1. We arrived at night, arrived at the hotel at 12 a.m., after 5 minutes we were already in the room.
The room is cleaned, but not new beds, plumbing, but not everything is so deplorable. If you are not a picky person, then everything will suit you.
The room has a view of the pool and lagoon, a very beautiful view from the room.
The room is cleaned every day, it probably depends on the cleaner himself, but we have always been clean.
2. Food. I don't know how some commentators eat, but there is always meat (grilled chicken, fried, beef patties, chopped, minced, with potatoes, fillet fish, fried), there are also always side dishes - pasta, rice, vegetables, pastas. Salads and various snacks. Desserts for me personally were not very tasty, but there is a wide variety for sweet tooth. Breakfasts are a separate love, an omelet or scrambled eggs will be cooked in front of you with whatever you ask for, pancakes, donuts, yoghurts, porridges, salads.
Drinks - water, all kinds of sodas, non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails, coffee, tea.
There are queues at the restaurant, but if you find the optimal time, there will be no queues.
3. Staff. The staff is sometimes not very friendly, but mostly always in the mood. If you don't cling to every detail, then your vacation will be wonderful.
4. The sea. Indeed, the lagoon and coral reef are the main feature of this hotel. In the lagoon, you can safely swim without corals, there are descents. It's cool to swim with masks in the sea itself, but it's dangerous to go there without corallines, we saw hedgehogs almost at the entrance to the sea.
5. Entertainment. The entertainment program starts at 10. Aqua aerobics, stretching, volleyball, dancing. Various events are also held throughout the day. In the evening there is a show program for children, then for adults. A very funny presenter, the children are delighted with him.
6. The territory of the hotel. The territory is always cleaned, as is the sea. You can also walk to other buildings of this hotel.
If you are going to Egypt for the first time, do not doubt that you will definitely like it here.

Due to the postponed departure, we arrived at the hotel at 11 pm. First, standard tourists were settled, then us (premium) in another building. In fact, it turned out that the standards have better numbers. But our territory is smaller and quieter. Our bus was even taken to dinner, a dining room was opened especially for us.
The rooms are very old. The bathroom is sad. We had a broken shower tray, water was constantly spilling out of its cracks.
Starting from the middle of the rest, it was impossible to sit on the balcony, noise and dust, because wooden awnings were repaired next to it every evening until night.
Room cleaning is below average. The floor was washed, but the mats were not swept, the dust was not wiped. In the hotel, all the staff is male, the cleaning is accordingly the same. Mirrors, glasses were not washed at all. The bed linen is very old, in pellets, they asked to change it twice, because either they do not wash well, or they did not wash at all, it smelled used. towels were changed every other time, also poorly washed.
The mini–bar room is one 1.5l bottle of water for two. We sometimes asked to add another water to us, the cleaner added it for free. They left him a dime sometimes. Shower gels and shampoos were not added. The soap arrived a few days later.
The food is passable, you can always find something to eat. But it's always almost the same. Lots of beef and chicken. They did not eat fish there after they saw worms in it ((
We ate vegetables, there were no problems with the stomach.
Fruits are tasteless: green oranges, sometimes grapes, melon is sweet every other time, bananas were 1 time.
It is impossible to have a snack in bars by the sea. The sausages are deplorable, the French fries are raw and black.
The dry food for excursions is terrible, buy something else in advance. It was a shame to get on the bus. Other hotels had much better! We ordered 2 times. We left for a day both times. That is, 3 meals a day were skipped. And they put green sour orange, small juice and old rolls with terrible cheese for us.
The staff is generally friendly, especially for the money.
The guide did not like it at all, did not help, only sold excursions (which are three times more expensive than those of popular companies there, ordered via the Internet, went twice liked everything).
Pool bars: local bottled beer, sometimes draught (it seems that it is diluted, but in fact it is not - it was opened with us). Often there was no beer, when we approached, we were told that in five minutes. This was repeated many times, they no longer waited and did not run anymore. At the same time, they had bottles of beer, but they were poured only by non-Russians (Germans, Poles, etc.).
In general, the attitude towards Russians is noticeably worse. Even at lunch, the waiters brought them wine, for example, in glass glasses, to us in plastic glasses. In the bar, foreigners were given beer in any quantities, we only had two small plastic glasses in our hands.
Also about the issue of beach towels: at the meeting, the guide said that you can change beach towels several times a day. In fact, we were told on the spot if you are Russian – towels are issued once a day. And they don't allegedly change it. At the same time, in our presence, a raw towel was immediately replaced by a dry one for some foreigner without any problems.
We immediately came to the lobby and complained about it to the Russian representative of our tour operator Fun &Sun. Beach towels, by the way, are good:thick and long, enough for the whole chaise longue. But, this is if you were lucky and were given a brand new bright orange. We then came across such, and finally we did not hand it over until the end of the rest.
The advantage of this hotel is that the territory is very large, it is combined from three hotels. There are two large bays for swimming with nets (smaller and larger). And also the strip is long - access to the sea, where you can snorkel). behind the diving club there is an exit to the deep sea. There are more fish there, we went with bread - it's much more interesting this way.
Lots of pools. There are a lot of sun beds, we never occupied in advance, but we could always find a place. There are a lot of busy sunbeds, on which no one appears for the whole day. Moreover, no one cleans towels and things from there, the hotel hardly monitors this. Although a warning is written that they will be cleaned in an hour. Behind the diving club there are discos on the seashore every day, I really liked it. We never went to the Show program at the hotels, it's boring.
The local alcohol is tasteless. They bought their own.
It is better not to buy a SIM card at the airport. We were "heated", like most tourists. Bought for 60 GB, in fact it was 20. But we had enough for 9 nights (we took Orange, caught almost everywhere, even on excursions).

The safe didn't work for us, the technician was called, but after he left, he died again, spat and put the documents to friends in the room. A flock of crows is constantly circling over the hotel, and therefore everything, including the sun beds, is polluted by them.

I think this is a good hotel in its category. I was looking for something beautiful, with a lagoon and in the city itself (before that I was vacationing in Sahl Hasheesh, it was far to go for walks in Hurghada). I lived in the right building, the sea view from our window is amazing!!! The slides in the water park are cool, the water in the pool is warm. We didn't swim in the sea that often, it was cool for me. We had a rest from February 26 to March 4. The food is delicious and varied. The staff is very attentive and friendly.
It's a FAIRY TALE! "1000 and 1 night"! The beach is great! Room for 5+! The staff is professional! And I didn't want to leave the restaurant at all! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!
