We are now in this hotel! It couldn't be worse! Everything is killed in the rooms: beds, chairs, wardrobe, doors from the closet just fall off when opened! The hotel grounds are all dirty, the tiles are in terrible condition! The slides in the water park are all dead. The slides in the children's pool are just living out their last days! You can swim with small children only in the lagoon, but there is no current at all, so the water is dirty, cups and all kinds of dirt float. There are sooo many aerobes in hotels. Out of just 80 percent. The room was changed 4 times, I ran around the hotel for two hours. And all the numbers are terrible!!! The air conditioner only works at a temperature of 29 degrees. There is no way to regulate the temperature!!! The buffet is sooo meager! This is the first time I've seen this! In general, we are counting the days before leaving this bedbug.

Hot dogs are cooked for free in Sunny days palma, burgers are made in sunny Days Palace to the left of the dining room, very tasty. There are Ala carte restaurants, Asian is the most delicious. There is a spa and a hairdresser on site. So-so, they wove braids for the child, after 2 days they gradually began to slip, they wove incorrectly, and even on wet hair. There is a small water park. If you come to this hotel, you can no longer go on sea excursions - there is a rich fauna here. The food is quite decent - there is always fish, chicken, beef, and a variety of vegetables. Mostly local cuisine. Lobsters and lobsters are not to be expected , but you will not stay hungry . There are 2 more hotels in the system where access is possible. You can visit all areas, all pools and restaurants. There are also several restaurants on the territory - fish, Italian, Asian and Arabic - you can visit them for a fee. I had a rest in early October 2021. The hotel consists of three hotels: Sunny Days, Mirette and Mirette Family. You can freely visit the beaches and restaurants of all these hotels. There are a lot of sun beds, there are enough for everyone.
The food in the restaurants is put on by the workers, they are not greedy, they put a lot. The food is monotonous, but delicious. Of the fruits, only oranges, grapefruits, pears, pomegranates, dates, melon in the morning. There are many bars, drinks are poured into single cups. There are "snacks", ice cream.
The staff is polite and helpful.
In the evenings, children's discos, then shows: belly dancing, acrobats, skirt shows, snakes, karaoke, etc.
Among the disadvantages are old furniture, plumbing, dishes, etc. If this is important to you, then do not come there.

Hello everyone! Today I want to leave a positive review about the Sunny Days El Palacio hotel (Sunny days resort spa & aqua park).
The hotel is actually nice. The rooms are a bit old, but that's okay. Everything is working, the hair dryer is in the room, the voice control of the safe, the water is flowing (there is no hot water during the day).
We took a tour from January 16th to 25th, we read a lot of reviews, it's windy, it's very cold. But it's not cold at all. In the evening it was only cool, we wore thin blouses and when we went on excursions, and so all the time in light clothes. The water in the sea is warm, in the pool too, it's not cold to go out. Although many people write the opposite. But my husband and I are so cold that we are cold everywhere. It's completely different here.
The sun warms perfectly, we managed to get burned twice, although we sunbathed for 1-2 hours.
Tell the choir about the cleaning. Dispel the myth that cleaning is bad. No, they clean perfectly, every day. If you want to change the linen, then you need to leave a special card on the bed (it is in the form of a leaf) in each room. Every day, the cleaner came to us 5 times. I always asked: "Is everything okay? Do you want anything?" Water is brought every day for 4 bottles of 0.5 liters. Slippers, soap, shampoos, shower gel are optional. If you need it, ask the cleaner, he will definitely give it, and even with a margin.
Now about the food. The food is excellent, very tasty. And what delicious pastries, already drooling. Everything is new every day. There are always pancakes and donuts for breakfast. We didn't really like the pancakes, but the kidneys, if always, are very tasty. Seafood was given a couple of times. Rice, pasta, potatoes, fried eggs - there is always. If you go to the children's department, there are always cutlets and sausages, if you like nothing in the main menu. They really feed for slaughter. No one will look at you askance because you're picking up a lot of food. There are a lot of drinks, everything is varied.
We also went to an Italian restaurant, it's incredibly delicious there. Yes, something for dollars, but we didn't really sweat it, we took everything for free and ate. SOOOOO DELICIOUS.
I had a date, the hotel gave me a cake (it was brought to the room) very tasty. Unfortunately, we didn't eat it because we ate too much in the canteens.
In general, I recommend the hotel. You can go there with children, you even need to. Every day there are some entertainment programs, but not on the street, but in the hall, near the stage. The hotel is big, you can go to two more, but we didn't go. The Internet is not very good, but we bought a SIM card.

This is the worst hotel I've been to! I fell for the good reviews , it 's unclear where they come from in general , and in the photo . All photos are a hoax, they are taken from a new building in which you certainly will not be settled !
We checked into a room stripped , shabby , smelly and dirty , I'm not exaggerating , I stood and cried ... I was sorry for my money spent for this horror and for a spoiled vacation , the carpets are dirty , the mirrors are rusty , the walls are dirty , the toilet I apologize is pissed , the glasses are greasy , the urns are in the trash! The furniture and the door are falling apart . The room was changed , everyone who paid extra was moved to the farthest buildings , there are clean rooms , not dead , even though they are old .. there is a bar with a beautiful view from the window, it is very far to go to the reception and dining room for 10 minutes ( but I will walk better than live in a dumpster ) . Or you will be politely offered a 3* hotel in the same chain. Food. They feed well, daily) of the same type. chicken, fish, rice, pasta, soups, broths. drinks in the assortment. Strong alcohol of disgusting quality, canned beer of good quality. The Internet. The animation team is good, dancing, aqua classes, and the evening show are good and fun. There is a kindergarten, you can leave the child for a couple of hours. You can also go to the animation in the upper hotel, sometimes the program is much more interesting there, and after its completion you can catch a show at the hotel by the sea.)
There are several La carte restaurants on site, with a one-time free visit, but the food there will be from a common cauldron of a common diet formed according to the type of this restaurant. In short, you can go, but you won't find anything special there. Less fuss , perhaps .
From the hotel you can drive to the fish market and buy yourself a fish or shrimp, which will be cooked there. or order delivery to the hotel. Special thanks to the bartender Ali, a wonderful man, the guys have a very hard job. We lived in room 6106, we asked for a room on the left side, there is less wind. It is because of the convenience of swimming in the lagoon that many tourists have not changed the hotel for years. Firstly, it is very safe, you do not walk along the bottom, go down the stairs, respectively, you will not step on hedgehogs, they are at the very end of the lagoon. My ten-year-old child swam beautifully in the middle of the lagoon and there was a depth of 8-10 meters for a minute. And of course the red sea is a super super super sea. About food: yes, everything is fine with Food, no one remains hungry, natural food every day is chicken, beef, fish too, but somehow every other day. Excursions were bought by everyone in the Empire of Tourism, it is really 2 times cheaper. We took swimming with dolphins, paradise + diving, I really liked it, and just diving.
