation. Well xs. Probably the taste and color. I'm not interested in that. I didn't pay any attention at all. In general, this is of course another business =) selling tickets to clubs.
- It is very strange that there is no bathrobe in the room. It seems that the hotel says that they are 5*
Also the air conditioner =) by the end of the vacation, I realized how it works. It works on time. At night, most of the time it works fine. Then at exactly 8 a.m. it turns off, you need to get up and turn it on again. Such outages come every day at the same time. Constantly. This was done to save money. But this is the first time I've encountered this.
I would call this hotel for companies that will start drinking at breakfast and finish drinking late at night when they are brought from the club… They will walk around the territory, yell, sing… It's definitely for them. For the rest, it's better to look for other options. Considering the rooms are not very well insulated, you will hear all this. After all, a large amount of alcohol is the best way to make people not see the problems around them =)

The hotel is not five stars.The food could have been better, cleaned very quickly, but the quality is lame. A bus takes you to the sea, there shouldn't be five stars anymore. If traveling with a large company will be fun, alcohol flows like a river, there is a show in the evening and if you are used to sleeping early, then this hotel is not for you. The music is loud and it is not possible to sleep. The territory is small in autumn and there is nowhere to walk. Outside the gates of the hotel, the landscape is very beautiful. There's nowhere to go, you just have to take the bus.

The hotel is clearly not worth the money we paid. It doesn't pull 5 stars. The cleaning is terrible, there are stubborn stains on the floor, the linen was changed once in 11 days. The dishes are dirty.The food is monotonous. All those with whom we talked said that there was nothing left to eat.In Alaska, it's better to go to Italian, we were at the fish restaurant, we didn't like it and the menu differs from the one presented. The description of the hotel says Miller and Corona beer. Only Miller showed up on the 9th day of our arrival. The cocktails are not bad, but the bartenders are very arrogant, begging for tips, cigarettes. The hotel is mostly Russian and Polish. Animation is sometimes boring. The guide of Pegasus Herod was very insistent on buying the tour from her, saying that others were cheating, in fact, only she was cheating. They asked her to solve the problem with the air conditioner, but she didn't even come to the reception with this question. By the way, the air conditioner lives its own life. The temperature was set to 28, it felt cold to 20, as a result of which we got sick. A pharmacy is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Bus #11 goes to 82 bazaar, back #10, fare is $1. But, lukum is expensive there, $ 25, cross the road to KFS, you can drop from $ 15 to $ 10 there. Bus #2 goes to Nova Mall, back #10.

We stayed at this hotel in mid-July 2021. I really liked the hotel, the animation, the food. No matter how many years you traveled to different hotels and in different countries, this was the only hotel where there was delicious food and in which you would not stay hungry. Imported alcohol, poured directly from bottles, cola, sprite, fanta (also from bottles) there is no badyaga as in many hotels.
The only disadvantage of this hotel is that 2 neighboring hotels are the same owner, and Sorgun has a lot of neighboring hotels, they are there around the clock and even eat there
The beach is a quiet 10 minutes walk away, and buses run every 15 minutes directly to the beach. There are very tasty tortillas, drinks on the beach, only ice cream is opened from 15/16
It's great that the hotel is 16+ and it is a youth hotel, if you are from 40/45, then honestly you have nothing to do in this hotel. The territory is beautiful, but a little small
The best hotel in 14 years of holidays abroad! I will definitely come back here again

I rested at this hotel from 26.09 to 05.10, the youth hotel, music is playing loudly all the time, so it's better for older people not to go there, because they won't be able to sleep properly or relax quietly.The room is spacious, lots of wood, there were no problems with plumbing in our room, everything worked properly, towels were changed every day, the mini bar was replenished (it included:2 juices, 2 cokes,2 forfeits,2 waters,2 mineral waters, 2 beers), there was also a large balcony with a table and chairs.The fact that he went out to the cornfield and the river did not bother us at all, we did not come here to spend all our time on the balcony)

To which he gave a template answer that he had sent the claim to the office, but when we asked several times when to expect a refund and what our next steps were, he sent us to another representative of the same (as it later turned out to his girlfriend) Julia, who asked us to write a written statement (in 2023), for now he himself hid in a basement meeting room with a new group of tourists and sold excursions to them already)) We were also left in a state of frustration from the second tour, but decided that nothing could compare with a terrible boat for a lot of money and focused on trying to return the funds for the tour on it..

Sooooo loud music from 10 am to 12 am!!!! Music can be heard in all rooms. Therefore, if you are used to going to bed early, then this hotel is not for you. If you want silence, then this is not here.
I also do not recommend this hotel for older tourists. This is a youth hangout hotel. The older generation will feel comfortable among this bacchanalia.
And now about the advantages:
