I was at the hotel 2 times in spring and in December. I liked it, although the territory is not large, but cozy.a nice road to the sea through a pine grove. You can walk along it too.I saw turtles there, there were a lot of butterflies in December and the birds sing wonderfully.
I had a view of the field once..another side view of the pool. The food is decent. A nice disco in the evening.I really liked it there. Now I'm staying a little further in another hotel))

Imported alcohol 😀😀 there is practically none, when asked why, the bartender replies that this is not his problem. The disgusting attitude of the staff towards Russian tourists , starting with the Reception .
They talk rudely .Ignore requests ( elementary ) Cleaning the room , give napkins in the restaurant . I had a rest in Turkey in October , I was in 4 hotels - I have not met such a boorish attitude anywhere like here . Russians are definitely not welcome here . I saw how people of other nationalities were met at the Reception - with a smile! Us - as if they did us a favor that we paid for their stay - all inclusive .

We had a vacation with our family in early June. The hotel is beautiful, the house territory is small, there is also no place to walk around the hotel. We arrived in the morning, the reception staff quickly sent us to breakfast so that we could make it, then we were checked in. It seems that everything has been done for a comfortable stay, but the feeling of an unkempt hotel: dirty, untidy; whenever you come to the restaurant, crumbs on the tables, dirty tablecloths, cutlery too, sometimes with half-washed stuck pieces of food, near the pool is also not very good, some different tiles are stuck, some tiles are cracked, broken off. The beach is also dirty, water bottles, different bags are lying around. Garbage jugs near the pool and on the beach - fear!!! They have long required replacement or thorough washing. Towels come across with holes. In general, the condition of a "tired" hotel.

Good hotel, good service and staff. There are all the most important things for recreation: comfort, safety and cleanliness. The rooms are spacious, the infrastructure is beautiful and comfortable. Some guests, according to reviews, are looking for minor flaws and something to find fault with, but the cons can be found anywhere, if you look, nothing gave us discomfort. Food and drinks are standard for Turkey - it's the same everywhere. I really liked the park through which you go to the sea, the air and the territory are just great! I liked the beach, the room was also good, only one light was flashing. The balcony is also a clear plus. The animators were finishing their work until about 22, so it was quiet at night in our hotel. But be prepared that in neighboring hotels there will be music up to 2-3 nights, karaoke, etc.
The road to the beach is 5 minutes, through the forest, we liked it.
But of the obvious disadvantages - monotonous food, we have something to compare. I would like a more varied menu.

I can't say that the menu is very diverse, but this is not a problem for us. If you are a great gourmet and expect various delicacies, then you should go to another hotel. The staff is good-natured, they know Russian at 4+. There were problems with the air conditioner, they reacted quickly and fixed it. A cool pool, it's a bit tight with sun beds, you can't always find a free one. The beach is also decent, clean, the sea is transparent. Walk to the sea for 8 minutes, cross the road, or through an underground passage and then along a beautiful alley, a sidewalk made of tiles. There are a lot of sun beds. The bar is open from 10 o'clock. There is no animation on the beach, not even music. It's not enough, it's boring. The animation in the hotel is generally very weak, we can say that there is none at all. The disco is also very boring in the evenings. It's the same music every day. Therefore, the hotel is also not suitable for a "breakaway". If you need a quiet, relaxing holiday, then you are here. Another disadvantage is that there are no shops nearby. I needed cigarettes, the hotel is very expensive. You won't find snacks for beer either. And a tip for smokers, bring cigarettes with you. There are no sticks with different flavors and buttons of cigarettes. In general, we are satisfied with the rest, we put a solid 5.

The sea is not far away, we walked, there is a bus running all the time. The rooms are cleaned every day. Of the disadvantages, the animation is weak (people who have been to Turkey before noted this) And the fly in the ointment was brought by the guide Elkhan. He gave us a 5 in 1 tour for $65, and our fellow countrymen from a nearby hotel paid $45 for a 7 in 1 tour. He promised a discount on the hammam, for those who traveled 5 in 1, you can allegedly visit the hammam for $ 20, although this price was initially announced.

First, the hotel is located on the second line, across the street, walking 5 minutes at a brisk pace. But it didn't seem burdensome to me, because there is a lot of greenery on both sides of the road, pine and eucalyptus smell, oleanders bloom. The second drawback is the almost absence of territory. But it is made up for by the fact that in the evening you can walk along the same path to the sea or use the path to the sea of a neighboring hotel, it is more illuminated and wide, or walk along the road where only beautiful five-star hotels are located. On the other side of the hotel there is the picturesque Manavgat River, which is literally a 2-minute walk away, so the lack of territory at the hotel did not bother me either. And then there are solid advantages) The sea is beautiful and clean, the food in the hotels is more than good for its value. There is always champagne and ice cream in unlimited quantities, both of which are quite suitable. There is a lot of fish - at lunch and dinner there is always chicken, meat, vegetables, fruits. The bars serve bottled beer, both Turkish and German, and imported drinks include whiskey and campari, which is a big plus for a hotel of this price category. The mini-bar is replenished every day with water, beer in cans, and Cola. They give you slippers if you ask at the reception. There are no bathrobes in the rooms. The sauna and hammam are free, but not very much. I liked that along the length of the restaurant there is an open veranda with tables for smokers, where, if desired, you can sit for another hour after closing the restaurant, if you take alcohol, fruit and ice cream before closing. A big plus of the hotel is its good location. For $ 1, you can take a 15-minute bus ride to Manavgat with shops, and in 25 minutes to the ancient Side and the Old Town. Germans, Poles, British, etc. rest in the hotel along with Russians. The hotel is democratic, the attitude of the staff is unobtrusive, which we were quite satisfied with.

The hotel is already tired, the cuisine is varied, but mainly according to the hat (i.e. there is a honeycomb of eggplant, but there is no or very little plain meat). Surprisingly, the lunch food at the beach bar is better than at the main restaurant. Bars/alcohol are normal, but cocktails are specific. Everything is better in the rooms than in the MOP. The cleaning is quite superficial. About 1/6 of the rooms have windows to the disco and doors to the bar, i.e. it is quite noisy from 21:00 to 03:00. Hammam/spa seems to be nothing, but I am not a connoisseur. I would like a cleaner beach. The descent into the sea is steep.
You can have a pretty good rest, but some things catch the eye. The overall score is 7.7/10.

A family-run hotel. Nice rooms, cleaning every day, bed linen and towels were changed every day.
The animation is weak, but it was not important to us personally.
There is a small gym. You won't stay hungry for food, we liked everything. The staff is trying hard. We are not picky, so maybe there are disadvantages, but they did not bother us much.
Ice cream for children is free from morning to evening.
The guys told us the massage was good.
The only thing no one told us was that there was a club on the minus ground floor, which of course upset us because we found out about it when we were driving back to the airport from other tourists.
In general, this is our opinion on the hotel.
