This is the most disgusting hotel 👎🏻 starting from the reception and ending with the dining room 🤦🏼♀️ vacationed together with my daughter from August 5-18 , 2023 . We lived in a premium room from premium there is only the name 😖 , sooo old room , the bed is old , pillows , blanket , mattress are all stained and stinks 🤢 (linen is not changed at all, it was changed to us only after I took it off and threw it to the threshold along with a towel) the bathroom is generally full The scribe is a very small shower stall , the old shower watering can barely flows , in order to wash properly and wash off the foam , they stood there for half an hour . I've never written reviews, but I've decided. I've never had such a shitty vacation before. I want to say right away that I am not a picky tourist from the word "absolutely", but even this vacation finished me off. We stayed in hotels from July 15-25, 2023.
1. As soon as you land in Egypt, get used to standing in queues everywhere. It seems that all Egyptians love queues.
There are 2-3 windows (for arrival) and one window for departure at the airport. While people did not become indignant, children did not become capricious, no one deigned to open another border window.
2. We flew from Anex tour, there are no complaints about them at the airport, we met them, put them on the bus, took them to the hotel.
3. The hotel has a 4-star status...what they were received for is a MYSTERY! We stopped at the hotel at 10 a.m., with a child, asked where we could eat, it turned out to be nowhere. Breakfast from 7-10, lunch from 12:30-15, dinner from 18:30- 22. Everything. No snacks. So much for everything included. There is 1 bar in the lobby, but there are only drinks and 2 bars on the beach and there are also only drinks. We checked in at 12 and thanks for that.
3. The room... It is old, time-worn and has been asking for repairs for a very long time. The refrigerator is not working, the safe is not working, the air conditioner is barely blowing, the faucet is leaking. They left a dollar every day, cleaned every day and changed towels, those who did not leave did not receive anything.
4. Food. This is generally a separate horror book. To get food, you still need to manage to find a table where you can eat this food. There are not enough places catastrophically. The dishes are dirty. Napkins on issue. It's the same thing every day, there's no choice at all. I bought a tour based on tourist reviews and swam on this g ... but. I took it specially with a children's menu, there is nothing to feed the children.
Every day rice, pasta, everything else is a bunch of spices, children can't eat.
5. You can swim in the pool and in the sea for up to 18 hours
And I want to say separately about the representatives of the Anechtur. Excursions are imposed for a lot of money, almost forcibly. As soon as you have bought or Not bought Excursions from them, they do not need you.
I advise you to look for Excursions from Albatross tour or Egypt fan tour, prices are 3 times lower.
The only advantage of the trip is the sea, beautiful, warm. I gave 2 stars, only for the lagoon around which the hotel is located

The room itself and the hotel are very old, the rooms are old, but everything would be fine if they were cleaned normally, also the dirt is terrible everywhere, they only wash the floors, they put $ 1 to the cleaner every day, they didn't put one day and we just barely wiped the floors, the bed was not made, toilet paper was not put and water was not They gave it to me, called the reception, asked another cleaner to give me paper - they didn't give it, apparently toilet paper costs $ 1. We talked a lot with vacationers who have been to this hotel many times, everyone noted that the kitchen was very spoiled. There are few fresh vegetables, and practically no fruits.Because the buffet was banned and the staff puts food on themselves, the queues are quite large, the staff is annoyed because they do not have time to serve everyone.
3 a la carte restaurants - where it took longer to wait for an appointment than to have dinner.
Then after these restaurants we went to the main one because we stayed hungry. The food is worse than in the main restaurant, they just bring you food.
There is a warm outdoor pool on site. The main pool is a sea bay. Although the water is warmer in the sea.
The hotel is quite old, the furniture in the rooms is too, our hair dryer was taped up.
We need to be prepared that there is practically no wi-fi, we used a local mobile SIM card. Free wi-fi is only available in the lobby at the reception, but when everyone arrives in the evening, the data transfer rate drops, not even enough to make a messenger call, or transfer a picture.
