A good hotel for families with small children. One of the advantages is its own lagoon with a gentle entrance to the sea and a sandy beach.
Of the disadvantages, the food is monotonous, there is no choice compared to other hotels. The local alcohol is disgusting. Beer is normal, but it is poured into 100 gram cups, wine is poured in total of 50 grams.
The rooms are tired, the cleaning is done every day, but mediocre even for a baksheesh.
The staff is friendly, most of them speak Russian.

We were on vacation at this hotel in October 2023. The weather is great, the sea too, I just fell in love with it. The hotel itself is not bad, but I did not like the service. The rooms are almost not cleaned, alcohol is poured in bars on the beach with a view that you owe them something, and sometimes not high-quality alcohol, there are a lot of people in the restaurant, just darkness, well, it's tolerable, the territory is super, the sea is super.

Rooms with obvious wear and tear for 3. Food for 3. Drinks and alcohol for 3. Coffee beans for 4, but it is available only from 10.00 and only in bars. Cleaning through the face of the maid - she will prove her daily necessity - water is needed Ok! The shampoo is over Ok! toilet paper is needed - also OK! - I tried so hard to tip you!
Food: a lot of things are fresh and delicious, and some are overdone from yesterday. I didn't take sweets, but there are many different kinds. They gave fresh delicious juicy melons, tangerines-oranges-grapefruits, dates and something else like a mixture of quince and pear. Soups for lunch are good: borscht, pickle, various grated cream soups.
I would have gone again - of course!

I stayed at this hotel as early as 2010. I really liked it. The hotel is in Moorish style, rather family-run, good territory, large Playground. Now there seems to be a water park there too. There is a cafe and animation on site, a performance and a disco in the evening, but I hardly remember what and how. There is a spa, but I don't remember much either. The restaurant was good, there was a large selection on the buffet and there was always something interesting, then fruits, then fish, then something else. We went on an excursion to Karnak (for a very long time, we were tired) and for a boat trip to the sea. It was great on the boat.

Good afternoon! We flew to this hotel in July 2023. Of all that this hotel offers, I liked only the location and the gorgeous sea. Otherwise, he's not worth his stars at all. The rooms are old, the water barely flows, the doors on the balcony do not close, the room was open and how many people asked to fix nothing was done, the refrigerator does not work and judging by the complaints at the reception, not only in our room and of course no one repaired anything. The food is the same every day, no variety, the waiters are rude, yelling, indignant, until I cried and calmed one of them. Other visitors were treated the same way. Russian russians, I don't know, maybe they only treat Russians like that, at least in my time they robbed only Russians. There is one problem with cleaning, they do not put new paper, you run down the corridor and catch the cleaner to take it yourself. On the day of departure at 12.00, the bracelets were cut off, although the departure from the hotel was at 17.00. We vacated the room, promised at 13.00, went to the reception to hand over the room card and towels, so they yelled at us so much that we did not immediately give the cards and ate their "gorgeous" food. So keep in mind, if you hand over the room, no one else will feed you or give you water. In general, of course, we tried to close our eyes to all this and enjoy the sea, and it is gorgeous in Egypt! But I will not go to this hotel anymore for anything! Although she is not picky at all and has visited more than one hotel in Egypt. My business is to warn you, have a good rest!)

The beach is large, there are enough sun beds for everyone (there are additional ones). Guests can visit restaurants for free in the evening (fish and others), and there are also buffet restaurants where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served (there are several of them, there are always places). The rooms in the hotel are large and spacious, of course there is dirt in the corners and in hard-to-reach places, but not critically. The rooms have a particularly good view, I lived with a view of the lagoon, it is very beautiful and fun to sit on the balcony in the evening.

On the territory of the hotel there are shops with souvenirs, groceries, we bought strawberries for $ 1, the price per kg.

5. There is an additional restaurant where there are no queues 🙈
6. Floors are washed every day, towels are changed. I note this as a plus, since they give a memo at the entrance and they write there that cleaning may not be every day, if you want, call and then they will clean up😅 if you leave it for tea, they will clean up very well)
7. Water and drinks are always available + a bottle of water is updated in the room every day
Minuses:
1. Terrible rooms 😅 but if you don't dig in, then everything is normal) we only slept in the room, so it didn't make any difference at all
2. Hotel guides sell a "free" sightseeing tour - they take you shopping, you will lose time))

It's really a problem with beer, it's almost always not there. In 8 days, I probably managed to get a couple of glasses for myself. Restaurants a la card are super, I advise you, they were in all three for free by appointment (recording on the day of the visit). From the local water (even the one in bottles), you may very suddenly want to go to the toilet, so be smart to help, or buy a five-liter bottle in the store. It is better to take a taxi to the city to buy, it will be cheaper than in the hotel zone. A grocery store and a pharmacy are within walking distance. Diapers at the Moscow price are true)). Aquapark - in two parts of the hotel 2, it is relatively possible to say children's water parks, but adults also ride on them - an absolute lack of compliance with the rules of staying in the water park, i.e. either no one at all monitors the number of children and adults who have rolled down, are going to roll down, etc. - an adult man ran over my daughter twice, first, then a horde of children, after which I forbade her to ride there. In the third part of the hotel there is a large water park, where two boys are sitting, who seem to be supposed to monitor safety, but they simply do not know the rules and requirements of staying and safety in the water park (as a result, the husband broke his leg)
Nutrition - of course you won't die of hunger, but on the 7th....10th day, to be honest, I started to feel sick from the monotony, especially for breakfast (sausages, cheeses, pancakes, milk, dry children's breakfasts - it's impossible to eat at all)
Booze - poured into plastic cups of 100 grams)))), you'd rather lose weight while you're following her than get drunk, they don't pour more into their glasses
Animators - it seems there are, but somehow everything is really boring and monotonous, especially children's discos
The sea is wonderful))), but it is the same in other hotels))) - this is absolutely not the merit of the hotel

Food... 4- . Groundhog Day by and large. Bottled beer, the rest is powder (juices, wine, MILK). Moms, do not pour milk to small children from heather - water with powder, water with chalk to taste. If you need milk, contact the chef in the hall or buy it at a store on the street.
Big + is the location of the hotel and the SEA. Actually, it's only because of this that it's worth coming here, turning a blind eye to the rest. With children, it's just chic, long shoals with fish and corals.

Every evening there was a cultural program, at 8 dances / songs for children, and with 9 adult program, quiz, fire show or belly dance.
And what I didn't like was, first of all, the repair... He is very tired here, plumbing is just the bottom, setting up warm water is a feat, and when boiling water hits you from the shower first, and then sharply cold water and so on alternately, this is a common thing, in the washbasin it is the same.
The whole tree is cracked, the door handles often remain in the handles (mine)... There are not enough outlets..
The food is good, there is meat and chicken, there is almost always fish, scrambled eggs and an omelet for breakfast
One thing I ask, do not take the local cheese and sausages, I do not know what they are made of, but apparently from the same thing, just with a dye of different colors.
Guides will offer you excursions "for free" for skin and oils, do not be fooled - these are all their charades with an overprice for tourists.
In general, it is better to look for excursions separately to Luxor, Cairo, or just go on a yacht and then in the area of 15-30 $
Do not take medicines, oils, leather, perfume, all the same, only high-quality products are available in Russia for the same price.

But the beautiful lagoon and all the activities are located on the territory of the standard rooms. Many guests complain about the old rooms. Rooms are not a luxury. But most of them have good views from the window. I liked that the hotel is located a 15-minute drive from the airport, you can walk in the city.

The rooms are poorly cleaned, they just make the bed and hang towels, they don't even sweep the floor, despite the fact that sand is constantly dragged from the street. The staff is mostly polite, but they are not particularly eager to help or do something until you quarrel with them or pay. Not all, there are exceptions. The territory itself is decent, clean, they constantly go to collect Garbage and clean up the territory. The location is convenient, the city is a 10-minute walk away. But at the same time there is absolutely nothing to do in the city, most of the houses are abandoned or unfinished. The price does not justify itself and the hotel does not pull for 4 stars. 3 would barely give. And if the price was several times cheaper, then it would be quite a decent hotel for your money, and I don't recommend going there except for a week.
The sea is cool, a couple of kilometers deep goes to the waist, and then a sharp break. The water is blue, transparent, everything is visible, beauty! There is its own lagoon, the depth is about 5 meters. Also very cool.
