I am writing a review while the impressions are still fresh, we rested at the hotel in early October 2021.
It's not 5 stars, it's a solid 4
To begin with, the first thing that catches your eye is the interior. For me, the interior seemed cool , quite modern and spectacular , more than enough for my money , I expected the worst. But for all the inner beauty, the hotel's territory is sooo small, just indecently small ( there is only a pool, a couple of slides and the hotel itself and that's all , nothing more )
If you are planning a walking holiday (that is, not to sit in the hotel, but to go for a walk and explore the area), then this hotel is definitely past, because there is nothing around the hotel and for the next 2-3 kilometers, nothing at all from the word, except other hotels and the road to the beach, nor the usual shops with trinkets , no fruit stalls , and even more so there are no people who sell excursions on the street ( except for the guide in this hotel , you will not buy excursions somewhere in the vicinity ) .
The views are not very good , there is dry grass and rare oases around .
And most importantly, there is a river near the hotel, which is why its wonderful name happened, but even here everything is not so simple, it is affectionately called "stinky river" and it would be very funny if it were not 1000% true. For some reason, every evening she smells of feces, that is, you can't sit outside or on the balcony, because it stinks of poop so much that it hurts your eyes …
Droga to the beach is not as stated 300m, there are probably all 500 meters. There are 2 hotels on the beach where the shuttle bus goes, but we rarely used it, because it's terribly inconvenient to stuff into it like a sprat in a jar. And the beach itself is not bad, moderately clean, upset only by the bare deck chairs (that is, without mattresses and any hint of comfort). There is also a bar and a cafe on the beach where you can have lunch with burgers. Walk from the hotel to the beach , 10 minutes slowly.
Wi-Fi....I myself read in the reviews how many praised and said that the Internet is literally everywhere, what can I say - forget it, there is no Internet in the lobby, in the dining room, in the room, or on the pool. More precisely , it is there , but only either early in the morning or late at night . The rest of the time, you won't even be able to download the weather, because the speed there is almost zero. In short , you won 't be able to look through the tape , and what can I say , you won 't even be able to see the weather .
Meal. the choice of dishes is large , there is meat and you will definitely have time for it , BUT ... we had an ultra olinclusive system and from ultra there are only balantays and bells on the bar . Meals are at 4 , that is, breakfast from 7-10:30 , lunch from 12:30-14:30 and dinner from 19:00-21:00, evening soup from 21:00-00:00 (and there is really only soup), in general, if suddenly you are going on an excursion or you have a night check-out , that's it either keep up or go hungry.
We were so lucky that during our stay there was one trouble with the kitchen in this hotel, one wonderful morning we poisoned the whole family, and then we also found out that we were not alone. We have eaten only in the dining room for the last 24 hours .
Room cleaning and receptionist responsiveness.
Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. Upon arrival, we had 4 bath towels for two, and after the first and subsequent cleaning there were two, oddities. The floors in this hotel are not cleaned, only vacuumed. There is an age-old layer of dust under the bed. Otherwise, everything is OK for cleaning, bed linen is changed, shower supplies are replenished , garbage is thrown out.
The reception does not respond to any requests at all. The light bulb on the balcony burned out, that is, you go out on the balcony and it's pitch dark there. They asked to replace 3 days, it turned out only through the guide (for which I thank her very much) . And I was also outraged that on the first day of arrival, we were not even escorted to the room (they just gave us a key and sent us for a walk), they just showed us the direction in which to follow approximately. The hotel has a strange numbering of rooms , not as usual by floors , but by sections. In short, it is difficult to figure it out on your own and you don 't particularly want to. So after 10 -15 minutes of searching, we freaked out and asked to be escorted.
To sum up, I definitely wouldn't go to this hotel a second time, it's not worth the money.

I was at this hotel in February 2019. The hotel is cool! The staff is kind and cheerful. There is plenty of food and different. Sauna massage is all a helper. I really liked the gold shop in the hotel. The sales girl is just a supper!!! They bought a ring for me and a friend there, and a chain for my husband. The Sultanite ring is a BOMB in General!!!! We picked up the product, measured it, adjusted it to size. I've been wearing it for almost a year, exactly 100% gold.The choice is huge, the eyes run away. We will definitely go and buy more jewelry. And the prices there are less than in the city. The hotel is cool. The chief of the hotel is a very interesting man.

The territory of the hotel is only the pool itself. 3. There are no mattresses on the sun beds (even in Alanya on the city beaches they are if anything). 4. The rooms are completely ordinary (3*). 5. The hotel itself is ordinary inside, elongated. 6. Wi-Fi, works in the room sometimes.
PROS: 1. FOOD, a large selection, even for me as a vegetarian. 2. THE SEA, of course, this does not apply to the hotel, there are also other hotels nearby to choose from. 3. THE STAFF is not annoying.
Conclusion: I do not recommend it and of course I will not come myself anymore.

We have been going to this hotel for three years in winter.. In 2020, we were moved into a dirty, puked-up room. My daughter almost cried, we went down to the reception, the evil aunt said that it had not been cleaned yet and we had to wait. So why give out the key and check us in? In 2019, we checked in, went to the sea once again, we come and our room is being renovated! They whitewash the walls and clean the seams in the bathtub if our things are available . We were shocked! I demanded the manager, to which they told me that he was not there. After talking on the phone, the receptionist apologized and gave the key to a more expensive room. Yes, the hotel is good. Yes, nature is stupid coniferous park remoteness from the city, you rest your soul and body but....the attitude of the service staff is indifferent, they just don't hear you, the rooms were cleaned disgustingly. Seeing that we had everything of our own, nothing was replenished.The bed linen was changed on the fourth day (2020) This year we came across a circular room, the bed is cleaned well and the bed is changed according to schedule. Regarding food, this is a separate topic. In 2020, a waiter came up to me. He lifted the cuff on his sleeve. I didn't understand what he wanted at first (he checked the bracelet) It's like I came from the street to eat)))))You collect food, one hundred and fifty waiters are watching you, You sit and eat, they circle around you and as soon as you eat the dish, they immediately rush to clean the plates, It's disgusting to look into your mouth. Lunch boxes are not collected, you leave for the whole day on an excursion, starve on the way. The evening soup was canceled this year. One plus is meat and chicken in the diet (if you have time)) I do not recommend a winter vacation in Port River, this is the last year of our stay here.

The room was 2504, it faced the pool. The Manavgat River and the sea were visible from the balcony. The hotel is located in a picturesque location. It was nice to walk along the forest path to the sea, walking at a calm pace of 5-7 minutes. We go on vacation every year, so there is something to compare it with. When the guy took us to the room, he was surprised that he showed us everything, explained about the TV, the minibar, asked us to look at everything, found out if everything was fine with us, only then left. About the cleaning. We were there for 11 nights, during this time the sheets and pillowcases were changed 3 times, the soapy ones were always put on time. The food is excellent, everything is very tasty, grilled lamb on a spit, grilled tuna. There are always different kebabs on the beach. The staff at the hotel is very polite and helpful. I liked the animation because there are guest artists performing here. There was a foam party on the beach 2 times in 12 days. Now about the beach. The peculiarity is that it is for 2 hotels. You can still find a place until 9-9.30, but not from 10-11. But after 11 they are released. The hotel is minus only for the beach. There is always a board with sun beds on the beach. They always stand at random, only the mattresses are cleaned, the sun beds themselves are always in the sand. There are a lot of sunbeds without mattresses.

The hotel has no territory!!! Except for the 10-meter strip along the hotel with a swimming pool and slides (closed in winter)
There is also an indoor pool with poor infrastructure!! There is no toilet in the pool and in order to relieve the need you have to run down the corridor towards the restaurant, well, as you know, few people have the desire to do this! ! There is a sauna, but it is also located not at the pool but at a distance from it and the entrance is also through a common corridor, and the herds run to the toilet or to the sauna.
There is only one restaurant in the winter program, but the food level is normal 4*
Carbonated drinks, however, as well as alcohol, are not bad - bottled.
It's a long way to the sea- in summer you will definitely burn out in winter, fitness is normal.
Well, in general, if it were to draw a 4*, then I said that it was a good hotel and there was no room for 5. By the way, there is practically no animation in winter either. For children and adults.
