Hello everyone! We stayed at this hotel in August 2024. For a simpler perception of the information, I will break the review into blocks; at the end there will be a personal opinion and conclusion). I will evaluate each block on a scale from 1 to 10.
Staff
The first thing you start interacting with at the hotel is the staff. We arrived at lunchtime, we were immediately greeted, given bracelets and sent to the restaurant (for this plus).
Then we filled out a questionnaire, were escorted to our room, and helped with our luggage.
All questions that arose by number were promptly resolved. Waiters, bartenders - all without complaints. The lifeguard on the water slides was also pleased.
9/10 (minus a point for tip-related awkwardness)
Territory
The territory of the hotel is small, but beautiful and well-maintained, there are several pools, one large, the second smaller, for water activities in the morning.
There is a separate pool for water slides - there are about 6 of them. There are not enough buns to ride, there is a queue for them all the time, this is a significant minus. The slides work from 10:00-12:00 and from 14:00-16:00, quite a bit, you don't always have time.
It takes about 15~20 minutes to walk to the sea. There is a regular bus service. There is a private bar on the beach, although the choice of food is small and it works until 17:00, after it closes, you can't even take water, it's also a minus.
There is a spa inside the hotel. Steam room, Finnish sauna and a cold pool. There is a gym, the equipment is new.
The beach area is clean, there are many sun loungers, there is a shower, toilet, everything is clean.

Kitchen and bars.
The food is delicious, the products are of high quality. The drinks are good, the juices are too sugary.
Seafood was served several times, and once there were small crabs.
Breakfasts and lunches are not surprising, but I would not skip dinners)
After breakfast and lunch, there is a snack bar, delicious pizza, which is always disassembled, I would like more. Burger patties are disgusting, I don't recommend it. From 11:00 to 21:00, the freezer with magnate ice cream is opened, very tasty, 4-5 flavors, if I'm not mistaken. I would like it to work at least until 23:00.
Alcohol is of high quality, there were no negative consequences))
The most delicious cocktails are prepared in the lobby bar, there are fewer and fewer people in a hurry.
There is a corona beer, but you need to ask separately.

The room is clean, cozy, has everything you need, regular replenishment of the mini bar (2 Cokes, 2 forfeits, 2 waters, 2 mineral waters, 2 juices and 2 beers). In conclusion, I can say that the rest was pleasant, the hotel did not disappoint, there were small roughnesses, I wrote about them above, but they did not affect the quality of the rest (for us personally). The trip brought a lot of positive emotions and moments that I want to remember.
I would like to add that no matter how cool the hotel is, anyone who wants to get to the bottom of it and gets upset about a little thing will definitely do it. Therefore, you should not spoil your vacation for yourself)

The food is excellent and meat and seafood. The sea is far away on foot. The bar is lame- there are no imported drinks , if there are, they are poured on time in a limited amount reluctantly, you have to beg almost on your knees, the bar closes earlier than the specified time. There is no animation at all. We've been to this hotel once, we won't go the second time.

The hotel is 16+. There are discos every night!) The kitchen is great! Alcohol in addition to local + European. The only thing is too far from the sea, she told us about 1km, as there is no bae, it's all 2! But there was a carpool, although it was always very dirty and stuffy in it. But it's better than going to +38🥵 in general, we are happy with our stay at this hotel!

We had a great rest at the end of April - before the official opening of the season! A variety of food: beef, lamb, chicken, fish, fresh vegetables. From fruits: apples, oranges, bananas, pears, sometimes strawberries.
The rooms are spacious and well cleaned. Towels are changed daily. Mini bar in the room - daily replenishment.
The beach is within walking distance - 15-20 minutes or by bus, which runs every half hour.
The beach is sandy and filled. But the entrance to the sea is pebbles (it is better to take coral slippers with you, otherwise it hurts to enter). Literally 1.5 meters from the shore, the depth is already 1.5 meters.
There is a nice snack bar on the beach. We had lunch there every day: vegetables, fruits, meat and grilled fish. And also a wonderful employee rolls and bakes "GUZleme"-thin tortillas with fillings.
There are swimming pools on site. The territory is not large, but well-groomed and cozy.
The alcohol is decent, the main thing is in moderation.
I recommend the hotel.
6 kilometers from the hotel - there is an "ancient city" - I highly recommend it.

A chic hotel, I was there in the middle of May, yes, according to most reviews, you can understand that the cleaning is sagging, but this is the only minus, the food is insanely delicious, a heated pool and without, a lot of sun beds and separate small areas, covered sun loungers, a free unlimited bar, cool shows, a bus to the sea went every 30 minutes, it's only 5 minutes to drive, but walking is 10 minutes, not a critical lot). Yes, loud music can be heard from the room after 00:00 if the windows overlook the stage, but it's like a 16+ hotel with a stated program and parties, I don't understand what else people expect) cool staff, a variety of dishes, a snack bar, water slides, I liked everything!)

I don't recommend it. The hotel is new, but at the same time dirty, the staff is not friendly. They asked to clean the room three times upon arrival. Since our arrival was under closure, there was less and less food every day, the assortment is very small for ultra all inclusive. Alcohol was "begged for" in the bar, good alcohol could be poured if you were alone in the queue at the bar. The pools are beautiful on site, but wildly cold, none were heated. In general, the territory is pretty, but small. The animation is very similar and tired. In general, guests are clearly not welcome at the hotel. The beach is far away, but it was not a problem for us to walk. The beach has not been cleaned once in 8 days, it is dirty. But the food is delicious.

Of the cons:the rooms and the pool are very poorly cleaned, the beach is dirty (they do not clean at all-horses walk along the beach and no one cleans their waste products, but they are also updated)). The shuttle bus to the beach goes by one driver, according to a well-known description)). Drunk young people everywhere in the pool and near drink, eat, smoke and swear mercilessly. Russian Russians made up 90-95 percent of the hotel at the beginning of my arrival, and after 2 weeks 70 percent of Russians were already there - the rest were Poles, Turks and several English-speaking couples. I definitely won't go a second time!

Cons: room cleaning is at the lowest level. They cleaned every two days and then until you remind them, the towel was torn, they did not always put a foot towel on the floor. They forgot to update the bar. The glasses were dirty, you drink coke, and at the bottom of the glass you will find a surprise in the form of lemon seeds.
They were very sorry for imported drinks.

A great place for adults. Everything is compact and convenient. Good music in the hotel, lots of places to take pictures.
The food was excellent, there were crayfish and shrimp. It was delicious in a la carte.
The beds are high and comfortable, and there is a set of toothbrushes, shampoo, and body lotion in the shower. You can't connect a regular phone to the TV in the room.

We stayed in this hotel for a week. Everything was fine: a fairly fresh room and the hotel itself, a variety of cocktails and alcohol compared to other hotels (for example, there was Chivas and Gordons), the animators and staff were quite polite, you could always find a place on the beach and you could have a snack not only with snacks (kebabs, burgers, salad, fruit, tortillas with cheese potatoes, etc.), every evening there were some parties (and every other day themed large-scale ones with fireworks, decor, etc.).
What I didn't like was cleaning. We went to a clean room, there are no questions here. But the subsequent cleaning was disgusting, as if all they did was make the bed. And then once they even forgot to put pillows on the bed. I didn't want to leave a tip on principle, because even the very first cleaning was no. We went to change the mini bar once, 5 minutes after checking into the room) the glasses in the room have not been washed all week.
Well, I also didn't like the too intrusive spa services. We were very late, but we were almost dragged by the hands on a tour of the spa and began to impose our massage services.

The others just don't seem to be there. The rooms are cleaned so badly, I've never seen this, the rooms are falling apart before my eyes, I walked with the door handle for three days, they put it on glue)) the sink was broken and they didn't do it until I scolded them, and the worst thing is the tiles, if someone walks the floors above or the same cleaning takes place, it's unbearable to listen. The DJ plays a terrible bottom at night, people dance out of desperation, everyone calls him toastmaster) but they put up props beautifully, but why the music is such a bottom and the same is not clear. Next, about food, the same thing, very little of everything and they give it away as if it's a pity. And at night I even burned down how the waiters collect the half-eaten food from the plates and put it back on the table in a common basin. In general, the word luxury was superfluous here! I went to Caesar this year, I highly recommend it! And do not be fooled by the review on the Internet, everything is as we looked at it and they spit. Every morning I start with requests to clean or change my underwear, I have not been questioned about this, but here we are already resting for a week and there is still a week of torment ahead!

We rest from September 26 to October 2. While staying at the hotel, I decided to write a review. There is no hotel territory, from the word at all!!! There are no complaints about the number, maybe you were lucky. The cleaning is light, we do not find fault. For food! The choice is small, but the food is delicious. Fish and meat are not over-dried, everything is normal for spices too. Alcohol is good only in the lobby bar. Now about animation and entertainment! Everything is bad!!! Animators are sluggish. The announced events for the day are not held on time or are not held in general. There is only one show and one stylized party in 5 days. Everything is boring, uninteresting, the music is terrible, outdated. Karaoke-style evening animation (entertain yourself) discos are not held on site every day. They actively invite you to a disko party for $ 10 , in a stuffy room with lame music. And last of all, by the trasfer that takes people to the beach. The reviews that the bus runs every 5 minutes are false. The bus is old, smelly and without air conditioning. The bus follows the schedule and intervals from 20 to 30 minutes, but the most unpleasant thing is that the last flight from the beach is at 18.00. If you want to meet the sunset on the beach, walk to the hotel, and it's not a 10-minute walk!!! Our vacation continues, perhaps in two days they will surprise and convince us, but this is unlikely. As a result! The hotel is sluggish! 4 on the second line. It is suitable for young people and people without claims to service and entertainment . I hope my honest feedback will be useful to you.

Yes, there are nuances in cleaning: the floors have never been washed in the bathroom for at least a week, and the replacement of towels and the bar is all on schedule.
Everything is cleaned near the pools and even too much, sometimes your cocktails will be cleaned fresh, everything is cleaned up. The toilets in the pool area are not washed very often, but this is not a super luxury hotel. The tables on the beach are dirty.
If you want super luxury, so that everything glitters everywhere and smells of expensive perfume, then this is a different budget, yes, there are plenty of such hotels nearby too…It's cooler there, but keep in mind - it's two, three, or even 4 times more expensive than this hotel.
The Swedish line is diverse, everyone will find something suitable for themselves, even a diet menu. Of course, they do not know how to make rolls, many guests on their tables left them uneaten, I also did not like them, rice is not at all for rolls inside to taste and cooked differently.
Very tasty pasta, rice and other cereals, salads, meat, a variety of cheeses, tortillas, pizza, baklava, and other sweets for the amateur.
There are a lot of fruits to choose from, but also remember the seasonality of this or that "fruit"…
The hotel is 16+ and parties every night, it won't be boring. There are a lot of young and Russians around, all sociable and friendly.
The coolest thing is the pools and our own mini water park, we really liked it. Bars are open from morning to night, there are different drinks, the concentration is not as alcoholic as everyone is used to, so you can safely order everything separately and mix it yourself. The alcohol is all local. There are different types of alcohol on the lobby bar, tell me which one you want.
There is a shuttle service to the sea every 15 minutes without any problems and you can walk along the road in 10 minutes, everything is nearby.
There is everything on the beach for a comfortable stay. From morning to lunch, however, it is difficult to find a free place with a chaise longue.
I liked the set of dishes in the ala-kart restaurant, we went to the Turkish cuisine, but there was one minus - it was very stuffy and hot + all the tables were nearby, which is why it was not comfortable to be there, we tried the dishes (very much and satisfying), but we did not wait for dessert, it was hot ... we left.
We went to the spa, prices are a separate topic, you can bargain, everyone has their own price, but we liked the full body massage. The guy who attracts, well done - a good salesman, knows how to attract and do a free test massage of the cervical zone.
There is a shop on the 2nd floor of the hotel, you can buy any product if necessary, but the prices are of course 3 times higher than usual.
It is convenient that there are Russian speakers at the reception, like everyone else around, if you do not know English.
There is a machine for wrapping a suitcase in film.
Buses run from the hotel stop, you can take the 11 to side yourself and take a walk there, or get off on the way to it at any bazaar, you can return by bus 10 without any problems. The fare in July 2024 was $1.

We were very pleased with this hotel.
There are many advantages:
1) a large area with pools, music, a lot of sun beds, there is enough for everyone, there are different activities from time to time
2) delicious, varied food, yes, without shrimp and steaks, but for every taste, there is even a diet menu
3) Daily room cleaning, modern and pleasant interior

We found only one minus for ourselves: loud music until one o'clock in the morning, so that the walls in the room shake, it was inconvenient for us because we came to rest and sleep off, but in general it did not spoil the impression of rest for us and we are happy with everything :)

I wrote an honest review on the tripadvisor website: The hotel itself and its surrounding area, the rooms in the hotel correspond to the description on its website. Overall, it is very cozy. You need to get to the sea either on foot in 20 minutes or by shuttle from the hotel. Cleaning the territory, rooms, and the beach leaves only unpleasant memories. You can see all these moments in the attached photos and videos. But, this is not the most unpleasant thing that can happen to you in this hotel! Attention! Dear future tourists, I just want to warn you about the boorish attitude of the hotel staff! And I advise you to take a video of everything before checking into the room! We arrived, our TV was not working, we were informed at the reception, and we were charged $ 250 for all 10 days of our stay, allegedly we broke the TV, although we did not do this and immediately informed the reception about the problem in the room. BUT, this is not the worst thing!!! For 10 days, the hotel staff closed our room, blocked and restricted access to it, extorting $ 250. On the last day of our stay, on May 3, 2024, the hotel called the gendarmes, who wanted to take us home and informed us that we could not leave the country until this situation was resolved!!! The lawyer who was provided by the insurance company and the Russian Embassy in Turkey helped us, and we returned safely to our homeland. A tip for everyone: be sure to write down the phone numbers of the local police, insurance and the Russian Embassy. In any case, if you are not to blame and you are being bullied at the hotel, call them right away. And the result of the review: this is not a luxury hotel, but a luhari!!! They breed for money. And our case is not the only one at the time of our stay there. The photo attached shows the hotel manager smiling and doing everything possible to harm you. The TV situation is thanks to her. When I started communicating with her through a video camera, and my friends were with me, and 7 people came there, she said that our card was demagnetized. Good luck to everyone and have a good rest. I definitely do not recommend the hotel to anyone!!!

The star rating of the hotel is sooo much overstated. In fact, we write 5, 3 in mind.
1. Let's start with cleaning. It's a horror, until you leave tea, even the floors are not wiped, the mini-bar is filled, towels are folded, even those left on the floor and that's it. The territory is also far from clean, the main pool does not understand at all when they clean, since people swim around the clock.
2. You should not find fault with food and drinks, everything is enough.
3. The service (except for cleaning) is not bad, almost no one speaks Russian, then the needs behind the bar will be met.
4. The room was probably with the best view, probably because of this it was more or less alive, although it smelled damp, at the entrance (for example, we were settled during the extension due to the postponement of departure, almost for a day, to another room, the handle fell off There, there was an unbearable smell, the air conditioner worked very poorly The toilet was dirty, the impression was so-so)
5. Animation during the day was completely duplicated with the previous one, until the evening we lived like in the movie groundhog Day) in the evenings there was a variety, there are programs for the week.
6. The beach is better next door, you can walk to it from the hotel beach in 5 minutes, something like mega beach, there are pebbles only in the water, and the beach itself is much cleaner. Pay $10 and no one touches it.
Conclusion: I can't say that I was very upset, but I'm definitely not going back there. But after a rest in this wonderful hotel, I understand that people who write badly about the hotel are dissatisfied with everything in their lives.
The rooms are spacious, cleaned every day and the floors were also washed.
The bar was replenished every day, sometimes they forgot to put the juice in.
The staff was responsive, all issues were resolved quickly.

Positive:
+ very stylish hotel
+ the food is delicious and varied (fish every day, shrimp, rolls were, meat is delicious)

+ several pools
Minuses:
- the absence of Turkish music in general (and we came for the Turkish atmosphere, as a result, Russian and foreign songs)
- Loud parties every evening until 00:00 (even if you close the balcony, you can still hear it)
